[Resolved] LIC 921 Branch Mumbai — Commission cheques not issued

Dear Sir, I am an ex agent of LIC 921 branch. From 2008 till date ( June 2009) i havent received 5 to 6 commission cheques from LIC. When contacted the branch i was asked to submit a letter with all details... which i did however, i havent recd the chq's yet. When i visited the branch i was told to open an account with a nearby Corportation branch in P. M. Rd. Fort which i guess the LIC branch manager has got some tie-up with that bank. The LIC branch manager was of the opinion that if i need the cheques to be re-issued i need to open an account with that bank where they will deposit the cheque. This is utterly ridiculous. I am a retired staff from Standard Chartered Bank under vrs.I retied in 1996 and getting my annuity cheques from Lic P&GS DEPT MDO 1 yOGAKSHEMA BUILDING MUMBAI every year around july under my policy No.1610387 bearing annuity no DS 377772 M 30 for Rs.6522/ regularly.But for this year I am yet to receive my post dated cheques {12 nos}. I shall be grateful if you could kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

My father, Mr. Purshotam Walia, getting pension thru LIC. He retired from Tatamotors.

He submitted his bank a/c no to LIC two months back.
The pension is not getting credited to his bank a/c.
Can u pls chk n update on the same.

My self Santosh Jayram Kadam, Ramnagar s.no14 yerawada son of Jayaram Goind Kadam. My father has death on 10.09.2010 in pune.

My father was retaired from Tata Motors ltd. Ticket No 20399 LIC Annuity No. A[protected]. We got monthly cheque of Rs. 456 reguraly.

Now please help me for next procedure of LIC Annuity

LIC Branch 921_ Varishta Pension yojana.
My policy number is[protected] date of first pension payment 01.05.2004. I am Ms. Kamal Rege, 89 years old. Every month I received payment of Rs. 750 till !st November 2013. From December, it has suddenly stopped. What is the procedure to revive it?
Please let me know urgently.
