Dear sir,

I shakutala J Gupta hereby inform you that my husband died in Road accident im mumbai on 7th may 2010. i am having his insurance policy of LIC. i myself is nominee of policy tooked by my husband.

I am Having insurance policy of my husband in mumbai & my native palce ballia. As claim in mumbai hasbeen settled immediately as soon as claim form submitted by me but on contrary same company LIC in ballia & bansdih which come under varanasi division o[censored]ttarpradesh i have submitted claim form in ballia & bansdih 6 month ago. after submission of claim form i have received only sum insured amount and they replied me that for accidental claim file hasbeen sent to varanasi divisional office for approval after that i serval time contact LIC ballia & its Divisional office for settlement of claim but they are not even replying six months ago, accidental cliam are pending with them i have persinally visited concern office they have replied that they had sent the file to divisional office for approval. after that i had mailed to varanasi branch for reply but they also didn't reply. i have submitted all documents related to claim they demand documents which are not useful for claim.

I request you sir please do needful so that i can get my cliam amount which i need it very urgent. if you need any additional information regarding policy please mail me.please find policy details as follow as

please note that i am submitting this complain to show that Company like LIC in remote area of india are not behaving properly also not doing that work properly also they are not replying properly same company in city like mumbai is providing good service in every matter. but in remote areas specially in uttarpradesh people are not good in LIC office they make claimant so much harresment which is un barreble as from this i can't come to known what is intention of this people behind this.

I am Harendra yadav hereby inform you that my brother died in Road accident in Selaqui Dehradun (UK)20 may 2010. i am having his insurance policy of LIC. i myself is nominee of policy tooked by my Brother.

I am Having insurance policy of my brother in Selaqui Dehradun (UK) & my native palce Modi nagar Ghazibad(UP). As claim in Modinagar has to been settled immediately as soon as claim form submitted by me but on contrary same company LIC in ModiNagar barnch (250branch code) which come under Ghaziabad division o[censored]ttar Prdesh have submitted claim form in Modi nagar branch 4 month ago. after submission of claim form i have received only sum insured amount and they replied me that for accidental claim file has to been sent to Ghaziabad divisional office for approval after that i did so many time contact LIC Modi nagar & Ghazibad Divisional office for settlement of claim but they are not even replying 4 months ago, accidental cliam are pending with them i have persinally visited concern office they have replied that they had sent the file to divisional office for approval. after that i had mailed to Ghazibad branch for reply but they also didn't reply.     i taken a policy of future plus on 30.3.2005 and allotted 4885.500 units against Rs. 50000/-. i withdraw a policy and get cheque Rs. 110629/- dt. 8.8.2011 against 4733.223 units.

    why reduce 152.277 units on maturity payment.

    In this connection, please look into the matter and send me cheque of difference units.

      My name is Mahendra kumar gupta I am having a Housing loan from LIC Housing F LTD and my file no is 117104.
      Currently my loan limit is 16.70 l which is 75% of my property when I was taking this loan I was told if near future If I raise a request to LIC and want to increase this limit so is it possible to do so, Then I have been answered with the YES and in a simple way and I was communicated that you just need to give a application and last two month salary slip along with bank statement this is it.
      Once I have initiate this process they told me it is approved and your existing limit has been increased with the amount 1895500, But when i went in LIC office for verification they are giving me new loan and nothing has been done to reschedule my loan.
      I speak to their area manager Mr Alok Goel as he introduced to me as area manager on the phone, He is also telling the same process well I have checked with couple of banks and one my friends friend who is working in LIC housing finance and as per her comment LIC can reschedule the loan and increase the existing loan limit.
      I don’t know what is the process to fixing this loan limit (16.70 L) my current salary is 43k Per month.
      My loan is taking care by Mr Rajeev and I don’t think he has manner to speak. During the conversation with him I have threaten to damage my credit history and Rajeev wording was “You don’t know me I can update your CBIL data and you cannot do anything to me” well I don’t know if he has done the same or not
      I think I have trapped in an ambush and I am seriously thinking if this has been taken care properly I don’t know what will happen to this complaint.

      what is the limit for providing loan to borrower.if the site is located 20 kms from the city limit can you provide loan or not

        I got a policy in LIC Bearing Policy No[protected], which was commenced on 08 Nov 2007. At the time of four long years i have not received any type of policy key documents from above mentioned agent 01982502, Name Sanjay and by post.

        He Says, I kept your policy documents, whenever you surrender this policy, contact me.
        He is not respond my phone. I think he is not proficient in his job work.

        Kindly prompt action is requested and do necessary action against this defaulter.

            LIC INDIA Complaints - For issunig of due amount for surrender value of policy no[protected] and[protected]




            As stated above , I and my sister invested in money plus plan of insurance policy in march 2007.and we deposited the premium in the year march 2007, 2008,through the agent. Premium of March 2009 and 2010 are due, due to the mis use of agent and then we decided to with draw and Applied for surrender of policy in August 2010.
            But we haven’t received the amount . I requested to officer (Lic of India, Ranebennur Code 26763,Karnataka Office) so many times, Even I requested several times in Branch office. But B.M sir Ignored my request.
            So it is my humble request to you to giveback us our amount.

