This is regarding poor service by the service centre of "Pallavi Motors" in Guwahati, Assam. Yesterday I put my car for Paid service. But the approach of the service centre people is really pathetic, they have least bother about the problems I want to share with them regarding my car. Again, when I deliver the car in the afternoon nobody was really explaining me what exactly they did with my car while servicing that to PAID. At the end they are charging Rs. 2300 but not even give me any bill or invoices they just give a receiving in piece of paper about the amount they charged. I have got a free coupon from the insurance agency for general check-up & washing & cleaning of the vehicle & the washing & cleaning done by the service centre is really really POOR. Even seats & backside of the car was dirtier than earlier. Polishing is not done properly it seems they are in a hurry to get the things done quickly. I am really annoyed with the service of this particular service centre "Pallavi Motors" in Guwahati. My car number is AS01-AB-9678(Wagon-R). I HAVE GOT MY CAR SERVICE FROM BALAJI SERVICE STATION, RUDARPUR .
I WAS FACING PROBLEM IN AXLE.
THE OWNER COMMIT ME TO CHANGE AXLE IN WARRANTY PERIOD BUT HE HAS CLAIMED INSURANCE ON MY PAPERS OF AMOUNT MORE THEN WORK HE HAS DONE.
WHEN I CAME TO NOW ABOUT THE INSURANCE CLAIM I HAVE COLLOAPSE MY POLICY.
SO PLEASE TAKE ACTION AGAINST HIM.
HE IS FAMOUS IN OUR TOWN BY THE NICKNAME CHORMAN.
HE HAS ALSO NOT GIVEN ME THE BILL OF THE WORK DONE BECAUSE HE TOLD THAT HE WILL CHARGED EXTRA FOR BILL

Sir,
I have got my car service from Varun Motors, Balanagar, Hyderabad. After 23 days they have delivered my car from their show room without finding the required fault/problem and charged me Rs.882/-. On the same day I have got repaired the car with replacement of one item from a local work shop at Hyderabad and I have got the bill also. Due to idle of my car for 23 days at service station, the battery of my car is completely discharged and unable for self start the car.

Hence, I am lodging this complaint against Varun Motors, Balanagar, Hyderabad to enquire and address them to refund my amount of Rs.882/- and replace the amaron battery with new one to compainsate my loss due to negligence of the technicians of the said service station.

I have got my car serviced at Mannil Automobiles & Service Centre, Pathanapuram, KERALA and it was a very pathetic and shameful experience over there as the serviceman was having a very poor knowledge of the services to be done and they had done the servicing in a very worse nature and have serviced the parts which were completely alright and even without my prior concern or permission. After doing all this bad quality servicing they have given the vehicle back after 1 week and have charged me way beyond the money than other Maruti servicing centres.The people over there have even insulted me when i asked them for what they charged me so high without any prior concern of servicing, also they had least bother about the problems I wanted to share with them regarding my car. After the servicing was over the horn wasnt working, there was no clutch and all the interior was full of grease. I am really annoyed with the service of this particular service centre "MANNIL AUTOMOBILES" at Pathanapuram, KERALA. I want you to please either shut this servicing centre with immediate effect or take immediate actions against the servicing centre, otherwise i would be forced to go to the court. My car is an ALTO. mere pass wagonr Lxi car hai, joki worranty period main hai magar main jab bhi koi kaam karwane ke liye DD motor maya puri phase 2 main jata hun to ek hi kaam ke liye mujhe 4-4 baar jana padta hai magar phir bhi mera kaam nahi hota. jhooth bool ker keh dete hai ki part naya daal diya gaya hai . or gadi main se samaan bhi misplace ker diya jata hai plese sir batayen ki maine maruti gadi leker gunah kiya yaan phir dd moter maya puri jaker ?

