The Medak Dealer M/s.Mahalaxmi Gas Agencies delivary boys are demanding for extra amount of Rs.10/- towards transportation of the same to homes. Inspite of somany complaints made to the dealer he is not responding nor taking any action but encouraging them and saying that if you need a cylinder you can take the same from the Godown and the Godown keepers are also demanding Rs.5/- from the consumers and if denied they did not weighing the cylinder nor helping some times. But most of the times they denies to give Cylinder also. In view of this we request you on behalf of all the consumer of Medak Town to kindly look into the matter as such the consumers may feel happy.

Bharat Gas — Cylinder not weighed

Cylinder delivered to me was not weighed.On asking he said I dont have any weighing balance.Neither he did entry in the gas book.
This is the case with Chitra gas agency, Noida.

my name is ram singh and my cons no - 846 my gas agency name eminent computers PVT. ltd. I was booking my cylinder 27 may 2010 by your online booking in internet.but still i not receive my clinder when i saw my account i saw it cylinder was show to deliever the cylinder at 31 may2010 but i not receiver it.please see where cylinder was gone.today is 05 june but still i not recive my clinder.my booking no -1357159 and my booking email Id is manoj k k.
please take a action as soon as poosible.
my name is ram singh and cons no - 849 my gas ageny is eminent computers pvt ltd. and delievery man was not weight the cylinder and he not in dress and not carry his weighting machine and his his behaviour was rude his name was guddy.other wise change my change my cylinder delievery man. pls take a action against my delievery man.

    i m really fed up with the poor service of sharman gas company , krishna nagar. lal quarter delhi,110051. we have already booked LPG for home consumption on 28 dec 2007 but till yet we have not received any response from site . we approaced more than 5 times personally, all the time they said it would be delivered today. So we have left no option rather thinking of switching to another gas company.

    I am one of your consumer , form Jamshedpur, Sidhgorah,
    our LPG distributer is City gas service, The party has regular problem for supply of Gas , every day it is obserbed that Gas is not available , where as supply of other agencies is normal , I don't know why it is happening.
    Sir tell me if we stand for gas at 6.00 am , they opened their office at 9.00am & told that Gas is not available , then why not people will aggrassaive mood.
    Sir we need your help for solving the problem.

    This is for your information that i am really fed up the poor service of Dammo Gas Agency jhilmil DDA flat Delhi. We have already booked LPG for home consumption on 26/08/2008 but till yet we have not received LPG and no response from site. we approach 4 times personally and 15 times of telephone avery time they put the phone with rudely behave they said what can do stock is not available last 30 days. So this is my humble request arragne the LPG for me. My consumer no is 21096 /Laxmi Devi.

    i m really sad with the poor service of MSR gas company, no.136, kundrathur Road, Porur, Chennai-600116. we have already booked LPG for home consumption on First Week of December 2008 but till yet we have not received any response from site . we approaced more than 3 times personally, all the time they said it would be delivered today. So we have left no option rather thinking of switching to another gas company.

    Now we have no options are left we should have to change our conncetion.

    Dammo Gas Agency jhilmil DDA flat Delhi.

    i reach the office to make booking of refill cylender but he said ''HUM LAST CYLENDER DELIVER KARNAY KAI 25 DIN BAD BOOK KARTAIY HAIN''.
    and they deliver refill after 10 to15 days after booking

    They are doing black marketing of gas cylienders and not supplying properly. if you ask for cylineder in black they will provide u with in a moment.

    Please provide the good service to clients otherwise u will lost your customers!

    LPG Cylinder — Delivery is very very delay

    Sir,
    I am a regular consumer of Bharat Gas, and i have seen this thing very time that the distributer don't provide the gas delivery on time, It delays mostly 2-3 month but everybody know this thing ver well that the delivery time is 21 days only.S tell me what is the reason the distributers do not distribute the cylinder, In Town konch which is in, distrit-jalaun, near jhansi, the distributers blacks the cylinder to rich and car loaders and get a lot of money.they get 600 rs for one cylinder, so the simple man is very angry and disturve by them,

    So i am requesting you Sir, please try to remove the problem of Gas Delivery in KOnch(U.P.) District - jalaun

    I am Sainath Gajare, I am staying in Ghatkopar Ramabaingar Mumabai - 400 075 Maharashtra. Here the distributer in Sector is not cooperating and do not have talking sense. When you booking the gas on proper system but the gas not gettig on time & they asking for more money to get the cylender on early basis. Requesting you to stop bribing .       I booked a refill with M/s Veerjyoti Enterprises, Behind I B P Petrol Pump, Opp Panchsheel, Joseph Tito Road, New Delhi- 110017 (Phones[protected],26494108,[protected]) against my consumer No.JB 1520 T on 7th Jan, 08 and delivery on repeated reminders was made on 17th Jan.,08 and it always happens and most of the time the lpg in the bottle is short or filled with water. Behavior of the staff attending to calls is irresponsible and vulgar. Telephones are normally off the hook or not picked.

      Kindly look into the matter and find some solution

        Dear Sir/Madam,

        Consumer No. 127409 - residing in Haridevpur (Kolkata)

        This is to inform you that we are extremely harassed by the poor and high handed services of our gas suppliers - Tolly flame, Naktala Branch - (Bharat Gas).

        Although we dutifully do our booking one week in advance, as informed by the suppliers, we are still always told that there is no stock, as and when it is there we shall send it.

        We had make our booking on the 6th January 2008, and are yet to receive the gas cylinder till date.