            Till date, I have not been informed or my call was not attended. Four-five nos. were contacted.

            See my previous policy having No.[protected] Premium (Half Yearly) Rs.3488.60 - Last Premium
            date 4.1.2010. You can check up about this also you know it. For this I am putting it for your
            information.

              My Policy No.[protected] is made at LICI, Bilasipara, J.C.Road, P.O.Bilasipara, Dist.Dhubri, Assam. Pin Code-783348. Under the survival benefit scheme,I received an outstation clearing cheque of Rs.30000/= bearing no.csc/x 802580 dated 28.10.10 drawn on United Bank Of India, Hakama Branch, P.O. Bilasipara, Dist.Dhubri, Assam, Pin-783348. Since it takes 15-20 day for clearance and deductions made for charges, I send back the cheque on 01.11.10 to LICI Bilasipara, requesting to pay me either by an at par cheque or by a demand draft.
              On 16.11.10. I received a demand draft of Rs.29895/= dated 13.12.10.(please note the date of DEMAND DRAFT), drawn on United Bank Of India. Drawing office HAKAMA BR.(HAK-G66)
              It is shear negligence on the part of The bank and the LICI.
              Do they accept the same mistake committed by their customers. Here the system do not accept it and the customer is penalized by taking extra charges.
              Now one more question is raised here that since LICI as stopped accepting outstation cheques then why they are making payments to their customer by outstation cheque.

              I am Vinay kumar Roy I have purchase a Money back plan ( Poicy no.[protected] from Saharsa (Bihar) branch and have received 2nd time money back cheque but by mistake cheque has been damage & not deposit in bank .After that i have gone lic office (Saharsa )and submitted all require document and application along with damage cheque on 19th April 2012 to Mr.Niraj kumar Singh and I have regular follow up with Mr.Niraj kumar singh on mobile no.[protected] but he told every time payment transfer in you’re a/c by next week but I don’t know when come next week and money back payment received in my a/c. today i have again call to Mr.Niraj Kr Singh but he tell me there are no any time to solve your problem and you can Champlain to head office.



              Request you pls check the matter & take necessary action.

Infact a person by name Sunil of your company who processed the loan of mine. he happily took 1 year from last October to till October 31 2010 and finally he said the day for the loan and benefit is over. in fact i feel this is the the probably the worst housing finance company seen in the world. He never ever made an attempt follow-up except getting all he wanted in installments the documents. I feel very sorry for this bad service. Now also everything is done all what he wanted is done in spite of all process done and eligible for sanction he said will come back last week still he has not come back. I know you are not interested in small loan of 20 lakh you always wanted loan of crores so you get achieved your target and commissions like LIC agents. i really do not know what he really wants. I only need to call up often to know what the status exactly opposite of the pvt finance and banks. while coming they talk as if we are the best and in one week we sanction all nobody is like us but fact is tragedy. Now he said the term is for 5 year fixed i can process still he has not replied and come back.
                        I hate to see these kinds of people who does customer service. I am the loser because of your false promises. Your company has asked all except the police records for my house is in Bangalore and video of it. still result is big ZERO Umesh [protected] please tell that person at least to call and say what is in his mind every time he keeps saying my manager is not agreeing i want to know what is he looking for apart from documents and papers of land My number is [protected]

                            I am having 7 LIC Policies of LIC of India and paying premium through Indian Bank, MG Road branch since 25.7.2010 by accepting ECS payment by LIC Jeevan Beema Nagar BRanch, Bangalore.

                            Now since I am transfered to another HAL Division at Marathalli, I wish to change my ECS payment facility from Indian Bank, MG Roard to SBI HAL Branch, Bangalore, for which I obtained SB_HAL branch Bank approval with seal for accepting ECS facility as I am operating Saving Account from this branch. But, LIC Jeevan Beema Nagar Bracnh has not accepted change in ECS facility stating that it can not be changed now because of some RFM action at their part.

                            defence — NON ACCEPTANCE OF CHEQUE FOR LIC PREMIUM

                            I have a money back policy at Gazadiabad branch. Being a defence employee I have been posted at border, where I can not get my policy transfered. I do visit New Delhi Janakpuri since my family is staying there. I have personnaly visited LIC Janakpuri New Delhi Branch in B block to deposit my LIC perimium for QE June 08 several times between 18 Jun 08 to 29 Jun 08 . I have been told a standard reply by branch lady clk that the internet connection is not working. I approached branch manager, he also did not help me.

                            how come an internet connection of this branch is not working for so many days . I am of the openion that the branch is reluctant in accepting cheque for out station policies.

