I am an army officer now posted in Jammu . I purchased car Maruti swift dezire vxi silver colour from Nanda automobiles in feb 2010.They charged some 3000 rs for TEFLON coating and underbody coating .Its april now the silver colour of vehicle started coming out while dusting the car.When enquired by other service station I was told that its due to wrong chemical used during coating.I am an army officer now posted in Jammu
Maruti Suzuki India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    THIRD RATE CHEATING
    As we booked maruti swift dezire (vdi) on march 10th, They told that they'll deliver the vehicle wit in 45 days,
    we have many commitments by the vehicle and now they r telling that it'l take another 30 days to get it and also it's not assurance
    and also they are not giving the proper response for our questions

    We booked it in Indus mortars kaattupaakam
    poonamallee road chennai
    Cutomer care also supporting to the dealer and not registreated the complaint/griveance.
    MAruti cutomer care also supporting to the dealer and not register the complaint/griveance and if they register, then closed after some days without any discussion and resolve the complaint.

      i am sachin puri and i have two complaints first with icici lombard isurnace company pvt ltd and secondly with ptk vehicleads .

      i met with a accident on jan26 2010 and with gods grace i survive , and got my car damaged bought on aug 2009 . i send the vehicle to ptk vehicleads (maruti dealership) , sow icici lombard didnt agree to settle claim as total loss i dont know why (they are crook want some money to make this happen) lombard took one month to say no that they cant make it total loss . IS that ok that much time need to settle a claim. insurance number MAR10230179 , i said ok make it repair
      then now problem with local maruti dealership first of all ptk vehicleads guys are too busy to reply on time , on 6 march 2010 they started the repair work and after completing on month and 10 days they are still not able to get the body parts of a very new products from maruti udyog gurgaon they are saying that maruti udyog gurgaon dont have the desired parts (ha ha ha can you guys imagine ) what a @%$@#%@ answer i got from them after one month , is there any kind of governed body upon them or i must pray to god only , MY great india.

          1. I am writing this to inform that I purchased a new Maruti Wagon R (LXI Model) bearing registration No. HR-29T-4523 on 23rd June 2008 from Vipul Motors Faridabad Unit -1. After that the same was sent for Ist free Service on July 25th with total KM covered 641 at the time of servicing. Before Ist free servicing the AC of the vehicle was very affective and working perfectly. After three four days I noticed that the AC was not working properly and they have checked the same and said it will be ok .as they have top up the gas. Again after 15 to 20 days same problem has been occurred and again they have did the same like first visit for the complaint.

          2. I had lodged the complaint with Maruti customer care Service and they have suggested me that their chief AC Technician Mr. Iqbal from Maruti Gurgaon will be visiting the Vipul Motors Unit –I and he will examine the vehicle their & then. Mr. Iqbal has examined the vehicle and replied that the gas is not up to the mark and they have to top up the gas and Unit –II did the needful.

          3. Meanwhile I was regularly visiting Vipuls workshop in Unit –II Faridabad for the same but they were unable to rectify the same. Each and every time they were topping up with the AC gas.

          4. On November 9th (Complaint No.[protected] again I have lodge the complaint with the customer care and Vipul Unit-II, Faridabad had replaced the compressor with the new one as informed by them in the winter and in the winter no body is using the AC. I informed Mr. Mohanty of Vipul Motor Unit –II GM that in the winter it is not possible to feel that AC is working perfectly or not because of the cold days.

          5. Now after One and Half year they still not rectified the fault. I had left my vehicle with the Vipul Motors several times for rectifying the trouble but they have not succeeded.

          6. Now I request your good self to look in to the matter and arrange to resolve the matter with Maruti Suzuki as I am totally disturbed for the above reason.

          7. I had spent lot of Money and time to get the AC rectified but all in vain. I have also lodge the complaint fifth time on 2nd April 2010 vide complaint no.[protected]. For the earlier complaints neither Maruti Suzuki nor their dealer Vipul Motors Unit-II has got the customer satisfaction form from me. I just want to know that when the customer has lodged the complaint then without customers consent how can they close the complaint.