    Hello sir this is HARI and already I complained about my vehicle many times to you but still I am having the break problem I got my vehicle on Monday this week and I test rear break and it was not fine when I apply rear break it was slowly stopping the vehicle, here I want when I apply break it should stop immediately but that is not available with this vehicle, already saboo motors engineers done the service of my vehicle but still I am having the problem what I should do they are saying that when ever we apply rear break only we will definitely skid and fall down so he suggested me to use the both breaks he says that if I use only rear break it will definitely skid, but In other company vehicles when we apply rear break only bike will stop immediately (when the speed is low between 20-50) but in SUZUKI VEHICLES it is not there even when we apply 20-50 also it is skidding even already one time I fall down once long back and two times there was very dangerous positions in my life with the break of SUZUKI GS150R VEHICLES I request you to change the engineering of the vehicle of break immediately so that in future it is very good for vehicle and previously complained many problems now all have been clarified except BREAK, I request you to change the DRUM of the vehicle and liners with original I should not get any problem in the future

    Here I am telling you clearly just think about break when ever we are on ride if break is not good it will be dangerous to us, even we may die due to accident so think and do necessary justice to me immediately

      Rude Behavior and inconvenient response
      Dear Sir,
      I have been driving above vehicle for last one year now. Despite in JK0IN 9828 car was serviced at Peaks Auto Limited in Srinagar, but the Car mileage has continuously reduced to 14-15Km/Litre. I have been in touch with Peaks Auto Srinagar since then but they say that it is a good average and thereby do not take any action. Mileage test was also done by the expert Namely Mohd ABAS a good worker at the Peaks Auto and it was found to be 18.8 Km/Liter only.
      However, I do not understand how come the mileage of another Alto Car purchased from the same franchise showroom by my friends
      Syed Sanaullah Andrabi JK0IN 1085 (cell No [protected]) and
      Nazir Ahmad Lone JK05B 3798 (Cell No [protected])
      gives mileage of 24-25 Km/Litre. And in my case, the Car’s mileage reduces to 15-16 Km/Litre. Last week I firstly met a Lady any IQRA Gee so called (MD sales) whose response was "How did you come to my office" despite to solve my problem then after waiting for a long time we got appointment with Mr. Baldev Singh the Managing Director of Peaks Auto. Instead of taking any action on my problem, he along with other Peaks employee tried to convince me that vehicle is in good shape and mileage of 18.8 Km/Litre is good.
      I was not convinced with Baldev Singh’s argument. Earlier also at many times, I have been asked by the employees at peaks Auto to come on any of the day and get my vehicle checked. However, whenever I reached the Peaks Showroom cum service centre I was made to wait for hours together without offering me even a glass of water. Most of the times I have left the service centre when the employees didn’t turn up even after my waiting for two to three hours. I was surprised when the MD Baldev Singh during my meet along with my above mentioned friends with him told me that his employees have other things to do and they can’t solve my problem anymore.
      I was very disgraced and misbehaved by your So Called MD's
      Sir Please help me in getting the mileage problem of my Alto Car solved.And teach good manners to your Employees I have already spent lots of money (Rs18000 approx) and time in past one year to solve this issue. I do have HOPE from you.

      Peaks Auto limited — rude Behavior and inconvenient response

      Dear Sir,

      on last saturday night .DT.18.9.10.my owner MR.SALIL ARORA..CEO of the company called me around 8.30 pm for the reporting of the day, , as i have entered in the room, he has imposed certain bad elegations on me about work & start abusing me & abt my "FAMILY"..moreover he has "BEATEN" me & forced me to write the resignation letter ? after that he snatched my personal mobile, diary, wrist watch & fired me frm the job.
      now neither he has returned my diary, mobile, till date..& also not given me the salary of my working 20 days..

        i will like 2 inform u than i proud owner of maruti swift..
        of your sevice center maruti dewars in kolkata is not working proper...
        i got the service nd my car was nt full prepared...i was asked 2 come after 8 days.
        my boby was damage i was asked 2 cm on 11am i reached there on time i was told i will be leaving in an hour...it was just a bonet fitting..bt when i reached there...there was nothing as such after 3 hr the bonet was asked from the store....i was totally harresed and after siting such a longtyn i stilldid not got my car in proper condition....

