    I had applied for premium payment through ECS of all four policies & same confiremd by LIC office. They had implemented three policies and left one. It is fault of LIC Branch.
    At last I had paid through cheque payment alongwith interest of six months. The policies are as under

    It must be refund by interest alongwith one day office leave for depositing the premium due to laps.

      A big scam is going within the LIC HF. Unless you meet thier so called unnecessarily DEMANDS they do not disburse the requested amount even after sanction of the loan. LIC HF is also making money by taking huge processing fee and do not disburse money toits cumstomers then after.

        It is to inform you that I undersigned many time approached to your office through many letters, but no reply received from your side. I again inform to you that I had been issued Jeewan Sathi (Double cover joint life plan) which policy No. is[protected] DOC-28/12/04 Under Plan and Term 89/15 for Rs. 1, 00, 000/- from your office and its quarterly premium i.e. Rs.2, 011/- is being paid by me upto 03/2007. Due to some financial problem, I could not be deposited quarterly premium payment on due date. Now, I also many times try to deposit my premium but the said policy number not yet be operated.

        Now, I intend to deposit my quarterly premium payment from 06/2007 to till date. You are requested to kindly send the Premium Intimation Letter from your office alongwith status report of my Policy No[protected] to my undersigned address at the earliest to deposit my LIC premium accordingly.

            Hi sir,
            I have paid LIC premium online through the portal http.www.licindia.com for year[protected] on dated 25 April 2009. The amount was debited from my HDFC account but didnt get the reciept through Online of lic site licindia.com .
            I tried “View Pay Premium Online – Receipts” option but there also it is not showing the receipt of policy

                  On 14.1.04 I have started the Jeewan Suraksha Policy (Option one time maturity payment) at LIC Branch Dalli-Rajhara (Dt-Durg, Chhattisgarh) . at the age of 45 yrs. As per the terms at the age of 50 yrs the policy will be matured and one time maturity will be paid to me. The policy have been matured on 13.1.09. The documents has been submitted at the above said LIC branch. The one time option has already been mentioned in the policy; whereas after submitting documents the branch is expressing that the option form is to be submitted again and the form is not available at the branch, which is supposed to reach from Bhopal Regional Office.

                  I am lossing the interest on Rs. 50000/- + interest / Bonus since 13.1.09.

                  Kindly look into the matter immediately so that my mental agony be reduced.

                    Non acceptance of payment of premium thru credit cards

                    Sir,

                    I am very much interested in paying my LIC premiums online. But when i searched on LIC website and on google, i found that payment of premiums can't be made thru credit cards.

                    In todays hi-tech world, LIC must offer the facility to their customer of making payment of LIC premiums with help of credit cards. These will increase the customer convinience and will definitely save time and money of customer.br...

                      Dear Sir

                      I have bought a life insurance policy from Reliance is 13714040 the policy no. upon recieveing the policy i found that the policy is different that means the policy which reliance agent told me was different i.e, the policy which i wanted was about one time premium payemnt but the policy which i got is just normal policy and every year payment.

                      I logged a complaint to reliance and [protected] is the complaint no. but no action have been taken it has been already 19 days and everytime i hjave been told to call after 2-3 days.

                      My 75000 rupees have been blocked and i have been cheated by reliance and their advisor.

                      Would request you to please help me in this regard

                        I Praveen N Puri had applied for home loan of 20 lacs on 2nd of April2009. As per the information provided by your agent(so called marketing channel) we provided all the necssary documents.
                        1. In my case i am applicant and my wife coapplicant .
                        2. My wife works for afirm which is properiotorship firm.
                        3. Your agent said that loan will get sanctioned within 8 days and did not give satisfactory answers till 22 April09 giving assurance that loan is almost sanctioned you go ahead with agreement and told the builder same.
                        4. In meantime i had to go to USA on project so i approached LIC housing finance office (swargate) to ask what is the status.
                        5. Answer given : submit annual report your file will be sanctioned, also in meanwhile prepare power of attorney in wife's name.
                        6. believing in good name of LIC ( so called) we did so.

                        Today on 22 April09 they say we do not sanction loan to propreitorship firm employees.

                        Now after deducting the money Rs.1124/- frm our account they say that co applicants loan cannot be sanctioned.

                        My question is Whose mistake is this? and who is going to suffer ?Shouldn't they inform people that if they are working in properietorship firm they cannot apply.