          8. Now I request your good self to look in the matter and resolve the same with Maruti Suzuki as they are not responding the same properly and they hiding their dealer.. I also request you to please instruct Maruti to replace my AC with the new complete unit or replace the car with New one

          9. Please note that I have spent my hard earned Money to full fill my families dream and I don’t want to waste the same. Now I have no other option but to sought your good self intervention to resolve my problem.

          10. I am sure that your esteemed company Maruti Suzuki will never allow their any authorized dealer to leave the customer in trouble for so long. They will do their level best to gain the confidence of their customer in Maruti Suzuki and keep the tempo in future also.

            a new maruti zenLXI estelo-minor bearing chassis number-MA3EMDE[protected],engine number-K10BN4023802,color-silky silver was purchased on[protected].I regret to complaint that after repeated request to the company manager car bill and other papers have not been handed over to me till date .The persons concerned may kindly be directed to do the needful at the earliest ,since an application for registration of the car is to be submitted in the specified period whicjh is not possible if the delay continues .The delay caused is purely on the part of dealer for which customer ought not to be bothered .

              I have purchased the above mentioned vehicle from your authorized showroom from malad suzki centre malad west mumbai . i have purchases vehicle july 2009 . but vehicle is not purpore . vehicle cluch patel & lanner is balst and vehicle engine is seez dowan . i call your deler malad suzki centre in mumbai but no body can response . my vehecle under service & under warrenty . i called 20 times in ph no. [protected]/[protected] but no body can responce . i wating in highway 6 hours but no engineers came no any truthful response from them...
              they didnt trf my call the manager also...no response from ur dealer(malad suzki centre malad west mumbai )..
              My whole business spoiled due to this... my business depends on my vehicle only...
              so much lose in my business because o[censored]r dealer's irresponsible reply... i don't know how i'm going to rectify it...i requested u to replace my vechile with new one...or to refund my money back...
              This is a serious lapse the part of the service center & Engineers at malad suzki centre & it must have caused serious damages in the new brand vehicle

              As such you are requested to replace this vehicle with another new vehicle at the earliest possible.

              I have also taken my Vehicle's damaged photos...
              I will mail all those photos if i get ur email address...

              Please i request you to take serious action immediately...
              or else i will claim to appeal in customer court...
              I hope u will consider this request immediately...

                  I'ld like to bring into your notice the kind behavior of Mr. Arvind from Competent-Infocity Gurgaon-Haryana.

                  We have booked Swift VDi and and due to few reasons we have changed color of our booking, Competent confirmed the delivery of our color in the month of april.

                  Today we got a call from Mr. Arvind stating that Maruti has denied changing our color and we have to take other color car as booked previously and when we asked to send him the mail stating that they wont be able to provide the silver color for our booking in the name of Amit Khatri, he denied to send e-mail and also became very rude and impolite.


                  Request you to please take necessary action for such impolite behavior and also let me the complaint number and its progress.

                    Please refer to Job no 0019082 ( Invoice no 015692) provided by Patel Service Centre, Indore.

                    I had given my Maruti Zen Car to Patel Service centre on 24.03.2010 for servicing and some minor repair works like repairing of front bumper with patch painting, cleaning of seat cover etc. Mr Santosh Soni ( Service Advisor) has assured me of all activities and delivery by 25.03.2010. But, I have told him to deliver the vehicle to my house on 28.03.2010 by 11.00 AM as I am available only on Holidays at my home. Mr Soni and some other technician have checked the vehicle and told to change the gear oil, engine oil and other things.

                    When I have not received the vehicle by 11.00 AM on 28.03.2010, I called up Patel service center inquiring about my vehicle. At that time, Mr Santosh told that there is some free service camp going on, hence he is not able to deliver the vehicle by 11.00 AM. Further, he told that he is not able to clean the seat covers due to non availability of service.

                    My question here is : why he has not informed me regarding non cleaning of seat covers within these 4 days.

                    Again,he promised to deliver the vehicle by 06.00 PM in the evening. When I called up the service center at around 03.30 PM inquiring about the amount, Mr Ravi Nagar ( Manager of the service centre) told that it is not possible to do the patch work in bumper and you have to paint the whole front bumper and the same will cost you around Rs 1500.

                    My question again arises here is : Why the service center has not informed me regarding this within these 4 days.

                    I have refused for this work. The service center has delivered the car at around 05.00 PM. However, the following work still not done :

                    (1) Front bumper still not adjusted, it is just hanging there. No one has noticed about the same which is easily visible to everyone.

