We stay at a newly constructed residential complex at Dombivli-east,Shankeshwar nagar. Recently 2 months back our electric meter has been installed. We dont have heavy load consuming apllaince like AC,WATER HEAR ,GEYSER,MICROWAVE OWEN ETC, but still our electric bill for the month of august is a shocking Rs 2300. The meter also give faulty readings.

Below is the complaint letter sent to the MSED department.But till now there is no response.

Dear Sir,

I am Shailesh Gada,staying at Shankeshwar nagar, Manpada road,Dombivli-East

This month we are shocked to see an unlikely high bill (Our second bill) amount of Rs 2300 (bill period 17 july 09 to 20 aug 09)being charged. Several residents in our colony are facing similar complaints. As middle class people, we absolutely cannot afford such high bills, especially when our electrical consumption doesn’t even amount to a fraction of what is being charged from us this time.
There definitely seems to be some manipulation and/or error/ defect as far as the meter is concerned.
All that we use in our house is only a Computer for 1 hr a day, TV for 2-3 hrs daily,a tube light in one of the rooms every day for 6 hrs, 1 fan in any one room everyday for 12 to 14 hours, the refrigerator which is on at all times, and the mixer grinder which is used rarely,

We DON’T have the following High power consuming appliances like AC, Geyser, Water heater, Washing machine, Microwave oven etc, which can lead to such a huge bill amount:

We have shifted to this place in Dombivli east in the month of May 2009.Right from the day one we have been experiencing constant and extreme swings in electric voltage. Several times the some of our appliances have got damaged due to high voltage spikes, thereby incurring extra expenses in terms of electrical repairs of the electrical applainces.

The Electric Department Staff should be transferred The staff are the local villagers or dombivli Adivasi Hagari community or majority are Maharastrians.
The Staff has soft corner to this dombilvi Villagers who are Big Builders or Hoteliers and they provide illegal Power supplies to their hotels and houses and some one has to be billed. So this is the very reason you are getting large amount of bills.
At least you are getting the Bills people staying in Pagadi Resident flats in Dombilvi are harassed more by this staff and frequently disconnect lines of genuine bill payers on the advice of this villagers.
And frankly speaking iam one of the harassed lot.
please post my view it is all true
Change the Electric Department Staff of Dombilvi Immediately they are all Maharastrians and Adivasi Hajari Staff they help the local villagers who are big dons and builders and hoteliers they supply to this people free electric and charge the poor people.
The staff do not give bills to the pagadi resident rental tenants and harass them they are fearless as they have support of the political dons who are villagers of dombivli.

power shutdown

from last 3/4 months there is power cut during day time as wel as during nights.we are unable to understand what is the problem and how long this will continue.

    I am writing in frustration. My electricity bill is always coming high since last one year irrespective of whether we are at home or out of station. For example my August bill came approx. 3570, we were at home, in September half the month we were not at home and still the bill came to approx 3180. My actual bills two year back used to come between 1500 to 1800 when I installed new ac. since then I have not added or removed any electrical equipment. Point to be noted, last year there was 8 hours load shedding and this year its minimum 4 hours still the bill is double.
    I also put a request with MSED-Ambernath. In my absence one of their engineers came, god knows what he checked, the message kept with our society watchman that meter is ok and our consumption.     Sir, my consumer number is[protected]. Our meter reading started in our new home in reliance residency w.e.f. June, 2011. Since June, 2011, there is some mistake in the electrcity bill because some amount of Rs. 100/- approximately is always added in the bill mentioning therein as 'other charges'. I do not know why this is so. Sir, please rectify the mistake because adding an amount of Rs. 100/- approximately in the bill and mentioning it as 'other charges' is a big issue. Please solve the problem and refund me the excess amount paid by me w.e.f. June, 2011 till today at the earliest.

    Further, our meter is running very fast and it shows high reading. It is requested to please get it chekced at the earliest.

      Dear Sir,

      I am leaving in diwa(East) from last 6 month Actually there is so many problems of power failure
      In diwa transformer is not handling the load properly so add extra transformer or change it .aprroximately 6 hours light is present in navratri.Please respond quickly No one is seeing properly to diwa It is a devloping area .

        Respected Sirs,

        This is my last ditch effort to get an issue related to irregular bill solved.

