Dear sir,
I purchased my estilo vxi from cometent automobiles , cannaught place, Delhi on 2nd November 2009. When I refill my fuel tank suddenly fuel comes back, i told my problem to dealer, maruti authorised service station , ghazi pur and maruti own service station in okhla, but they told sir all cars fuel tank is like this, there is no fault in ur car fuel tank or fuel pipe, But am i fool my friend have two more cars one is alto and the other is esteem. But in this cars there is no any fault. Please solve my problem , i m not happy with this product

    Dear Sir,
    Earlier also I have made complaints to maruti suzuki, about the problem being faced in my vehicle. I was a blind follower of Maruti Products, but this particular model is troubling me since i have purchased it. Every time i gives my vehicle for service, instead of rectifying the problem the products returns to me with one or more problems getting added in it. last service was done 12th Feb by TM Motors Bharatpur, but still the same problems are existing in it with addition one more problem of meter lights and stand by lights not getting put on. When told the same thing to Mr. Ranjit Singh (Owner TM Motors), he did not gave a good hearing to my grievances and started talking in high volume. He did not pay any respect to his customer and do not listens to them, That is the main problem with all the staff of TM Motors. He asked me to talk to Maruti and not to him for any product related problem and he did not tried to solve the problem of my product. To keep my faith in maruti, you are requested to put take forward my complaint and please get my money refunded, so that i can finish my faith in maruti.

    Hi I purchased maruti wagonr from maruti true value its registration no is HR26-AZ-5284, It is a modified car which was displated in auto expo jan. 2010 Its bumpers are touching wheele while running through small pits 7 due to friction between tyres & bumpers it disturbs the movement of car 7 spoils the tyres life pl. look into ate matter asap

      Standard auto agencies, maruti dealer, Jabalpur — Poor service

      Dear sir,

      i had purchased Ritz ZXi on[protected] from standard auto, Jabalpur MP, whom i chose over shubh motors, bcoz these people are the lesser among two evils.

      during my previous free sevices i noted the air pressures in my car tyres were always lower than recommended at the time of delivery after servicing.

      so this day i when i went to take my car delivery after third service, i requested for demonstration of air pressures in all the four tyres, as observed earlier all the four had less than recommended air pressures.

      1. Are the service centres supposed to check tyre pressures during first second & third free services.

      2. if they haven't done so, whom to report apart from the service centres?

      3. how can i believe that these people have changed the engine oil - air filter in Quality & quantity, as per the schedule - i have paid rs 619.11 for oil & 72.57 for air fiter exclusive of VAT 13% , they haven't returned me the old air filter too.

        Sir,
        Greetings! With reference to the above, I would like to draw your kind attention to the following:
        1. One of the reasons of purchasing the Zen Lx model was its fairly attractive Mileage, recommended by experienced owners.
        2. I have been servicing the Vehicle at your authorized Service Stations – Amitdeep Motors (workshop of the showroom) & Kay Cee Automobiles, Allahabad. Moreover, from the time of purchase, for all these successive years, I am adopting every precaution recommended in the Owner’s Manual.
        3. However, I have not observed any improvement in the Mileage of the Vehicle, despite each year’s promise from your so called ‘Authorized Service Station’ that the same will improve ‘henceforth in the current year’! Perhaps, I believe these Service Stations are ill-equipped to do anything tangible and lasting!
        4. In recent years the fuel prices have sky-rocketed and though I have run just about 40000 KMs, it is indeed disappointing that at times the Vehicle is giving just about 10 or 12 KM per litre of petrol.
        5. I feel dejected and in fact, have not gone for the last servicing.

        I approach you with the hope that you will make necessary arrangements for a reliable ‘Authorized Service Station’ to look into this matter and ensure that I will get a satisfactory and resilient respite at your earliest convenience.
        May I thank you in anticipation of an early solution from you.

          i had applied for the car a week before last day of maruti scheme for the yr 2009. at saaya motors GT karnal road new delhi salesperson Mr Dinesh Bajaj called in evening at 6 on 31st dec 2009 informing about the nonavailability of A-star LXI.
          we then told him to cancel the order but then after 1hr he called up again and asked to take the car . we then went to the showroom to take the car but he dint show us the car and made us busy into the finance, registration , insurance and other papers and made us to recieve the car which was standing outside the showroom, as it was dark outside we were not able to check the car properly which was defective.we have also not recieved the invoice letter therefore we are not aware of the details about the manufacturing of car. the defects are the iron between the both side window mirrors were rusted, door at the back of driver seat is having yellowish dicoloration and bubblingvibration on starting up and on high speed, engine noice low pick up and low average is also a major complaint. gap in body at back light at driver's side. our complaint have not been removed despite of telling saaya motors about this.

          maruti suzuki - A star — Non Delivery of CAR

          Hi,

          My frnd has booked her car (AStar zxi) on last week of DEC 08. The dealer (MY CAR - PUNE) promised to deliver the same by 26th January. Still there is no response from them. They are saying that they don't know when the car will arrive??? I mean who is responsible for that, how can a dealer say that he doesn't know the car delivery.

