[Resolved]  LIC POLICY — Maturity Claim

My policy No.[protected]. The LIC is delaying unncessarily to give me the maturity. It is not giving good service as per my view. The staff are not cooperating me, Instead they harrasing me by telling something.

My mother's money back policy is a money back policy.The returns come in time(commencement on dec, 2003)every 4yrs.
till now no response from your side is being received by us.

i agree with u. there is abnormal delay in settling the maturity value by LIC. I have surrendered the market plus policy on 7.4.2011., still to get maturity value. what a bad service!!
