Dear Sir, it is to inform you that I have booked a flat at Noida, sector 137, from Panchsheel Exotica Housing Ltd, Fresco. Subsequently I have applied for housing loan from M/s. /- vide cheque no: LIC Housing Finance Ltd. on 06.01.13.against the property. The Agent / officer of LIC Housing Finance Ltd. Mr . HariOem of Delhi has contacted me before processing the loan.He has told me the he will carry out the loaning process , for that he will charge ome fees. Subsequently I have paid him an amount of Rs.1550/- , vide cheque no: 494064, dated 08.01.11 , Punjab National Bank, Vasant Kunj. After few days he had handed over a receipt from LIC Housing Finance Ltd. having a File no: [protected], and also informed me that loan amount of Rs. 15,00000/- has been sanctioned from their Mumbai office and My file and request for loan have been approved by their Competent Authority. Shortly a part loan amount of Rs. 4,12,270/- against the housing company Panchsheel Exotica will be released. After almost two weeks I have received a call from the Agent Mr > Hari Oem that a copy of ITR is required. as earlier was missing by him. I have then handed over another copy of ITR to Mr Hari Oem. After few days I found that the loan amount has not released from LIC Housing Finance. When I inquired about the reason, Mr. Hari Oem informed me that there is a dispute being going on between Panch Sheel Exotica and LIC Housing Finance Ltd. and shortly the dispute will be sorted out and my loan amount will will be released. Again after few days I have received a call from Exotica Fresco that as LIC Housing has not yet released loan amount there fore they will impose fine.When ever I tried to talk with LIC official and my Agent Mr. Hari Oem, it seems that they are avoiding me. Now I have received an SMS from LIC Housing on 17.03.13, informing me that My loan application will be cancelled by 31.03.13. Whereas LIC housing has already en cashed the loan processing fees of Rs.11978/-, vide cheque no: 494055, dated: 12.01.13, PNB, Vasant Kunj. I suspect that there is certain type of scam being going on to harass customer , may be between LIC housing & their agent is involved in it to delay the release of loans to Exotica , so that customer's membership gets cancelled and the housing company may sell the cancelled unit to some other customer with big profit.You are requested to kindly see the case and inform me the next course of action. LIC housing finance is not following RBI guideliess for slashing intrest rates, it is almost 2 months that RBI decrease 25points on Intrest rates, still now it is not implimented by LIC housing finance. When ever there is an increase in Intrest rates, they will follow from the announcement date.
Similar situavation happend 6 months back also, that time also they didnt decreased.

Now if we call LIC branch office in ameerpet or Kukatpally they are saying they havent recieved any info from head office.

Kindly help on this issue.

My Loan Account:[protected].I got approval for 3680000(Thirty six lakh eighty thousand ) Floating .Interest rate 10.4%.I was already paying actual amount of EMI i.e 36,540 and now suddenly they deducted 3244 extra i.e 39784.without any prior notice.They say it increased and now rate is 11.90%? Whereas I dont find anywhere on site and all.No other bank has increased the home loan.

I PURCHASED 4 LIC POLICIES FOR MY MINOR SON FROM ONE OF THE LIC AGENT. ALL THE 4 CHEQUES ISSUED WERE DEBITED FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT IN JANUARY 2013. FROM NEXT MONTH ONWARD i.e. FEBRUARY 2013, ECS REQUESTED HAVE NOT BEEN PROPERLY TAKEN CARE OF AND OUT OF 4 POLICIES ONLY 3 ECS HAVE BEEN MATERIALISED. THAT TOO HAVE BEEN EARMARKED WRONGLY. HOW THESE AGENTS ARE WORKING?

SIR COMPANY IS NOT RESPONDING TO MY MAIL REGARDING PF WITHDRAWAL AND ALSO THEY ARE INSTATING TO SUBMIT ONE MONTH SALARY. I WANT TO BRING TO YOUR NOTICE MY CONTRACT WITH LIC IS FOR 3 YRS AS SME . BUT LIC VIOLATED THE CONTRACT AND CHANGED MY PROFILE AFTER 2YRS , AND ALWAYS FORCED ME UNDER SALES PRESSURE WHICH WAS NOT JISTIFIED . TGTS ARE UNJUSTIFIED. AFTER THE CONTRACT IS CHJANGED AFTER 2 YRS CONTRACT WAS REVISED BY BRINGING THE CIRCULAR IN WHICH QTRYLY BASE TGT WAS GIVEN , AND IF TGT WAS NOT COMPLATED (75%) YU R TERMINATED FROM THE SERVICES. IN DEC QTR I WAS UNABLE TO DO THE TGT WHICH WAS 12 SCH.FPI PREMIUM.(YRLY TGT) .UNABLE TO DO THE QTRLY TGT (75%), I RESIGNED FROM THE COMPANY ON 2 JAN 2013. WHEN THIS CIRCULAR IS IMPLEMENTED THEN THE CLAUSE OF TERMINATED WILLL BE IMPLEMENTED.AS IN OTHER ZONE PRAMOD KUMAR SAHOO WAS TERMINMATED DUWEW TO NON COMPLETED OF 75% TGT , THEN HOW THE QUES. OF RESIGNATION COMES. THEN WHY LIC IS ASKING FOR ONE ,MONTH SALARY. AND ALSO THERE OFFICIALS ARE TELLING ON MY PHONE THAT WE WILL SEE HOW YOU WITHDRAW THE PF?

