i have sent my {car} wagon r {RJ-27 CA 7575} at ajmer automobiles at ajmer on dated[protected], due to an accident it was damaged so for the repairing purpose i have sent this car and it was said to me by their officer that it would be repair with in ten days but after 40 days past my vehicle is not repaired by the authorized dealer of maruti udyog limited and i am very puzzled,every time when i ask the staff of ajmer automobiles says that it will be delivered within 2 or 3 days but still there is no progress is seemed.

    From last 15 days we facing problem with Maruti Suzuki Swift, on last 8th of july 2010 my vehicle was break down and i visited maruti suzuki dealer B.M Auto at Gandhidham (kutch) and they said us in vehicle engine's cranck shaft and teppet rocker broken so need to change it, and we said them on 8th july 2010 vehicle make on road as soon possible but today more then 15 days hepen then unable to make vehicle on road and saying company (MARUTI SUZUKI) not parts which we need, they commit us ll parts we received on monday but till thursday again they saying now company not having parts


    please help us regading this matter my Vehicle No: GJ12AE 2517 and vehicle at maruti suzuki's dealer B.M Auto at Gandhidham (Kutch)

      from last ten years i am using maruti cars i am very much satisfied with them.
      as a fan of maruti cars i have booked swift vdi with Rs.50000/- as an advance payment on june 3rd 2010 at maruti saboo,Nampally,Hyderabad,Andhrapradesh.as your dealers commitment i have to get my new car by july 3rd 2010,but still as on today i,e.21st july 2010, they are not giving correct response to me . IF YOU CANNOT SUPPLY YOUR PRODUCT AS REQUIREMENT WHY YOU ARE GIVING ADVERTISEMENTS AND MAKING US FOOLS.IN HYDERABAD WE CAN GET YOUR CAR BY PAYING EXTRA AMOUNT(IN DEALERS VERSION,'ON'),

          Dear Sir,

          I regret to state that country’s biggest four wheeler manufacturer has a very casual attitude towards the customer service. I had always admired Maruti for its reach / spread of its service center but according to me the service has literally deteriorated over a period of time. I myself experienced such a pathetic customer service.

          Background : This is regarding my Wagon R – MH04 CJ669, I bought this car on 30th April 2005 from your authorized service centre Sai Service – Vasai Branch. I was completely satisfied with the performance of the car.

          Later on 2nd June, 2007, I met with an accident during my trip to Goa and thus handed over my car to Sai Service – Goa for repairs on 4th June, 2007. I got my car back on 12th July 2007. I brought my car back to Mumbai, there were some complaints for which I contacted Sai Service – Vasai and most of the complaints were resolved. But all this lead to a water leakage, I raised this complaint several times but there was no resolution and I had to live with this problem for more than a year. Finally I got fed up and approached your Mumbai office, and when Mr. Nagesh intervened the issue finally got resolved in August 2008. But this delay had actually spoiled the interiors of my car specially the carpet. Moreover I always raised a complaint of rusting in the front body, and little vibration in the driving seat as well but this was never taken seriously by your service center and every time I was told that its normal and there is nothing serious.

          Current Scenario : I took my car for a free check-up camp on 21st Feb, and was told that there is “Engine Oil leakage” but problem is not acute. Later in the last week of April 2010, I approached Sai Service for servicing of my car and was informed that there is a oil leakage from suspension of the car as well thus Front Studs, bushing etc needs to be replaced.

          I gave my car for the necessary repairs on 3rd May 2010. On 4th May, I got a call from Sai Service stating that due to rusting both RH & LH Front Apron needs to be replaced. I explained them that this could be due to inadequate or inferior Antirust treatment done at the time of repairs in Goa, but as per them nothing can be done now. Since this was very critical I gave them a go ahead to do the necessary repairs with clear instructions to complete all the repairs at one go. Initially the work got delayed as there was shortage of man power, but after lot of follow-up for almost 18 days, I was informed that the car is ready and I can collect the same. When I visited Sai Service to collect my car I observed only work related to body shop (apron) is being done and rest everything was pending.

