I could not receive the cheque for 20% of SA as I had shifted from the address mentioned in the policy. Eversince, I have been complaining to the branch via normal mail. Also, I have posted complaints in the LIC site also regarding the same. No reply on it till now.

    sir,
    my LIC policy no. is[protected] from CBO3 Varanasi. I was receving Rs 600/ per month as monthely income against this policy till March 2009. LIC provided the 12 Post dated cheques to me in every March by postal service. but this year they provided me a letter and form for ECS (electronic clearing service). i have submitted the form withall the information on 11th Feb 2009 by post.
    but till today i did not receive any clearance or any payment through ECS in my Bank account., so i wrote aletter to Asstt. Secretary IPP cell NCZO Kanpur for the clearing and payments on 21st May 2009. but i did not receive any response from LIC.
    I think, now LIC is also being the bad service Provider for their Custmors.

      Dear Sir/s,
      This is to bring to your notice that I the (natural successor) "Brij Bhushan Kwatra" H/O late Smt. Promila Kwatra is not getting the renewal commission since long. I have done my level's best to get this sorted out however the CBO-2 Agra office is not paying any heed to my request. I have given various applications regarding this since 21.11.2008.

      As there is no reply or any acknowledgement feedback from Agra office, I am hereby forced to bring this to your level so that my request is heard. Please be informed that I am a 73yrs old person and physically unfit and bed ridden.

      Also I am informed that there is a life insurance cover for the lic agents which is done by LIC itself as default. Hence please let me know the status for this too so that I get the neccessary claim.

      I sincerly request you to kindly help me in this regard.

      Dear Sir,

      I have done my Policy in the start of July 2009 and the Agent confirms to give me 50% discount. I continously calling the Agent since 2 months but he didn't pick my mobile and never revert me back.

      I am very much harassed by the attitude of working of these type of LIC Agents.

      Please let me know what Action would be taken against him and is there any procedure to skip the Agent from all my policies. Otherwise, I want to cancel all my previous policies also.

      Hoping for a strict action against these type of AGENTS.

Solved my problem, I am very much harassed by the attitude of working of these type of LIC D.O. & LIC Branch Office staff. Please let me know what Action would be taken against D.O. & forbesganj LIC branch office staff.

            Hello,

            Its been more than 1 month that I have not recieved any document from LIC Housing Ltd after signing the loan agreement with this finance institution. Loan / File number - 127455. The person I am coordinating with is Prashant Shimbekar. This person is just not picking up his phone since last 3 days. Since last week, I was being told that I will get the documents the next day but till date 15-Jun-09 havent recieved any. These documents were extremely important to me for my allowance to the begin from company which has elapsed today. This is a monthly loss to me of about Rs. 4000 for the next 10 years..

            This is an absolute ridiculous behaviour from a Nationalized bank, where the bank just does not inform me about the status of when I will recieve the documents.

              LIC OF INDIA — Adjustment of premiums

              1.I Mrs. Sherly George an employee of Medical & Health Deptt. Rajasthan taken an policy No.[protected] under salary saving scheme in March 2006 from LIC of India, branch 325, Tripolia Bazar, Jaipur.

              2. The premium of policy has been deducting every month from my salary but it could not be adjusting in the policy account due to wrong transfer of master.

              3. I did not received the policy bond till date.

              4. In this regard I made my all the best efforts at various level, but I could not got any positive response.

              Kindly provide justice.

                I regret to inform you that on 01 dec 08, I had purchased a policy from LIFE INSURANCE CARPORATION OF INDIA (LIC) paying Rs 6125 at Kerakat, Jaunpur, Up-222142, Ph-242244. According to plan I had to pay Rs 6000*4=24000/ year but unfortunately LiC has changed my policy and now my policy has benn shifted to Rs 1531/ quarter. Neither they are changing my policy nor they are ready to returning my money. Further, I have deposited my next two more premium since they told me that if you will not pay premium your policy will be dead. Since I had paid Rs 6125, they are not adjusting my next premiums in this money nor they returned my money and seven months have passed. I am a medical representative in a pharmaceutical company in varanasi and used to cover huge area. I don’t get time to go again and again to the bank and when I go there they don’t entertain me. Now I have fed up from all this and wish to close this policy since now I don’t trust LIC. I received my policy details just 15 days back and I had purchased policy in december 08. Please suggest…………..