        They are most ill mannered whilst answering the phone, one has to call up repeatedly to know exact details.

        Why is this so ? Why isn't there sufficient stock (as per their statement) like the rest of the other localities?

        You are requested to please look into the matter with an earnest request to take to task such errant and irresponsible employees who happily receive their salaries without honouring their jobs/duty with respect or concern for the welfare of other beings.

I have been using the service of Bharat Gas for 10 Years.I am taking the service from the M/s Friends Gas Agency running at Bharat Nagar, Near Mata Ka Mandir, New Friends Colony, New Delhi. I have booked personally the cylinder on 01.03.2010 but since then the supply of cylinder has not been supplied. Due to this, I am facing a lot of problems Every time they said we have no booking for you. I am not getting any satisfactory result.Please take any action from your side. intimate to me the action taken immediately.

          I am registered consumer and our lpg distributor is Gayatri Gas Service Bhajan pura, Delhi. I am sorry to say that this distributor is not openining his office on time nor their telephone numbers are instantly recovrable. Moreover they are supplying the gas after 4-5 days from the wish. At the time of booking they are providing voucher number when we ask for the same, they misbehaving with us. Please do the needful and instruct him accordingly.

          LPG Gas — SHORT LPG & BOOKING PROBLEM

          Respected Sir,

          My self Balbir Singh having LPG Connection No. BG-7120 & using my LPG Gas Connection of BINDU GAS SERVICE, Near Air Force Station, Faridabad (Haryana), since 10 years. Sir, it’s a matter of deep regret to inform you that after so many complain regarding booking of my GAS Cylinder. As every time I personally goes to Booking Centre to book the Gas. They have 3 Contact Numbers[protected],[protected] always not in working / not pick the phone & [protected] is not reachable or switched off. Sir, If I personally book my connection, every time I absent from my duty which cost Rs. 500/- per day & how could I afford it.
          Secondly last month I booked my connection & booking clerk instruct me to delivery of LPG Gas will be at spot point at Jawahar Colony, disposal Chowk, Faridabad. I request again & again that Rickshaw or your Spot Point person are giving always short LPG & to please take the delivery to me from direct Agency but they can’t hear me. At last I take delivery from Rickshaw Spot Point at Disposal Chowk, I take the delivery of LPG & weight it. I was surprised it’s 1.5 Kgs Gas short in Cylinder. I shows to the rickshaw & complain it he told me each every cylinder comes 1-1.5 kg short. I went to Agency & complain it they weight it & found 1.5 kg Gas short in Cylinder. They realize & told me to take delivery from directly from agency.

          As I regularly 3 days calling but no body pick the phone call or they switched off the contact number.
          Please note how can I always personally book my connection. Please help me.

          LPG booking — LPG booking problem

          I am trying to book the gas since 15/12/08 on number[protected] at the shop (opposite to BigBazar, VIP road), no one lift the phone and I am not ben able to contact the gas agency on the phone. Suddenly I have again try and the person attend the phone and did not book my gas.
          This is not a first time every time I have to struggle in contacting the agency. It may pleas be reviwed and reasons may please be ascertained. Corrrective measues may please be taken to adress the grivances.

          Another thing is that I have applied for double cylinder two years back, so many time I have taken an information regarding of the same issue, everytime they have said that my no is not comming yet, last time I again tried and they charged for Rs. 2200, I asked them why the amount is so high, They replied that they are giving a pressure cooker ... Is it possible to charge extra amount to take a double cylinder. please look into this matter and let me know the update. My mobile no is [protected]

          LPG Gas — BOOKING PROBLEM

          M/s Jagan Enterprises (Indian Gas) is the distributor for my connection. When ever I have been trying to contact the said agency the phone remains busy and many time they have a endless hold. I have been trying for more than 16 days) over phone continuously for booking the gas cylinder. But am very sorry to bring to your notice that there is no response from them. The tel. nos. provided by them[protected],) remains busy and not answering, the gas has not been booked. Every time I have to face this problem for booking of gas cylinder. Some time i measured the cylinder at my own measurement and found the gas short in 3kg to 5kg in each cylinder.

          Kindly look into the matter and ask the distributor to set his system either by fax or e-mail, and have some acknowledgement system to overcome this situation.

            Dear sirs,
            Namaskar,
            This is to file a complaint against the gas agency of Jageep gas agency, Bhatinda for non delivery of gas cyclinder and late booking of cyclinders at the said city.
            Sir i did book my cyclinder on 24/12/2007 vide no 16088, whereas on 27/12/2007 he again booked the cylinder vide no Nil and on asking for delivery they said it will be in 4-5 days but it is still getting late and so on, whereas i have only one cyclinder of your bharat gas agency. Sir by this complaint i think the jagdeep gas agency may black the gas cyclinder bcz it is getting late having no other reason being full supply from the company side. further they do not treat the coustmer the way they should, so sir through this cmplaint i request you either make the delivery system at bhatinda proper by instructing the jagdeep gas agency other wise i'm going to file a consumer court complaint on both the jagdeep gas agency and the Bharat Gas Agency.
            My consumer card no is J-9385, the phone no of the jagdeep gas agency is[protected], 3290555 (o) at Bhatinda.
            Requesting you to provide the delivery of cyclinders at the earliest .