          We have been waiting for the car so long, there is no reply from the dealer and they are very much non co-operative.

          This is worst experience that i have had lately.

          Maruti Suzuki A-star LXi — Non-delivery of car of colour of my choice

          On 8.11.2009 I booked a Maruti car (A-star) of silky silver colour at your authorized dealer 'My Car (Indore) Pvt. Ltd., Indore', for I made a payment of Rs.5000/- through cheque No.416509 dated 8.11.2009 (Receipt No. REC09000994 dated 08/11/2009). They assured me to deliver the car within 15 to 20 days. In the mean while I completed all the formalities for taking the loan from the State Bank of India. Now, they are expressing their inability to deliver the car of colour of my choice. They are also insisting upon to take car of any other colour or the vxi model in silky silver colour. In this regard I am to say that I do not like any other colour out of colours introduced for A-star and if go for vxi then I will have to pay more, which I don't want. I do not understand as to why they are insisting upon to take car of any other colour. So, kindly guide me what should I do.

          Dear Sir,

          I have booked Maruti EECO 5 STR with A/c - Metallic Glistenig Grey with ABT Maruti, Guindy. My Customer ID is [protected] - Receipt No.REC09005574 dated 20.01.2010, Inv. No.SC[protected] on 20th January, 2010. I was told at the time of booking the car that I will receive my vehicle within a month. It is almost two months from the date of booking, I am yet to receive any communication regarding the delivery of my car. My enquiry with ABT Maruti, Guindy, Chennai - 32 is a futile exercise, and they give evasive reply.

          I would appreciate a reply and when I expected to receive the car booked on the next date of advt. in the Hindu.

          Maruti Suzuki A - Star LXi — Engine replacement

          Dear sir,
          I have Submit my complaint before 13 Day But No Response from Dealer side,
          after 13 days they are saying that your half engine is replaceable, but i am not satisfied with this decision of dealer , i have already repaired my car engine two time with in five month in same workshop, this time my engine block is burst due to misalignment and i wants to replace my full engine if you do not able to help me then i will go to consumer court,

          They delivered an old vehicle to me. I send registered letters to the directors of maruti. They rectified the defects which can be rectified by repairing.
          Now i am going to take legal remedies to get compensation

            Dear Mr. Pankaj Narula,

            I have been struggling for last 2 months now to get my car replaced from Maruti for their worst quality product and your dealer's (Vipul Motors Pvt Ltd) pathetic service.

            When I purchased the car from your dealer on Feb 20, 2009, the steering wheel was very hard and after numerous visits, numerous phone calls and numerous emails, you and your dealer replaced the faulty module after 7 months. This was because your product had manufacturing defect and your dealer was incompetent to find out that fault.

            Then within a month after the module was replaced, steering mounted controls, horn, airbag signs & seat belt signs stopped working. Maruti took more than 40 days to arrange that faulty module. Now its more than 2 months that I have been driving this car without these features.

            I am not interested in keeping this car with me anymore. I have not enjoyed this car ever since the date of its purchase. I cannot keep travelling to your dealer, writing mails to you and your dealer and calling your customer care and your dealer for resolving my car's problem.

            I demand justice from you by replacing my car because I paid full money to your company for a new car not for a faulty product. Please replace this car otherwise I will never purchase your cars ever in my life. As on today, I have 4 cars of maruti, 1 of hyundai and 1 of mahindra.

            Please keep in mind that if you refuse to compensate me, I will switch to some other company.

              Respected sir,
              I bought swift lxi on 04/05/2009 from DD Motors Mayapuri, New Delhi. the car is having problem in reverse gear, as on applying, it get jam or lock or it produces unnecessary noise. I showed it to the service center but they were ignoring it for the last 8-9 monts. then i met the manager service and complaint about this problem, he checked it and said this type of functioning is normal, as the design is such. but i told him that in other cars there is no such problems for which he said the maruti is different from other car brands. now, i feel upset that the new car is malfunctioning and the dealer is not bothered. kindly help me out. I shall be very thankful to you.

