Dear Sir/ Madam
I had been a customer of LICI since 2008. I had taken a child policy on th assurance to convert the premium paying mode from quarterly to ECS type.after continuing for first one year due to certain problem in some machine as per there statement.But after repeated application and also my agent taking directly to the officers concerned, it has not been done yet. As my job is shifted to different cities , so I cannot shift my LIC headquarter everytime keeping it at Guwahati. But as I myself could not visit every time to pay the premium, interest has been charged for late payment but never bothered to convert my policy to ECS. If such is the attitude of the LIC officials now , how can one expect good cooperation by them during time to receive my matuirity amount.There had been no end to my problem .Once the date of premium fails which is only due to their fault, they forwards notices regarding premium lapses. So what can a common man expect with such arrogant officers who thinks they are all in all. Moreover they ignore any application regarding change of address where the rules say that we need to intimate them(LIC) for any change in address, which they do not do . I had applied for a change in my address . But LIC oficials did not respond positively. Where to go is a question for many under such difficulties. They should learn to serve first not in words but in reality. Hope your cooperation may help many sufferers this time.

      Based on telephonic communication with the officials at LIC office ,Chennai on 26th March'2011 I had sent you an application along with original expired cheque for its extension of validity period through "speed post" .       With regret , I am informing you that till date , I did not receive the cheque or any communication.

      Meanwhile I had contacted your office but no satisfactory reply was given.

          Hello sir,

          This is sravan kumar working for PwC from last 4 years. I am a LIC policy holder paying 70K towards my premium every year. I am eligible for 30lakhs loan as per my payslips.

          Many banks and finance organizations approached me to give easy housing loan within 15 days. But i made a choice to go with LIC housing because of my profile i would get loan faster than anywhere. Later i come to know that this was the BIGGEST MISTAKE i made.

          I wanted to buy a new house for 23 laksh and needed 15 lakhs as loan . I have applied for loan on March 3rd with all the documents on LIC kukatapally office. My file number is 316677. I got saction letter on 30th of march. I thought i will get cheque within 15 days. I paid 7500rs towards processing fee (PwC is listed in LIC website) and agent took 7500 as charges. He didnt give any bills for this 7500 amount.

          By April 18th, the agreement between builder and me has expired due to it exceeded 45 days time. We requested the builder to extend the agreement period for some more days. and my LIC agent pointing reason like file not sent to office, department has not come today etc for delay. This is going on TILL NOW (May 23rd).

          I am roaming around LIC office never before . Now the builder is not interested to extend the agreement and asking for interest on 15lakhs loan amount for last two months. Agent is asking for more bribes around 20K and even block mailing us as he wont return our documents(SALE AGREEMENT and other confidential doc's).
          I have submitted all genuine papers and i would have get loan from any nationalized bank within one month. Agent is intentionally delaying my file until he get required amount.

          1. What is the amount client need to pay to AGENT as per LIC Policy.
          2. Is this the LIC policy to encourage agents to get more bribes for submitting genuine documents.
          3. Is this the LIC policy to treat client to come whenever agent calls.

          I would like to see LIC as a prestigious organization in india with good client service with GOOD AGENTS with GOOD SERVICE. I am providing the agent details only to do not repeat with any other clients.

          Hello sir, My laon has been sanctioned Two -three time . before finalising my property, i asked about my status. They have said go ahead. so, finished All my formlity & pAIN TOPARTY WHOM I HAVE PAID MONEY .[APPROX=10 LAKHS] & PAID STAMP DUTY [APPROX=3.5 LAKHS] , REGISTER MY DOCUMENTS =30,000 , PAID TO SOCIITEY FOR TRANSFER etc =17,500.aLL THIS PROCESS IS KNOWN LIC. i APPROCH TO LIC OFFICE FOR MY LOAN. tHRY INFORMED THAT , wE RNOT GETTING YOUR FILE! ,nOW IAM IN MESH & CONFUSED, WHAT TO DO 7 WHOM TO APPRACH? .               My life policy[protected] matured for payment during Nov 2010. After receiving the maturity notice during Oct I informed the misplacement of the policy to LIC. Promptly I received instructions to submit an indemnity by a creditwothhy person.
              The indemnity as required by them was submitted to LIV Hyderabad branch 650 during December.
              During Jan 2011 I was informed their Mumbai office would verify the authenticity of the indemnity and I shall be informed about the development shorty.