          I had no other option besides leaving my car once again for other repair work and finally got my car back on 27th June. This time except suspension all other repairs were done and I was advised to get the suspension repaired after rainy season. I spent an amount of Rs.38457/- towards the repairs, and was given an estimate of 10000/- for suspension work which was pending.

          Later I observed that there is a water leakage in Front – LHS of my car, I again contacted Sai Service, and they collected my car on 7th July and returned the same on 9th July stating the issue is resolved. It was raining throughout the night and when I checked my car in the morning there was ample amount of water inside the car. I again visited Sai Service on 10th July and I had to leave my car again. I was waiting for an update on my complaint but they don’t even have that courtesy to update me on the status of my car, I finally called up on 13th evening and was told work is in progress and will take another 2 days. 6 days already got over and I have no update on the status of my car, surprising.

          All this has spoiled the interiors of my car, carpet was completely wet and smelled like a rotten egg, cushioning below the carpet was missing, car roof was dirty, seat covers are also dirty, also there are even some scratches on the LHS of the bonnet. Also the reverse horn and music system was not working. I never expected such takeaways that too after spending a substantial amount of Rs.38457/-.

          This time on 10th July, I was given a service vehicle to use but this car was so dirty that I had to spent Rs150/- for the cleaning of car. There were ear buds, toothpicks, pieces of wet news paper were laying inside the car. Moreover there was hardly any petrol in the car, I was lucky enough to reach petrol pump. This car also has a water leakage and carpet smells badly.

          Takeaways…
          • The car was not properly repaired in 2007, especially inadequate / improper antirust treatment resulted into rusting and water leakage.
          • Initially in 2007, basic problem of water leakage took more than a year to get resolved.
          • Water leakage and rusting lead my car to its current condition, wherein such major repairs were required to be carried out.
          • I am struggling to get my car repaired since past 40 days, but service center is still taking its own sweet time.
          • Lastly I think there is no sensitivity towards the customer complaint. I am feeling cheated.

          I am disappointed the way the case is being handled. I had always recommended Maruti as a brand to most of the colleagues & friends but now I regret doing so.

          I am not sure when will I get back my vehicle and in what condition? I would be highly obliged if you could intervene and help me in getting my issues resolved on top priority.

            Cost of Labour is 108% of Material cost.
            It is normal practice of this service station to charge more on labour charges.Pl.look into this aspect.

              I have purchase a Swift Dzire on 11.09.2009 from M/s Bimal Auto Agency,Chandmari,Guwahati bearing Chassis No 198713 and Engine No 1280367.Till date I have drived around 9400 Kms. On 11.07.2010 I have notice oil leakage and took it to M/s Poddar Car World Pvt Ltd and they repaired the defect.For repairing they have changed the following parts Mobil,Element filter oil,Liquid gasket and Plug ,oil drain. On enquiry I was told that engine oil leakage from gasket does happens sometimes and they could provide me a concrete cause for the leakage and such leakage does not come under the perview of warranty and I was charge Rs 2570.00 for the repairing which included labour charge and cost of parts .In this connection I am to inform you that at the time of leakage my vehicle have done only 9321 Kms.The leakage of gasket is also not due to any accident.It seems that the quality of the original gasket fitted is of very poor quality if it leaks at 9321 kms and if such defects are not covered under warranty than what kind of defects are covered under warranty.