                Following are my 2 complaints:
                1. I was a bit late (15 -20 days) for my second free service. M/s Ravi automobiles at Chembur, Mumbai, refused to service my car free as I was late. The car had run only approx. 1000 Km by then.

                2. The windows got jammed and wouuld not roll down and the doors were also too tight before the end of six months. The authorized dealer (Ms Ravi Automobiles) is not ready to help me in spite of the car being in warranty period. Since there is no offical customer greivance redressal forum at Maruti Suzuki Ltd. we are at a major disadvantage.

                Maruti Udyog — Paint wearing out

                I have a maruti swift vxi purchased on march'07. I can notice the paint of the car waering out at some particular places. I can see the white inner coating beneath the red colour.

                MARUTI ALTO LXI — Wrong commitment by Dealer

                I have a bad service experience with Rajsheh auto Meerut (Delhi-Meerut highway). Their service as wellas customer handling was not satisfactory. I was comminicated that if i avail 3 consecutive services from their's showroom then 4th service will be treated as labour free but at the time of this service, amount was charged and told me that you have to pay. (Force fully).
                I told them that i will esclate this issue to MUL higher authorities then told me that you are free to write and let us see what can you do.

                Maruti Suzuki Alto Lxi — Cheated by Competent Motors, New Delhi

                I have recently exchanged my Maruti Alto Lxi bought in May 2007 from Competent Motors, Connaught Place, New Delhi with a Swift Lxi. During evaluation at 5-7 places I learnt that the bonnet of the car is repainted and even the inside quarter panels near the tail gate has been replaced by the original dealer. Being a novice I couldn't even realize this treacherous act by Competent Motors in last one year. I had to face humiliation during evaluation, since most of them believed that 'I' did all this and now trying to act smart. I got 15k-20k less, then what I could have got, since the car was in showroom condition even though with 19, 500 km on dial. Being in India, I am not expecting much from Maruti, but still wanted everyone to know that how much it hurts, when you are cheated by such a big organization.

                Maruti Udyog Limited — SUBSTANDARD SERVICING BY DEALER

                i handed over my maruti 800 DX 1997 model for servicing along with instruction for painting of bonnet, changing of interior roof lining and attention to starting trouble experienced. the vehicle was handed over to Sri Mitesh Kumar, supervisor at Vipul Motors, Unit II, faridabad on 06.12.2008 at 1220 hrs. subsequently i got a call later on that the front discs and the brake pads had worn out and needed replacement along with all the bearings of both the front wheels. i gave my confirmation over phone for the same. on 09.12.2008 i received a call from M/s Vipul Motors that tjhe car was ready for delivery. when i reached the firm i found that the roof lining had been pasted very shabbily and there were creases all over- a typical local open market kind of a messy job. on pointing out the service advisor said that the guy who had done the job was not available and could i please bring the vehicle back later on. i refused and asked him to get it rectified. when i saw the old brake discs, they seemed ok to a layman- on asking for the reason i was told that there were heating marks on the same along with wear and thus the disc had become thin and hence they required a change. frankly i couldnt locate any heating marks. then i asked for the condemming limit for the discs. the service advisor was not aware of the same and i requested for the maintenance manual which indicated the same. when the manual was produced it was seen that the limits for the disc thickness was 10.0 mm for new and service limit was 8.0mm. when i asked for the thickness to be measured, the service advisor was not aware of the method to check the same. i asked for a micrometer screw gauge to be brought. on checking it was seen the thickness was substantially higher at more than 9.0mm. T works manager when contacted was convinced that the replacement was correct but when i told him that i would be sending the discs to maruti for verification he offered to have the old discs fitted. after a lot of argument and chasing the vehicle was finally handed over in the evening. barely 3 kms out of the service centre the engine shut down. thinking that the fuel was low the car was pushed to the nearest petrol pump and filled up. next evening while coming back from office (30 kms distance from my home to office) the engine shut down again at ashram chowk about 20 km from my house at arounfd 8pm. the car would simply not start while the battery was cranking the engine perfectly. i touched and pulled a few wires and managed to start and bring the car back to faridabad. i took it to the only mechanic shop open at that point of time and when he opened the distributor cover- the cb points had badly worn out. the ignition coil was leaking oil and the wire leading from it to the distributor was melted, and badly worn out. these things should have been checked during paid servicing but had been overlooked. the air filter assembly was removed and the carb housing was coated with old dust and grime of years which had not been washed properly. i got the carb opened and found that it was completely chocked with muck. the needle valve also required cleaning. half the carb assemble was removed and completely cleaned in petrol and then with 3M carb cleaner. Subsequent fitment made the car purr like a cat. no trouble after that and the car is performing extremely well without any hiccups. i fail to comprehend the reason for this apathy from a company which touts - where ever you go you r not far or something from a MASS advertisement. this is not a case of a component failure or trouble in a car... what i want to high light is the brazen way in which i have taken for a ride- components changed which suited the company and the actual job of maintaining the car not even carried out.. the subsequent justifacations given by Mr Harjinder Singh/ Asstt. Works Manager and Mr Mohanty/GM of the centre just do not go down well. the high handedness is too blatant too be shrugged. when i tried sending a complaint through the net it was seen that the marutisuzuki.com website does not give u such an option at all. i intended giving a 10 grade but Mr Mohanty/GM has tried to pacify me and has requested that the vehicle be taken to VIpul motors again to check up on my story, and hence the 8. i really dont understand how in such a competitive market the service provider can fleece anyone like this. because the behaviour shows that its not an isolated incident due to a genuine error but an attitudinal problem and the whole setup has a role to play in it. can somebody guide me how to contact and inform MUL.

