Dear Sir,
i have taken on policy[protected] on 22/12/2008.till now i'm not geting any bond paper and helth card.can you suggest me what is the process of it.
i beleive in LIC that's why i'm every time intrested in lic policy .i've 6 policy in LIC but i think now LIC will not provide us that services that expection from LIC.
MY LIC AGENT NOT GIVEN ANY DOCUMENT ABOUT MY LIC BUT HE WAS DEDUCT MONTHY INSTALMENT IN MY SALARY BY JOINT CHECK OF MORE LIC MEMBERS
1.)I paid to LIC Gyanpur 10000/- vide cheque no.332169 date 30/04/08 against a policy in the name of my son Aditya (minor).
2.)Money was invested in a scheme not intended by me. Agent deliberately misinformed .
3.)In July 2008 I wrote to BM LIC gyanpur through a registered letter to cancel the policy if any which was not taken cognisance of .
4.)I wrote to DM Varanasi which to date not responded. However branch wrote letter dated 05/12/08 that policy cannot be cancelled and shielded the acts of highhandedness.
5.)Today I am neither in possession of policy bond nor money.
6.)Please insure return of money or delivery of bond to protect my right.
having policy no.[protected] taken loan & repayment done on2/12/2009 & the concerning dept.despatched on 3/12/2009 but the same not received by me .on 21/12/2009 when ireached your jamshedpur branch(1) on 21/12/2009 it is observed that no body is at all bothered about the fact.when the phone no.is with them they even not thought to inform the party.being a customer i did the job of taking out detail of the same.nearly spent 2 hrs but the result is zero.if this continues with concern like LIC why should opt for LIC.i don't know how long they will take time to recover the policy doc. let me see how it response.

    I Santosh roy purchase policy from lic of India branch 11k policy no[protected]dated28/12/2007but we have not received any policy bond till date, I visit personally branch but there was no response by department so, I request you please tell the department arrange the policy bond urgently.

      Dear sir,
      I have surrendered my policy no.[protected]jeevan suraksha) on 03/09/2008 at the following branch.
      LIC of India, Shaktinagar Branch, Jwalamukhi Plot no.1, Vill-Kota Shaktinagar, Distt Sonebhadra(U.P) .
      My policy surrender Value Payable is Rs 25271.00. But they have paid me only Rs. 17813.00 by a cheqe
      no. 0012620 dated 13/10/2008. But they have not paid my balance amount(Rs[protected]=Rs.7458.00
      As in all cases the surrender value payable is being paid to policy holder.
      So I request you pl arrange to pay my balance amount Rs. 7458.00 at the earliest possible.

      I am totally disagree.
      After three years, total amount should be payable.
      If it is not possible, I would like to know when we can get total premium back - means after how many years.

          sir,
          i have a housing loan from lic housing finance sec. 22 chandigarh.
          mya/c no. is 14005856. i am paying emi 7755 pm . my total emi were 90 which was about to close in june 2009 . but company send me a letter that rate of intrest has been increased so you have to pay it till november 2009 i.e. 5 emi more .i have given affedavit that if my emi will flacuate with current roi. but now roi is 8.75 % they are still charging @11 %. they said you have to pay till november .
          they increase emi with more roi but not reduce it with new roi .

          please see into the matter

            Dear Sir/Madam,
            Sub:-Non-updation of Policy premiums at your end, already deducted from Salary and
            paid through Treasury.

            Ref:-POLICY NOS.[protected] &[protected]

            I am thankful to receive the cheque no.30215 of Federal Bank Ltd, dated 17/03/09, for Rs.3288/- being the refund of premiums remitted through salary deduction for February 2008 to April 2008 in respect of my Policies bearing nos.[protected] &[protected].
            It is very clear from the above refund that the premiums were received at your end and were not updated by you, in my policy account, in due course.
            Due to this non-updation in time, I had to pay directly at your Vaikom Branch, an enhanced premium of Rs.575/- each for the above two policies for three months amounting to Rs.3450/- for keeping them live, as per the following details:

            Policy no.[protected] Receipt no.[protected] dated 27/02/009 for 02/2008 to
            01/2009 @ Rs. 575/- Total amount Rs.6900/-

            Policy no.[protected] Receipt no.[protected] dated 06/03/009 for 02/2008 to 02/2009

            So, please not that I was bound to pay an additional amount of Rs.162/-, in total, for a mistake
            committed by somebody at your end.
            I was in service of Govt Dept up to 30/04/2008 and hence the premiums remitted through Salary Deduction should be taken as such till that date.
            At this juncture, I would like to point out that you have committed a couple of mistakes and it is not fair on the part of LIC to refund the regular premiums instead of refunding the enhanced premiums remitted thereafter.
            Hence, I would request you to either refund the excess amount of Rs.162/- or adjust the same in the future installments.

              I had joined LIC's varishtha pension bima yojna on 19/8/2003, policy no[protected].
              I had been recieving the Post dated pension corectly till last year .