              Roop Gas Agency — Delay in supply of LPG cylinders

              I am a customer of Roop Gas Agency, New Kondli, Mayur Vihar Phase III, Delhi-110096. I have booked LPG for refilling on 06/12/07 on No. 1260 and my booking no. was 11 . Whenever I tried to make contact, tel. always found busy or un-answered.
              I had personally visited there , but till date I have not received the same. It is happening since last 6 months. If the dealer will not change his practice I will have only one choice to file a case in consumer court.

              LPG — Poor Services of M/s. ROOP GAS AGENCY

              Due to poor services of M/s. Roop Gas Agency, Mayur Vihar Phase III, I would like to change from them to M/s. Madhu Gas Agency Mayur Vihar.

              Please revert in this regard.

              LPG — Non supply of LPG cylinder

              I am a regular customer of Bharat Gas having consumer No.T-21590 maintained with Urmil Gas Service, C-20, Lal Kothi Shopping Centre, Jaipur. I am making this complaint after going through tremendous mental agony due to poor service/non delivery of gas by the agency.

              The telephones of the Gas agency are permanently engaged.(you may also try the numbers to check yourself). Even on visiting the dealer personally on 1/2/2008, he made a booking but told me to come for delivery slip after 4-5 days. While LPG cylinder are easily available in black market for Rs.550-600/-, there is always a short supply with the dealer. My complaint is that the records of the dealer may be got checked thoroughly as cylinders are being supplied to commercial establishments/black market and for genuine consumers like us, who are seeking a refill once in approx. 2 months, no cylinders are available. Please check the books maintained with customers with the records of the agency to locate the diversion of cylinders to black market.

              LPG — NON-SUPPLY LPG cylinder

              I am LPG consumer from SATHYA SAI GAS AGENCY, Lakhanpur, G.T. Road, Kanpur. My consumer no. is 41853. I requested the dealer for gas refilling on 14. 10. 2008. He told me that it would be home delivered after a week. Since then I have made several reminders. Each time he says "you will receive after 2-3 days". More than three weeks have already passed; he has not supplied a cylinder full of LPG. What is happening, I fail to understand. PLEASE ENSURE URGENT SUPPLY AS I AM SHORT OF IT.

              LPG — Non-supply of Cylinder

My consumer number is 28950. Till date, the same is not delivered to me. When I went to the agency to enquire about it, the staff had used filthy language against me.                 Sir,

                I got my last cylinder on 12th December and I had booked another gas cylinder on 29th December , 07(booking No. 34) but i had not receive gas cylinder till date. Its more than 25 days and have not yet received the cylinder. Till date I made more than 10 calls to the Sunny Gas Agency(nearest service provider) and reminded them. Its of no use, when ever I make a call, I get the answer "It will be delivered to you by today evening or tomorrow morning" but surprise it is not delivered.

                I booked gas cylinder with Agency Name Rathi Gas Agency Sarai Kwahaza Sector 37 Faridabad Haryan after 21 days still cylinder not reached when we make call to our agency they didn't pick up their phone and we personally have to visit to their office to book cylinders and everytime they assuring cylinder is cuming in three or four days but not cuming.They harrasiing the people so much that every one come with same compalint.People in faridabad is suffering a lot due to non availability of gas cylinder in time.So i request to look in the matter and make appropiaties action regarding this.The Agency people is not dealing properly with the customers and saying do what u want.

                I got my last cylinder on 20th october 2010 and I had booked another gas cylinder on 18th january, 2011(booking No. 07) but i had not receive gas cylinder till date. Its more than 20 days and have not yet received the cylinder. Till date I made more than 10 calls to the priydarshani gas agency (nearest service provider) and reminded them. Its of no use, when ever I make a call, I get the answer "It will be delivered to you by today evening or tomorrow morning" but surprise it is not delivered.

                Last delivery of refill was on 2-8-2011 by Gulab Gas Agency, Gandhi path, Vaishalee, Jaipur-Rajasthan. But next delivery of refill is still pending. Sir but I don't know what is the proper procedure of delivering the refill to consumers in your company. Few days ago I visited the same agency for refill purpose. That time Incharge of agency told that due to short supply of refills by company it is difficult for us to deliver the refills to consumers as per rules. But matter is of some another type, there is no control of agency on their delivery man. It seems like Owner and Delivery man both are involved, Agency is not doing fair dealing every time consumers can be see at agency office. Sir you can check there records in my case every time delivery of refills made between 45 to 48 days. If it is your procedure then no problem. The Agency people is not dealing properly with the customers.
                Kindly look in to the matter and instruct the agency to do the work of refilling for consumers as per rule.

                  Woking people when not at home, usually face the problem of non delivery of gas cylinder despite the verbal instructions / requests to deliver the gas after particlar hours ( within the Dealer's working hours ) or on particular days of the week. Generally when a customer is not found at home during the day, the cylinder is returned without any notice to the customer and the delivery keeps on being delayed.
                  The company should make a provision in the Customer Card itself (with the Dealer)for DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS to solve this problem.

                  Dear Sir, I am Harishkumar dave residing at Vallabh vidyanager(Anand) Kheda district having (Burson) Bharat Gas connection for domestic use. We are getting gas bottle delivery from our local dealer- Forum Gas agency situated at near sardar statue, V V Nagar.
                  Since 15 days our dealer insist us to check the lekage / whole connection as a part of maintanance by their engineer. We have to paid Rs. 40/- for these service to the dealer. When I ask for any circular from the company. The dealer refuses for the same. May I know:
                  is there any circular from the company to check/ maintain the connection by their paying engineer?
                  or it is the product of dealer's mind?
                  please guide me at earlist.