                Maruti 800 DX — dealers refusal to service the car

                My father has a maruti 800 DX car.My mother visited the nearest maruti dealer in VIP Road Kolkata.But the dealer bluntly refused to service our car because it was bought from another dealer.The dealer was approached for a paid service.Since then i have dropped my idea of buying any maruti car.But please take the pain to convey this message to maruti honchos who think that they can run a company without a proper functional website which does not have any option to lodge any complain.

                I gave my alto lxi to anand motors service centre sadar bazaar.. for accidental insurance and claim ... with all the formalities complete on 6th of jan ... i was been given a maximum of 14 days time .to get the vehicle complete and deliver .. i.e on[protected]. when i called on 20th for delivery ... at 1st they said that the car is complete and ready to deliver .. by mr . shankar singh ([protected]). then after 10 minute i got a second call that car cannot be delivered today as the reason incomplete. i got the new date of delivery of[protected].... then on 21st they again said that the car is not ready and cannot be delivered today on 21st ... now i am been given a new date of[protected].. with a reason that the car is still incomplete... if the car is still incomplete then what mr. shankar said on 20th was wrong ... i m facing great problem .. suffering my work ...due to irresponsible attitude and work by anand motors work shop..

                I had purchased Maruti ALTO LXI in May 2009 from Kiran Motors.                   Hi ,

                  I take Access 125 grey colour from IBAYS Hyderabad a month ago.Everything went well.The product is good,

                  Suddenly i got a problem,iam getting some at back side of the vehicle,some sought of sound when iam taking vehicle upwards or with double(somebody at backside).Its keep on increasing.I thought its not a common problem & i given to SABOO at Secunderabad(Its near my office) as its due for 1st service also.They taken a complaint & promised for solution.At the time of delivery after service they start telling cock & bull stories that we have to change clutch assembly as problem arises.Presently there is no stock.Ok my doubt is if new vehicle getting problem like this then how we will have confident.Ofcourse that will be covered under warranty,but because of suzuki"s mistake we have to suffer.

                  Please tell me wts the solution.

                  I am facing the same problem more than 45 days, SMK Motors are not even informing what they had done.

                  Hence poor response from dealer, more than 15 days vehicle was with the dealer they are doing R&D.

                  I used to go to the showroom on daily basis, i got few friends having few more problems.

                  I sincere advise not to buy a Suzuki vehicle, unfortunately i[censored] had taken don't give service.

                  I own a Suzuki Access 125 vehicle, which is 1 year 6 months old. The vehicle was in a good condition till 1 year but for the past six months i am facing the problem of cut off while running. If i drive above 45 KM speed, the vehicle is not getting off. When i slow the speed or take by hands from the accelerator the vehicle gets off.

                  I take the bike to the service center(Sri Roonwall Motors Ltd Old Washermanpet, Chennai) at least thrice in a month. Each time they service and return, the bike is good till 7 - 10 days and after that the same complaint rises.