                Respected Sir,
                With regards it is brought out I am the proud owner of the prestigious Maruti swift car VDi, and am writing you this letter after facing a lot of harassment from your Authorised Dealer M/S Modern Automobiles, Indl area Phase I, Chandigarh. To explain it to you, I would like you to know the full chain of events of my turmoil and punishment for getting my car serviced from your Authorised service Dealer M/S Modern Automobiles

                To start with I gave my vehicle for service on 09.06.2010 as it was missing after it had run through water on the previous rainy day. The whole problem was explained to their service advisor Mr. Parmar Soni who was very prompt in issuing the Job Card No JC0002714 . On the same day after ringing him for many times, he informed me that the vehicle had been serviced and all the problems sorted out. When I went to take the delivery, I observed that non of the problems had not been rectified. After having a talk with the works manager Mr. Jagdish, I was assured the he will personally look into the matter the next day and see what the problem was?.
                Sir after running after him for three days, I ultimately had to ring up Mr. Prince Dua ,who rang up Mr Jagdish and only then he instructed his supervisors to check the vehicle.
                Sir ultimately when Mr. Dua visited the workshop, during his routine visit my car’s engine was opened for diagnosis and it was found out that the vehicles problem was a case of Hydro locking. It was then informed to me that I could get the Insurance Claim for the same.
                A surveyor was immediately appointed by The New India Assurance who personally had a talk with Mr. Jagdish and he had informed him the limitation of the Insurance Company as to what amount could be given.
                Mr. Jagdish without consulting me ordered for the half engine assembly, and misguided me to the extent that he had a word with the surveyor, and that the claim would be approved by the Insurance Company. On consulting the surveyor, it was clarified that he would only pass the claim up to the loss of connecting rod, and at the most he would give one piston only.
                Sir again when I contacted Mr. Jagdish he informed me that as he did not have a skilled engineer to repair the engine so he had ordered for the half assembly ,otherwise the problem could have been rectified by changing the engine block and a single piston 7 connecting rod.
                On persuasion for ordering the block he expressed his inability as he had already ordered for the Half Engine. However he advised me to contact the Maruti personals myself and do the needful. Here I would express my thanks to Mr Prince Dua who had always gone beyond his powers to help me and he did whatever was in his power to sort out my problems, but thanks to Modern every step taken was nullified.
                Ultimately on 30.06.2010 after having been harassed for a month the Engine block arrived but without the connecting rod which was not ordered by Modern Auto.I was informed the they had to order it in VOR but as Maruti was in strike it may take time to get delivered. Like always Modern failed to procure it from the other Dealers. As God helps good people, I came to know about C.M. Auto and purchased the connecting rod there.
                Again on refitting the parts it was informed that part no 1197N86J00 was not available with them and they had ordered it.Everytime a part was required it was not in stock which is very surprising. Sir ultimately the part arrived and the car got ready on Saturday 10.07.2010.
                After Mr Jagdish’s assurance of testing the vehicle for a half day run by Sh Parveen and Sh Parminder the technicians, and I paid the full amount of their bill no BC 10002396 & TOOK THE DELIVERY of the vehicle. As I started the vehicle and put in the gear the vehicle jumped and hit their gate damaging the right side of the car. I immediately called the advisors who then checked the car and told me that during fitting of the engine of the car they may have damaged the cable assembly to the gear with the result the car only worked in 3rd & 4 th gear. So this is the type of road test taken by Modern people which results in damaging the vehicle.
                Again Modern did not have the gear cable resulting in leaving the car for repairs. Sir with the help of C.M. Autos I purchased the gear wire (bill no 859 DT 12.07.2010) and got my car repaired, but on delivery again the gears were in play. I was unable to shift in gears. I again brought the car for repairs and they changed the bush (bill no BC[protected] but what was found later was that the cables near the gears were not correctly fitted by them.
                Now today I had again go to Modern as the car is slipping the RPMs on gaining power.What is diagnosed is probably the clutch plate (again not sure).Sir it is a surprising that how car car which had run for 40000 kms without any problem has developed so many problems in a day and how they were not diagonised earlier and how the car was running without any problems before coming for service to Modern.Everytime they have misused my helplessness to benefit themselves.
                Sir on inquiring every time it is their standard reply that their Owner Mr. M.S. Vij is not interested in the agency and is earning a lot of money (WHICH IS A GOOD THING) by investing in property , so they are helpless in providing good technicians and investing in the workshop.They have to work with minimum funds and each rupees if spent extra is deducted from their salary, so they only order material if required RESULTING IN DELAY.
                Till date even after spending Rs.60000.00 in parts and labour I am not able to drive my car ,it is been a ruthless experience for me. For more than one month, twice a day I have been traveling in a taxi to Modern to supervise my cars repair progress. Besides spending money they have harassed me till the brim. Sir it is been a ruthless experience for me so please help me and let me know as to where and how can I get my vehicle properly repaired
                I am attaching all the parts and repair bills along with the Job Card so that you can see for yourself as to how a dealer is spoiling the name of Maruti which is known for Customer satisfaction.All these facts are true and are known to Sh Prince Dua who is a witness to the whole facts