        I have been a customer of your since 2 years, and have been paying the bill regularly without any arrears, and any issues whatsoever. But for the month of July, I was shocked to receive a bill for the amount of Rs. 8380/- and total no. o[censored]nit as 1210. I have never received a bill exceeding more than Rs. 800/- and total unit more than 200.

        So, I was really surprised to see this, but when I checked the photo of the meter provided on the bill, I learnt that the photo was not of our meter. I also went downstairs to check the readings and found that the reading was wrongly taken. Infact, it was of a different customer. This was a gross mistake on your end you merged a different photo into my bill and send a bill of more than Rs. 8000 without verifying the credentials.

        I thought that since this was a major mistake from your end, you would immediately correct it. The very next morning I visited your office and gave an application to correct it (the MSED office is a good 5 KM from my place and I have to spend more than 50 Rs for auto-fares, forget about the loss of working hours). The person told that this will be corrected and you will be send an updated bill.

        To my disgust, there was no correction in the new bill too and the amount has risen to more than 9000. But this time they have taken the reading of my Meter correctly. Just so that all of you understand, I will give you the meter reading taken from the month of June to August so you could easily point the mistake.

        Do you notice the irregularity in the reading? In the month of August they have taken the correct reading but the amount of Rs. 8000 was never adjusted.

        I went to the office again to meet one Mr. Ghote and he was not there in the office. I met his assistant. He told me that they have sent an employee to check my meter to find out why the bill was so high. I explained him that the bill was high because they have taken the reading of a neighbor’s meter and have merged that in my bill. I showed him both the bill. But, he was not ready to listen, he told me that we will get the report about the meter and then we will submit it to the billing department you will then get updated bill. I thought, how careless is the way of working with these people, and told fine.

        The next day an employee visited my place, and checked the meter and told me that the meter is fine, you will need to collect the report from the office tomorrow. I went and visited the office again, Mr. Ghote was nowhere to be seen today too. His assistant told me that he would need a signature from one of the officer, and that he is also not here. He told me to come the next day, but the next day was Sunday and Monday was a off due to Eid. He told me to come on Tuesday.

        I visited the office on Wednesday, but even on Wednesday he had not taken the signature. He gave me the same reason that the officers are not here and asked me to come on Friday. I visited the office again on Friday. Remember that I was wasting more than 50 Rs, everytime I had to visit the office. On Friday, he gave me a Xerox copu of the report, which was signed. I asked him where are all the original bill that was submitted. He told me that you would get it from the billing department. I went to the billing department, and I was told that Mr. Mohite who looks after Sec-50 is absent today. (I wonder how many people remain absent in a day in the MSED office). They asked me to come on Tuesday – 29-Sep-09.

        So I visited the office on Tuesday again, and was glad to see that there was someone at the Sec-50 window. But he was busy with some work, and did not even bothered to see if there is a customer to attend. I waited there for 5 minutes, but he did not pay any heed. Finally, I told him excuse me – are you Mr. Mohite? He said yes and told me to wait. Finally after more than 15 minutes, he asked me what happen. I explained him I am here to take a revised bill. He asked me for the inward copy and I showed him the inward copy, He told me that the bill could not be revised see the reading on the report. I told him I do not understand this and in any way this is not related to my issue. You check my bills, but he was very arrogant he plainly told me that nothing can happen. I again requested him to atleast check the bill. I told me that for the month of July the reading are of a different meter. Finally he looked at the bill, and realized the goof-up of MSED.

        He told me that you have to meet the sahab. I asked for the name - his name was Digvinjay something? I went to his office and he was not there. Then Mr. Mohite told me to come again tomorrow.

        I am feeling like I am in a court getting new dates after other. I am feeling really frustrated now, so I thought the only option left for me is to send an email to the higher officer so that everyone understand whats going on at the lower level.

        There is no Customer Support whatsoever, although I liked your web site which is very modern and gives the option for online payment.

        I am a senior citizen, and work for a Government firm, if this is happening to me I can understand what would happen to all other illiterate citizen. Its high time that we understand customer needs and support them ably. I will forward this email to all other government and press colleagues of mine so that they understand whats happening at the grass root level.

        I am tired of visiting the office daily, without any mistake of mine. You should punish the officer who took the wrong reading and offer some kind of compensation to me. And I am sure that my meter is working fine, the report is tampered with incorrect numbers – because the units are consistent.