                            You are requested to look into the functioning of this branch. It is also noticed that the lady clk at the counter is either busy in talking on mobile phone or listenig music on Mobile FM.
                            ECS is a facility offered by the Banks to its customer under instructions from RBI

                            The procedure for ECS mode under LIC is as follows
                            1. Before submitting your proposal for insurance get the ECS mandate form from LIC.
                            2. Submit the ECS mandate form to the bank for attestation and take two copies of the same.
                            3. Submit the original to the bank so that they will enable ECS under your account
                            4. Submit the copy of the mandate to LIC along with the proposal for insurance,
                            5. LIC will then generate debit invoice and send it for clearing to your bank
                            6. Bank verifies whether you have given mandate for ECS debit to the bank
                            7. If you have given the mandate and sufficient balance is there then the debit goes through
                            8. Usually Rs 125 now a days is charged by LIC only if the ECS debit does not happen due to insufficient funds in the bank account of the party

                              Ref: my letter even dated in favor of manager ,LIC , karaikudi Branch.


                              I here by inform you that I have not received any response for my letter till date from you. I am solely depend on the benefits of my late husband M.SP.Subramanian . It is known that LIC is the forerunner in settling the death claim within the month .But in my case it is not so. In my reference, documents are handed over to Sri Pethaperumal.
                              LIC is the only organization in helping the old age people and their spouse after death. But your vision is failed in my case.

                              I request the concern authorities to look in to the matter and settle the death benefits within a week time. I would like to know the reason for the delay. It is very displeasure to me.
                              I expect positive results from your end.
                              LIC has become a dictator BEING a GOVT org.Should be tried by S.C.of India

                                    As stated above , I invested in money plus plan of insurance policy in march 2007.and I have deposited the premium in the year march 2007, march 2008,march 2009 & march 2010. After depositing the premium of March 2010. Applied for surrender of policy in April 2010.
                                    Due to this I have received the allotment amount of 60,000/- paid by me up to 3/09. But I haven’t received the amount which I paid in month of April 2010.
                                    Ie 20,000/- when ever any officer of your company (Lic of India, Alwar Rajasthan Office) came to Alwar Branch for visit , I requested to him so many times, Even I requested several times in Branch office. But B.M sir Ignored my request.
                                    So it is my humble request to you to give me my remaining amount.

THE POLICY BONED AND MTURITY FORM DULY SIGNED AND SUBMITTED TO UR SERVICING BRACH THAT IS SEETHMMA DHARA BRANCH VIZAG.A.P MEAN WHILE I HAVE TELEPHONED TO THE OFFICE TALKED WITH THE CONCERED HE TOLED ME THAT IT WAS POSTED ON 23/12/2010 BY SPEED POST . BUT IT WAS NOT REACHED UP TO 28/12/2010. AGAIN I HAVE CONTACTED THE OFFICE AND THE CONCERED PEOPLE SAID THAT IT WAS POSTED ON 23/12/2010. AFTER AWAITING COUPLE DAYS I RECEIVED THE COVER, SURPRISNG IT WAS POSTED ON 31/12/25010. I RECEIVED ON 1.1.2011 BY SPEED POST.

                                    IMMEDIATLY I TELEPHONED TO UR BRANCH MANAGER SEETHAMMADARA BRANCH VIZAG . I EXPLAINED THE ACTUAL POSITION TOOK PLACE.
                                    I REQUESTED HIM NOT DO THIS TYPE SERVICE TO THE CUSTOMER. BUT HE FEELS THEIR STAFF ARE CORRECT . TO GIVING WRONG INFORMATION TO CUSTOMER IS GOOD SERVICE AND MOREOVER THEY ARE NOT SENDING THE MATURITY AMOUNT WITH IN TIME .

                                      I am the LIC policy holder vide policy No.[protected] monthly deduction of Rs.44.70 has been deducted from my salary and my policy has been expired on January 2009 where as my policy amount has been deducted from my salary up to April – 2009 the same has been paid to the LIC regularly by the Department.

                                      I have submitted the original policy along with the letter for refund of my LIC policy amount. But I have received the part of my policy amount i.e., for Rs.30,143.00 (Rupees Thirty Thousand One Hundred and Forty Three Only) vide Cheque No.057566 Dt.28.07.2009 i.e., paid up to 11/2001. Whereas LIC amount has been deducted from my salary up to April, 2009. When I enquire from your department, it is stated that the policy amount has not been received from your department since 12/2001 for which I have been furnished a statement stating cheque numbers etc to confirm the same and also requested to mention the section under which it is remitted. Further, I have enquired from my department whether any cheques are pending to be remitted to the LIC Department, they informed me that we are remitting the LIC deduction cheques regularly. Further I have worked in the following section as shown below:
                                      1. Executive Engineer, circle No. 2, MCH from[protected] to Dec 2002.
                                      2. General Branch, Head Office, MCH from 5/12/2002 to Auguest 2007.
                                      3. Town Planning Section Head Office, GHMC from Sept 2007 to Feb 2009.
                                      4. Estate Office, Head Office, GHMC from March 2009 to till today.

                                      In spite of repeated reminders vide reference 2nd to 4th cited, no action has been taken to refund the balance amount of my LIC policy amount even after lapse of more than ( 8 ) months.

                                      Therefore I request you sir to kindly verify in your department records and see that the balance of my policy amount may be returned to me at the earliest possible please.

                                      An early reply is awaited in this matter.