                Respected Sir,
                I beg to state that I Mr. A. Raja Rao faithfully customer last few years of your company. In[protected] I purchase a Wagoner Lxi model OR05-X-6030 Chassis no.: 417122 Engine No.: 4240789 Color: Carbine blue from your Sky Automobiles Pratap Nagar, N.H - 5, Dealer Cuttack, Orissa. So far on[protected] when I go for my regular servicing your True Value team and the Team leader of your company named Manoj kumar sahoo told me that if I exchange my car then they give me right value of my car and I can also take a new one. So they valued my car Rs.220000.00 and take my car key and all my original document for further step. Then I gave him my foreclose letter of my old car which finance by IndusInd Bank after settlement the amount will be the same. Then In State Bank of India RACPC Cuttack sanction the amount for my new car loan Rs.453000.00 and rest will be from onroad price I have to pay as down payment. But the problem is now when I want to purchase of my new car from your dealer company staff named Manoj kumar Sahoo decrease my valuation amount from Rs.220000.00 to Rs.190000.00 and the rest deference amount he told me I have to pay in IndusInd Bank then also I can purchase my new car. So I oppose and this type of indecent behavior complain to your higher authority for take some actions.

Now my question to all of them that if they don’t exchange then whey they keep my car on their premises for last four month. And if I sold my car in out side then why they give me false commitment and for this period me and my family also suffering. I think all are involve in this case so they hide the truth and cheated me like this.
                There fore I request to you to Mr. Kohili Area manager to see this matter for your kind consideration for dealing customer better service and support if your company not solve my problem then I have to give a statement in media and lunch a F.I.R on nearest police station and my Lawyer take legal action for this type of behavior towards to your company.

                  The below is mail sent o CEO/ MD of Maruti Suzuki, but didn't get any reply from them regarding the same. Its about more than 1 month now.

                  Res. CEO / MD (Maruti Suzuki),

                  I don’t know whether this mail will reach CEO / MD of MAruti but still hoping on the same I am writing this email with great sadness and regret.

                  My family is regarding your company as a high values customer centric company. For past 20 years my father was owning Maruti 800, and due to the trust me too bought Swift VXi on Dec 2006. Then again my father bought Alto on 2009. So we are a customer who has always preferred Maruti Suzuki products. But this email is for taking into your notice regarding my Swift that stopped on mid way from Trivandrum to Bangalore near Madurai.

