[Resolved]  Maruti Suzuki — bad service

this is with regards to my vehical number MH31CR4995 which HAS send at an service station in nagpur called maruti automotive UNDER THE GUIDENSE OF MR KULKARNI who is an incharge of that station.this is the first time i have send my vehical for servicing at that station and from the day i have received my car from servicing my batery is not under operationand after making complaint from atleast 10 times or rather more than that no is taking care of my battery. my car is standing at my residence without the battery for more than an week and i have received any replaceable battery nor an new battery which is under warranty period. as an costomer am felling great hard ship and incovinenece so its an humble request that an proper course of action should be taken against the servise station regarding such an horrible service in respect of my car . am sengind this complaint so that i should be given proper response in regards to my complaint.

please take this matter very seriously

goyal motors simla is not showing the status of the swifr dezire cars deleverd by yu in eight monts . they said if i want to buy swift dezire vdi . ihave to purchase 40000--/- asseries extra which i refused, some mis sharma associate who deals in swift at goyal motors refused to deliver the car without assries. she said these r the insructions of the co, maruti gurgaon

I have booked a Alto Xcit car dated 10/10/2009 and paid case ammount Rs10K, against recipt no MV-9391 in KTL LTD Indira Nagar Lucknow, and i have conform him that i will get car by 15/10/2009, but when i went their i found that KTL sold my car to another coustomer, after that i have purchase another model Alto LXI, Against Invoice no-1302 MV-52207/ALXI Dated 15/10/2009. my bellow question-
1-waht use of car booking if booked car sale out to other coustome
2-why not inform to us during booking car that you will not get car on dated 15/10/09
3-who will responsible for this that KTL is cheting with coustome
4-i want support from maruti that as a panalty KTL will FIX all assosires free of cast which is in Alto Xcite

Maruti Suzuki — mantely harresment by dealer

Respected sir,
i have buyed an maruti swift from bright motors lucknow and and they have forced me to take the extended warrenty of this vehicle which is 2375 rs/ i informed this thin to bright moters G.M Mr.Panday and Finance manager to Mr.Surjeet.of bright motors lucknow.but they have not done anything for this..and now they are not giving my registeration number of my car as my all payment is clear they are giving me lot of trouble and mentely harresment for my registeration number..so i request you to take some action agent them.

Yesterday[protected] I got my maruti 800 duo car serviced.
I found that the water was going inside the car off the front mirror.
Before getting it serviced yesterday, I got It serviced two times
I made that complaint yesterday and before as well, but nobody paid
Attentation the car was covered with mud /durt even after the
Service . the owner of the service sevice center does not sit there
And the worker does not work sincerely
So I humbly request you to take suitable action in this regard
In the end i want to say that I am not satisfied

I purchased a maruti alto from Motor world in jamshedpur, Jharkhand.At the time of purchasing there was a condition of coating antirust teflon coating at bottom portion of the vehicle body.It was also paidfor that.But practically it was not done and sellman Mr Goutam to ld me that it is already done.When I taken the car for servicing it was found that antirust coating was not done.After that the sells man behaviour was also bad.Please do needful.

Maruti Suzuki Wagnor LXi Duo — Regarding Bad Service and harrashment

Sir,
Being allured by and assured of prompt and efficient after sales services I have purchased one Maruti Wagon R vehicle for my personal use from your dealer Lohiya Motors Ltd., Berhampur on 04.03.2009being Engine No.F10DN4591654, Chasis No.MA3EED81S00766952and taking on periodical services there on regular basis as per the schedule. But after some days the battery was discharged even though I am running the vehicle everyday as it is used for my conveyance to medical college and I brought it to the notice of the service personnel of Lohiya Motors who in their turn charged the same free of cost and installed the same. Again after some days on 07.07.2009 the battery showed the same problem and the Lohiya Motors people charged a sum of Rs.72/-(Rupees Seventy two only) vide their job card no.JC09001372 giving a deaf ear to my complain about the warranty on battery and again charged the same and assured me that the battery is O.K. and they got it tested by the Exide People. To my utter surprise again after a gap of around 20 days the same happened and this time the battery was handed over to the Exide Industries Limited situated at Berhampur for charging and testing of the battery and they delivered me the same on01.08.2009 vide their delivary challan no.BRM/BRM/09/116 with a report that the BATTERY RETURNED IN OK CONDITION.Again after a month the same problem occurred which doubled my mental agony and again the same was sent to the Exide Industries Limited situated at Berhampur and at this time as advised I accompanied the service personnel to request the in charge of Berhampur office of Exide industries to change the battery as it is in warranty period and reoccurrence of the same problem is causing me mental agony, inconvenience coupled with wastage of time & money but the person present there informed me in a rude manner that who are you to come over here and we are not there to here you. We are not concerned with you in any manner. By this I was mentally shocked and it also hampered my prestige as a gentle man will never expect such recalcitrant attitude and rude behavior from a service personnel which affects the reputation of Maruti Udyog Ltd. also.It will not be out of place that though he has admitted that there is some leakage but refused to give it in writing. Again the battery was recharged and after that the Lohiya Motor People kept thwe vehicle for 5 days under observation and returned back to me but again a few days (15 days) the same problem raised and the lohiya motor people taken the vehicle returned me with a demo battery installed in my car.
So please take necessary appropriate steps at your end for solving the problem (replacement of Battery / any defective part)at an earliest failing which I will constrained to initiate appropriate legal proceedings.

I brought a Maruti A Star Vxi on August 5th 2009, from Indus Motors Kothamangalam(Sub agency) But after only two months its back door hndle brokened.When I contacted at the service center they said me to suffer the expences for changing it In addition to your two year warranty i brought additional two year warranty for my car. what will i do? How can I belive your new door handle? Why You are using such low quality accessories in ur car? How can i belive in Maruti Suzuki? i am waiting for your replay.