              From Februray onwards many mails were sent to branch office 650 as well as complaint officers at Hyderabad. Even telephonic reminder evoked reply stating the concerned emplyee is on leave and after his resuming duties matter shall be resolved.

              Not satisfied with the reply I complained to The Ombudsman at Hyderabad on May 15, 2011. I am yet to recive any reply from any of LIC's compaint redressal Officers.

              When can LIC find time to reply me and remit the amtured amount against policy[protected].

              LIC of India Hyderabad — Matured amount not paid

              My LIC policy serviced by LIC branch 650 Hyderabad matured for payment during Nov 2010.

              All required papaers were submitted to them during Dec 2010. Many complaints to their branch office, Regional Consumar Complaints office did not evoke any reply.

              What remedial action I should take to receive maturity amount without any further delay.

                  I am Paying EMI through ECS ( ICICI Bank). Few months back the due date was missed. However I paid the extar amount to re activate it as per the post received. I am doing the same for the last three monts. still it is not re activated.

                    Its unfortunate that i got my housing loan from the Mr. T.C.Sharma one the agent of LIC Housing Finance
                    who is sad in his services.Every time i need some information i have to call him many times or i fail
                    to get thru him.I have to request LIC housing finance to collect the Sub Lease Deed from the builder .
                    For such a small job for which i have to pay fees to LIC Housing Finance, I still have to run around.

                    I visited their branch office Jeeva Bharti Building where my so called servicing agent Mr. Sharma sits
                    who didnt have courtsey to help me.I was told by the senior officer that it can be done only in Daryaganj
                    office.Today i get to hear from daryaganj office that it can only be done in the branch office.

                    When i finally got thru Mr. Sharma he gives his own story as usual that he can only guide me and cant
                    do anything more.

                    Its shame on such Financial Agents who get bad name to such esteemed organization.Pls share if something can be done otherwise i do not mind taking the issue further.My property address is

                        sir, i am having my agency since 2000 march. sir, previously till 2010 i was having no problem, and i was working very efficiently, and my d.o was also giving me support.
                        but, now he remains absent from office maximum time, and now he dont even pick up my calls. even his assistant says that he has enough of new business, so he dont have time to look after old business issues.
                        even sometimes my D.O, speaks very rudely to me.
                        there are lot other issues related to work.
                        sir, pls guide me, if i can shift my ageny into direct code, instead of being continue to be attached with DO.
                        As, i dont want to work anymore with him. Its more comfortable to work directly, rather being waiting for his response.
                        Pls look into the matter ASAP, and take some action to this.

                                  all relative docouments i.e death certificate,claim form3816, maedical document has alredy given to lic office kurukshetra.but there is no responce about my claim till date. i am wondering here n there for last 8 months . lic office kurukshetra is unable to unfruitful answer to me. sir i am fed up due to unnaturely death of my wife n unwanted arounding lic office kurukshetra plz give attention to my problem n try to solve as soon as posssible

                                  With due respect would like to inform you that, LIC Office, Branch Code:- 41J, not responding in a professional manner to given the policy amount to the nominee person.

                                  The policy no:[protected], open on dated 22/09/2009, of Sum Amount Rs:- 55000.00 in the name of Mr. S. Biswas, and the yearly premium of that policy deposited in LIC office in due time /date. But unfortunately Mr S Biswas died on 23/01/2010, and his wife Mrs Sunetra Biswas, the nominee of the policy holder BEG for the policy benefit amount after her husband’s death, your LIC office not responding.( All the related documents submitted to your 41 J Branch LIC office).

                                  Can you sir please look in to this matter in human ground and immediately instruct your Kolkata, W.B. LIC office Branch 41 J to release the policy amount to the nominee of the policy holder.

                                    NON-RECEIPT OF SURRENDER VALUE OF LIC POLICY NO:[protected].