                    (2) Seat covers were badly and loosely kept over the seats. How can a service center deliver the car with such bad condition.

                    I was annoyed with the car condition and personally visited the service center ( which is around 12-13 KM away from my home). I have to wait there for extra 1 hour to get the work done.

                    When I have asked Mr Ravi Nagar about the email ID's and complaint no's , he simply refused to provide the same saying he does not have any such email ID's or complaint no's. I have inquired about the no's and email ID's at customer waiting area also, but none has provided the same.

                    I urge you to please look into the quality of the service work provided by the service center and customer complaint resolution provided by the Manager of such esteemed organisation.

                    I am not able to send the photographs taken by me by my mobile which can have better insight into the matter.

                    I have sent my Maruti Swift VDi to M/s Akansha Automobiles, Rudrapur for maitenance / service on 10-Feb-2010. Concerned sevice center told that vehicle would be ready with in 15 days and that it can be collected on 26 Feb.
                    Now I am regularly following up with this service centre but no one is responding and fixing a delivery date. today it is 1-April.
                    Now after after approx 50 day my vecle is not being taken up for sevice and worst part is that no one is responding my phone calls.

                    Dear Team,
                    I am owning a maruti SX4 ZXI, ( MP04CF1035) Avinash pandey, tata teleservices.
                    This car was given for service to the Centre- My Car ( Bhopal), 189, Jhinsi Bhopal.
                    The car was handed over to the centre by a driver. I had a word with advisor over phone and I told him the problems in the vehicle.Date of service was 11th july 11.
                    Problem discussed-
                    Car is pulling towards left side.
                    There is a noice in the car because of something lose somewhere.
                    I have been given a bill of Rs 7357/- for so many things but the above two mentioned problems are not rectified.
                    Decarbonisation, Engine flushing were suggeted which was done also, But there is no improvement in driving the vehicle.
                    Kindly look into this and do the needfull
                    I had a Ford icon earlier with me and I had to sell the vehicle because of this kind o[censored]nwanted service charges and I took Maruti, but here agian I feel that this is bigger problem then Ford.

                      sir this is Dr.sankalp bhandarkar we own a WAGON-R LPG model of 2007 and has a warranty of 3 years which is valid till date i had purchased this car from navnit motors thane and i am repenting till date sir now latest problem is my lpg kit is choked earlier too we had repaired it from navnit motors emi workshop thane but now they said we are closed till 31 so go to THANAWALA SERVICING A BRANDED MARUTI SERVICE CENTRE IN THANE AND SHOW i did so and now a person in charge there called SUDHIR says that LPG kit was made direct and spare parts are missing from the car and says it is fault of navnit showroom workshop who did it direct in last servicing NOW U TELL ME WAT WE HARD EARNING PEOPLE SHOULD DO SOME O[censored]R CERTIFIED WORKSHOPS DO SUCH BLUNDERS AND SOME SAY PAY NOW 3500 MORE AS SPARE PARTS NEEDED TO BE ORDERED TELL ME WAT TO DO PLS SIR BEING A DOCTOR I REQUEST YOU TO TAKE ACTION OR ELSE WE NEED TO GO TO CONSUMER COURT AGAINST YOUR CERTIFIED WORKSHOPS WITH ALL THIS PROOFS THANKING U

                      My Car No. is HR01T-8879. I had some starting problem in my car. Therefore I cheaked my car in Eakansh wheels at jagadhari road. They checked my car but with in few days the same problem came in my car. I again gone there for servicing. They checked my car n said that car is working properly. n i had done three services from there. I am having bills of all the three service.                         I am Majesh and writing here after getting frustrated from a Maruti dealer. I have booked Maruti Swift VXi(Silk silver,K-Series) car more than 1 month back from AVG Motors Pala(Kottaym,Kerala) .At the time of booking, they had committed that car will be delivered in April 1st.On March 16 2010 I got a call from AVG motors confirming the vehicle arrival and demanded Rs. 50,000 and I paid the same.But now they are telling they are not able to deliver it on time. Now I am very disappointed .

                        Now I came to know that my car has come in the showroom and they sold it someone else and they can deliver to me after this financial year only. It’s very unfortunate that dealers like AVG motors provide such a bad quality to customers.

