LIC — Non generation of receipt for premium paid online

Today i.e. 08.10.2010 I paid my insurance premium online for my Policy No.[protected] of Rs.5104/- online.

My account has been debited.

However, neither receipt was generated by the system nor emialed to me.

I paid the premium for my of different LIC policy online from LIC website (thru' Billdesk), from my HDFC account (Ref No. MHDF[protected]-LIC OF INDIA[protected] Apr[protected].00 ). The amount (Rs. 22325/-) has already been debited from my account but the LIC site does not show the payment against my policy. Nor did I receive any confirmation from them. On 17 Feb 2013, i paid my LIC premium with number[protected]Jeevan anand, YLY, Branch Code 255) in my name(Pankaj Agarwal), of amount Rs 5553 through my SBI netbanking account with account number [protected] (IFS Code : SBIN0012964; MICR Code :[protected]; Sanjay Nagar Branch, Ghaziabad). The amount was deducted from my account but it is has not reached with LIC and therefore it is still showing due. I have already confirmed from LIC office at ghaziabad as well through my LIC agent. Neither I have not recieved any premium paid statement from LIC. I think there is some problem with BILLDESK gateway.

Dear sir, the life insurance policy of my father Sri B N Batra bearing no.[protected] amounting insured Rs .25000/- was due for payment on 9/9/07. the orignal policy along with all documents was sent to LIC office 129, 20A Shivaji marg near moti nagar police station new delhi 110015 on 29/9/07 by regd AD reminder was also sent on 22/2/08 but til date no payment has been received nor any correspondance has been done by the LIC office

I have gone district office allahabad in 20/02/2010and inquired about policy status then Mr Yadav has told your policy has been lost in our department and we can not do any thing.

lic's money back policy — non -receipt of due amounts

I am an employee of IOCL(AOD) and my policy no.44196154 was regularly being paid through salary(the premium) at DIGBOI branch.But when i was transferred to Nagaon Depot of my same organization,this premium was deducted from our kolkatta office(Eastern Region).

Now again when i have been transferred to Digboi, and the first term maturity has been due in the month of march'09,the Digboi Branch of LIC is yet to disburse the amount .


The matter may kindly be reviewed and initiate action accordingly,as already sufficient amount of time has already elapsed and i am also in dire need of money for a very important personal task.

I am LIC Agent from 5 years.
I have complaint against LIC Brach 82-B (Malkapur Dist.Malakapur 443101)
Before a year i submitted a policy of one of my cutomer. but up to till date i have not got the 1 st year commision. after requesting to the Brach manager he has started the 2 nd year commission.
But he is not responding me for the 1st year commission . which is more than 3000 rs.
He is telling me from 6 month that the docket of the policy is not available. Is it my fault????????
the commission is going to someone else . i asked him how it is he told me that you have not written the code right. ...Do you think it is possible and yes then how he is saying that the Docket of the policy is not available .

Can anyone Help me and suggest me what i do in this case...

I've observed that if you pay thru the LICIndia site http://www.licindia.com/, it generates the receipt and keep records also, o that the receipt can be viewed/printed in future.

However, If you directly pay the premium from other NET banking facility, the LICIndia site will not generate receipt for that.

Recently, I am also one of the victim of malpractices of LICHFL, Delhi. The point is that the floating loan rate of 10.5 percent is only valid for three months. This is clearly mentioned in the sanction letter, i[censored] read it properly word by word. Thereafter, floating loan rate becomes a "Current LHPLR - 250 basis point". The LHPLR is quite high and now it is around 13.75 with effect from January 1, 2009. Earlier it was 14.5 percent on Dec 2008. This is their ploy to attract new customer as they show their floating loan rate much lower than the rest of the peer banks. But after three months, they are at par with other peer banks. The LIC agent would never tell you about it when it comes to your house for loan application. Besides this there are much more malpractices going out there which I would mention rest. I fully agree with the comments made by Mr.Sachin Goyal; In the sanction letter i have, i didn't find any such phrase saying floating loan rate becomes a "Current LHPLR - 250 basis point" after 3 months. But despite that that is what has actually happened and the concessional rate of interest mentioned in the sanction letter is not adopted as the base from whcih every increase / decrease is calculated. This practice is totally unethical / unlawful and constitutes unfair practices. Let us unite and take up this matter seriously with LICHLF through the consumer forums.

It was true when I submiited my loan appliction for Rs 16 Lakhs the Agent and Area Manager said the LIC rates are the lowest he quoted 8.75% and took the Processing fee of Rs 5000/- plus tax and they said the fees is 1% of loan value, as they were running loan campaign special rate is given to me, later when I recd the loan sanction letter it says the rate of ineterest is only for 3 months, then it changes to market rate of 10.25% and also they said balance Rs 3000/- plus tax has to be paid, as the offer period is over.this shows how the LIC agents & the officers are hiding the real facts and attarcting the people to achive their targets.

This is the same with my home loan too. I took at Mar 2009 with rate of interest as 8.75% and this changed after 3 months to 10.5% and now standing with 11.75%. This shows my home loan for 24 lac taken in 2009 for 20 years have now went upto 36 years with the same EMI.

What should I do? any help?
