Loop Mobile — Mis selling by staff

I Bought a connection from loop mobile they told me a deposit of Rs.300/= was taken for providing a billing sim card and was paid in cash the dealer reprsentative from andheri told me .that the intial deposit of Rs.300/= is the charges tat would be adjusted in three installments in your next bills. and but it was not done so far. when i inquired at the near by gallery that where not able to log complaint on my behalf.

Loop Mobile — No response for deduction

Respected Sir/Madam,
I , Meet Merchant, want to complain regarding deduction of Rs.60 from my no. [protected] on 30th December, 2011 between 11.45 am and 2 pm. I have complained to their customer care numerous times and each time they claim to have their systems down and assure that they will be functioning in an hour. But i got the same reply each time i called. They also suggested alternative techniques to resolve my problem but "service currently unavailable" was the reply i got when i used them.
Kindly see to my problem and revert.

Loop Mobile — Portability

i am using loop mobile sim from 9 months, due to weak signals and services of loop mobile is not good thats why i used portabilty option to go to vodafone but loop mobile operators refused to do so.

Loop Mobile — Recharge of Rs 1947 not activated

My loop mobile no is [protected]I had made a recharge of Rs 1947 in loop mobile scheme on 18th December 2011.This recharge did not get activated at all.
I spoke to customer care Ashwini Barse - Pune customer care of loop mobile on 13/1/2011 but they are not giving any response only excuses and then they disconnect the conversation.Please look into it.

Loop Mobile — balance deduction without information

I Vinayak Balkrishna Varghade loop mobile no-[protected] had done recharge several time on mention date below.On 7jan I had done recharge of Rs111 on 23jan I had done recharge of Rs77 and on 27 jan I had done recharge of Rs 30 but all my balance was deducted without informing me.I had discuss this matter in the loop gallery there I was told that my balance was deducted for the caller tune Re1 per day .If we calculate Re1 and my recharge than my
balance should not be deducted so much.I am not getting proper response from loop gallery as well as from customer
service so please do the needful and stop deduction of balance.

Senior told me that he will activate my gprs plan Rs.49/- in 48 hrs ...
please do the needful & solve the problem as so as possible.

Loop Mobile — Non refunding of the amount deducted for no reason

I am using Loop services but fed up of the same. This is the fourth time happened that after recharge of rs 100 my money has been deducted and some unnecessary jokes pack has been activated. when i called the customer service they are accepting their mistake but not refunding the amount deducted. this is the worst customer service i have come within. kindly do the needful.

LOOP Mobile is cheating its cutomers in Money matter also. After getting my 200 Rupees for SIM card. They denied to activate my card without any reason. The staff also speaking with rough behavior.

With their wrong informations,i by mistakenly started a service which cost me 10rs.
