I have received one call from Insurance customer complaint. They asked some question such as whether you was giving any benefit of commission on yearly and whether you are getting bonus by company, where your insurance cum investment policy mentioned with ID no of borrower. They said that if your insurance policy is mentioned with ID no of borrower, then the yearly commission and bonus is automatically gone into borrower account. If we want to convert exciting policy into Borrower ID to self ID no then we have to invest single premium of Rs. 30000 in DLF self policy and after 45 days Rs. 32300 is provided back to us and we will get unique ID no . The previous policy ID are converted from Borrower ID to self ID.After getting this ID no, all the new policy are covered under this ID.
Kindly confirm whether the above facts is true or not.

LICHFL/JAMSHEDPUR/Auction Dt.29/03/2011 Regarding bidder of auction vide auction notice dt. 29.03.2011 Sales Notice under SARFAESI Act 2002 was published on 26.02.2011 for submission of bid for auction of M.L.No. 32018440 of Sanjay Ghoshal , Flat No. 3/1, 1st floor, Gopala Block, Shri Krishna Udhyan , Jawahar Nagar, Mango, Jamshedpur.

    We have paid to LICHFL Jamshedpur Area office of Rs.11,00,511/-(Rupees Eleven Lakhs Five hundred and Eleven only ) Rs.110000/- SBI cheque No.275648 dt.29.03.2011 plus Rs.990511/- SBI cheque No.693239 dt.31.03.2011 against above mention auction as highest bidder .
    Now this has been more than 1 year 2 months till date, during this period I have followed up many times through mail and verbal communications to you, Regional office and Head Office, but I haven’t got any satisfactory action or any commitment from your end. I feel sorry to say that I am feeling cheated. Please do understand my problem and situation. More over I am a heart patient.

      I had called this LIC Branch in Paramakudi regarding one of my Father's policies as he has passed away recently. The response from them is highly irresponsible and frustrating. The people who attended the call did not even listen to my query and asked me to come to the branch directly. I live in Bangalore and simply cannot visit the branch just like that. I wanted to know the procedure and the documents required for the claim purposes and the customer care responded well and asked me to contact the branch. The branch officials who attended the calls were so arrogant that they do not even listen to the queries. If this is the way they treat the family of a 20 year old customer, then imagine the plight of a new customer.

      I have become so frustrated with this branch and recommend people not to deal with this stupid organization for any of their insurance related issues. Stay away from LIC.

Mr. Rajeev Mandal is handling all the formalities and from March 2012 he has told us that our home loan has been passed and we have paid expenses cheque against loan and EMI of the loan but till the date we have not got any cheque of loan and any satisfactory response from Mr. Mandal.

          Hi , I am just sharing my bad experiences with LIC HFL- Tristar building, coimbatore. This is totally about the mishandling of post dated cheques and unexpected fines to the customer from them. I have taken loan from LIC -Coimbatore, I was paying my dues properly through the post dated cheques. But once I was out of station for 3 months and i have already issued the required cheque leaves to LIC -coimbatore . Suddenly one day they have sent letter that I need to pay the fine without any proper reason. My father went to their office inorder to know the reason. The bad situation is nobody responds there properly.Its a typical Govt office like situation, my father who is an aged man was helpless and just paid the fine inorder to avoid further any consequences. Really painful situation where they wont let you any intimation about the cheques availability or anything related to your loans. Simply they would collect the fine. One day when i was present there inorder to ask the LIC people about the ECS option from my salaried account Bank , the same thing there was huge que waiting and am in the que the man who was handling the customer couldnt spare me even 5 minutes.He just gave me a form and asked me to get the forms filled from my bank from where the ECS would occur. I came back home with more dissapointment. To my surpise again they havent deducted my due for the current month. Definitely am sure that they may come back again with the fine to me. I am helpless now. since there is no way to get the exact reason for this. If anybody have any suggestion in this regard will be helpful. please post the same here.