Maruti Suzuki — Engine decarbonizing without asking

I sent my swift UP14AH5070 for service on 29/10/09 atROHAN MOTORS GHAZIABAD. They decarbonized engine without asking me. car had done 43935kms. on the last service at 34017 kms they also decarbonized engine. CASHMEMO NO.BC08013444 date 24/01/09 34017 kms. CASHMEMO NO. BC09007859 date 28/10/09.

Dear ,
I purchase MARUTI SUZUKI WAGON R CAR on 15.10.09 from CITY CARS ,SATNA(M.P.).
I had paid for road tax and asked for U.P. RTO.But due to hike in road tax in U.P. on 28.10.09 ,they are telling me to pay more 2.5% more of actual car cost as per tax hike.
But I think It is enough time from 15.10.09 to 28.10.09 to get submission of tax and get the vehicle No. from RTO.This is their fault then why should I pay.
Suggest me.

My car met with an accident on date 29Sept2009 and Given for repair to T R SAWHNEY MOTORS PVT LTD-B-5, Industrial Area Phase -1, Badli, Rohini (Sec-18 Opp). And One Job card is Issued without any Number on Dated - 30/09/2009 with an agreement of delivery with in 15days after survey.
ANy of the T R SAWHNEY MOTORS PVT LTD- Employee or Customer Care executive responds to my severals phone calls and visits at their sites. Today I come to know that Keys of my car being misplaced and some work due to this still pending. Neither they provided any alternate vehicle to me even after demanding, from last one month.

Mr. Gautam and Pandey looking after the work in accidental deptt. They demanded motor car inspection report from me Even I told them that my car is insured by T R SAWHNEY MOTORS PVT LTD Only. and they also have original copy of insurance.


My Car no is HR 26AL 7310 Esteem Redwine color.
Hope for quick n favoirable response from your side.
In between my real uncle expired on dated -28/10/2009 and i faced many big problems due this issue.

maruti suzuki (dd motors, wazirpur) — delay in RC

I took a delivery of Wagnor (DL 8C Q 6067) on 29.06.09 from DD Motors, Wazairpur. At that time they ensured me that RC will be given within three months. Now 4 months & 09 days has been elapsed, but no RC is given to me, despite my repeated calling. I faced lots of trouble when I go for drive because police asked me for RC. (my son's mobile No. [protected])

Pls look into the matter and direct the DD Motors, Wazirpur to give RC immediately.
Hello Sir. Sir some one hit my maruti 800 and he ran. Later when i watched car and reported company for insurrance they are now asking for police report which is not necessary in terms and conditions of filling for claim to get free service at full insurrance if car bought not old than 6 months. My Esteem car no.is DL-8C-Q-1341 purchased on 8th Nov.2007 from DD Motors, Wazirpur.
Its warrenty is expired today so i want to extend the warreny.yesterday I.E. 7th Nov.09 I went to Maruti Master Service, Jahangirpuri, Delhi-110033 regards to extend the warrenty period, Mr.Krishna Tyagi met me at Maruti Master Service and he replied to come on 8th Nov.09.
Today again i went to Maruti Master Service and again met to Mr.Krishna Tyagi & some other officials but they all clearly denied to extend the warrenty.Their reply was your warrenty has been expired this can be continued only before 12:00hrs on 7th Nov.09

Now M not satisfied with the staff response.

I booked Ritz Vdi - ABS dated on 16 oct 09 at BARBATE AUTOMOTIVE INDIA PVT. LTD.-KAPASI KURD, NH KAPASI KURD, NH-6BHANDARA ROAD Nagpur. They told this vehicle will deliver within 2 months. Today i got information from them that because of my perment address at Chandrapur(180km from Nagpur) and Dealer available at chandrapur, i will not get vehicle and waiting period is 4 month. Dear Sir,

It is meant to bring to your kind notice the problem I faced due to the faulty machinery of the vehicle and the irresponsible attitude of your staff toward the complaint filed by the customer.
I am a distributor of LG. Electronics Pvt. Ltd India of Pauri Distt. I have purchased Maruti Swift Desire from Rohan Motors Dehradun dated 5th Oct. 2009. whose chasis number is[protected]
I planned a trip with my family but, as I went 30 km. ahead, the dashboard battery light showed some indication. At that time I was driving in between the jungle where no mobile range was available. As such I drive 10 km. forward and made a call to Rohan Motors, Dehradun to seek some help but no solution was provided from their side.
I decided to continue my journey but hardly had I gone 40 km ahead, My Power steering got jammed. The driver checked the problem and found Alternate Belt broken.
Considering the irresponsible behaviour of Rohan Motors I decided to call Bhatt Motors, Kotdwara. Immediately a taxi was hired and mechanic was sent who corrected the fault and charged Rs. 2000( cost included Alternate Belt + Taxi Hired).Bhatt Motors already told me the cost of repairing before sending his mechanic. The mechanic told that it was a manufacturing fault.
How is it possible that such a large brand can show negligence on their part while manufacturing to provide a defective vehicle to customer?
How I can believe on this trustworthy brand in near future?
A brand whose vehicle can’t even travel 1100 km. without any problem is bound to lose its credibility.
Kindly reimburse the loss incurred at the earliest.

I SENT THE COMPLAINT ON 08.11.09 AT 59.178.134.179 WITH REGARDS TO DELAY IN PROVIDING R.C. IN RESPCET OF Wagnor (DL 8C Q 6067) WHICH WAS BOUGHT ON 29.06.09 from DD Motors, Wazairpur.