                    I booked for gas cylinder re-fill with my gas dealer M/s Ratawal Gas Services, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi-63, Phone 25282222 25262837 on dated 07.01.2008 and even with our repeated reminders the cylinder has not been delivered till date (12.01.2008). There telephone number is always found busy or non-responsive and even if you are lucky to get through there standard reply is that they will supply it today evening or next day.
                    Can anybody is out there who is responsible for all this?

                    Hello Suresh,

                    I am one of the customers of the same agency, and i want to share something with you. I went one day to see what these guys are doing after answering to customer and you know i found amazing results. they have more then 10, 000 customers in a raw and this bluddy goverment suppliers gave this agency very low amount of contity of cylinders (i heard them on the speaker phone). Now the owner of this agency is very clever and active gujju guy, he handled the customer very nicely and politly. He also tried to handle me as well but i was got angry and asked to stop his magical talks towards me. Then he seriously shown me the facts and statistics of the customer. After that i have realized that this agency is handling a lot pain of customers, they want to make good relations with the customers but due to not having enough supplies they were unable to maintain better relation.

                    Let me tell you one thing, If you are in real pain that believe me the owner will definitely help, he is so kind and generous because he knows what poority means. It's hard to believe but its true. it's my real experience.

                      Dear Sir/Madam,
                      The complaint is against the Company as per the Delears information.
                      1. For new connection the dealer is forcing to take a hot plate , if we saw him a bill of new purchased hot plate , they ask to have inspection at the cost of Rs.150/- . They will pushing the matter on next day to next day.
                      2. If I able to convince the dealer they ready to give me the connection stating to avail a folloing scheme complusary
                      1.5 Kg of Rice at the cost of Rs.400/- (The quality of rice is of the third quality)
                      2.1 Kg Tea -of chalu brand- Rs.185/-
                      3.Lighter of Rs.100/Rs.200 ( quality of lighter is third class) where we can get the lighter of good quality in cost of just Rs.50/-
                      4.Instollation charge is Rs.100/- where no body is comes for installation.
                      5.and other charges.

                      The cost including two cylinder and the deposit comes to just Rs2300 app. where including scheme it will comes to Rs.3500/- and the margin avail by dealer is Rs.1200/- per connection.

                      Taking about the Hotplate in market the 4 burner hot plate comes at cost of Rs.2500 to Rs.3000 where delares are charging Rs.4000 to Rs.4500/-.

                      When we asked the dealer about it they tell us that all the things have been designed by the BHARAT GAs Company it self and they are forcing us to do so.

                      You are requested to let me clarify about the same or justify all the things.

                      I am also writing this to the Consumer Care Depart to look in to the matter and do the needful

                      before this e-mail i previously sended one more e-mail but unforunatly u r not replaied i hope this time u take some stric action against bharat gas distributter becoz i face simillar problem.
                      Each and every time i try to call but all phone line r busy any time i dont no what is working hour of gas agency i here clearly mention that GHATKOPAR (W) Aslpa BHARAT GAS AGENCY [ashok] not working properly they perposely try to avoiding for distributing gas cylinder and when i demand extra gas they tell us role ® regulation y they can not work as per rule ® regulation
                      Respected Sir,
                      I have following few points for your consideration and actions taken against the guilty authorities:-
                      1. I had requested M/s Chitra Gas Agency, Sec 55, Noida(U.P.) for issuing a new connection on 08 April, 2008.
                      2. My waiting number was 40.
                      3. I was not properly responsed with the officials and they refused to give me new connction on account of what they best know.
                      4. After 22 days, on 30 April 2008, I visited their office to complaint about not giving me a new connection. The response of the staff working was highly unparliamentary and they used vulgar words against me.
                      5. I am a Government Servant and not able to visit their office again and again to request them for giving me new connection. They said that It was my internal problem and the agency has nothing to do with it.
                      6. Sir, Kindly look into the matter and take appropriate action against the agency so that another customer would not have to face such type of harassment and torture.
                      7. I am even deprived of gas cylinder after 22 days and they are not ready to even make me enter in their premises.
                      8. They are forcing me to take gas stove from their sister concerns.
                      9. Sir, I am anticipating your positive reply withing one week from the date of this complaint.

                      Chand gas agency/regarding gas cylinder — being denied new connection after transfer

                      I was transferred from Noida to Gurgaon recently.i had my connection transferred and came with the transfer documents.but Chand Gas Agency, new railway road Gurgaon denied me the connection telling me that the documents were incomplete.they insisted for papers of the original connection.i had submitted the termination DBC (double cylinder) voucher.as consumer i was not supposed to know this and came with whatever was given to me.when i talked to Jai Harsh Bahuguna gas agency, sector 22 Noida they admitted their mistake.however, i am still without a connection.i want to file a complaint against both the gas agencies for deficiency in service.how do i go about it?

                      Dear sir,
                      Just I want to know something from your side
                      1.Bharat gas is authorised to check all users at home and collect the inspection fee of Rs.40

                      2. The cylinder rate+ additional transporting charge is charged more than 5 kilometr of distributing
                      office or godown ( suppose distributing office nearby and godown more than 8 Kilometer far whis is applicable)

I visited several times but got the same reply every time. When the new connections are open the why they are refusing. You are requsted to take the necessary action against the dealer.