                                    I surrendered above policy to the branch CBO: 9 on 15.3.2011 to surrender my policy. But after some days pass I enquired the fate of policy, AAO Sri Kashinath Adak informed me that as this is a foreclosed policy, I can’t prepare voucher and he send two e-mails to IT and CRM but no satisfactory reply received from them till date.

                                    You are requested to kindly look into the matter on top priority basis and take necessary action to the respective depts. So I can get my money back.

                                    Awaiting your earliest compliance in the subject matter.

                                    Life Insurance Corporation - LIC — DELAY IN SURRENDER

                                    I have Submitted refund form for policy no.[protected] on 08.12.2007 with all the necessary document but when I called LIC Office for knowing the status I came to know that there is a problem in their internal "IT" department & due to that they are not able to proceed it.

                                    Last two month i am following with them and always they said within a short period your problem will solve but still it is pending.

                                    KIndly resolve my problem.

                                    i had personally handed over my request for payment of surrender value on my LIC policy to the Lic Manjalpur office on 16th may 08/
                                    i had been informed earlier that by staff that LIC generally makes payment within 3 days.
                                    I have not yet received the payment cheque. Apart from poor service given by the agent, not giving proper information on the policy being sold, there is now delay in receiving the surrender value of policy.
                                    I was informed yesterday that the cheque has been sent on thursday by speedpost.
                                    In a small city like baroda, courier also delivers covers on the next day.
                                    May i know the reason for the delay.

                                    I have a life Insurance from "LIFE INSURANCE CORPORATION OF INDIA Branch : Jamshedpur "
                                    Policy No. 75195729.
                                    This policy had matured in 2002 and i have send the original policy through my agent code 1037/SSF .
                                    DV issued but sorry to inform you that till date i haven't received my matured amount Rs.43, 000 approx.
                                    I have personally visited your Branch and it says that my file is pending with claim office. My agent has denied to further do the needful work in this regard which he is supposed to do it. Please do the needful and help me get my matured amount and stay in the relation with your Organization.                                       I had made payment against my due of 28/08/2010 on 27/08/2010, for which advance payment was already made and adjustment was made against due of 28/02/2011. They sent reminders for premium already paid in advance.

                                      I returned the cheque along with my complain to LIC on 25/4/2011, which had been ignored . I did not get refund of my advance premium and nor the interest.

                                        Subject: COMPLAINT AGAINST THE DELAY FOR THE RETURN OF MONEY.
                                        Respected sir,
                                        I Nand Kishore Garg (policy no: [protected] have taken an ulip plan policy on 14thmarch 2005 from Roopnagar Branch of LIC Delhi and have paid a premium of RS.30000 one time premium. On the same date I have taken the same policy for my wife Mrs.Renu Garg (policy no.[protected] of same amount i.e. Rs.30000.We have surrendered that policy in 14th March 2010. We have not got the money back yet.
                                        The computer of respected department of lic is showing wrong ulips due to which my amount has been decreased to RS.35 only that is not possible. But the same computer is showing the correct ulips for my wife policy and her amount has increased to RS.63000 approximately.
                                        The case is pending from last 1.5 Years from March 2010 To May 2011. We have fulfilled all their demands and documents but still we have not got any satisfactory answers.
                                        We have submitted following documents:
                                        1) Bond Policy
                                        2) Bank Statement
                                        3) Policy D.O.C
                                        4) Policy Surrender Form
                                        5) Passbook Copy

                                        I have visited their office many times at least 50 times. I have also talked to the Manager Mr. Mahesh Chandra and his respected staff member Madan Lal. I had regularly been calling in their department and they have been delaying my work. I feel very disappointed because of the delay and inefficiency of my work.
                                        Mr.Arya Divisional Officer of LIC is not responding to our complaint and making new demands at each call. I am very disappointed from him as well.



                                        I have submitted all my documents and I am not having any other document now to fulfill their demands. Please consider all my problems and take some strict action against it. Kindly help me get back my hard earned money.
                                        LIC should mean what they say. Jeevan ke saath bhi jeevan ke baad bhi.