        Will some officer please take the pain to atleast correct this, I will then believe that there are people who actually check all the emails provided.

        Respected Sir,
        My consumer No:[protected] Your lineman come to disconnect our line, I asked him to show the id proof and name, but he refused it. I asked to show the proper letter for disconnecting the line, that also he refused. He compulsorily want to disconnect it, i told you can't disconnect it without any proper notice .He threatened and told we have to face dare consequence. please take action against them .

        i am staying in bhayapada boisar (W) in saravali area i not have a light for 2 days only on my home i have given complaint in boisar office we are following for two days but till today they had not come to repair they are not looking towards so plz help regarding the service they are not looking towards matter.

        My electricity got disconnected even though I paid my bill. MSEDC officials are very quick in disconnecting the supply and they do this without checking their records whether the bill is cleared or not.

        I could not get through any of the phone numbers provided on the portal on on the bill. I am wondering what do i need to do to restore back my connection.

        I feel very helpless and harassed.

        Get rid of this pathetic service and customer care.

        Its high time you should do some serious improvements to address customer complaints. And yes, please restore back my connection immediately.

          I am a user of MSEB. I stay at Agashi. For last one month the current provided by MSEB is so variable. At night we have to face load shedding till 10 pm. Every night there is some or the other problem with the sub station that is newly launched at Agashi. When there is no current, everyone is tensed as it comes back by 10pm or by 12am. When called, they answer rudely or do not answer at all.
          Hope this complaint is taken care of.

            Dear Sir/Madam,

            I had installed the MSEB meter at my new flat, B-203, Unity Park, S.No. 43, Kondwa Khurd under Consumer number[protected]. Since last August till Feb 2009, I have not been using the flat and once I moved in, my average bill was around 80 units per month amounting to Rs 180-Rs 190/-. Surpisingly my electricity bill for the month of August 2009 has turned up to a tune of Rs 7100/- with unit usage of 1031 units. Seek help in understanding the reason for the same. Either the reading noted is faulty or the meter kept for the premises is faulty.
            The electronic equipments used at the premises are same since month of Feb 2009, so how can the unit usage increase so much without any further electrical usage.
            Seek your urgent help in this regard.

              Hi,

              Been pissed off by the service of MSEB pune. i am staying in salunkhe vihar. There are so many cases of power cuts daily dispite of several complaint the problem is getting worse. I think pune also need some alternative power supplier's like Reliance. Even a slight drizzle of rain they switch off the supply. Dont have idea how to deal with this MSED guys to stop from getting discharge

              Sir,
              This is with regard to power cut in pune city. At present it is 30 min in the morning and 30 min in the evening. People of Pune who have to move out of station in a short period are facing power interruption problem for about a month. Those who want to do tatkal reservation through IRCTC (the railways authorized site) will have to sit at sharp 8AM. Since last few weeks MSEB maintains its punctual power cuts at 745AM for up to 30-45 min. Any online transaction could be done at any time, but railways reservation especially tatkal one cannot get confirmed tickets to any place out of pune after 15-30 min of the start of reservation. The timing of power cut by MSEB should be changed keeping in mind the tatkal reservation, which would begin at 8AM all over India.

              please sove this problem. i am facing it from last three to four months. my exams are about to start from 3rd week of march. but i am unable to concentrate on my studies due to power cut.

              MSEB — Power Cut in One Area on Every Wednesday

              I am staying at Seminary Hills, Nagpur since last 1 year and have been noticing a constant shut down on Wednesdays and every time i am given a lame excuse by the MSEB employees that the shut down is due to some break down in Butibori region. I fail to understand that how much time it takes to repair these faults and when MSEB knows that this is the story for every wednesday then why the problem is not treated on priority. Also, the rates at which the MSEB is charging for electricity is very high and the rates are going up everyday. I fail to understand that this problem is pertaining to only one area and not within the entire city. Only god knows when will this get resolved.
              Every half an hour there is a power cut. Atleast the MSEB guys should have the basic decency of organizing for the uniformed supply of electricity. I stay in Pimple Nilakh, and its almost become an everyday affair. And the worse thing is when it starts drizzling, the power is gone for the whole day.Can someone pls look into this.
              Daily we are facing power cut in the Hadapasar Pune Area. The power disturbance in the form of either power cut or dimmed power. Due this behaviour of power we are facing problem a lot. Due to this we are not able to get proper light and proper water supply on our building.
              Please takle a strong action otherwise we will go to stopped the electricity payments.
              There is same issue in Baner City in Pune. Power Cut is almost every day. It is very frustrating when you are working from home. What is a reason behind all these frequest Power Cuts?
              After giving a witten complaint on INDIAN CONSUME COMPLAINT FORUM there has been no progress in MSEDCL power supply. Infact it is very unfortunate to say that after giving a complaint on gov. recognized website the Electricity power cuts (Loadsheding) has been increased. A week ago it was 7.00 am to 8.00 am now it has been increased to 6.00am to 8.00 am and 1.00pm to 3.00pm.