                  I bought Swift VXi on Decembe 2006 (Reg. No: KL[protected]. I do a regular service of my car and till this time it has only done 30000 KM's. Now on last Saturday (12-Jun-2010), I was riding my car from Trivandrum to Bangalore through Madurai Highway and suddenly about 10-15 KM from Madurai my car stopped. It didn’t start after that. We called up an Authorized service center, ABT Ltd., in TIRUPARANKUNDRAM, Madurai. They took my car and towed it to the service center. After inspection for several hours they were not able to pin point the exact problem with the car and we were told that it will take another 10 days to get it ready. We were forced to take a bus to Bangalore leaving our car in the service center. On Monday we called up to enquire what the exact reason of breakdown is and they are telling that my car's piston is jammed and that half engine needs to be replaced. The car has just run 30000 KM and I need to change half engine of the car, which is absurd as I highly regard Maruti Suzuki cars as one of the best cars available. So I need to know whether your company will provide me with an engine replacement with in warranty limits or is there anyway that your company can provide me with the half engine with some heavy discount as it has only covered 30000 KM. I am a regular supporter or Maruti Suzuki cars, but this has made me to re do my thinking on your company, so don't break my hope on the same. Hoping you will help me in this. Also you should do maximum help possible in order for me in order for me not to re think on buying Maruti SX4 that I am planning to buy by September this year. So hoping that you will do best help for me in this.

                    I, K.T.Jose, from malappuram dist.Kerala, had booked a new Wagon R (Vxi, Breeze Blue) on may12, 2010, from KVR Autocars, perinthalmanna, malappuram dist., Kerala.Having offered a waiting period of 30-45 days.I have neither received the vehicle nor any information regarding the delivery.On inquiring about the delay, the dealers say that the production in the plant have been stopped for several days or provide other lame excuses.Till now i haven't received any satisfactory information about the delivery, today being the 60th day from booking date.On further inquiry, the dealer said that the delay may extend upto next month.So i request you to take immediate necessary actions regarding this issue and provide me with the vehicle as early as possible

                      It is with extreme disappointment and distress that I write to you, but I have been left with no choice. I booked a Maruti Wagon R Vxi on May 20th 2010. The booking was made through Popular Vehicles and services. Ltd. (Civil station P.O, Wynad Road , Kozhikode -673020(Perinthalmanna Branch)). At the time of booking, They were told that the approximate wait time will be 20 Days.
                      I tried to call them & asked for the status of the booking. Everytime, either they had no clue of this or made the meaning less excuses like Maruti is doesn’t give this car etc etc.
                      I strongly feel that there is lack of transperancy in their system. Either they are intentionally not giving us the booking to use the same some where else or for the means of harrasment. We should atleast know the status of our booking or pendency of booking over there enabling us to track the same. Because we already paid 2 lakhs in DD and Rs. 50,000 cash And Rs.1000 Advance(Total: 2,51,000) . The dealer Demand must pay at least 2,50,000 and they demand my old car so I give my Maruti 800 also.
                      What makes the delay all the more disappointing is the level of service (or the lack thereof), during this period. At no point, not even once, has anyone from the dealer to Maruti called me to inform me of the delay or explain plausible reasons for the delay. Every single time, I have had to call and find out about the delivery update (if any).
                      Someone known to me booked the SAME car (Wagon R), SAME model (Vxi), from a dealer in Malappuram on the date later than my date of booking . He has received delivery of the car with in couple of weeks or maximum 30 Days.
                      Even at this point, neither the dealer nor the Maruti is able to tell me a date by which I can expect the car. Not receiving the car is bad enough, but it is completely ridiculous if I can't be told when I will receive the car, after so much of waiting. When I contacted the dealer, I was told that they have no information from Maruti about this. The dealer has forced me to speak directly to Maruti, and hence this email.
                      After so much time of waiting, with no sign of the car or even a firm date by which I will receive it - is this the treatment one expects from 'India's leading car manufacturer'? This can hardly be described as 'just-in-time' supply chain management, which other Japanese car manufacturers are known for.
                      Your website claims that your vision is 'creating customer delight' - I can assure you that this customer is far from delighted.
                      I realize that my situation may not be unique, but I find this level of service completely unacceptable. The least I expect is to be regularly informed and compensated adequately for the delay.

                      Please let me know if Maruti Suzuki Limited finds this request unreasonable.