                  I am fed-up with this bike and the customer care at the service center.

                  Please do not buy any vehicle in Suzuki brand

                  Hi,

                  Even the same problem - 2 yrs old vehicle while driving (2 persons total) suddenly developed huge noise and stopped in middle of the road. Stalled - wheel not rotating and later i pulled the vehicle back and after that only it moved forward. Vehicle service team indicated the clutch unit is completely damaged and need to replace with budget of 6K.. Expecting final update from service station.
                  I too got a same & exact problem with sound while accelerating the veichle, which causes so much irritation for me.

                      Through this mail, an ardent and absolute Maruti Fan who has now become an ex-fan is sharing a particular grievance with you which has been completely unfair to me.
                      This is a particular incident that happened to me last week i.e. on the 17th of March, 2011 when I noticed that the pedal of the accelerator was detached from its floor base. It was noticed and conveyed to me by my car cleaner, followed by which I immediately took my Maruti Swift Dzire VXI DL7CH 4670 to the Maruti Sales & Service Centre at Naraina, New Delhi.
                      The service engineer there, at first suggested that it maybe one screw that has come off, which after checking was not the case. He then came to the conclusion that the accelerator pedal which is supposed to be welded to its base had detached and required welding again. I handed over my car and confirmed with the engineer the time it would take. According to the engineer, Mr. Sarkar, it was not more than a 10 minute job.
                      At the time of collecting my car back, I was presented with the bill reading Rs. 1100. (For your reference, Bill No.-JC10080168 Cust.ID [protected] Dated:17.01.2011 ) This took me by surprise as it’s too much for a ten minute job. This raises two big questions in my mind:
                      1. Is the level of Quality Control that Maruti promises, coming down? This is something that I’ve never heard of... The accelerator gets detached off its base is something that cannot happen as a result o[censored]sage or negligence. It just showcases a fault in the making.

                      2. Secondly, I do not understand that why something which requires some flashes of welding to be fixed and is a ten-minute job according to your own engineer can cost that big an amount. After all this is the company’s fault not mine as a customer.

                      Being a complete Maruti loyal customer, I have never even thought of considering any other companies as an alternate option. Right from my first car in 1989 to a total of 8 change-overs in my cars over all these years, I’ve stuck to Maruti. I have always found the after sale services very worthy and trustful. But it seems to me that with the growing number of customers, Maruti is now not bothered and considerate about its existing and loyal customers. I have absolutely no regrets in saying that you have today, lost one of your customers that is me and if this continues to be the same, I’m sure there are many more customers that you shall lose out on.
                      I find this completely unfair and rude. This is nothing but harassing customers. I would like to have a logical explanation and compensation for this. I will be awaiting your reply and a suitable action taken in this regard and the same to be communicated to me at the earliest.

                        It is very sad that in JUST 13 months I faced a Major Complaint in my Wagon R car,Yesterday when i filled petrol in tank in petrol pump ,i noticed that from bottom petrol is leaking continuously ,it was very shocking for me that this type of Manufacturing defect couldn`t notice in regular service also.

                        Just 1 day before ,on FEB 5,2010, i serviced my car in JAIPUR ,Authorised Service Centre - KP AUTOMOBILE JAIPUR.

                        This shows PATHETIC SERVICE QUALITY AT KP AUTOMOBILES,JAIPUR.

                        On Feb6,2010,On the spot every person was in shock & scared also that may fire or blast can happen.

                        They immediately removed my car from petrol pump so that any major accident can be avoided.

                        My Situation was so disappointed that why i choose my car to MARUTI BRAND.

                        I want to replace my car immediately or refund my money as IT IS A MANUFACTURING DEFECT

                          I own a Maruti Gypsy King Hard Top and am a regular customer at Competant Automobiles, Gazipur, New Delhi. Being a Gypsy owner I understand and always allow margin in terms of time, preparedness and lack of skill available at Service Centers for Gypsy repairs. But what I can’t compromise with is quality and integrity.

