I have not received your cheque No.14528 issued your NDSE-II Branch for Rs. 5000/- against my money back policy which is matured on 28 Oct 2009.

as per my knowledge .my plicy is endowment policy n i should get 20000 thousand as money back ammount.but i have received only 1oooo thousand which i have noticed very late.i request you to verfy the matter soon n inform me the same . my origanal address was at & post -khalispur[ghazipur] up.since i am working in kv my addressed has changed to bangalore.i got a 10 thousand cheque at bangalore address.kindly verify the matter to avoid the tension.