              Whom should we complaint about this neusance carried out by MSEDCL. There is no proper responce from them whenever we give a telephonic call. Still you claim us to pay electricity bill on time.
              I am living in Shantinagar, Jagtap Chowk Wanowrie area. My consumer number is[protected]. The power cut is making my life worse and worse. Everyday there is 2-3hrs power cut even when there is little drizzle or No rain! I am a student and i have to study for my exams and this is troubling me. Due to the low voltage sometimes Tv and othrr electronics get damaged. Right now there is a power cut Just 4-5 houses. NO RAIN. NO WIND. still power cut. Some of my neighbours have electricity..And this is happening everyday. Please solve this matter fast!

                Respected Sir,

                I am residing at Flat no. F-301, Plot no. 3, Sector 8, Airoli -400708, my consumer no.[protected].

                I paid my all electicity bills till June -09 regularly. Still my July -09 & Aug -09 bill shows Rs.6570/-

                Used units shown for the month of July -09 are 1821.& for the month of Aug 09 are 192.

                How come July -09 month used units shown directly 1821 for a single month only.

                I request you to pls. correct my bill.

                  Hi My name is Ashish Agarwal from Pune my Consumer Number is[protected] I do not stay at this place. I regularly get a bill of 160/- no issues with that. For July i got a bill of 1600/- not sure how is that possible. Went to complaint about the same... Voila ... what else can you expect ... they say first pay the bill and then we will look into it. Harrassed customer me cannot travel to Pune everyday and that too on a weekend of not any use.
                  Had to unwillingly pay that... not sure what should i do if I have to go through the same again... Privatisation is necessary... These governement officials do understand their rights for strikes but do not understand fair business policy. if this would have been in US i could sue these people which would cost them their jobs.                     We experience a power cut off every day despite of NO-LOAD SHEDDING. Almost every alternate day we have a power cut-off at midnight 12 and the power is off for the whole night. Even worse this happens on week-days and week-ends during the day time as well and the power is not restored for a day. When we connect the complaint number there is no response, no remedy and no action at all. The phone attendants is not aware of the status. Above all the engineer "Abhay Patil" he is not reachable, We are sure that he is deliberately harrasing us.

                    I request you to kindly help us in this matter....

                      Average billing for premises not in use and locked.

                      The Billing process of Mahadiscom needs attention to avoid inconvenience to its customers.

                      From my experience consumer has to run repeatedly for correction of bills which are issued on the basis of Average Consumption in the past. MSEDCL local area office is repeatedly been informed that premises are unoccupied & not in use. Even then the billing is done on average basis after marking meter as “ FAULTY “.

                      The meter is found to be ok and premises has also been checked and confirmed about its non use. Again I have received bill for augst 2009 on Average basis.

                      I request you to kindly look into the matter for bills that are raised on the basis of AVERAGE CONSUMTION even when meters are photographed and verified to be working satisfactorily. Only when meter is not accessible or meter reading cannot be taken for any reason they should raise bills on average.

                        Dear Manager-Customer Care (Grievances)

                        I the undersigned had visited your New Panvel office which is located near Vishwas Bazaar on Friday 28th August. The purpose of this visit was to give a complaint about our electricity bill, which has been quite higher than our actual usage.

                        After showing the bill to the on duty official, he asked me if the electricity consumption in our shop had started just over the past 2-3 months. I was quite taken aback by this question, since the location in question is not a shop, but our residence which is in the name of my mother Mrs. A.R. Kulkarni. He brought to light the fact that we had been receiving a COMMERCIAL bill instead of RESIDENTIAL. He also said that since the Per Unit Cost of “COMMERCIAL” is higher than “RESIDENTIAL”, we have been getting a high bill.