                      I have enquired for new LPG Cylinder connection at Bharat Gas Distributor - "Padmavathy Bharat Gas Agency". Location - Selaiyur, Chennai-600073. He told me that i have to compulsary buy stove, Regulator and gas hose pipe, Grinder, Mixie from them (Total amount needed for them is Rs.7000).But, i have my own stove with regulator, hose pipe, mixie and grinder.I don't want to buy these items.There are no top officials to ask these people or they themselves have some commission on this??The license of this Gas agency should be cancelled immediately.

                      The complaint is against The Raka Gas Service, chinchwad, Pune. Four months before i booked for a new conneciton. They told me that i will get the conneciton in one or two months, but it has not yet turned up.On enqiury they tell to enquire after two more months. And they have also asked me to pay 4500/- on getting the new connection which will include, a gas stove, a regulator, a cylinder. Please tell me weather these things are compulsory.And also please tell is there no supply of new connection at present...i am told like this.

                      First I frankly Say me English is very Poor. Sorry.
                      first Of all thank you for giving me New Gas No 16827 at Mehta Enterprises, Akalkot Dist - Solapur on 25/09/2009.
                      Mr.Mehat's attitude with his customer is very bad and very arrogant. He dont co-operate always his cutomers and give Company's Compliant Officers No. But the Complaint phone No. is always on Engage Mode. The Number is[protected]. Try this number in your side.
                      When i received my all New Number payment receipts i asked Mr.Mehta where is the adhesive stamp which you mentioned in my payment receipt. Then Mr.Mehta Says this is not your duty to see the adhesive stamp affixed or not. Again he never gives gas connetion without Gas Shegadi and the Gas Shegadi charges are very high with compare to Open Market.

                      The complaint is against the company as per the delers information. ( your delership in Derabassi Distt Mohali, PUNJAB )

                      1.For new connection the dealer is forcing to take a hot plate, but we alredy having sunflame hotplate, the superwiser had come and checked the hotplate but till date we didn`t get the connection

                      I'm also facing the same situation as explained in most of the above comments. I'm having a Hotplate (Butterflies) with 5 years warranty and which costs around 3500 Rs. It has got the ISI mark also on it. But still they are forcing me to buy a hotplate from them. Why this happens? What is the actual waiting period for a new gas connection from Bharat Gas? In the links I provided above, it states that the connections are issued instantly.But why the agencies don't agree with that? But I don't find any answers for this questions.

                      Bharat Gas — Refusing to make the connection from single to double

                      Consumer 38204; Bharat gas agency refusing give additional cylinder; have been harassing for last six month;I have an infant baby but all my request for a double connection have fallen to deaf ears.

                      LPG — less quantity of gas appro.2.5 kg.

                      LPG ( INDANE) connection no.o3854 in the name of Mumtazali house no. N.H.78 dated 11.3.2012 a gas cylender was supplied about 2.5 kg less than normal wt. by M/S Shree Darshan gas Agency ,Pallavpuram II ,Meerut . The delevery man named Kaloo was not having weighing Machine and refused to get weight by any balance No, action is taken by owner agaist this complaint.

                      i am sushree tripathy. i want to take a new connection. how much it should cost to take one new connection? i want 2 cylinders with regulator and pipe. without stove. i m staying in hyderabad. and i am new to this place.
                      According to the Bharat Gas Official website Hot Plate is not mandatory with the new connection if you have already Purchased it outside.
                      But these distributors for the sake of their own revenue makes it mandatory.
                      So Peoples taking new connection, keep yourself ready for an extra expenditure of Rs 5000 approx to get all this stuff.

                      This is the India and our bloody system.
                      Full of corruption.

                      If you will calculate in an average family of 4 members this 5000 is the cost for LPG for a whole year.

                        On 29th december I have booked a gas cylinder from M/s Milind agenceis, Vikapuri, Bharat gas dealer. They never lift their telephone for booking and even after registering personally they do not supply in time. It is written as per Bharat gas guide lines the delivery of gas is within 24 hours after booking. Kindly expedite the matter.

                        I requested for a new connection (on date[protected] at Milind gas agency, after a long wait and follow up they finished their varification process and agreed to give me a connection. But now they are forcing me to purchase some household items and gas stove with that new connection. If i do not purchace those items then they are denying to provide me that connection. As per staff sitting over there, it is compulsory to buy those things as this has been mandate by Bharat Gas.

                        I know this is not correct and I launced a complaint on Bharat Gas web site. Please tell me how can I get a new connection.

                        I have been continously calling up on the contact nos.[protected] / 28541800 / 28545600...
                        These numbers are continously coming busy and when it rings, no one takes a call on these numbers...
                        I have booked refill of Gas Cylinder by 4th Dec'13 - Consumer No. 21478, when I did not receive the cylinder then
                        I called-up delivery boy after a week or 10 days to know the status as there was no respond from Agency.
                        I came to know from Delivery Boy that there was some software error and all booking made during these dates got corrupted and need to put a fresh booking.

                        Then I made a fresh booking through telepone.. I have been regularly calling up delivery boy named Praveen and he picked up phone one day and told me that there is no slip generated and need to check from the agency...
                        from that day even Delivery Boy is not responding our calls ( I know this is not his job)

                        Can any one look into it. We had suffered lot due to non-supply of refill gas cylinder.