                      Dear Sir / Madam,

                      I had applied for a home loan to LICHFL in March'09 end, which was sanctioned on 21.04.2009 under File No. 509264. The last date for the Sale Agreement got over on 15.05.2009. But till that date, the Loan Amount was not disbursed. A numerous follow-ups were done to get the loan disbursement on time and infact I had to sit at their office practically for the whole day. However, all my sincierest of efforts were invain as there was no one to hear. After putting a lot of pressure, LICHFL agreed to disburse the loan on the condition of providing them with Indemnity Bond and a Guarrantor, who would bear monetary Guarranty of the Loan amount, which was only a last moment addition in the documents. And ironically, this information was communicated to me on 16.05.2009, one day after the Sale Agreement had expired and I lost all my advance to the seller. I requested LICHFL a number of times before also that unless I get the loan amount, the seller won't do the registration of the property and all my advance will get ceased but there was no one to hear. I told them who will take this type of guarrantee at the eleventh hour. At least hey should have told me about this requirement in the starting when I applied in March'09 end. I also questioned them that why they need Guarrantor now when it was not at all specified earlier, even when all the Original property papers are getting submitted to them. I had signed all the documents given all the charges as required and provided all the information that they required to the best possible way. But they kept the case lingering on for so much so that every thing had gone haywire. LICHFL say its their company policy, which I personally felt was only harrasment and nothing more.

                      Now, when the loan amount has not been disbursed after so much mental harrasment also, I requested LICHFL to return my Proceesing Charges worth INR 15, 551/-, which they are not ready to return and argue that they had atleast processed my loan and hence they can not return it. This is a kind of fraud on the part of LICHFL and I'm one of the victims. I don't know LICHFL is making fool out of how many people, but the no. of persons being duped by this company would be much higher.

                      Sir, my request to you is to help me get this hard earned money of mine out of the clutches of LICHFL.

                      Home needs Hari — not disbursing of loan

                      Hari, the owner of Home Needs Chennai, has given advertisement in Hindu for loan with low interest rates. But due to my negligance I lost approximately Rs.2 lakhs. He is a big fraud in the whole world.

                      My humble request to others not to get cheated anymore by this fraud Hari

                        I am one of agent of LIC. When we tell about our IVRS system to client, they r happy, but when they try for IVRS our system cannot ggive proper answer. I am from bhandara br.
                        Please this system should be give proper information to clients. And this very useful for agents too.

                        If you will dial 1251 from any BSNL or MTNL land line phone u will get the IVRS. After dialing 1251 you can directly talk to customer care executive they are (CCE) not a third party employee actually they are LIC employee. Please try once again and then see the difference

                          I have applied for Home loan transfer from HDFC to LICHFL after confirmation from LICHFL Indore that the interest rate will be 8.75%.So i was interested in switching from 10.5% of HDFC to 8.75% of LICHFL but when i submitted the processing fee of Rs. 5512 to lichfl then they given me loan sanction letter in which it is mentioned that ROI after 3 months will be PLR-2.75% current PLR of lichfl is 13% so my effective rate would be 10.25%.All the communication from LICHFL to me was verbal & now they are not refunding me my processing fee which i feel has been taken fradulently by hiding facts about correct interest rates.I have done some mails enquiring them before application in which i hv mentioned rate 8.75% and my interest only if this rate is given to me for this I got verbal confirmation and was told to submit processing fee again commiting to refund if loan is not taken by me now i don't want to switch on 10.25% interest rate and LICHFL is telling not to refund it.An agent of LICHFL is also involved along with LIC officers is also involved in my loan transfer processing who has cheated & taken the cheque of processing fee in favour of LICHFL.Now he's telling that the amount is with LICHFL so you take ur processing fee directly with them & lichfl is telling that they can not refunf the processing fee as being non refundable.Kindly guide & help me getting the processing fee and please put my query in your website so that others are not get cheated by LICHFL.My loan file no is 215354.

                          I have applied for a loan amount of Rs.18 lacs last month. I have paid a 50% amount on the total processing fee i.e Rs.5515/- vide the cheque no.310834 dt.20/7/10 drawn on Andhra Bank, Mylapore, Chennai - 4.

                          But I came to know that only Rs.16 lacs is sanctioned for me. With this I will not be able to purchase the flat and hence I have dropped the project.

                          I request you to kindly refund my processing fee amount at the earliest. I need the fund very badly as my father is in serious condition. He needs to undergo an operation immediately. I request you to kindly consider my case as a special one and do the needful as early as possible.

                            Non Refund of Processing Fee
                            Please help as I am not getting Refund of my Home loan processing fee from LIC Hosing Finance ltd.

                            Agent sushil mantri has taken the processing fee of Rs. 5512 saying that it will be refunded back to you if you do not take loan from LICHFLdue to any reason. Its only because of his repeated verbal confirmation I have given him the cheque of processing fee.

                            Please go thru the following mail to understand my case in which both agent & marketing people of LICHFL has hided the fact of actual rate of interest applicability after 3 months of disbursement of loan from 8.75 % to 10.25% (LHPLR 13%-2.75% spread).

                            I was given verbal information of ROI to be 8.75 % but I don't have this confirmation in writing from these people that ROI is 8.75%. These people have always talked on phone and there is no single mail or in writing any communication from their side until I have given the Processing Fee cheque.

                            When sanction letter is issued to me only from that letter & terms conditions booklet I came to know the above underlined fact Now these people are refusing to give the processing Fee back to me.

                            I feel to be cheated by LICHFL staff & their Agent so kindly help me in getting the Refund.