                        He asked me to submit a copy of our last month’s bill and made a note on it in Marathi saying that “TO BE CHANGED FROM COMMERCIAL TO RESIDENTIAL”. He also assured that the matter would be looked into and any previous bills with the above said error would be rectified and a reversal of the bill amount paid till date to that effect would be made in the next bill. He did not provide me any acknowledgement on this complaint, but assured that the needful would be done.

                        After reaching home, I started checking my previous bills and was shocked to find, that all earlier bills right from the beginning were billed as COMMERCIAL. I have attached a screenshot of the oldest (31st October-2005) and latest (17th August-2009) bills taken from your website.

                        I would call this incident as unfortunate, since it could have been a technical error from your end. However, I am expecting a prompt and positive action and rectification from your end to assure that the needful would be done to end our grievances and obtain a satisfactory resolution.

                        You may please forward this mail to the concerned department, reply back or call me at either of the below mentioned numbers at the earliest.

                          This is regarding above subject matter I am a Secretary of the The Kanjur Village Sahayog Co-op Housing Society Ltd. Plot No.58, Datar Colony, V.S.Road, Bhandup (E) Mumbai- 400042., stating that in August 2008 we sent letter attached relevent documents which require by MSEDCL with my representative regarding Change of name in Electricity Bill to The Secretary, The Kanjur Village Sahayog Co-op Housing Society Ltd. Plot No.58, Datar Colony, V.S.Road, Bhandup (E) Mumbai- 400042. which were specificially mention on the letter. Mr. Wankar,Clerk he received the letter and he told him in coming month you will get the change of name bill to be issue. Then I went personally to their Eshawarnagar MSED Office, Bhandup (W) on April,2009 to stating that your changes not done then I gave (Same person) him a copy of the August 2008 letter. Then he told me you will get next month fresh name bill till today the above name of the bill not done. In current Bill in the name M/s Kanjur Vilayageco COOP H SOC, and then address as above. My suggestion is that name and address should be as above which I mention earlier of this mail. Please give us justice about above matter Bill details for your requirement is given below.

                              i am the owner of the franc "PAYPOINT INDIA NETWORK PVT LTD" since when it started, only one silly mistake and they blocked my mach & not a single person is int in that so there is no communication in them only i was the biggest collecter of this company in my area sorrry to say its my friends hopeless company

                                  We are facing problem to receive Electric Bills since last year despite so many compalints, last month we didnt receive the bill (Whole Bhandup Area) but we received this month on i.e. 17 Aug 2009 at 6.30 PM with panalty & change in unit Slabs whih raised the bill amount by more than 300/- . The whole Area which is served by Pannalal Compound of MSEB is facing this problem, but there is no change . Please enlighten this Issue.
                                  My consumer no. is[protected]. From last so many months I am getting excess bill amount. But always I ignore it. But last month I get surprised to see that this month also I get the same amount of Bill as I was not at home for more than 15 days. I live in LIG-52 HUDCO COLONY, LONAVLA-410401. Pls. look into the matter and do the neeful. as my neighbour are getting Bill only for Rs.500/- to 700/-. They are and I am using same electric appliances. Althogh mostly my home remain closed as my wife and me both are working.

                                    The MSEB numbers are not being picked up. In general MSEB numbers are not responsive. Infact the so called "complaint numbers" are also not responsive. Do we need complaint number for complaint numbers ????? This is unacceptable.

                                    A DP box on Road No.10, Adarsh Colony, Vidyanagar, Pune-411032 (near Gurudwara) has no lid for last one year. Repeated complaints to the wire-men and the authorities concerned have fallen on deaf ears. It seems MSEDCL is
                                    waiting some mishap to happen and then they will take some action. Meantime I have put cover over the box and tied with rope.

                                    Would please do needful at your earliest and prevent the mishap and later on embarrassment to your company?
                                    I am tryign to call this number [protected] (MSEB) for 2 months now no answer and not a valid number.

                                      Reference: Consumer #[protected] with Meter # [protected]/2-11374

                                      This is the second complaint within a months time. This is actually a follow up on the first one done already on the 13th July 2009. The complaint is to replace my energy consumption meter at B-12, Sai Vihar Residency, Sus Road, Pashan, Pune -21 (SN 4/2A/1/3 SN 4/2A/1/Pashan) since it is not working properly (viz: The display seems to have failed).