                        I have purchased a new WagonR Lxi (BS-4) on 23/05/2010 from T.R.Sawhney Motors Pvt. Ltd., East Gokulpur, Main Wazirabad Road, Delhi vide invioce no. 40453 through Mr. Neeraj Mishra(Team Leader) & Mr. Saroj Kr. Roy(Sales Executive). At the time of delivery of car, they had told me that no antenna is provided with the said model of car. But afterward it has been known to me that each car of new Lxi model is being supplied with company fitted antenna. Perhaps someone have removed the antenna at the time of delivery of car from showroom and same have been informed to both executives several times, but till date neither it is provided to me nor any response is given from T.R.Sawhney. I feel myself cheated by M/s T.R.Sawhney. Please convey to concerned authorities regarding this matter.

                          I am the owner of a Maruti Ritz vxi (ABS) which I bought on 31-03-10.
                          I complained of poor mileage & poor pick up within 2 weeks but the workshop manager inspected it & said it was normal.After the 1st servicing I went back with the same complaint.the response was same with a very casual attitude .Now the average milage is 11kms/ltr which was said to 17kms/ltr.
                          The car dealer is BEEKAY AUTO PVT.ltd

                          You are correct, I am also facing same problem.
                          I have purchased Ritz on Sep-2009. At the time of purchase they said Ritz will give best mileage in class and said 17km/litre.

                          But now I am getting average of 12 Km/liter.

                            I am Ashok Singh Chauhan, I bought Maruti Suzuki Ritz Zxi (Vehicle no. MH06 AW-5141 )on 8 Feb 2010 from Simran Motors Pvt Ltd who are authorised dealers of maruti suzuki. First of all don't believe on what they say.
                            When I went there to take my vehicle it was not washed and many scratches where there on the car. which they promised be fixed before delivery after 5 months that I am still waiting for the good day to come.
                            After my 2nd servicing where they didnot do anything, just kept your vehicle for 8-9 hours and put some water on it and give you back. My tyres have a manufacturing defect which when I told them they agree and asked me that it will be done free of cost by JK-tyres and till now nothing is done. I launched a complaint in maruti customer care and complaint number is [protected].

                              whether maruti alto is available through csd or not in bathinda....tara automobiles ltd...if it is available why they refuse to provide the availability certificate...if we ask them if the car is available by cash then they show all the colors and all types of versions are available...but if we tell them we want to purchase through csd ..then they say some dispute is going on between csd and tara automobiles bathinda.....so we cant give availbility cerificate or quotation.further they say i[censored] want to purchase it through cash then u can go ahead and i[censored] want through csd we hope the matter will be settled within a week. kindly ask them and tell us when that week will come...

                                I had a breakdown on the highway 2 weeks back. The dealer : D D MOTORS, 81A RAJPUR ROAD, DEHRADUN has yet to fix the fault. According to the dealer there is a fault in the fuel pump. It is beyond my comprehension that a faulty fuel pump has not been replaced in 2 weeks for a car under warranty. The car was purchased by the undersigned on April 15, 2010. The dealer seems to be stalling for time for some odd reason.
                                This kind of cusromer care is disgusting for the consumer and shameful for a prestigious organization like MUL. I hope a very quick action is taken in this regard otherwise I will have no choice but to go to the consumer court for redressal.

                                  I had purchased my Maruti car (Baleno VXI -- MH 43 R 572) from Spectra Motors Ghatkopar on November 2006.During the Deliver of my Car the Sales Executive ( M/S Meghna) did not give the delivery of my car nor did she attended to me.When I took the delivery, I saw a dent on my car at the left rear door and I informed the guy who gave the key regarding this, to which I was told that that was minor and can be taken care during the 1st service. I was with my family to take the delivery of the car and since i did not want to create a commotion, I took the delivery due the anxiety of my new car and the problem was not reported on the paper.

