Home Loan took more than 2 months to sanction & disburse but still in vain

I had applied for Housing Loan in LIC in April 09, my disbursal happened in 2 tranches. After my loan was sanctioned, it took LIC 10 days to deliver me my sanction letter and that too unsigned sanction letter. Processing Fee

I applied for floating rate home loan of 26 lakhs in LICHFL on 14th June, 09. I was asked to pay processing fee of .5% loan amount out of which I was asked to pay Rs 6113 + service tax of 10.36% initially. Then within 10days, my loan got sanctioned. But before disbursement, LIC launched fix o float 8.9% 3 years scheme, so we decided to switch to fixed rate scheme and now LICHFL is asking us to fill a new application and pay the same amount...

Too much Delay in LIC Loan procedure.

I have applied for the loan before 4 months and still have not received the check. They gave us the sanction letter but are taking too much time to give the check. They have also taken the processing fees and now they are informing us that the ageement is wrong. This is causing a lot of frustration, already 4 months has been wasted now I again applying to another bank is just useless....

processing fees not refunded

I applied for home loan in 2008. My loan was neither sactioned nor rejected.Inspite of repeated reminders the company has not refunded the processing cheque for Rs.5618/-.Request you to help in getting this amount....

Unreasonable charges

After requesting for home loan from LIC Housing Finance Ltd. & following up the agent like a crazy - the painful ordeal started--

REFUND OF PROCESSIONING FEES

Dear Sir,
I was process my housing loan through a agent of LIC housing finance ltd Jaipur. LIC HFL was charged
4495 INR as processioning fee after checking of all the relevent documents & confirm that loan will be take over from existing bank.
But after all the formalities back office of jaipur rejected the file due to undisclosed reason & not refunded
the processioning fees after passing 03 months.br...

Mocking the Policy Holders

Notice at the Premium Receipt Counters at Branch No.1, Bhelupura, Varanasi, U.P. is mocking the policy holders, the very root cause of existence of LIC. The notice is supposed to be in compliance of the orders of the (Un!)worthy Zonal Officer; telling that Empowered Agents should not be made to stand in the ques like the mere policy holders. The tone of the notice is simply derogatory and unbecoming of any public officer.
