[Resolved]  Loop Mobile — unaccounted deductions and unsolicited calls

Dear Sir,

I had gone to complaint at your Chembur Center.on 19 the May and registered a compliant
for unaccounted deductions and unsolicited calls which was registered under Docket number DOC-C[protected] by Once Ms Ranjita.

I had put these complaints, before as well but did not got any answer from, you.Once I complained I asked for the actions on my earlier complaints when one Rajita, executive
who asked for the proof with me since you do not keep more than ten days comp and can not help me with me results on the earlier compalints

After the present complaint she told me to come and ask for the results after three days.But on 25 the May when I visited your office again she told she does not have any answer with regard compliant.

Today my account shows Rs -30 without any call being made.

I am not sure whether I shoud activate and loose that Rs 30 also


So I need an answer from you regarding these complaint

Dear Sir,

I had registered a complaint at your Ccustomer Service Center.on 31 June about unaccounted deductions under Docket number[protected]. After that almost every day I dialled 50555 and registered a complaint and I got same reply stating that " Sorry Your request cannot be processed at the moment... Till date i.e. 4.06.09 my complaint has not redressed.

Even On June 04, 2009 I called your Nodal Officer but no use.

Today my account shows Rs -3 without any call being made.

I am in Dilemma whether to continue with bpl/loop service or to switch over to any other service provider.

So I need an clarification from you in this regard.

Dear Sir,
I am a customer of your Loop Mobile and I have 3 - 4 No. in my family, but it has been observed that your Co. is deducting unwanted Rs. from all our accounts. We have visited to your Crowford market Gallery & Nagpada Loop Gallery but still they are not given any response. We have talk in your customer care but last 10 days we are getting only one answer that " our system is not upgrading" and finally they cut the line.
I can't understand why your company deducting such amount from our account, and if its because of machine failure, I request you to please check what is going on in your Loop Mobile else I have no other way to switch over to any other service provider.
Please clarify with me .