                        Correcting mistakes promptly & canceling any Charges applied due to our mistake.
                        a. Handling Customers’ Complaints promptly.
                        b. Telling Customers how to take their Complaint forward if they are still not satisfied.
                        c. Providing suitable alternative avenues to alleviate problems arising out of Technological failures.
                        I want answer to all my queries and all the time, money lost because of LICHFL.

                        Kindly revert back as soon as possible or else we need to approach proper channels for the same.

                        I have taken a loan for 9.4L from LIC HFL. Initially my agent told me that my company(Emerson Process Mgt.(I) P Ltd) is a LIC listed company also Mohan Srishti(in which i had booked a flat) is a listed property.
                        My file no. is 315847. So, i paid processing fee as per 0.25% of sanctioned amount.

                        Now on the sanction letter they have mentioned my ROI = LHPLR-250 bps, whereas it should be 275bps.
                        One of my friends(employee of Emerson) has also receioved his sanction letter wherein the ROI is mentioned as LHPLR - 275bps. Also my agent(Sambhaji Ghare[mob:[protected]] did not inform me that this ROI(8.75%)would change after 3 months. I have taken over my Homeloan from HDFC to LIC. So, after paying an interest of around Rs.85000/- for a year to HDFC, I am feeling that why I have taken over my loan.

                          I am having a problem regarding my Life Insurance policy no.[protected] in Max New York Life Insurance. When the employee of the company came to me she said I have to pay the premium for three years only and after that the premium amount will be adjusted with the bonus of the product and I would have to pay nothing after that. But now four years has passed and till now I am paying the premium.

                          Now they say that I have to pay the premium till 11 years and if I miss any, the policy will be lapsed.

                          I asked to surrender the policy but they are refunding me a negligible amount as compared to what I have paid. I am helpless and compelled to continue with this fraud kind of policy.

                          I am a housewife and my husband is serving in I.O.C. we have no additional source of income, and when we see people like this we feel very disheartened. We feel there is everybody wants to cheat, we can not trust the words. This is beyond our paying capacity but we have to carry on with this.

                          I have nothing in written, there were many the promises but not on papers.

                            Hi,

                            I am existing customer of LICHFL. I am paying my housng loan EMI regularly from more than one year. During application process I have given them my current address for any further communication and they have promised that any change in interest rate will be communicated to me by postal mail but till now I have never received any communication from them about change in interest rate. To enquire about the current interest rate I called the branch office (Indra Nagar, Bangalore) several times but no one responds. I have even gone to the branch office to check for correctness of my correspondance address and verified that it is correct (I have done this work more than 5 months before) but have never received and communication on interest rate change. In this course of time LICFHL has increased/decreased interest rate 4 to 5 times. It is known fact that LICFHL does not disclose the current interest rate on its official website so it is very difficult for existing customer to know the applicable interest rate. In this regard I have sent email to the regional office as well as to branch office but I have never heard back from them. Can anyone provide me the ombudsperson details for LICHFL so that I can raise my concern.

                            LIC Housing finance operates like a typical government body without any control.

                            I also took loan from LIC HFL Hyderabad and ten service is really really very poor.

                            I'll give you a small example, this happened to me today only:

                            I am trying to reach LIC's ameerpeth office numbers since 2.30pm afternoon today (4 Jan 2010), I was finally able to get through the line at 6.45pm. I speak to person, tell my loan a/c number and ask that person if he can tell me why my prepayment cheque (given to 'LICHFL 10 days back) is not reflected in my a/c.

                            While I am asking all this in english, the person responds to me in Telugu (local language) saying that 'i[censored] can give me ur mobile number, i will call u back in a moment'. I gave my mobile number and no one has called me so far, it is close of business today (7.45pm).

                            to me i felt that the staff was having a party or something link that, as i could here some people laughing and sounds of music coming to me from background..

                            Wow, good start of the service from LIC HFL for 2010.

                            I have several LIC insurance policies too, but now I go for private players.. assuming that LIC Insurance may be same as LIC HFL.

                              RECEIPT NO. 00347775 DT.18/12/2006

                              I have deposited on 18.12.2006 annual premium in respect of the above policy at CAB Hazaribag . But it was not credited to my policy. My policy stands at Bhagalpur Branch -1. Now Bhagalpur Branch advised me to go to CAB Hazaribag Branch and obtain premium history duly signed by Branch Manager. At present I am at Ranchi and it is not possible for me to go to Hazaribag to obtain the certificate.

                              You are, therefore, requested to take up my case and do something so that the premium can be deposited in my policy.

