[Resolved] Madhur Courier — product not delivered(no proof of delivery) | |
I had ordered a product from homeshop18 on 8/10/09(order no[protected] and was delived the product for which I paid 2000 Rs in cash. however the product was not in proper condition.I placed a complaint with homeshop18(comp no[protected] and I was asked to retun the product and they agreed to give me the replacement once the product reaches them.BUT since TNT courier wchich they are tied up with dint provide any service in Bhopal I returned the product through Madhur courier(doc no[protected] on 5/11/09. This doc no has been provided to homeshop18 but they say it not traceable. Madur courier says that they delivered the productbut are not providing any POD. But no one knows where the packet has gone .Now, I nither have the product nor the money. Where should I go....what should I do... through this exp I have learnt NEVER ORDER ANYTHING ON HOME SHOP 18 & WORST COURIER COMPANY = MADHUR COURIER Was this information helpful? | |

Madhur courier is not sensitive towards any complaint. no one takes up initiative to look into the matter. however homeshop18 took up the responsibility . the took up this matter and found thath the product was delivered but very very late on 30th Dec.
I thank homeshop18 that they looked into my complaint and took up the matter with M/s Vendee Fashionsand madur courier. homeshop18 promised a refund of the order value . and I have received the chq. THANKS .

This is Ujjwal Kumar Verma i have sent a document from Mandsaur (M.P.) to Mumbai on 6.5.2010, Doc. No. is 54408363 has not been recieved till 11.5.2010. Sir i have tried to contact so many concern person in your organisation but no body is giving me satisfactory answer. I have been using madhur courier from last 2 years. But i am facing this type of problem first time. Plz take action immediately.
