I am loosing my balance rs.20 per week as subscription. Please deactivate this as early as you possible.

this is portable no.from 10th feb to till today they deduct 1.50paisa daily from my account..when i complaint they ignore its a very rigours......they senior customar care also cut the call....plz help me.....

myself Rajesh Anchan have been cheated repeatedly by loop mobile.It all started in the month of November,they activated a service pack called as live aarti and deducted RS11 from my account.I was not even aware that my balance is being deducted each and every week.I called up customer service of loop mobile and they said that you should call here with in the time span of 24hrs to get your refund.This happened several time,even after telling the agent to cancel my service they where charging me each and every week.Now recently on 23rd of Dec my service was deactivated,But suddenly on 31st i got a message that live aarti service have been started again and deducted rs11 from my account.this time i called customer service with in the time span of 24hrs,but they stated that there is some system issue so they cant refund this rite now call back after half an hour.I called three times and i got the same answer.THE next day i called them they said the same thing that "we can't refund your money as you have registered complaint after 24hrs".Sir please help me out.I am not registering this complaint to get my money back but to show that loop mobile has entered in to cheating,and they are fooling customers.Its my request to you to have a look at my problem.
