[Resolved]  Lic Of India — complaint

Dear Sir/Madam,
One of my customer,Mrs Jeliben M Patel, has taken the LIC Policy vide policy number[protected], I have not received one of the annuity payment cheque for which I have written several letters to LIC consumer cell in Ahmedabad but have not got any revert from them.She is frustrated with this kind o[censored]nprofessional behaviour from side and would like to know the status of my cheque no 529357 for amount Rs 24,000 dated March 01,2007, If the same is unpaid kindly send me the duplicate warrant on priority or give me the solution for procedure how to apply for duplicate warrant

lic agent is not well educated as per compere other private company.

Agent's of the lic at the time to take the policy at that time they are talking like cool and respected person in the life and as well as overacting as a manager but when i ask what is the status or when we have to pay the premium at that time "THEY ESPECIALLY DON'T HAVE TIME TO SAY" also i am stupid that my i had the policy of my family also if i am wrong email to [protected]@yahoo.com

Hope this delay will not affect our benefits or penalize us for the delay remittance of premiums.

Kindly request to follow up and take necessary steps to dispatch our documents from your Foreign Operations Branch as early as possible and kindly inform us on the status.