                                  When I came for my 1st servicing and told the Service Manager to look into the dent as told by the sales people, I was told that it is chargeable and the whole door has to be re-painted. I lost my cool and called the sales executive (Meghna) and told her to look into this to which she said the dent on the door was not their reponsibility once the car has moved out of the showroom and i must have done the dent. To which I called the guy who gave me the delivery of the vehicle and he admitted that the dent was there during delivery and he has comitted to solving the same. The door was repainted.



                                  After couple of months , I realised that there were bubbles on the paint and the same was reported to the service manager Spectra (Rajesh) . I had a good relationship with Rajesh and he assured me that it would be taken care and to leave the car for 2 days to do the needful. Since i was working from Mon-Sat and used to drive to work daily, I was not in a position to leave my car for 2 - 3 days. I was told by Rajesh that whenever i had time to leave the car at Ghatkoper Service center.

                                  Later on, I was told that since i stayed in Thane, I can go to Spectra Thane to do the needful. All this while, I was told that it would be taken care but as the days went, Rajesh quit, then Mathew, then Atul and now i am interacting with Vikas at Spectra Motors,Thane (Service Manager) who told me that the management has informed that they won’t re-paint the door as the warranty was only for 6 months. I had involved Amit dubey from Maruti and he was not able to help me in this cause.It been more then 8 months that I am interacting with Amit and Vikas and just 2 days back ,I am told that they would not be able to do the needful.



                                  I fail to understand firstly the quality issue of delivery of new cars to customers who in their anxiety of new car are duped into taking defective cars.

                                  Secondly if an authorized showroom has done a paint job, how come such shoddy job is passed on to the customers under the disguise of quality service.

                                  Thirdly, why does a customer have to bear the costs for inferior quality of work for a defective car delivered by a company “ Maruti Udyog Ltd.”



                                  I think since now the company is being managed by Japanese such inferior quality services will be given to us.



                                  I am very disappointed with the quality of service and customer support of Maruti Udyog. I would be forced to escalate matters to Consumer Forum and the press to highlight the discrimination of service levels in India by Maruti Udyog.



                                  Hope that corrective action is taken by Maruti Udyog on time.

                                  I have also experienced the same kind of problem from M/s Kapico Maruthi one of the dealers in Chennai recently. The rear bumper repainting done by them in July 2009 started pealing of within a year. When I brought the issue on 3/7/2010 (during my service) to their service manager at their MMDA colony service centre, he came out with a funtastic theory staitng that the car bumper has been hit by another vehicle and the bulge created is the reason for paint pealing. I challanged him to show the bulge as well as the hit mark in the rear bumper. He has no answer. Also I challenged him to show another car came with rear bumber damage and the pealing happend to the bumper. He has no answer and balatantly refused my claim without any consideration to the customer.

                                  This is the kind of service Maruthi and its dealers extending to their customers who has upteen number of choices in the market. With this incident, I have decided to go for another make during my next purchase and decided to change the service provider for the next service.

                                  Buyers BEWARE ! I bought a Maruti Ritz 4 days back from Varun Motors Madinaguda showroom. The deal was done by Manager Kaleem Shaik with me and my friend (who also bought the same vehicle along with me) We were given a choice of Rs 10000 cash discount /accessories. We opted for the former one but while getting our Invoice/receipts we noticed that they smartly reduced the Insurance (IDV value) by the discount which they offer to us. Its like reducing the value of the asset by the freebies which you offer to customers. Besides this, the basic accessories committed were duplicate and local, the car was not properly cleaned and we were forced to take the delievery during night time so that we couldn’t notice the defcts... I am not sure whether this is the case with all Varun showrooms but DONT go to MAdinaguda. The manager and sales person are cheat and fraud as they din’t disclose these loopholes before the deal.. Anyone who knows any senior person in Maruti pls leave your comments for escalation. Thanks

