Dear Sir/Madam, Greetings !!! With due respect and humble submission I would like to submit the following few lines for your kind consideration and favourable action pls. My name is Ramachandran Chemmancheri Nair. I had submitted a proposal for joining in LIC scheme on 24th Sept, 2013 through Laxmi Road Branch (952). I have deposited Rs 36, 000/- for the same. I have spent an additional amount of Rs 1600/- for medical check up. Unfortunately, due to my medical conditions my proposal has been turned down by LIC office and I have given an assurance that I will get back my all money within a week. It is regretted to inform you that today is 23rd Oct, and after completion of a month still I am waiting for my refund. In view of the above, you are requested to kindly look into and the concerned staff may please be advised to do the needful at the earliest. Your cooperation is highly solicited.