              The Post dated pension for monthly pension warrant for this policy is not received till date this year, since April 2009.Please do the needful.

              NON_RECEIPT OF MONTHLY PENSION UNDER VARISTHA PENSION VIMA YOJANA

              Dear Sir,

              Iam a senior citizen, having an IPP LIC policy No.[protected] for Rs.266665/- and used to get monthly pension through warrents for Rs.2000/- per month on yearly basis since July 2004. But I received a letter No.EZO/CRM/IPP/NEFT dt.05.02.2009 from LICI, Calcutta Zonal Office that as per guidelines of RBI, the pension amount will henceforth be credited to my Bank account through NEFT system and accordingly I have to submit my bank account no., Bank branch IFSC No. on the prescribed proforma duly singed by bank. Accordingly, I submitted the required proforma duly filled up and countersigned by Branch Manager of my bank to LIC Zonal Office, Calcutta on 24.04.2009. But uptill now the said pension amount for the month of April, May and June 2009 have not been credited to my account in my branch. Being a pensioner, I heavily depend on this pension for livelyhood. Due non-receipt of this pension I am in real hardship. I would, therefore, request you to kindly to look into the matter and remit my pension to my bank account as advised in the proforma as early as possible.

              I have deposited on[protected] annual premium in respect of the above policy vide ch. no. 516498 for Rs. 10, 000/= payble Bank Of Baroda at ghandhi nagar Ghaziabad . cheque is clear at NOIDA BRANCH-25J . My bank statement shows this cheque is clear in favour of LIC OF INDIA.But it was not credited to my policy. My policy stand lapse. I had given a written complain on 23-03-09
              to the branch manager noida. Our office boy Mr. Kalender Singh have given above mention cheque to Mr. Rajendera Kaul but he did not give any receipt to our office boy on.[protected] alongwith abused him. I have visited many times and meet Mr. Kaul to solve our problems. But Mr. Kaul did not give any response to me besides insult me. He also threaten me not to visit our branch

              You are, therefore, requested to take up my case and do something so that the premium can be deposited in my policy.

                I recently received my SBI Internet Banking user id and password, logged on to online sbi, entererd the particulars, after submission of one payment, I got the confirmation ( refer attachment). But noticed that payment has not yet gone through. There is no deduction from my SBI a/c. I got in touch with SBI bank they said to enquire with LIC of India, a person in LIC of India gave me this web site to log complaint.what could be fault that the payment has not gone through.. ?

                  i purchased jeevan surbhi (table no.106/15) for my elder brother mr. ombal singh panwar who is a govt. servant and due to unfavourable circumstances they did not pay the premium for six years but now they are intrested to pay the whole premium with intrest but the officials are refusing in doing so.otherwise the paid amount should be refunded.

                  Dear Mr.Satish Kumar,

                  Ref:-Policy No.[protected].

                  I give below the reasons on refusal of premium payment by LIC Official.

                  1. As you mentioned the delay of premium payment from due date for more than five years, LIC wouldn't accept for renewal of lapsed policy. You can read this condition on you Policy bond itself.
                  2. LIC clearly quoted as "THE LAPSED POLICY CAN'T BE REVIVED after five years from the premium due date.
                  3.If you didn't remit the premium amount for minimum three years from the date of commencement of the policy, you will not get any refund of your paid premium amount. This condition also you can found in the policy bond itself.
                  4.The entire faults are lying with you only. I hope that you might understand now.

                    Non-reciept of Superannuation Pension

                    My company NELCO LIMITED Mumbai had purchased a Master Policy 12615 at a Prise of Rs 1020709/- with Date of vesting as 2-01-09 and. the Annuity No [protected].I have got a Confirmation from LIC that a Quaterly pension of Rs 18666/- will be remitted to my pension Account from 2-4-09 but so far no Money has been remitted.I want LIC to look into the matter and take immidiate action...

                    I have taken housing loan from LIC HFL in 2001. I have opted for ECS mode for payment of installament. But i never get the details of my loan balance, prevailing interest rates or any changes in the rates.
                    I requested through my agent many times but, till date I have not got any information.

I have two loan a/c with lichfl, dehradun. one a/c no. ... 1850 (endining no.) another right now I am not having . you may kindly search. pls also intimate about the latest interest rate imposing on.

                    i totally agree with the customer here. i have also opted for ecs, but the branch at aurangabad has never communicated me the balance amt. they have not even shown a courtsey to inform me the lowered rate of interest and what is the effect of that on my loan account.two months back i had gone to the branch to pay the amount in bulk, but the officer at the upfront offfice told me that it can be done only after six months from the date of disbursement. i dont know how right it is.
                    today when i dropped down in the branch at printtravel aurangabad the guy at the upfront office was behaving like a pvt moneylender.
                    please, whoever is, from the lichfl, taking cognizance of whatever written on this blog, should take immediate steps to teach the personnel to be polite with the customers.