                            My name is Madhusudhan Vasudeva Rao & consumer no. is 30976, It is really frustating with this agency on the services they provide. First of all you need to call them 100 times & only once they pick the number. Most of the time their delivery is not below 20-25 days (only on continous followup that if they pick up the phone). We have booked the gas on 12th Oct '2007 & today is 31.10.2007. we have 't received the Gas. We were in different parts of bangalore like R.T.Nagar & Kamala Nagar, their the delivery would be on spot and the they they commit it would be delivered. Today since morning we are trying to call them surprisingly they are not picking up the phone including the Mobile number [protected] which is published in the Bharat Gas Distributors website. It is again with great frustration we are writing this mail. If the proper action is not taken against this agency we may resort to go to media. Since I am working in NDTV it is easy for me to do so. But keeping in mind on the other agencies giving a good service, I hope Bharat Gas as a company will look into the same immediately & take action against the agency.

                            I recently shifted to CV Raman Nagar and have been trying to reach Rashmi Gas AGency to get my Bharat Gas connection transferred to this agency. But their phones lines are never answered! Neither are they engaged! One search on the net will reveal how many consumers are facing problems with this agency. Strangely nothing seems to have been done about it by BPCL. Now I'm having second thoughts about getting a transfer to this agency. Does anyone know of nay other Bharat agencies that would service CV Raman Nagar area? Any pointers will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

                            Padmavathy gas agency is the one of the worst agency who is always cheating the customer. On 8th Dec 2008 i booked cylinder thro BarathGas Web site.Till now(19/12/2008) i didnot get my cylinder. I enquired the employee of padmavathy gas agency about the cylinder delivery. they abruptly replied that booking over internet web is not considered by them and they wont supply cylinder based on that. This is very rubbish reply. MyConsumer No: 17298. They always wont take phone, if we call. this was happened when i came to their office directly to enquire about not taking calls. If we ask about that they not even responding to our quest.

                            my name is P. Rajendran, First i got connection from Desigan gas agency at Tirupur. i have shifted my family from Avinashi road to Mangalam road. so i have changed my gas connection from Desigan Gas agency to Sri Gowri Durga Gas Agency on 07.01.2009. At the same day i got the comsumer number, my comsumer no:135321. After four days i registed thru phone for one filled cylinder. The office assistant girls says that the cylinder will deliver in your address within 10 days. but there is no communication and no delivery upto 17.02.2009. Again i went to Sri Gowri Durga Gas Agency on the same day and enquired about my query, asked the front office executives and they told me that my address is wrong. Again i explained them to my address and land mark. but our address is not an acceble area because it is an apartment and our apartment people are having the same gas agency conncection. so i requested to them to deliver the cylinder for my address and i gave my mobile number also. but till now they didnot deliver the cylinder. once again i request you to take action for my request and do the needful.

                            Is this lodging complaint here worth.. I could see the compliant does not have any value, being so many complaints been lodged against Padmavathy Gas Agency but no action seems to be taken against them. I am not sure what stopping them to deliver the services at the earliest being there are other dealers of Indane/HP are managed to deliver it in fews days in time. I knew only this Agency making such Nonsense, because I got transfered from T.Nagar to Tambaram. To be Honest, Super Chef Gas Agnecy was excellent to meet the cusomers expectations. They were managed to deliver the Cylinder in 2 Days time at MAX.

                            Though Super Chef was handling heart of the towns such as T.Nagar, Nandanam, and Saidapet etc they are excellent. But why this Padmavathy Gas is doing such worst services to their customers. Its been 20 Days and Many follow-up calls but delivery yet.

                            Please suggest, Is it possible to shift to Indane from Bharat.and what would cost me!

                                  I am not able to find a single Gas agency that will provide me with a new Gas connection without selling the Stove. They are charging Rs. 3600 for a new Gas connection with the stove. I already have the stove. why should I get another one? As per the Government website no one can force us to buy the stove. If one refuses to buy they say we won't give you the Gas connection. Please suggest if anyone is aware of any Honest dealer in Pune around Erandvane area who can give the connection.

                                  The BPCL manager at PUSHPANJALI, Vasant kunj, ND-70 is never available, Upon asking many times, no complaint register was provided, staff members dont know the basic courteous skills, Dedicated wind shield cleaners can never be located, everyone tries to pass on the work to one another, Is this what we are paying for????????

                                  This complaint is in regards to the poor facilities provided at BPCL-PUSHPANJALI, Nelson mandela Marg, Vasant kunj-70...Staff members are not at all customer friendly, this is an ongoing issue now, everytime we ask for a complaint book, we get nothing but excuses, this time an un-educated man called himself as manager, who was not even dressed up appropriately, refused to provide the complaint register, when asked for the batch number of the petrol pump, he had no clue of what it is. Considering the person not as a manager, manager is never available, please check as this is not the service we pay for.

                                  I am Zahida from new Delhi,There is is gas agency -Rohit gas agency,142,first floor shiva market madhuban chowk,pitam pura delhi.They are black stock broker of gas cylender,this agency issued by BPCL but agency staff are very very rude to people they always denied to take a booking of cylender at first time and they are doing black marketing of gas.When I reach agency office to give a request of my address change so the staff of agency denied to change my address into there record and all of the staff scolded me and abused me,when I said that if you will not change my address so I will go to the the consumer court.One lady was sitting over there said to me that do whatever you like to do we have many politician connection and you can not do any thing and our agency can't be terminated whether we black market the gas and you can't prove it and we will not change your address,in future we will book cylender on your consumer number and black marketed your cylender ok if you can do something so do it,we do not bother.
                                  Kindly help me in this regard and enquer about the same and take neccessary and urgent action against the said agency.I am waiting for your possitive reply.Reply soon and give me the suggetion for future that from where i get the cylender for the next month.