AFTER DELVERY OF THE VEHICLE MY BATTERY WAS NOT WORKING, I FORCELY REPLECED THE BATTERY BY SPENDING Rs.3000/- APART FROM REPARIR CHARGES.
                                    THE SERVICE STATION INCHARGE HAS WASHED HIS HANDS JUST LIKE THAT AND NO COMPENSATION HAS BEEN EXTEND BY THEIR END.                                       Sir,
                                      First of all, I would like to tell you about myself. I am a middle class man and can afford purchasing a car once in my whole life and I trusted Maruti Suzuki Brand by spending around Rs. 3.00 Lacs.
                                      This is to bring to your notice that I had purchased Maruti-Suzuki Alto car LX BSIII on 16th June 2008, Registration no. PB-11-AK-2585, Engine no. 3533718 from Modern Auto, Ambala, Haryaya.
                                      Problem : Huge vibrations in the whole car between speeds range of 60 to 70 Kms/hr.
                                      Incident : The above mentioned problem was noticed immediately on purchase of the car in June’2008 and was discussed with the service mechanics during First service on 14th August’[protected] Kms to Hira Automobiles, Patiala, Punjab, it was assured that the vibrations would be eliminated after the service as they did the Wheel balancing.
                                      Nothing corrected !!!!
                                      During Second service on 10th December’08 – 5132 Kms, the problem was again explained to Service center Hira Automobiles, Patiala, Punjab, but found unattended after the service and I refused to pick up my car without fixing problem. Then the service Center thoroughly checked the vehicle and declared that the problem is because of Tyres and issued a letter to M/s Chadha, ( JK Tyre dealer in Patiala) for replacement.
                                      “Now another problem started”
                                      M/s Chadha and Engineer of JK Tyre were not accepting the fault of tyres and I made several visits (every alternate day) to their shop to set right the problem. I faced lot of mental harassment because of their behavior on my each visit and you will appreciate the fuel expanses, I have incurred on visits.
                                      After 2 months on 13th Feb’2009, I was successful in my mission and got the tyres replaced from JK Tyres.
                                      The vibration problem was still there even after replacement of tyres.
                                      I was used to contact M/s Chadha Dealer of JK Tyres for problem solving and continuously getting the reply that when the engineer will visit us we will call you.
                                      During IIIrd Service of the car on 15th June’2009 from Hira Automobiles, Patiala, Punjab, I again highlighted the problem but nothing happened except for false assurances.
                                      Further, during my IVth service on 20th April 2010, I again pressurized the service center to correct the problem and they issued another letter for M/s Chadha for replacement of tyres.
                                      Now for the last 2 months, I am regularly visiting M/s Chadha Tyres for solution and every time there is only one reply that JK Engineer is not available.
                                      This is the whole store, how a customer has to suffer after purchasing Maruti Car to set right the manufacturing fault.
                                      Now after 2 years of struggle for correcting the problem, I have finally decided that I will not go to any service center or any Tyre dealer.
                                      Now, I have frustrated too much from the Maruti’s response and decided to lock the car permanently in my garage.
                                      If Maruti really cares about his customers, please replace my car, if does not care then my next step will be taking the legal action on the harassment faced for the last two years.

I was told that car will be delivered within 2 days.From that day none of the ARYA employee called me and i was harrassed by the dealer and his team,when i called them on their mobile many times they refused the call and when i told them that i m going to cancel the booking suddenly they woke from their plesant sleep.and finally with their efforts i got it delivered on 21 dec 2009.It wasnt question of getting car delivered but the treatment i received was not at all expected out of Maruti.Before this car i had purchased WAGNAR from SEVA Nagpur but the service and treatment i had recvd was excellant .Seat cover and matings were promised. car was booked under the scheme of free Reebok shoes on purchase.None of the above promises have met untill now.I ve no idea wat is happening with Maruti and their Dealers.
                                        I was thinking that all these matters,I will dicuss when i will receive call from Delhi customer care but again i m proved fool since no call i ve recvd untill.
                                        Just wanna say big thanks to maruti and their dealer ARYA motors,Nagpur.