                        Dear Sir,

                        I am constrained to write to you as under for your information and
                        necessary action in the matter: -

                        I have two above mentioned policies in my wife’s name and my name. The
                        premiums of the policies are of Rs.9998.77 and 10000.02 to be paid
                        annually. It is noteworthy that the policy was taken on the advice of
                        a senior manager of your Lucknow office who had come to my office
                        personally and persuaded me to take this policy, which would give me
                        coverage of life for financial security of my family as well as
                        handsome returns. The manager also advised me that I can withdraw my
                        amount after 3 years of deposit without any deduction and will get
                        handsome bonus as well.

                        It may be also noted that after 3 years of deposing 20000 per annum i.e.
                        Rs.60000; todays surrneder value is just 21000 of the 2 policies.

                        The manager had by misrepresentation, persuaded me to take the above
                        policies, which is impossible to continue for a further period of 43
                        years since my age is 55 years.

                        The following points may also be considered:

                        a. That the policy, instead of covering my wife’s and my life, is
                        covering my son’s life, who at that time was only 12 years old and he
                        is not an earning member of our family. So covering his life gives the
                        family members absolutely no financial security at all.

                        b. Moreover, the manager had kept me under the impression that my
                        wife and me will be covered but now I see that my son, who was only 12
                        years old, has been insured, which again is of no practical use since
                        he is not an earning member of our family.

                        c. Kindly, note the entire purpose of the policy is of no use at all.
                        Moreover, I do not intend to add any burden on the shoulders of my son
                        to pay for the policy for 43 years.

                        d. It is also noteworthy, that when the boy achieves an age of 60 he
                        will get the maturity, which shall be of no residual value, at that
                        time. The whole purpose of the policy is thus defeated and bogus by
                        any standards.

                        e. It will thus be observed that it was sheerly due to the
                        misrepresentation and incorrect information given to me by the manager,
                        that I took the above policy.

                        f. Sir, I believed in the words of your senior officer, who had
                        represented you also, I am a busy man and could not go through the
                        details of the policy earlier within the stipulated period of 10 days.

                        Under the above pressing circumstances I request your good self to
                        kindly cancel the aforesaid policies Nos & and refund me the entire
                        amount already paid by me together with interest.

                          Dear sir,

                          I made a request to the Branch Manager, LIC OF INDIA, Bistupur, Branch-1, Jamshedpur - 831 001 on 25.02.2009 to send the maturity amount on my new address at Hyderabad. They received it and returned my original policy copy stating that they will send the DD on my new address at Hyderabad soon.

                          I met the concern lady officer at Bistupur branch with a request to deliver the same to me. But, she told that it will go to my new address within a month time.

                          Again, i wrote a reminder on 30.04.09, but as on date 13.05.09; NO DD has come to me.

                          Kindly do the needful. The maturity was in Nov., 08. I am in very much need of this money. It is already five month lost. At least, i should get the interest of 5 months.

                                In reference of above cancellation of policy’s [2 in No’s], Am facing the a lot of problems in Cancellation, As per IRDA rule any policy can be cancel within 15 days of Policy Handover.

                                I taken policy’s [2 in No’s] on 28-Jan-2009, Due to some of my personal reasons I thought for cancellation and same was discussed with your office staff in accordance with I handed over the cancellation letter (Along with Receipt of Premium Amt) on 12-Feb-2009 to Dispatch ( Mr. DP Singh). As per Mr DP Singh this cancellation process would take time of around of 2 months.



                                After 2 months, I visited branch on 10-Apr-2009 for the same.



                                Dispatch dept had forwarded the application to the concern Staff ( Mr.Sharma ), That Receiving is in your Official register, On the contrary that receiving is refused by Mr Sharma, As per Mr. Sharma he does not receive that Application, I presented that Official Register to Mr. Sharma Serial No for Receiving is

                                806 & 807 which is signed by him. On the other hand Mr Sharma is very busy person rarely meets, He told that He was very busy come after 1 week my policy gets cancelled.



                                After one week he does not have time to speak and saying that he is very busy come after week, Now I contacted to Mr. Awasthi as per him Pls contact after 15 days as he was busy.



                                Pls suggest What Should I do.



                                How Should I get my policy cancelled and my first premium get Refunded.

                                Inspite of making so many calls to Ameerpet LIC branch, Hyderabad at Tel Nos. 23420736 & 23420737, nobody is picking up the phone. In case, if we go over there without knowing whether the collection will be made or not due to frequent 'NET' problem at that branch, we will have to face troubles over there. Everytime 'Net is not functioning' this kind of message would display at that branch. For that, we would like to make calls, but nobody is picking up the phones.                                     I had applied for premium payment through ECS of all four policies & same confiremd by LIC office. They had implemented three policies and left one. It is fault of LIC Branch.
                                    At last I had paid through cheque payment alongwith interest of six months. The policies are as under

                                      A big scam is going within the LIC HF. Unless you meet thier so called unnecessarily DEMANDS they do not disburse the requested amount even after sanction of the loan. LIC HF is also making money by taking huge processing fee and do not disburse money toits cumstomers then after.