                                  This is regarding the barath gas conection non-availability in my native place, though i have transferd the connection to my native place on this month (banglaore to calicut-Koyilandy ) they are not ready to give the connection even after i have produced the transfer certificate, the concerd people are telling we dont give the connection from our place as we have as strict rule from BPCL that whe should not give the connection with in 5 Km and i should contact the dealer who are next to your house and according to this agency(Thengil Agency-Koyilandy) i went and tolk to Atholi it our nearest place where whe have IOC dealer but they are also noty ready to give the conncetion as they have alos got the strict instruction from IOC they should not give the connection except IOC. so i am in dilemma as i this are all public sector why cant they give connection to the customer has got all relevant documents and where do i get proper justice? and whome do i have to meet to get the connection? these are my questions.

                                  Those are generally dealers and not company officials and sometimes they behave that way. and truely they wont give u the register too for complaint. best place to compain is shoot a mail to the company directly and company will take care of the dealer. BPCL grivience officer detail can be found on the company website www.bharatpetroleum.in.
                                  I am a complanant myself. The government has raised the price of petrol from tonight 12.00 that is 4-6-08 midnight. But the dealer has stoppes selling petrol on the NO STOCK pretext. Is this fair business?

                                  I stay in Mira rd (Thane district). there is only one gas agency . inspite of repeated follow up with them for new connection they say that it has not yet started. when i told them it has come in paper to give the new connection they told they have not yet received the letter from above. and when asked them how much it would cost they said for one cylinder it would be 4500/- which is very high for 5500 2 cylinder are available at other places.

                                  I am abharat gas consumer of district NAYAGARH, ORISSA. Only one LPG distributor is available here that is bharat gas. Since one year it is very difficult to get a sylinder. We have to stand 3 times in a queue from 6:30am to 10:30 am from the day of booking. Sometimes we have to wait for 10-15 days from the date of booking. The consumers of our area are facing a lot of problem to get a cylinder. So please kindly consinder our problem.

Our Gas consumer number is 1411 we are 25 years old custtomer. They are black stock broker of gas cylender, this agency issued by BPCL but agency staff are very very rude to people they always denied to take a booking of cylinder at first time and they are doing black marketing of gas. When we call up on this Phone number [protected] to book gas at first time they say your gas is booked and getting the line is too hard we need to spent more than an hour to book the gas for refilled cylinder and we are waiting for cylinder it is not arrived yet we have booked one month ago, this not happens for a month or so this is the same thing happening for us every month. every month we need to starve because even after booking gas for refilled cylinder we will not receive it even after one month.



                                  Actually gas dealers they take more money from the people who has not booked the gas, if a gas cylinder is given for Rs.300 normally for those who have not booked for them they sell the gas at Rs.500. we are sure about this because our neighbours take the bharat gas in this way only.


                                  I would request necessary action regarding this.

                                  Please Note that we do not have gas from past one week ( we booked gas one moth ago) and every month we book the gas and wait for it for than one month for refilled cylinder. Hope you can understand how frustrating it is.
                                  I want to bring to the notice of public that, Sri Gopal Service Station, R.p. Road, Secunderabad-500003 { phone no., o4o[protected] ] who are dealers of Bharat Petroleum products, is run by staff who are crooks and leave no opportunity to overcharge and short-supply fuel to the customers. Many complaints to the owners of the petrol pump has not yielded any results and the situation is same. As I own a scooter and in emergency situations only I go to the above pump to buy petrol. Every time the salesman charges 2-3 rupees more per litre, when we adamently ask the salesman refunds the change. The quality of the petrol is also not pure. It is high time that the concerned authorities take stern action against the owners of the above petrol pump.

                                  i was transferred from goa to mumbai .as i did not submit my papers at the previous gas agency Goa Gas Vasco Da Gama due to ignorance, It is now virtually impossible to go back to Goa with empty cylinder and regulator and get the connection transferred in my name to Mumbai . These outdated rules prevent a consumer to stick to one company. I n the era of open economy it should be the gas agency which should help out the consumers and not the other way around . Talking about the rules, openly gas cylinders are sold in black for Rs 200/- i[censored] grease the palms of the delivery boy.

                                  This is to bring to your kind notice a delivery man of BPCL gas company situated at versowa always supply one cylinder of gas bottle illegally by taking extra charge and supply the same to Rupani stall running by a lady she is also running a Dhabba next to stall. She is not a consumer also than also she is getting regular supply of consumer cylinder daily with some extra amount.
                                  If there is a cylinder blast who will be responsible so please take the cylinder from her and hold her responsible by filling a police case against her.
                                  Kindly look in the matter and make an enquiry how she was able to get the empty cylinder and also take the proper action against the dealer.
                                  You should talk to the customer care. if after that you are not satisfied, pls go to the consumer court with all the proof.
                                  At COCO outlet Shri Ram Filling station situated in Balaji Nagar, Kupwad Road, Nr. Laxmi Temple, Vishrambaug, Sangli- 416416, many more times/ major times we never get regular petrol for two wheelers from last two months.Every time we had filling Speed petrol.
                                  When I enquired workers give reasons as 1) there is nozzle problem, 2) stabilizer not working properly, 3) When DG set starts we can't start this dispensor. There is no proper load distribution hence power tripping problem everytime.
                                  Also I called to sales officer 15 days back he give me commitment to solve this.But till today nothing happened.
                                  I hope by this coplaint, we will get regular petrol on this retail outlet soon.

                                  I am a consumer of BPCL for gas cylinders at Bhopal. While going through the address and list of the dealers of BPCL, it is observed that the addresses and telephone numbers are not updated and very old. Hence a customer cannot utilise the website informations.

