I have instructed CITIBANK to pay the premium amount for my policy no.[protected] through VISA BILL PAY and they have been doing this regularly for the last 2 years. 10 days back, I have received one SMS from CITIBANK informing that they have not received bill from LIC in June'09 and hence they will not be able to pay the premium for June'09. Very rude way of talking

Hello Sir/Madam,
I m very disappoint with ur recovery department person Mr Vaibhav who is not having the decent way of talking, we have made late payment which we know it very well but in front of that late payment we have done the advance payment for next 3 months and my next due date is 10/10/2009.
I only concern is without taking proper inquiry about the payment is done or no, Mr vaibhav was shouting as if he had to pay...

I HAD APPLIED FOR HOUSING LOAN WITH RELEVANT DOCUMENT SUBMITTED TO THEIR BRANCH OFFICE, LAJPAT NAGAR, DELHI IN MAY, 2009, BUT I DONOT WANT ANY LINK FROM LIC DUE TO MANY PROBLEMS WITH LIC HOUSING FINANCING. I HAVE READ ABOUT LIC HOUSING LOAN MISGUIDANCE. THEY WITHDRAWN RS.1103/- IN MY ACCOUNT.

My father took loan in LIC housing Finance lmtd in 2003 and died in the year 2005.The loan was around 4 lakhs.When ever we go to the office they are telling that a letter should come frm Head office, only then we can sugest u.But now suddenly they are asking us to pay 6 lakhs. Poor Response from branch office

I have availed 2 homeloans from Pune camp Office which is located at Swargate. The Staff seems to be unprofessional from Top to Bottom.They purely work like a government office and behave rudely to the customers. Somehow they have a feeling that customer has a need so they can take them for granted.

I have several incidents with them and tried to write even the company seceratary but not even heard a call from any Senior authority.br...

Neutral/Casual Approach towards Policy

I was willing to purchase a policy Health Protection PLUS from LIC for which I contacted an agent Name Chandan Jha at Kamla nagar branch of LIC. But to my great surprise its more than 15 days I am not able to get any status of the Same.

I had applied a housing loan for Rs.400000/- on March'09 and I also paid the processing fees along with the all eligible documents for the same but till now I am not getting any reply from the LIC Housing Finance Department.

policy number[protected] is in name of Deen dayal aggarwal. He took a loan on this policy from his PNB bank. The nominee under the policy was Kriti aggarwal ( His younger daughter). Double payment for LIC

Dear Sir,

As i was paying my Quarterly payment for month of June bearing policy No[protected] on 3rd of June 09 via lic website, there was an error and the status was not updated to paid hence i tried once to make the payment.Later when i checked in my account the amount has been debited twice.I have contacted customer care and they confirmed within 4 working days the same will be reverted back but till date nothing has happened....

Change in nomination Policy no. 217268793

I had submitted my Original Policy Bond with Form no. 3750 for change in nomination by speed post on 03.03.2009 at LIC Cantt Branch, Lucknow (0227). The said documents are deliverred at LIC branch on 06.03.2009 (I had the delivery acknowledgement from Indian Post). But i have not yet received my original policy bond returned till the date. I have mailed several time to lic in this regards but no action has been taken by the Branch till date....