          Sir,


          Having faith in the reputation of Maruti Suzuki, in spite
          of several offerings and other discounts from other car
          manufactures, I ventured to buy a car from your end.

          I got the delivery of the new vehicle on 10 the May 2010 from
          Mandovi Motors, Mysore. Proudly I was approaching my residence with
          the New Wagon R bearing registration No KA - 09 Z 2873
          But my happiness was short lived. To my horror the vehicle came to
          a grinding halt with an explosion sound. Immediately I
          came out of the car and found that the front tyre in bursted condition.
          The area is a plane one with a small projection of a step and
          no other sharp objects or materials.
          It is quiet unnatural to get the tyre bursted on such a plane area.
          It may be due to the defect of the material or improper pressure
          filled by the dealer or the company might have led to the tyre bursting.

          The very next day I approached the Mandovi Motors expecting
          a solution to this problem. But the humiliating and inhuman
          treatment from the the service personnel added salt to the
          deep wound. They just refused to attent the problem by telling
          it is not covered under warranty..

          I hope the Maruti Suzuki will realize the gravity of the situation
          and do the needful to keep the reputation of the company intact.

          The same issue with me, I purchased a new Wagon R VXI IN jan 2011, one month before my marriage, just after running 180 kms the right front tyre bursted out,
          When i went to the showroom to complaint they said it is not in warranty and askd me to purchase a new one, After arguement he asked me to pay thousand rupees and rest amount the showroom will bear.
          the showroom name is MYCAR in hinjewadi, many of my friends has faced the same issue,

            DEAR SIR I GOT MY ALTO SERVICED FROM MG MOTOR'S ALWAR. AFTER THE SERVICE THE CAR DEVELOPED THREE PROBLEM 1..               Hi Sir,

              I went to get my car service at Vipul Motors, Malviya Nagar, an authorised service agent by maruti. I was made afraid and given options among engine oils. One they told was Synthetic and secong which is regular.Cost variance in between the two was 300 percent more than the regular one. Not only this he had recomended me Engine Flashing which otherwise was not mentioned in the srervice manual by Maruti Suzuki itself.

              Ithink Maruti is ignorant about how to control their distributors. This would prove to one of the biggest reason that people will loose confidence in maruti Suzuki. One phrase for them " A Step in time can save 9"

              Pls act fast to inhibit this infection from getting spread to other distribuotrs. Vipul has a bad name in the market, i think you should about closing down that franchisee.

                Hi,

                Its almost 6 months and suddenly I felt the need of writing this mail. The quality of cars and the products provided by Maruti in India are far far below standard. These people even dont care about life and death of the people buying their car. Ya thats why Inida is meant for. Selling best quality things in developed nations and the remaining ones that is the sub quality products to Indian customers. I met nearly fatal accident the car was completely damaged. My car(swift desire) collided with truck. The best thing was it was brand new car and the so called airbags didnt open up. Even a single out of 2(driver and pilon seat one blew up). The possible logic can be that the pressure was not sufficient to be felt by pressure points. But I completely disagree with that because the collision was sufficient enough that it might have put pressure on points even if they were in cars diggy :). I know that nothing can be done of this but wrote this mail just to inform people that how pathetic is the condition.

                  I have booked a Maruti Swift Dzire VXi (azure grey) with your dealer T. R. Sawhney Motors Pvt. Ltd. (East Gokulpur Main Wazirabad road, Delhi - 110094). Here are the details for reference.
                  Receipt no.831, dated 7/12/2009, Allotment no.819A-0000830.

                  At the time of booking, it was promised that the vehicle will be delivered within 3 months of booking. I waited for 5 months-10 days and at last I got a quotation. Still no complaints from my side as I knew market situation is like that only and I was happy finally getting my car.

                  But then I found really strange news from the dealer.

                  Now your dealer is asking that he is available with the car but in White & Silver color only and Azure Grey color is not available.
                  When I tried asking him about the availability/time of Azure Grey color of the car he said that there is no surety about it but if I can provide an additional amount of 30,000rs for the desired color, he can make it possible. (As he said Maruti has stopped supplying car in Azure Grey color and the demand is too high and limited units are left). This car dealer is insane and is upfront asking for huge extra money for the booked car.