                        Maruti Suzuki — Wrong commitment of dealer

                        On 19.09.2009 i visited your company dealer "My Car (India) Pvt. Ltd." at there indore showroom for the booking of SWIFT DZIRE (ZDI) SILKY SILVER COLOUR. I met Miss Shikha Sharma (executive) & she told me that this particular mentioned car is availaible at there Bhopal based showroom but some extra accessories worth Rs. 13,000/- is fitted in this car, so she told me that if i want to purchase this car i have to pay for the accessories also & i agreed for the same. She talked to Mr. Rajiv (Head - Stock Department) of there Bhopal showroom & he told her to book the car for me. Miss Shikha told me that i have to give her a cheque of Rs. 51,000/- as booking ammount, so that the car can be brought to indore from bhopal showroom as a result i have given her a cheque of Rs. 51, 000-/ for booking the car.

                        Miss Shikha told me that the car will come to indore showroom by 20.09.2009 & on 21.09.2009 i can get the delivery, so again i went to the showroom on 21.09.2009 where she informed me that the car is alloted to some other customer because of communication gap between the staff members of both the showrooms.

                        I have also spoken to the owner of Showroom Mr. Madhav Bagde & he told me that his staff people are trying to convience the other customer to cancel his booking & if he agrees then i will get that car immediately else i have to wait for next 4 to 6 months.

                        I was very much upset because of this incident & irresponsible behaviour of the Showroom staff & executives & fet like cheated.

                        I m allready using a WAGONR & i am facing average problem in my car it's a DUO LXI model but then also i want to purchase SWIFT DZIRE (ZDI) because of the brand name (MARUTI SUZUKI)

                        I sincearly request you to help me in this matter & i want you to talk to the owner & staff of the mentioned showrooms to know what has happend in this matter.

                          I GOT MY NEW WAGON R LXI ON 18TH MARCH 2010 & AS IT WAS MY FIRST CAR I DID NOT KNEW TO CHECK MY WHOLE CAR BEFORE DELIEVERY & NEITHER THEY GIVE ME P.D.I.(PRE DELEIVERY INSPECTION) AS THE COMPANY CLAIM THAT THEY GIVE IT TO EVERYONE BEFORE DELIVERY.
                          THE NEXT DAY WHEN I SWITCHED ON THE A.C. IT WAS NOT WORKING & I CALLED THE DEALER THAT IT IS NOT WORKING THEY SAID ME TO COME UP TOMORROW THAT IS SAT, 20MAR SO THAT THEY CAN CHECK UP.
                          I WENT TO THEM NEXT DAY & FROM SERVICE DEPTT. ONE MECHANIC CAME & CHECK & SAID THAT IT DOES NOT HAVE A.C. GAS SO HE TOLD ME TO COME ON MONDAY & THEN WE WILL CHECK & KEEP IT FOR FULL DAY.
                          I HAD GONE TO DEALER ON WEDNESDAY GAVE MY CAR FOR CHECK-UP.
                          & THEY GAVE ME CAR IN EVENING WITH MY A.C. WORKING
                          I ASKED THE GENERAL MANAGER HOW COULD THEY DELIVERED A FAULTY CAR & THEY SAID MAY BE ITS A MANUFACTURING DEFECT.
                          I GOT SUSPICIOUS & KNEW SOMETHING WAS FISHY SO I CALLED THE SERVICE SUPERVISOR TO TELL ME WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENED.
                          I TOLD HIM I WILL KEEP YOUR NAME DISCLOSED HE TOLD ME GENERAL MANAGER SALES ALREADY KNEW ABOUT THE FAULT & THAT CAR WAS STRANDED IN THE DEALERS PREMISES FOR MANY DAYS.

                          AS AN AMATEUR I DO NOT KNOW WHAT STEP TO TAKE SO I JUST GOOGLED INDIAN CONSUMER FORUM AND NOW SUBMITTING IT..............