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  I am maintaining two policy with Lic of India Belgaum branch with regularly paying the premium for the policy No.[protected] for Rs.1546/- & No.[protected] for Rs.492/- and paid premium for the due Feb - 09 by cheque but cheque is returned back for the non signature of the payee.
                                  I would like to ask, while accepted the premium they should check the cheque that is in proper way or not but the same is returned to me with a fine of of Rs.170/-.for the same cheque bank charged me Rs.80/-, is the my fault that i paid in cheque it is there duty to check the cheque or cash before accepting is it in a proper way or not.
                                  please advice me for the same.

                                  U have written a cheque without signature and submitted it at Lic office..well, as per banking code of conduct rule, there is a clause that the person issuing the cheque is the one responsible for its accuracy. Eg i[censored] have mad a cheque to person A (but u wanted to make it for person AA), the bank will not be responsible for wrongly giving the money to person A. U need to check it urself.

                                  Also, as for the question of LIC guys not checking the cheque before accepting..just consider a situation like this..suppose u pay premium by cash and use some fake 500 Rs- notes, it may happen that LIC guy may not make out the difference and accept ur fake notes as well, but then, speaking technically, u are at fault to give fake notes. Same way, he has accepted ur cheque and forgot to verify signature, but technically u are at fault.

                                    I TOOK A LOAN OF 6LAKHS FROM LICHFL(acct no[protected] IN YEAR 2006 WITH FLOATING INTEREST RATE OF 7.50%. ONLY FOR 3MONTHS I WAS GIVEN THIS INTEREST RATE, AFTER THAT EVERY 3MONTHS IT KEPT INCREASING AND I PAID A INTEREST RATE OF 11.50% FOR MAR09 NOW. ITS VERY SURPRISING/FATEFULL TO SEE THAT HOUSING LOAN COMPANIES GET THERE CUSTOMER SHOWING A VERY LOW INTEREST RATES AND AFTER THAT WHEN THEY GET A CUSTOMER THEY KEEP ON INCREASING THE INTEREST RATES.

                                    ALSO THE PROCEDURE OF CALCULATION OF EMI IS VERY HARD I.E THEY TAKE ALMOST ALL THE EMI TOWARDS INTEREST AND ONLY 2% TOWARDS PREMIUM AMOUNT, WHICH IS VERY UNFAIR. IF I AM PAYING EMI OF 5, 600 THEN THE INTEREST IS 5200 AND 400 IS MY PRINCIPAL DEDUCTION. IF WE CALCULATE THIS SAME THING FOR YEAR IT COMES 62400 AND PRINCIPAL DEDUCTION COMES TO 4800. ISN'T THIS UNFAIR?

                                    AT PRESENT I AM THINKING TO SETTLE MY LOAN IMMEDIATLY AT ANY COST, BECAUSE I HAVE MY OWN FAMILY EXPENSES ETC. IS THERE ANY OPTION WHERE IF I CAN BE CONSIDERED FOR SOME CONCESSION/RELAXSATION ON MY PRINCIPAL AMOUNT IF I AM WILLING TO CLEAR MY HOME LOAN IMMEDIATLY.

                                    We trusted LIC and they are betraying us. I have a loan relation with LICHFL and they are deducting more money than the announced interest rate. When I enquired about it officials are asking me to come down to their office to have an explanation that is merely impossible as I am out of station. I believe they are in blank. They dont respond properly to E-mails. I am totally worried and feel betrayed.

                                    No they cannot do like this if your loan is on monthly reducing balance and this is how it must be. If they are doing wrong then you must file case against them. I had taken loan in past and I never experienced the same but ignorance is the big problem. I have taken loan again this year and I think I must re-check.

                                      I am a policy holder of LIC of India and presently holding 4 policies. I am a resident of Muzaffarpur, Bihar and all the policy are maintained at Muzaffarpur Branch. Presently I am working in SBI Lonavla Branch as Branch Manager. In the month of March I gave money to a local agent of Lonavla branch for depositing the policy amount of my and my wife policy. My wife's policy no. is[protected] and the same is also maintained at Muzaffarpur Branch. I have clearly mentioned the policy no., name and the premium amount for payment. However due to negligence of LIC Lonavla, branch they deposited the money against policy no.[protected] of some Raj Kumar Singh. When I noticed the mistake, I requested the branch to rectify it. However despite elapse of more than 20 days the matter is still pending and no proper reply is being given by the branch.