                                  In many times all the oil companies are claiming for delivery of gas cyclinders within 2-3 days from the date of booking. During my last 10 years experience, I never got the cylinders within 2-3 days from the booking. Is the claim of the company only in papers ?

                                  Many times I observed that the dealers are either not attending the telephones for gas enquiry or booking nor taking the telephones, hence the customers are required to reach personally to the dealers shop even for booking of the gas cylinders.

                                  Many of the agencies are overloaded with the customers. Hence they are not in a position to cope up with the demand. It is better to provide more dealers in different areas to competet with other agencies and to get accurate services to the consumers.

                                  I have a Gas connection at Prem Gas agency, Sector-10, Raj Nagar Ghaziabad. Till last year the cylinder refilled used 3-4 kg weight less. After freequnt complaint and once I sent back the cylinder they have introduced the pass book. Recently what has happened last month delivered could not run even 10 days. When we checked there is around 5-6 kgms water in the cylinder. When we complained the agency honour M/s Prem gas Agency (lady) is explaining to my wife that filled cylinder kept outside that is why the rain water fallen inside. How they are fooling the customers. Please guide me what action can be taken in such case.

                                  As i heard about the RTI act for some benefits of consumers towards the giving a new definition to a consumer of india, but apart from this here gas agencies in my town doing their best to make it void and tackle the consumer as a puppet of their hands.
                                  After this statement, now you could think about the aggression of mine for them.
                                  they are doing here, as they want to do. they are not doing their liabilities as per rule.they are not giving the delievery of gas cylinder at the time .
                                  after 20 or 30 days of booking, they said that come on agency and take your cylinder from here after pay the money rs. 310 instead of rs.307.53 insistly.
                                  and other one about the inspections of home (kitchen) on behalf of Bharat Petrolium after charging a fee of rs. 40 from the consumer without any inspection, and you can only get the gas cylinder after pay the rs.40 of inspection at their agency office otherwise you are not able to get the delievery.

Now i am in need of an additional cylinder. when i approached gas agency they told me that cylinder will be allotted only to whome purchase a nonstick thava worth about Rs.650/-.I am a bharat gas customer from 17/3/2004 from crystal gas agency, perintalmanna, malappuram dist.i had shifted the gas connection to kayamkulam on 14/02/2009.therefor i request that necessary steps may please be take to issue me an additional cylinder as early as possible. my consumer no.18126

                                  My Bharat Gas consumer is 941 and it is under dealer Nirmal Gas Agency in Chander Vihar. I have booked the Gas on 23-June and when I asked booking they told that computer is not working so can't provide booking No but in 3to 4 days your gas cylinder will be reached. When my cylinder not reach on June 29 I again ask why should not deliver my gas cylinder, they reply that your gas was not booked.On June 29 they again booked my gas and till July 10 they don't installed it. Last time I had booked my gas on April 18 & my gas cylinder was intalled on May 23. When I personaly visit the agency.When I asked why not deliver my gas cylinder 36 days. They told by mistake this happen. when, I asked complaint book they refused to given to me, they assured me next time you will not face that type of problem. But, they repeated again the same in next month. I humbly requested, if you make a survey with 50% of consumer of the agency, you find out the fact how, the agency harrass / torture the people. The agency sale out the cylinder in open market in black.
                                  I have booked BPCL cylinder thorogh net vide no 2175921 on[protected]. on[protected] the status ofbooking has been shown as delivered. But The cylinder has not been actully delivered to me . To whom this cylinder has been delivered.

                                  First of all whether this complaints is solved by anyone or we are just posting. Sunil gas Agency in Bhandup W take 15 to 20 days to deliver cylinder whereas HPCL provides within a couple of days. Kindly look into the matter. first of all agency is not only proper, not a single person talks nicely.

                                  I would like to draw your kind attention towards the fact that at Bharat petroleum petrol pump i.e.SIDDARTH AGENCIES, near Top-cola, Borim, Goa the attendant refused to fill Air in my Bike's Tyre.On 1/4/2011, In night around 10pm I reached at the said place, filled Petrol and asked the attendant to fill Air in the Tyres as both tyres were almost flat and it was emergency at night.The attendants who were working there clearly refused to do so.on top of this they are telling me that they can start compressor if I, myself ready to fill the Air.that means there was no technical problem.Because of this careless attitude of these attendants I had to suffer in my journey.
                                  i dont expect BHARAT PETROLEUM to give such a bad service may be it is of little importance.

                                  Please look into this matter if possible.and inform me if some action is taken against.

Since I have already availed a cylinder during mid September, 2012 and thereafter 2 cylinders during October and November, 2012, my gas agency is not extending the concessional rate for the cylinder I booked today.

                                      I agree with complaint of Mr Nand Lal of Noida because the same incident happened with me today on 08 Feb 08.

                                      When i asked the officer at counter of Robin Gas Service of Sec-6 Rohini Delhi to show me the copy of written order for time frame of Booking & Delivery dates the he laughs in a horriable way.

                                      It's all the harresment of consumer on the name of services.

                                      I live in Kodaikanal, Tamilnadu and have a domestic LPG connection with Bharat Gas.
                                      I always believed that the minimum time frame for booking LPG was 21 days after taking delivery; however I find that each time I try to book gas I am told that Civil supplies regulation is changed and it is either 25 days or 30 days as what seems to suit them at that time. So I would like to know what is the exact minimum time frame for booking gas.