                          My last visit to the Service Center (Competant, Gazipur) was yesterday, Feb 4th (Invoice # BR[protected]. I had taken the car for service and some repair work. Like I said earlier, I normally overlook some errors and discrepancies but yesterday my patience was tested to the maximum. Below are a few points which stood out :

                          1. I was given an estimate of Rs. 3000 and actual bill was for Rs. 4,500. An air filter was replaced without consulting with me over phone. I had this returned as I had got it changed last year.
                          2. I was given a time for delivery of 5:30 p.m. I called a number of times from 5pm to 6 pm but could not get hold of someone who could tell me if my vehicle would be ready on time. Finally, I was asked to come over at 6 pm and it took more than 45 min to get the final bill for settlement after I reached. I had to go to each counter myself to try and expedite the bill process.
                          3. Before coming to take the delivery, I had asked if the card machine was working and it was confirmed that it is working. But when I got the final bill and tried to make the payment by card, I was told the machine has stopped working. I had to run to the ATM to withdraw cash. This has happened to me each time I have gone to Competant.
                          4. Finally, the most disheartening experience was that the problem for which I had gone was not rectified. There seems to be a problem with the clutch and it does not seem to release completely with the pedal. It takes some time to engage even after the clutch pedal has been released fully. I was told at the time of delivery that the problem is rectified and it was due to oil accumulation near the spark plugs (that’s the explanation) for which a few gaskets were replaced. I was not given a test drive and going by past experiences I believed the SA and took him for his word. But on my way back, I noticed that the problem was still exactly the same.
                          5. Another problem I had reported was that the accelerator travel was not smooth. I was doubtful about the accelerator wire being bad. The SA checked and found the wire to be OK. He recommended SpeedTec Premium Petrol Additive (Rs. 650/-) and said it would take care of the problem. There was no change at all and the problem still remains.

                          I appreciate the vehicles Maruti makes but I have come to realize that Maruti or its dealers cannot take care of the cars they make and sell.

                            Sorry to inform that am visited Bombay Motors Show room in jodhpur for Suzuki sling shot plus. Am asking for disk brake bike (25/07/2011) but they replay me we have no stoke we will give you in two days.But they call me today (26/07/2012) and they will replay me me take non-Disk bike company stooped that model manufacturing. Sir please tell us to remove this bike specification from their site if suzuki is not manufacturing this model.Why this company people confusing customers. In this way your company is treating costumes i dont know..!.

                              My name is Saurabh Mittal and I belong to a small city named sirsaganj in Firozabad District in UPW. I feel very proud when I say that I am one of the millions satisfied Maruti Suzuki customer, who is loyal toward his choice. I have been very happy and satisfied with the services of the company no matter they were directly from the company hand or from the dealer hand until last week when an incident happened which I can never think even in my wildest sense can happen with in the dealership of such a reputed company. I was shocked to know that the high demands in your products is making your dealers to charge premium for the products. I never believed anyone telling me such things until I got to pass through the same experience few days back.


                              I visited one of the dealers in Agra city named Madhusudhan Motors Pvt. Ltd. and showed my interest for the swift desire car. As we are the loyal and old customers, all the staff there knew us very well and thus welcomed us in a warm manner. I inquired about the test drive, but I was told that due to shortage we are unable to provide you the same. Still, looking at the market reputation, I showed my willingness to deposit the amount for the booking of my car. Mr. who is also the manager there told me that since I am an elite customer, I dont need to give any deposits and will get the car in the next 15-25 days for which I readily agreed and left for my home.


                              After 5 days, I received a call from Mr. that they have a car in stock but they can only give it on the premium of Rs.15000 and were ready to deliver the same the very next day there demand is met. To this, I politely told them that I am not willing to pay any premium and will wait for my car to arrive in the promised time. This was where I felt totally cheated as Mr. manager told me that if you will choose to wait than you will have to wait for more than 4 months and the car cant be arranged before that.


                              This statement has given me an utter shock not only because I am having my blind faith for the company and its reputation but also because the dealer in itself is a very reputed and known person of the city and is never expected to show this kind of attitude towards the customers.


                              Sir, it was very hard for me to make up my mind to write this letter to you but believe me, this is not a complaint. I just want to make it sure, that if I am recommending someone a Maruti Suzuki product than I am only doing so because of the utter satisfaction that I have from your services, but with all that happened, I will have to think twice for doing the same.


                              I hope this letter will make a certain change. I dont expect much, but atleast that much that in future any other customer shouldn`t have to pass from the situation that I had.

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  I purchased 3 cars from Maruti and Vipul, Faridabad and on February 20, 2009, I purchased 4th car i.e. SX4 ZXi from Maruti and Vipul again in the name of M/s Oswal Pumps Agency.

                                  From first day I observed that the steering wheel was very very hard making the drive extremely uncomfortable and painful.