Dear sir,
My LIC policy No.[protected], had been enrolled on 28 Jan 2010, but till date I have not received Bond paper against my policy. I have paid policy premiums time to time through On-line.
1) I have several times contacted with LIC Agent (Sandeep Kr. Goel, Mob. [protected]) but there is no reply from the other end.
2) I also meet to DEV.OFFICER (Mr. Harish Chandra) and Branch Manager (Mr. T. P. Singh ) on dated 12 May 2012 at LIC brach-255, but I have not got any positive response from their side.
3) i also mail to branch office and zone office at [protected]@licindia.com and [protected]@licindia.com on date Sat, Jun 9, 2012. But till date i have not got any reply from their side.
4) I registered complaint on IRDA Feb 8, 2013, now they are forcing me to submitting APPLICATION WITH A BOND FOR LOST. so that they can issue DUPLICATE POLICY BOND.
5) when i never got the policy bond then why i have to submit A BOND FOR LOST. I am having a right to get a original policy bond.

So that, please be trace out the actual condition of my LIC policy bond paper and take action on the person who is associated with this policy,

if LIC is not able to dispatch my policy bond then return my all money that is submitted by me till date.

May kindly look into the matter and take needful action for the same.

I have taken a housing Loan from LIC Housing Finance Ltd Kanpur Branch Loan A/c No.[protected]. I Have already fully paid the loan amount. When I gone through the statement of account one payment made on 28.07.2011 of Rs.1,50,000/- has not been adjusted in principal amt and adjusted at time of closure of account on 22.12.2011. I have given letter to LIC Housing on 21.02.2012 and 17.09.2012 for refund of excess interest charged of Rs.8,289/- but till date no reply from LIC Housing.

I request you to please take action agst the company.

This is with reference to my LIC policies no[protected] &[protected]. First of all , I would like to inform you that I have deposited the premium for 3 year for both the policies as per policy norms ( minimum 3 years) and in Jan’13 we got a notice that our both the policy has been foreclose by LIC without giving any prior notice which cause i have bear a huge loss in the policies and there is no information that why the amount has been deducted by LIC nor they are ready to respond on the same as i have wriiten complaint many times.

I want the complete reversal of balance amount which i have paid to LIC and interest for five years.

Your early action is highly appricatble.

I just wish to bring in your kind notice that my brother in law (Late Dinesh Kumar) was met with a road accident in Chandigarh in the month of May 2012 and got expired in the PGI Chandigarh. My Brother in law has taken a Insurance policy on his name from Arvind Insurance Adviser (LIC of India) Trimurti Market, Nadaun. After his death, we have submitted all the required document along with police station document & death certificate to the LIC agent and an inquiry was held from the LIC official in the First week of January 2013. Then they told us that now your all the process is completed and the amount of the claim settlement would be transfer in your account with next 15 days. But now approx one and half month is past, we didn't get any response. We have visited the LIC Branch Office Nadaun &Hamirpur and have a meeting with the branch manager. During our visit they assured us again that your all the process is completed and your file has been forwarded to the head office for payment process and u will get it within next week time or 10 days. But till date we didn't received any amount.

Approx 10 month has been past when the accident held, We have visited the Insurance agent office & LIC office many times, but in vain. Now we are helpless, My sister is a house wife and have two school going kids and its very much difficult for her to take care of them without any source of income. You are requested to kindly look into the case and guide us what we can do else.

Hi, My name is Chandrashekar Sethuraman from Begumpet, Hyderabad. I have applied for a LIC Loan on Feb.8, 2013 with application #[protected]. After 2-3 weeks now the LIC Agent Mr. Swayam Prakash from Kukkapally, Hyderabad has been pressuring to check and provide the details of any other employee from my company Solugenix India Pvt Ltd if they have taken loan as well as provide him with all the profit and loss and other money transaction details of my company, even though he had mentioned earlier that they would contact the concerned person from my company (whose contact details I have already provided) and also had mentioned that they are charging us Rs.5000+ (which got debited from my account 2 weeks ago itself) for valuating our new apartment construction details, verifying all the details about my working for the company etc. Now Mr. Swayam Prakash (+[protected] is calling my builder and saying that unless I provide all the companies profit and loss details (I am just an employee of this company) and other money transaction details, they will not be able to process and sanction loan nor attending my calls any more. I feel that I am being cheated by this person because of the fact that I submitted all the documents he was insisting that we go with HDFC and not with LIC but I felt that it would be better to get loan from LIC, he seems to be giving some excuse of not being able to sanction the loan. He is not even responding to the SMS that I had sent nor called me to inform me the status even though I had sent about 10 days ago once again the scanned copies of the information that he had requested for.

Please advise as to how I can take this further as I have lost time as well as feel I am being cheated and it is that he is giving me mental torture in this regard.

Sir, I am taken Home loan from LIC Housing finance. Cheques given for EMI. I am maintinaning Balance 10,000
But LIC Housing finance 2 EMI's in one cheqe producing. This month also they are given above 10000/- Cheque. My bank given sms that your cheque stopped and 393/- charges collected. If EMI cutting regularly this was not happining. In my account cheque bounce problem also not occured.

My mother is a house wife, my mother is having some policies in LIC. And one of my relative who is working with LIC did some fraud and false commitment with my mother regarding the investments because of his commission.

I want to proceed with some legal action against him.

Please suggest me what is the procedure for that.
