Poor service and knowledge of staff

LIC HFL has a very poor business model of selling Home Loans through its agents and when it comes to foreclosure of loan; the company (agents disappear) makes you slog for closing the loans. I have been mentally tortured by the company as there is nobody to even answer my simple questions like "where should i pay the cheque" or "how much time will it take to foreclose my loan".
