[Resolved] Lic Of India — Money back for 15% SA not recd after 5 years | |
Dear Sir/Madam, I've taken one LIC policy bearing no.[protected] for self. The SA is Rs. 1 lac & DOC is 28th jan 2002. As per the policy, I'm supposed to get 15% survival benefits of SA after 5 years. So far, I've not recd any cheque for Rs. 15000 from LIC for the survival benefits. Kindly help me to get the survival benefit cheque after 5 years along with interest since the due date for this payment was 28 Jan 2007. I have not received 'all' instalments against my Money Back Policy No[protected], and few more, either in my name or in the name of my wife Mrs. Banti Saikia.
How should I proceed to get all information regarding non receipt of the instalments of all Survival Benifits ? My policies in the Nagaon Branch (Assam) of LICI.

My policy nos[protected] dt:23/01/2001 from Raigarh(C.G.).
It is transferred to Durgapur(W.B.) in year 2006.
It has got Survival benefit bonus in Jan 2005 of amt Rs 30, 000/.I did not receive this cheque.Please look into my matter kindly release my bonus amt in my present address.

I had got a LIC insurance at DAMOH in June 2005 for sum prem 10607/- that was money back policy . But till date I have not got any money back amount.