                            This is just for all the perspective buyers of new Maruti Suzuki Ritz - Vxi.
                            I loved this car from the moment I purchased it. The drive and handling has been
                            utterly smooth. Earlier I had driven cars like Maruti 800 and Santro. So comparatively
                            I feel its a paradigm shift to drive the new Ritz.
                            All was well till 2 weeks from the date of purchase. Then suddenly one fine evening while
                            returning from my office, I got the shock of my life when the cars braking system seemed to have
                            failed. The car was in first gear and even when I pressed the brake to the fullest, it didn't came
                            to a hault. & as a result it even bumped into the car ahead. Luckily it wasn't a major fiasco and even
                            the Sardarji, the owner of the other car was not that much short tempered. I really thank God for saving
                            me that day. But you know the incident has scared me deep within and only I can tell how I felt during the
                            rest of the journey home. I drove really slow and the same thing happened twice again.
                            The next day when I took the car to my dealer DD Motors, their technician said that there isn't any
                            problem with the brakes. I don't have anything against out here but I don't understand that a car is
                            a mechanical item and there can be faults in it. Just look at Toyota, Honda etc who have admitted it
                            and treated their customers at fair levels. Though this might not be the case with the entire fleet of
                            Ritz cars but I know there is issue in my car. Come on I am not dumb to get my new car crashed.
                            Anyways, the dealer finally agreed for a full break inspection and they did something called as break
                            bleeding and when I got my car back in the evening, I was relieved to have my smooth breaks back.

                            So just in case anyone faces such problem, don't hesitate a single moment cause its your life, your money and
                            your dear car...

                            Thanks Rishi, but I guess after the guys inspected my car and did some work on the brakes, its good to drive it now.

                            Maruti — i purchase new car but there is fault in car

                            I purchased a new k10 on 23/10/2011. And there was a mistake in tire on 24/10/2011..i told the Mr. Naremdra Trivedi by whom I purchased, and he told me it will change. Now he send me at katariya and katariya send me at brisone(tyre). Everyone tell me this mistake make from me and its not warranty problem. And then I moved to katariya and tell check my all tire car is vibrating in 65 km. so Chirag Solanki told me it is not issue of tire it is balancing problem. And I told do balancing and after it vibrating then? He told then it is tyre problem,…………..after balancing yet the problem is not solved,I told him now what? Is it tire problem? Then Mr. Chetan comes in picture and he told in I will salve this problem but I will not give u forth tire………………………………I like to ask company y person purchaging a new car?????????? Mentally reliefe and they r playing v me? I called urs ahmedabad support they had not yet reply…………………………..

                            I am also facing similar issue with my Ritz VXi model, brake becomes to hard and in effective while turning with AC on. Did the dealer solved your issue completely and what is the resolution. I purchased with love, but I am very un happy with brake issue. Appreciate if you could share the resolution so that I will help my dealer to try the same

                            I'm also facing the same problem with the brakes getting hard white the AC is on and when the AC is turned off it works totally fine..
                            I went to the Service center told the same thing but they said it is not creating any problems we have checked and after some days the same thing again..

                            I bought my 2nd Ritz in Dec 2014 till recently I didn't face any problem, however now the brakes are acting weird, while on a slope it becomes hard and doesn't respond and it puts me in shock, my building is uphill and while coming down it always plays foul.
                            As a consistent customer of Ritz I am sure you will consider this complaint seriously.

                              Dear sir,
                              I had booked one swift Dizire vxi through CSD with your dealer M/s sushila automobile pvt. ltd. Shree Nand bhawan, 5- main road, Ranchi,(Jharkhand) along with advance of Rs. 50000/- vide Sushila automobile recipt no.34044 dtd. 27.08.2009. At a later date, while enquiring about my car booking status, it was understood that the dealer had wrongly booked "Swift" model as against my purchase order for "Swift Dizire"VXI. Now, on further enquiry, the dealer comes out with the demand of new rate of the car (ie) with 2.5% increase(Rs.16000/=).
                              payable at the time of taking delivery of car. Had he booked "Swift Dizire" as per my purchase order, the dealer could have delivered "Swift Dizire" in the month of October 2009 itself as per your Regional Manager,Jharkand area. BY the dealers mistake, waiting time has falsely got extended to March 2010 resulting in 2.5% hike in the price. I would like to know as to why I should become the victim of Rs.16000/= additional money for no fault of me. I earnestly request you to kindly advice your dealer detailing my situation in this respect and pass your decision to release "Swift Dizire" in the price range applicable in the month of October 2009.