          LIC Housing — Release of original documents after 2 months from the date the cheque for closure of loan is submitted

          delay in closure of home loan taken from LIC.Cheque for closure of home loan has been submitted to LIC on 9th September 2011. LIC housing has mentioned that the original documents will be released on 15th october 2011.( delay of 2 months)

              I obtained a Loan against my Policy No.[protected] and Partly repayment make on dated 22.3.12 of Rs.25000/- with intrest of Rs.694/- but unfortunaltely sign differ cheque is dishonour and LIC,Churu write letter dated 27.3.2012 and same dispatched on dated 27.4.2012 those applicant received on dated 5.5.2012 then come in my knowledge. Applicant deposited on same day but intrest collect from me Rs.2774/-(including Bank charges 173/-) Unnecessary delay from LIC,churu . AND LIC imposed Unnecessary Interest. Please inquired the matter and do need ful action. and those are applicable give the relief to applicant.

                My Brother Mr. Ganesa Gopalan has expired on 02/11/2010 and requested LIC PGS to let me know the amount refundable by Bank to LIC about excess pension credited but they are not responding with the Calculation hence raising the complaint and would request you to take up the matter and do the needful so that the amount can be refunded at the earliest. LIC BO 103 New Delhi is the annuity seller.

                    i have already paid my premium on date that is in the month of jan 2012 and again i went to pay the premium in march i was told to pay the dec premium again with the penalty of Rs 44/-.
                    i went to the camp office i was told that i will have to go to the hadapsar office after my req they told me that the system was not updated and we will update and let u know but uptil now nothing has been heard from the office about my premium and the penalty.
                    i would like to complaint that why they need 3 months to update and why the system not been processing my a/c and giving me the clearance of the above matter.

                      I applied for a loan from LICHFL limited (Pitam Pura branch) last week of Feb or first week of march. My loan papers were collected by Mr Rajesh Joshi and he said he is an employee of LICHFL. (after sometime I got to know that he is an independent loan broker and not an employee). I have given him all my papers for the processing and he promised me that it will take 10 to 15 days in processing. After a few days , he called me that he need more documents, which I gave him immediately. He also taken a cheque of RS. 1103/- (cheque number 0509320) for file charges. Then he called me after some days and told me that my loan file OK and I need to pay the hole processing charges of RS. 10000 /- (cheque number 0509321 ). I gave him the cheque and it got cleared as well. Then when I followed him about the cheque to the builder he avoided my calls and did not give me positive answer . He was not taking my calls and the money was already gone from my back accounts. He called me up one day and asked for a few more documents.

                      I want to know when the loan was approved , why do we need more documents. I also asked for Rs. 3,500/- over and above the LICHFL changes for his SPECIAL services which I paid to him at the starting itself. After a lot of time when the disbursement did not happen , I went to LICHFL office for cancellation of my loan processing as I was in a hurry as I had to go out of India.

                      I was even more surprised or shocked to hear from the branch manager that Mr Joshi is not LICHFL employee and he has not forwarded my emails and papers to LIC for disbursement.

                      I am extremely dissatisfied by the behaviour of Mr. Joshi and it is because of him I cancelled my loan processing despite of paying the full processing fee.

                      Therefore , I request you to please refund my processing fee. Attached is the my bank statement attached for your reference.

                      I also urge you to please instruct Mr. Joshi some customer responsiveness as Everybody is in business because of customers. I was planning to refer LICHFL to all my friends but really disappointed by the services.

                      Requesting you again to refund the processing fee for my case.

                        Hi!

                        I am having LIC pension policy with Policy No[protected] .

                        As pet the terms * condotion of policy i used to receive post dated cheques for complete year from LIC for Rs1067/- per month in April every month.

                        This year, till date i have not received the post dated cheques as of now.I have received a letter from IPP cell to complete some formalities as mentioned in the letter .
                        All the required formalities have been completed but till date i have not received cheques.
                        i am trying to get in touch of concern person in IPP cell at Jeeval Bharti building in CP at below no's

                        but no one is helping or redirecting my case to concern person.

                        it is my humble request to help me in understanding the delay in the process . i am a retired person from a semi government job and this amount is my only source of income.

                        please help !!!