The same has also not been communicated by Mr. Aadesh also when I was submitting my documents to him during the first week of April09 . If this information is known to me during my correspondences & verbal communication with sushil Mantri & Aadesh then I would not have applied for the transfer on 07.04.09.Since there is a clear cut loss with the above figures of ROI in transfer from HDFC to LICHFL and if timely informed I would not have even applied for the transfer of loan.                             I too am a victim of lic housing finances mal practices. they send wrong notices and the apologise. they stop disbursement to the builder without informing me of the same - leading to the builder threatening me with repudiating of the sale agreement.

                            I dont really trust LIC HFL is capable of maintaining and providing proper records of the transactions with them.
                            I want to know about LIC Housing Finance Terms & Conditions.

                            Can i get upto 3 lac loan for 10 years

                            I totally agree with the concern. Even I am also yet to get a refund of Rs.6118/-. Initially the agent had confirmed that the amount will not be debited unless and until the loan is sanctioned. But before the loan was sanctioned, the amount had been debited. Further the loan was not sanctioned by them. I am still fighting to get the money back, virtually writing a mail daily to them. This happened in LICHFL office, JP Nagar, Bangalore. The agent name is Vinay of Akshaya Consultants ( JP Nagar, Bangalore ). Anybody who goes for the loan from LICHFL, pl don't go by this agent's words.

                            I would like to invite your kind attention to the following few lines
                            as under :

                            I have purchased a brand new Bajaj Discover 135 DTSI motor cycle
                            no. MP09 MS 4457, from M/s. Rukmani Bajaj, LIG Chouraha, Indore,
                            on cash purchase basis.

                            After two months it has become a burdon for me as the bike was
                            not running properly and giving always tension, as engine disorder,
                            makes extra ordinary sounds from the engine, battery failure, lights are
                            also not functioning properly. Milage was also very poor, getting 30-35 KM
                            per ltr. where as the company was claiming 60 KM per ltr.

                            Since after two months of purchase, up to now, it has gone 20 -25 times under servicing and in warranty period also the the Company people taking charges from me. I am totally fed-up with company's attitude and non functioning
                            of the bike.

                            Kindly arrange to replace the bike or give me a suitable compensation with out any more delay and oblige.

                              I Abhilash Mattangot already posted transfer of my LIC Policy no[protected] from Renukoot branch (28F) to LIC of India Branch No II T C Road Thalassery Branch Code 7051. But currently not transfer above said case and change of my address, hence kindly consider it sympathetically.
                              I Seema Upadhyay am living in Bangalore and one of my LIC policy which was taken by my husband Major Rajesh Upadhyay Who was working in Hindalco administration and passed away in road Accident in 204 January. We sifted to Bangalore. Now the policy was in his name but my son's name also was there and the premium got waved off. I inquired here in Bangalore they told it is not transferable as person died. Now my son is turning 18 in this September 19 . I tried to call this office 100 times no one is picking up the calls only. Now I don't know what has to be done as I need to
                              inform them and tell them about his change of address and account numbers etc. Please let me know what has to be done and how it can be . Thank you .

                                Respected Sir,

                                I would like to congratulate you on the splendid performance by LIC OF INDIA under your able and dynamic leadership. Last year LIC could muster Rs.12, 000/- crore in Jeewan Asth plan in this economic meltdown is nothing but miracle. It is your vision and guidance which is helping LIC to grow. In April also LIC regained market share by 14%. The credit goes to you for your vision and Zeal. But I am sorry the same Zeal and visions is not shared by your officials at Branches.

                                I have a little problem .I had proposed under plan 196-9 ( Jeewan Varsha) plan. The proposal could not be completed due to some medical requirements in March . I have got the medical requirement completed and the concerned agent took the proposal personally to Divisional Office, got the proposal Underwritten. Inspite of that the policy number could not be allotted.

                                Kindly investigate the matter that inspite of the proposal completed by the competent authority why the Branch has not completed the proposal. That shows the attitude of your officials at Branch Level. They least care about the policy holder, this is sheer irresponsible behavior on the part of Branch Officials . kindly see that inpite of jeewan varsha being a close ended scheme and for completion the central office had given some time.

                                Your branch Officials had shone no urgency to complete the proposal. . The govt. intend to increase the FDI to 49% all private players are gung ho . And looking towards it to infuse fresh capital and increase their business. What about LIC with this kind of attitude of your Branch Level official I don’t think the LIC can handle the pressure.

                                I request you t kindly complete my proposal under jeeewan varsha plan. Branch 12 E, Naraina, New Delhi.

                                      I considered myself priviledged to be assosiated with LIC

                                        I couldnt understand how the same loan will be of type Individual as well as Joint. Now, BoB says that we will consider this as 2 individual loans :-( (Govt emp as dumps). I have given gurantor for only one loan. But the report says that I have given gurantor to 4 loans.

                                        I dont know whether the data entry person in LIC HFL have basic sense or just summa type whatever they want.

                                        I want somebody to guide me how to get rectified by CIBIL report.