                                I am bought a Maruti EECO on last Feb of this year at Indus motors,Pattom,Trivandrum,Kerala.After 1000km my EECO have only 12km/litter .(Company offer is 16km/litter)So take necessary action for this and then only i am happy.Thank u.

                                Maruti Suzuki — no mileage

                                am owning a swift vdi,2010model. but unfortunately i get only 13-14 km millage. we are using it in a 50-60 km speed. single use. and giving proper services also.
                                I am bought maruti EECO, after 1257km completed, Now mileage of the EECO 12kml (company say as 16kml) it is not come company mileage, company only it's a method of marking, so take necessary action for this complaint, my complaint is solved, i am be happy.

                                  Ref : Wagonr -LXI(MRD) -DOD.12.3.06 from Varun Motors(4603)Visakhapatnam.Vehicle No:AP 31AM/2126.

                                  Purchased above said vehicle from Varun motors with 1 year extended warranty and there after all my periodical services were under going from Varun motors till date.

                                  On 5.3.10 vehicle was given for servicing, after 2 days informed that the Head Assembly Cylinder was found crack and replaced with new. The vehicle was only 28000 km used and surprise to note that, the replacement of head assembly cylinder with charging of Rs.22,896/- against inv/no.BRO 9008728 DT 18.3.010.

                                  when i asked how it is possible a crack on HAC in spite of my periodical checkups from them, absolutely there was no justification from them except paying my bill. And i strongly believe it is a manufacturing defect.

                                  Therefore, bringing to your notice to look into this matter seriously investigate and see a reimbursement of my money back.

                                  I am one of your prevailage customer since 1995, purchased Maruthi 800, Wagonr & swift and never faced a problem before.

                                  Hope you take appropriate action on this and reimburse my amount.

                                    My car TN-01 AB 4033 (Swift Vxi) has been at ABT service centre, Guindy, Chennai, since 04.03.10.
                                    On 08.03.10 it was shifted to the body shop for some tinkering / painting & change of the rear bumper.

                                    a) Tinkering / Painting of rear RHS quarter panel
                                    b) Tinkering / Painting of rear LHS quarter panel

                                    I was told to come and collect my car on 19.03.10.
                                    When i came to collect the car on 19.03.10, i found the following problems.

                                    1) Paint on the seats : Front Drivers Seat and Rear Seat.
                                    2) Paint on the steering wheel.
                                    3) Rear bumper was not alligned to the body panel.
                                    4) Paint / Patti stains on the rear LH & RH door.
                                    5) Paint / Patti stains on the rear bumper.
                                    6) Front LHS fog lamp cover missing.
                                    7) Front bumper lining torn.
                                    8) Car had a full layer of dust on it.
                                    9) Paint which was scrapped off the Reah RH and LH quarter panels was all over
                                    the wheel rims, under the wheel cover. The car was not even dusted, forget about it being water washed.

                                    I was told by Mr. Ganapathi (Customer Care Manager) that the car would be ready on 20.03.10 at 2 pm.

                                    On my arrival at 2 pm on 20.03.10 I found the following problems.

                                    1) Paint on the seats - front seat and rear seat.
                                    2) Paint on the steering wheel.
                                    3) Paint / Patti stains on the rear bumper.
                                    4) Front fog lamp cover missing.
                                    5) Front bumper lining torn.
                                    6) Additionally I found that my front and rear seat had been torn in an attempt to get the paint off it.

                                    Now I would like to ask you 2 questions.
                                    1) Am i paying a premium and going to a dealer to have my car and me treated in this manner?
                                    2) Do you expect me to accept the car as it is?

                                    I require you to change the seat covers on my car to any one of the following options.
                                    1) Original seats of the Swift (Colour Black only)
                                    2) Leather seats in (colour Black only)

                                    If the paint on the steering wheel is not taken off, I will require a new steering wheel as well.

                                    Also, I have been informed that the poor guy who has made the mistake will have to pay for the parts.
                                    I would like to let u know tht i think that is very unethical and it is the responsibility of ABT and Maruti to
                                    train the person on how to do a good job. If he had brains enough to do what is necessary without being told,
                                    then he would not be working for you. He would be running his own service centre.
                                    It is highly unfair that ABT Maruti enjoys the benefits of the profits made, but when a loss is made due to a mistake
                                    it is shifted entirely to a technician who works very hard to make his money.