                  This Car dealer is ruining Maruti's name & esteem, and openly asking for a bribe. Please do consider the heights of this offence and take some action against this dealer. If you need any kind of further information I am happy to provide.

                  On my end I have nothing to do with anything else I just need my car, I request you to look into the matter and do the needful so as to get me my vehicle at the earliest.

                  Suggest me the best way, how should I proceed further.

                  At the time of booking, it was promised that the vehicle will be delivered within 2.5 months of booking. I waited for 4 months still now not get delivered managing people told me only delivered at march 1 st week, booking day they told 2.5 month now they told 5 month or take anther color i need only silky silver ... my loan is sanctioned & new rate hike...now loss, Please do consider the heights of this offence and take some action against this dealer. If you need any kind of further information I am happy to provide.

                  On my end I have nothing to do with anything else I just need my car, I request you to look into the matter and do the needful so as to get me my vehicle at the earliest.

                  Suggest me the best way, how should I proceed further.

                      I am the owner of the vehicle referred above. I brought the vehicle for 90000 k.m. paid service at Autoteam Sales and Services Pvt. Ltd, Padivattom, Ernakulam on[protected]. I have specifically pointed out to the service personal that there is unusual sound from the clutch and gear is very tight. After examination, the vehicle has been serviced and I have been billed for Rs.4,766/- and I paid the same as well. It is intimated to me that everything is set right and the unusual sound was on account of tightness of clutch cable and hence, the cable is replaced and there is no complaint at all at present.
                      As the sound persists, I contacted the service station on the nest day and reported the complaint, but it is intimated that the same is due to replacing of clutch cable and it will come to normal on running.
                      But to my utter surprise and dismay, when I came back from Kottayam on[protected], the gear became so tight and I could not change the gear and the vehicle is suddenly stopped in running at Karimugal, Ernakulam. After Herculean efforts, somehow, I managed to bring the vehicle to my home by night and immediately I contacted Mr. Renjith M. of Autoteam and complained about the same. The vehicle is brought again to the service station on[protected] and it is informed that the clutch assembly as such has to be replaced and it may cost around Rs.4,000/- including labour charges. I am surprised on the same as I have pointed out the complaint on the first day of service, but it is because of the poor quality of service, the defect could not be cured.
                      I am a practicing lawyer before the Hon’ble High Court of Kerala and my entire work has been dislocated on account of the willful negligence and laches and poor quality of service on the part of Autoteam, which cannot be compensated in cash. Since, I require the vehicle back soon, I informed Autoteam to do the work and that I will bear the cost of the spares only and service to be done free of charge as I am compelled to put the vehicle again and again for service within two weeks. But, the Autoteam informed that they won’t undertake the work unless the entire amount is paid. In the aforesaid circumstances, I am compelled to bring back the vehicle and to entrust the same to another service station for repairing. Had the defect been cured on the first time itself, I could have avoided bringing the vehicle again and again to the service station and saved time. I have been put to mental agony and loss on account of the poor quality of service rendered by Autoteam, which is to be compensated by them. I expended a sum of Rs.4,000/- for repairing the vehicle again, for which Autoteam alone is liable. Though the loss caused to be cannot be compensated in terms of money, I fix Rs.25,000/- as compensation.
                      Therefore, I request your good office to enquire into the matter and make necessary arrangements to redress my complaint and direct Autoteam Sales and Services Pvt. Ltd to compensate me for the damages caused to be, or else I will be constrained to approach court of law. You are informed accordingly.

