Dear sir sub - my name is prasanna kumar t i have a lic poliy of pln no 180 i paid 1st policy amount was on 30 03 2007 propasaldeposit 5000.00 boc number 21072 agent code 0030619(keshav) but second year amount i have not paid because i have not got any information from lic office. aefter tha due date i went to pay my second year amount they told ur due date is over we cant take policy amount .thn i asakd wt i should now they told me to contact ur agent or ur branch i cant go to brach because im staying in bangalore. brach is in hasan. i cald agent he told ok u dont worry i will go to brach and get one paper just u sign it and give me but still he have not got any thing pls let me know how to continue my policy i hope u will help me i will be waiting for ur rply thanks&regards Prasanna kuma T [protected] [protected] [protected] Was this information helpful? I AM AN LIC AGENT IN HOSUR(TAMILNADU) BRANCH.I FEEL VERY SHAME TO SAY THIS.POLICY HOLDERS ARE NOT GETTING PROPER INTIMATION OF DUE DATE.AGENTS ARE TREATED LIKE DOGS IN LIC OFFICES.BONDS ARE NOT BEING ISSUED IN TIME, IT IS TAKING MONTHS TOGETHER TO GET THE POLICY BONDS.AGENTS NEED TO QUAREL WITH THE OFFICE STAFF FOR THE ABOVE.POLICY HOLDER SERVICE IN LIC OF INDIA IS VERY VERY WORST.

One of my policy No:[protected] has matured on 20th Jan 2009 but Bangalore brunch office has no bothration as neither they have send me a discharge vouchre nor the cheque so I have on 17th Feb 2009 have sent then the original policy with discharge vouchre duly filled and witnessed by one of LIC Development officer by spped post. This Spped post letter was received on 19th by the Branch office but there after I have not received any reply despite my 5 reminders from the brance and my cheque is still not received. Please advice how do I now act to get my money which has been deposited over 25 years.