Even I have sent it at information centre Chandigarh also as suggested by them. Inspite of a writing ipp cell a number of time in last 20-25 days, I am not gteeing any response. What should I do

                              Last 2 Months back I have applied for the Personal Loan & submitted all the required documents, After the loan sanctioned they have asked me for some more documents & I have submitted as they asked for me.

                              But still now they have not given me a check after regular follow-up to them, Either they are telling will do in 2 days, & these 2 days are not finishing from last one & half month,

                              They are telling some thing about the OD file that have not come from the Head Office, So I Tried to ask to the Pune Head office but no one is picking the phone or the phone is engaged at every time.

                              Please Help in this regards

Now I have been settled at Bilaspur, CG after my retirement. I am facing financial constraints due to non payment of the pension.I am a retired employee. Will you directly take up the matter with LIC? You are requested to please confirm what more should I do to get the pension amount.

                                    Dear Friends,

                                    I am writing here just to make all my dear friends aware of the ground reality of LIC Housing Finance Ltd. I applied for the loan (the worst decision ever taken by me) in LIC HFL through an agent Sunil Sharma [protected] (Asaf Ali Road Area Office) after seeing his number on SRS Residency website. Initially he responded promptly and got collected my documents immediately along with the sanction fees cheques. The Agent commited me of 85% of loan on property value and accrodingly i purchased property in faridabad and made advance payment to the seller.
                                    I got the sanction after 20 days and they asked for the 1% sanction fee of sanction amount which is highest in the market. According to them the sanction fee calculation came to 27000 + S. Tax. I bargained with them and escaped with 11000 + S tax.
                                    Now, after regular follow ups and personal visits to their asaf ali road office, i wasn't seeing any hope of disbursement and I was under pressure to pay the balance amount to the seller.
                                    Sunil Sharma started ignoring my calls. Then I had to go to their office and they used to asked me to sit in their office for long hours giving me some hopes that the disbursement is in process. After 40 - 45 days, when i asked them to either give me loan amount cheques or my documents back. They told me that the loan will be disbursed @ 75 % of the property agreement value. I was shocked at that point of time as I was under tremendous pressure from seller for balance payment.
                                    Finally i agreed on 75% and asked them to get the loan disbursed. They called me in their office continuously for 3 days, made me sit in their office whole day and assured me that cheque will be ready in couple of days.
                                    After couple of days, Sunil Sharma's team member called me up and informed me that my loan can not be disbursed and you can get your documents back. The behaviour of these LIC guys are so rude that, anyone will feel that they have come here as beggers and begging for the loan. The Area Manager Rekha Rani herself is so rude that, I never seen that lady talking with customers patiently, she always use to shout on the customers as if she is giving the loan from her pocket as a beg or donation.
                                    When I approached the LIC area manager for my original documents, they people called me thrice for handing over the documents. Luckily, i got my documents back and came to know the reason for non disbursement. Sunil Sharma (Agent) had tempered my original property documents (agreement to sell) and made forged signature of mine and the seller. Anyone can notice that the signatures are forged and documents are tempered.
                                    Finally I applied in HDFC and got the sanction in just 10 days and disbursement in next 5 days. Only in 15 days, everything was done and that too hassle free just in one visit, comparing to LIC asked me 12 times to their asf ali road office, as if we were free people.
                                    After 70 days of mental, physical and fiancial torture by these LIC people, now I am relieved by HDFC just in 15 days.
                                    I am sharing my experience with all of you, so that you should not bear the same torture.

                                    Stay away from LIC HFL and Stay Happy..!!!!

                                      The staff of LIC of india Mt. Pradip Parab staying now at Shripal bharti Bldg. No.1, C-10 unitechwest end is doing much harrasement and misbhavior with the customer to have the policy from them. Everythings are coming out now because he has purchsed this flat at shripalbharti. He is taking double premium amounts from the customer saying benefits arrangements are specialy done by LIC of India now for customer. He has started earning money from the customer.

                                      we reqeuest LIC of india a india's best insurance company to have a band on such employee to stop our harrasement.

                                      we appreciate if you do so to save our Policies with you.