                                    I too had an almost similar experience at ABT service centre, Guindy, Chennai. I have decided never to go that service centre for any assistance again. And I also request all the readers to refrain from going there too.

                                      Subject :- Delivery of Swift Dzire ZXI model


                                      I have booked Swift Dzire Zxi model on[protected] from M/s Satya automobiles, Bilaspur, Chattisgarh state. During the time of booking, delivery time was mentioned as 2 months. Since I am working in PSU, I have given priority letter also in this regard. When I enquired about the likely date of delivery from the dealer on 27th February, I was told that he does not have any details regarding the delivery of vehicle.

                                      After I raised my complaint, I got the message from the dealer that the vehicle shall be dispatched on 8th March’10 and it will be delivered by 16th march. Then I closed the complaint no: [protected] based on the assurance given by Maurti representative from Raipur.

                                      Once again on 15th March’10 when I talked to the dealer, to my surprise I was told that vehicle is not yet dispatched and I was told that zxi model of some other color has been dispatched. I am not able to understand how many times I have to raise complaint to get my vehicle. I have raised one more complaint on 16th March’10 (Complaint no: [protected])

                                      Still there is no answer from the Maruti representative that when my vehicle shall be delivered. I lost my hope on maurti's customer care in resolving my issue. This is the state of the affair.
                                      As I am associating with Maruti since last 10 years, I know that yours is a customer friendly corporate. To maintain this, I would request you to kindly let me know the time of delivery as stipulated time of delivery as mentioned by your dealer is already over.
                                      I request you to instruct the responsible person to resolve my issue and deliver vehicle at the earliest.

                                        EXPLANATION OF ACCIDENT OF RJ14CJ3595 SWIFT DEZIRE VDI

                                        I sushant khandelwal was driving the car and my spouse Mrs Nikita khandelwal sitting alongside with me.We were going to JODHPUR to participate in the EPCH fair on 12th March 2010.
                                        We were approximately 50 kms from Jodhpur when the Accident occurred.Please note
                                        1.My speed was approx 90-100 kms/hr at that time.
                                        2.Suddenly the car starting BUBBLING from the front left side.
                                        3.I tried my level best to control the car but couldn’t do so and our car went upside down and skid down approx 15-20 meter and finally went down approx 5-6 feet from the elevated road I was driving
                                        4.Luckily me and my wife were fine after the accident
                                        5.WE were heading towards jodhpur but our car was faced towards reverse direction ie JAIPUR when we came out of the car.
                                        PLEASE NOTE
                                        A.It was completely due to some technical fault either in the tyre or some mechanical problem in the car.
                                        B.I SPECIFICALLY MENTION THAT I WAS DRIVING IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD AND WAS DRIVING VERY NORMALLY WHEN THE ACCIDENT OCCURRED.
                                        C.The tyre had absolutely no AIR in it when we saw it after the accident.The rear left side tyre also bended a bit
                                        D.The tyre as explained to us SANGA AUTOMOBILE next day was not punctured
                                        E.We have been in touch with Mr Babu Lal GM SERVICE SANGA MARUTI who explained that he has given the tyre to MRF people who have further given a cleanchit to the tyre.I fail to understand if tyre was ok and also not punctured then how it went AIRLESS.

                                        I am waiting to meet the right person in MARUTI INDIA LTD.I need proper explanations and a replacement of my car as soon as possible.I shall have to move to the CONSUMER FORUM if not satisfied at the earliest.

                                        Maruti Suzuki Swift Dzire — accidental car

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        As I am a customer of your esteemed organization and I bought Swift Dezire VDI model in Nov’10 from Pasco Gurgaon number is HR29 BF 9499 .
                                        And I met with an accident near to jaipur.

                                        And I have given my car to your Authorised dealer in Bharatpur name: TM Motors as I am working with idea cellular ltd and posted in Bharatpur(Rajasthan).

                                        Date to deliver my car after all repair work was given by your distributor was 31st March’11 but after this date I have visited 4 time to your authirised workshop and at every visit I mentioned few pending works .
                                        Even to I have made a payment of Rs 4500 and taking my car back but till date I am not satisfied with work done by TM Motors Bharatpur.