                                      Also the meter number on my current bill for June 2009 has changed and does not match with that on the actual meter.

                                      The bills for all the months till date have been duly paid without delays, the latest being for May 2009 paid in full for the billed amount, on the 16th June 2009. The bill for the month of June 2009 received on 9th July 2009 shows a credit of 2380 Rs. and does not seem to be correct.

                                      I have constantly been following every week regarding the said request and have also personally visited twice to the MSEB Ganeshkhind office as a follow-up on the request. Mr Lahmge & Ms. Trivedi have called Mr. Patil (the agency owner who is responsible to change meters in Pashan). However the faulty meter still hasn’t been replaced. I have been in constant touch with Mr Lahamge (the in-charge of the Chaturshringi office) & calling him every week. I have also informed Mr. Kulkarni (in-charge of Sus Road branch) and Mr. Khaire (his deputy at Sus Road branch). Whenever I check with any of the authorities mentioned above, I am promised that it would be done the same day. However its been falling on deaf ears.

                                      Now that an appeal has been released in the news papers by Mr.S.P. Nagtailak (Chief Engineer) from Pune Region Electricity Board, I request you to include the replacement of the said meter under this scheme and issue me correct bills for my actual consumption for coming months.

                                      on the date of 30/1/11 sunday at w/14, suddenlly power went off.in the morning around 8am,
                                      when enquired on the road site the mseb staff was doing job, say around 10.
                                      the power was given to neighbouring w/13 and w/15,
                                      we waited for more time tocome the power assuming that it will come,
                                      but till 4.30 pm no power given.
                                      when called to the 2472330 the attendent said go to road check that our persons may be around and kept the phone without hearing the customers saying.when again called, no one was lifting the receiver, at last some one has lifted and said here is nobody to assist u r complain.finally we sourced the mobile no given above and called the officer. he said i am sending persons to attend,
                                      thanks to the officer for sending and giving power,
                                      sir,
                                      the problem narreted by attendent was some one has taken out all three fuses
                                      they also said we do not know who has done this mistake,
                                      we understood that when the persons came in the morning might have removed the fuses for safety ground,
                                      but is it not their responsibilty to reput the fuses?
                                      due their mere negligence we have lost our valuable work,
                                      this can only happen because of no proper supervision on the onduty persons
                                      we request to reply with proper reasoning.

                                        I am a resident of Magarpatta City since February 2006. Every month I had been receiving electricity bills showing 0 units. After numerous complaints to the MSEDCL office within Magarpatta to check the meter, they finally send a person and replaced the meter in February 2007. Since then I have been receiving bills in the range of 200 to 500 showing the meter status as "NORMAL". I had no problems for 2 years. Suddenly in May 2009 I received a bill of Rs 1, 21, 590/- for 15494 units. I immediately complained to the MSEDCL office head Mr Butte. After two weeks, they replaced the meter. They said they will send the old meter for testing and wait for the report. I asked them, what about the bill ? They said if the meter testing reports says "Ok", then I would have to pay the entire bill along with the new meter charges. After two months, they said that the meter is tested Ok and I will have to pay the bill. I need guidance on what I should do next.

                                        last 2 mount i have not received bill . suddenly mseb guyes are come & thay cut my connection with out inform any one they don't ask in my house .i came 2 from office i saw that no light in my house .i was shock .i went 2 office but its closed . i was suffering this problame every time( not receiving bill ) . it's hurt my sentiments & my ego.if this thing are goning again & again .i sue u in court. at list supply regular bill in every house .

                                        my Consumer Number is:[protected] and billing unit is : 4677. I have a flat in Dhayari in pune the consumer number mentioned is for the same flat. Iam not occupying the same flat since is possession. Up to the month of Jan 2009 iam receving Electricity bill as normal of Rs 30/- pm but Feb2009 onwards MSEB is charging toomuch bill to me. They have disconnected my Meter without giving me perior notoce. At he moment they were charging me Rs 3, 570.00. This amount is too much for me even though iam not utilising electricity. Iam trying to MSEB Numbers mentioned in Bill[protected] but the same was not attended because mightbe changed. Pl try to guide me for the above matter.