                                  I kept on visiting Vipul Motors numerous times and they just kept on making fool of me saying that its the way it is. Almost 6 months passed in this and finally, I then contacted Maruti Udyog Ltd by lots of emails and then after so much of troubles, Vipul people agreed that some module is faulty and I got that replaced.

                                  Within 30 days, there developed some other problem: the horn stopped working, the steering mounted controls stopped working and the air bag sign kept on for the whole drive. For this, I got to know that the last replacement of the module was not done correctly and due to that some other module has got damaged.

                                  Now, its been more than a month since I have been running around Vipul people and writing tons of mails to Maruti for some help and they both are making fool of me saying that the module is not ready.

                                  In these 11 months, I have experienced only troubles and harassments by Vipul and Maruti both. Both the companies have been very non-cooperative and like deaf and dumb.

                                  What did i gain in these 11 months apart from all the pains? Please help.

                                    I bought the vehicle yesterday, it is not the 24 hours to the delivery. ODO reading is only 40 kms. While driving today morning suddenly rear tyre is separted from the body, the tyre is out get broken from the place where it connected to the body. While this I got injured.
                                    I am feeling that SUZUKI motor is cheated with me. They give me a scooter with problems.

                                    I Bought the scooter because the name of esteemed organistaion M/s SUZUKI . But this type of vecihle is not feeling me like SUZUKI.

                                    This is horrible to me what happened with me from the new scooter.

                                    I am totally disagree with the vehicle and M/s SUZUKI.

                                    Suzuki Access - 125 — Payment Method

                                    Hello,
                                    I dont know much about this forum and so I dont know about the respond over here.I want to buy a new suzuli Access.I want to give it as gift.My problem is, when i asked the dealer about the payment, He told me that I have to pay full amount which is 50, 403 on the day of booking and after 45 days from that date I ll get my vehicle.I am not finding any logic for such payment.If I am going to get it after 45 days then why I need to pay full amount in advance?I am ready to pay booking amount but why the full amount ?Am I going to get any specially benefits or discount with this as I am paying in advance?I make a query in suzyki complaint and query section and I am waiting for the reply ...

                                    respected sir, recently i had been a dealer of suzuki in indore sneh nagar suzuki booking of access 125 .at time of booking dealer salesman have imposed compulsary condision imposed like accessory of 2500 rupee and insurance from dealer only.saleman say any complaint you suzuki.we pay extra payment suzuki mator area manager and other man.sale man say we are not any action by company beacus we pay extra.suzuki world class com.but in india dealer are not good.we receve hope some action aganst dealer.rpl plz.mahesh ladha[protected]

                                    Suzuki Access 125 — you have not ready stock

                                    I want to book suzuki access 125 in surat city but you have not ready stock at your any dealer shop in gujarat. You have comparision with Honda Activa for your product but you have not ready stock how you advertise it. If company manufacturing a car they have a minute but you have manufacturing a scooter in four month! You have provide facility for chiting customer by your dealer network and also received more Rs.[protected]Extra on road price) for current booking or ready stock.

                                    Suzuki Access 125 — Consignment Not Received

                                    I booked suzuki access 125 near about two months back. At the time of booking the showroom people are very excited to deliver the product within 20 days, it is mentioned in the booking receipt as well.

                                    The issue is, i am still waiting for the product after paying the full amount. This is the third week i am listning the same reasoning that "RTO is not working". It is really taugh to believe that RTO is not functionning from such a long time ( 3 weeks). This service is really sub standard.

                                    The Suzuki showroom is at malad west, mumbai.
                                    If anybody can help to get the thing done, please let me know.

                                    Suzuki Access 125 — change of name on bill

                                    i have purchased one suzuki access 125 on 08/06/2010. The name on bill appears as Akhilesh Kumar though i told them that billind to be done in the name of Neelam Kumari Singh Wo Akhilesh Kumar. The dealer is saying that we are doing online billing so it will not be possible to change now. The dealer,s address is Punjab Bikes Pvt. Ltd., Choti Baradri, patiala
                                    Suzuku! A Japanese Principal, but what a shame not to even respond to a victim of your negligence.
                                    I've booked suzuki access about 3 months ago.. Dealers promised that the vehicle will be delivered within 2 & half months.. Now due to no ready stock, its getting more delayed.. Who's going to answer for this problem..?? Coming to competition with honda products, I canceled the honda dio i had booked, assuming that I'll get access soon.. Dealers don't respond properly.. If this continues, you'll perhaps lose many of your customers.. Please oblige and find a solution for this problem..

