I have payed manually Rs.3227.00 in the month of sep dt:19.09.2009 and same amount was debited from my icici account through EMI on 01.10.2009.(perviously for the last 3 months there was a problem in paying through EMI).so i have payed manually.

I have Punjab National bank account with nominee and take death settlement from bank.
No other application received to claim above. I am the only applicant/wife who applied but
No communication on this regards as you now from branch or LIC No progress on this issue. No help from LIC being LIC Agent. He is the only earning member. How I run my house. I am suffering from financial problem.

Please suggest me what I do to get hereditary commission.

Sub:-Policy no[protected] original bond not received from Nalgonda Branch

I Kalwakolu Ramesh Kumar Policy holder of[protected] belongs to Nalgonda branch (654) have cleared loan through receipt no232075 dt.21.10.2008 for rs 50, 000/-and 232239 dt 22.10.2008 for rs 15, 121/-.After clearing I have transfered my policy to City branch-22.
After clearing the loan the policy was re assigned on 29.10.2008.But till to date I could not get my Original Bond even after lapse of 13 months I request the officials kindly arrange to send the policy to me at the earliest possible date.

NON-DEPOSIT OF MONTHLY PENSION IN MY A/C.

I am Mrs Savita Bhutani, R/O M-69, Sector-25, Jalvayu Vihar, NOIDA-201301. I had opted for Monthly Pension after maturity of my Policy No 11258306 in Plan-122-5. The Policy matured in Jan 2010. The choice 'F' was given on was submitted on 11 Jan 2010.

It is to inform you that I have a policy at city branch No. 3 which is yet lying for the maturity since the date of maturity. My policy No. is[protected]. maturity date was 28, 05, 2011,

The branch is under K.M.D.O and situated at 14 Madan Street, City Branch No. 3 Kolkata-700 072.

The said branch or the divisional office is yet unable to send my marturity cheque within the due date and they are unable to process the adjustment for loan repayment, .
