Hi sir I have taken a pre paid service card for my father as he is hart patient so i need to keep in touch with him but for few months my father facing the problem related to network in my home only. my home is located in kandivali (w) area. i have try to resolved the issue by making lots of complaint to the service provider but nothing happen. can you please suggest what i need to do in this regards.