                                    please note that we the owners of suzuki access are having the problem in after sale services. when ever we go they tell that come after 3 to 4 days for our free service. There are no proper staff. And they deal with us very rudely whenever we go for the service.

I am still waiting delivery of it.I am approaching dealer frequently but getting negative reply. Suzuki customer care is totally deaf and dumb and it is also not working.Can customer wait for 100 year?

                                    I have purchased suzuki access-uz125 on[protected] this is my blunder mistake to purchase suzuki brand.from 15/7/2011 my access was in your ajmer road setia auto mobiel company .for repairing because of some problems.since last year it is very problematic veichle for me .Every services you execute you change its filter and clean the petrol tank.But after service next day probleme gets same.After lot resquests they r not bothered.today also I took the scooter to university and in the evening the scooter didn't start your executive mr Ved prakash came and told me that the scooters engine is seized.

                                    I have booked suzuki access on 9-Apr-11 from "I B Motor Guajrat PVT LTD" and they have promised me to give dilivery with in 4 month but today after completing 4 month, They are telling me to wait 2 more month.
                                    Please help me in this case .

                                    I brought Suzuki Access 125 from Ankleshwar(Bharuch)-Gujarat.
                                    I given my Suzuki Access 125 for service 5th Dec-12.When I received the back scooter from workshop, I found the damage seat cover at the workshop. I shown the same to present representative & He took only seat cover for informing to senior person from Bharuch bhanch & He told me that after three days, he will inform me about the same.But after 10-12 days no reply from the service office. So, I phone to bharuch office to know about the status of the seat cover. Suzuki representative Mr.Ankur told me that He will take openion of his boos & inform me the same.
                                    But after that no reply from Mr.Ankit & when I informed to Mr.Ankit, He told me that seat cover can not change because it was not damage in our workshop.
                                    After all talk to Bharuch office but they told me that it will not repair/change from our side.


                                    This is very bad response from the Suzuki representative. If can not response about small thing than what about the major issues?

                                    This is very shame of M/s SUZUKI regards response of customer & vehicle care during the service.

                                    I have purchased Suzuki Access-125 on 09/11/2010 aftr 6 mths due to some problems engine is soaking mobile oil n creating alot of problem. I have claimed in the service centre from- SURYA MOTORCYCLE HOUSE PVT. LTD, TAMBESHWAR NAGAR G.T. ROAD FATEHPUR - 212601(U.P.) but they have not given appropriate response for my claim. They took my scooty stand in their service centre for 2 months after that they told me that engine has damaged and after repairing the scooty they charged money for dat repairing and given me a bill of rs- 5130.
                                    it is well known by us that during a year if any problem we are facing in a vehicle it should be given free services from the company for repairing. The battery has also taking problem we have complained for it bt all the time they are not changing and not responding for the claim then aftr alot of complaints i have changed my scooty battery from outside of d company,
                                    Fuel meter is also not working after 15 days of puchasing the vehicle they had also not changed it with in the guarantee period and they had also charged for the new fuel meter but its still not working.
                                    i think i have done a bigger mistake of purchasing this SUZUKI product & has very bad services with in the guarantee period.
                                    i will not suggest any one for SUZUKI product..

                                    Suzuki Access 125 — After sale services

                                    I have purchased a Suzuki Access 125 from Amreli. Due to my transfer from Amreli I have to shift to Surat. When I contacted the Authorized dealer of Access 125, Dharmraj , they did not give me benefit of free service and refused service. They also behaved rudely.

                                    Suzuki Access 125 — Not getting RTO passing and pending accessories--payment of both already done.

                                    Very unhappy with the service I am getting at Suzuki Showroom Kapadia Auto Wheels, Shalimar, Nasik.Its about 1 month passed still not getting RTO passing done and also not getting the pending accessories.When contacted staff there, they are making fake promises always.Really frustrated now.
                                    staff is very arrogant ...they talk as if they really dont believe in customer-vendor relationship and after delivery services...really bad behaviou...

                                    i purchased suzuki access 125 2 years back. today on 15th feb, 2014, i did the servicing from swarget suzuki center. i found various scratches on bike after servicing also one of the metal part from front side is broken. i want service center should replace the same.

                                    My scooter was given for accident service at Manikandan auto mobile service centre, Ernakulam on 23.3.2014 and on enquiry I am told the parts are not available and there is delay in getting parts from the company . Please do not harass the customers in this manner . Do take some action in the matter.