                        Dear Maruti Representative,

                        I am having Swift- Vxi which was bought around 3.5 years back but have run only 9k km. Few months back I was getting a very bad noise from the bottom of the car when accelerating and deaccelerating the car. It runs fine at uniform speed but whenever I apply acceleration or reduce, it give me sound which appears to be coming from bottom of the car. I visited Varun Motors Service in Begumpet, Behind shopper Stop which is my permanent place for all servecing done till date for this car. I was told that noise was coming from rear silencer because it has become rusty. When I argued that how come it become rusty and start creating noise problem in such short period which I havent heard from any of the other car owners. I was informed that we dont know why but we have to replace it to fix the noise problem. Left with no choice I said Ok. When I came back for Car pick up and checked the car, there was no change at all in the noise inspite of they replacing the silencer part which costed me around 3.5k. When I asked why the noise is still there, I was informed that there is some problem in the silencer rod which connects the rear silencer to front side of the engine. When asked then why you changed the silence then , I was informed that was also causing the problem. I could not understand what was the problem with Silencer. When I asked to rectify the rod problem , I was told that part is not available. Ultimately I came back spending around 4.5k with problem still in tact. I asked them to inform me once the part is availble but I havent received any calls till now. They are just messing with the customers with the sole purpose of earning the money whichever way they can. Infact there was another problem (left door noise)was logged which also remains intact.I am unable to understand how Maruti Suzuki authorizes or give dealership and ensure consistent service from there dealear. Varun motors is there for long time into this but hurt badly about the way they treat the customers. I hope Maruti will look into this and provide necessary solution to the problem.

                          I have GS 150R suzuki motor vehicle since 7 months.already it got 5 services,till first service been done the vehicle is in good condition.since second service it had a problem with more vibration in engine & jerk problem while running.I felt very bad to ride this vehicle.I told this complaint to customer service centre at wilsongaurden.But they told here we not doing breakdown maintainance & they helpless.I am not satified with this service centre people & their service.

                            At DOBRO MOTORS (Dealer Code: 308103), Basheerbagh, Hyderabad, with a cost of 69000/- rupees net cash, (My SUZUKI GS150R Frame No: MB8NG49AJ98118190, Engine No: G[protected] after discussing pros and cons with various persons I bought SUZUKI GS150R In spite of getting negative aspects.

                            On enquiry I came to know that most of the bike riders preferred Hero Honda with an Intension of the Japan latest technology in the SUZUKI GS150R inspired me to buy this bike, on the second ride with my bike I observed that when I was on the ride with a minimum of 20-40 Kmph on a sudden rear break my bike is skidding, I found that the bike does not contain any road grip while riding, the same matter has been informed to the show room people and they replied they will consider in 1st service, after the 1st service my break liners and setting told me that now it is ok, again on next riding also the same problem repeating after consulting them again 4 to 5 times the result is in vein, recently when I was on ride suddenly a boy came running on road for crossing I just pressed the back break I skid and fall down on road, and hospital expenses are also spent but if I got critical injury then who Is responsible for that so this should not be repeated again.

                            I also observed the Engine sound is like tractor engine sound, and sound is very abnormal, and my clutch plates are also very tighten 3 times they have adjusted but vent in vein so kindly change this product also, finally my bike is giving millage 33 only this is the bike status if this bike gives only 33 millage then how we can drive the how we can maintain our budget. Another important point is last time when on my 4th service I found in the service centre they have removed the engine oil the quantity of old oil is only 500 ml but I filled with 1.1 liter I already got lot of smoke and carbon in the silencer I told to service centre they told me that this is petrol problem I demand here if petrol problem is there where my engine oil gone.


                            I demand you to enquiry the above said complaints and change my complete tyre set with NYLO GRIP PLUS or NYLO GRIP MOTO C, break set, liner set, drum set, petrol cark and finally reduce my engine sound – increase my millage and give my bike with perfect condition and give me compensation for inconvenience

                              This is to inform you that I visited Simran Motors Pvt Ltd , Plot No 2-8, Sector-15, Mumbai Pune Highway, New Panvel(W)-410206 an exlusive maruti show room on 15 th Feb 2010 for buying an old car. I met with Mr Gidwani,ann representative of M/s Simran Motors. I saw Alto LXI, 2006 model, and deal was finalized in Rs1.86lacs. This price is inclusive of minor repairs(shown to representative), electrical checkup, touch up of dents/scratches on body, cleaning and servicing before delivery, transfer charges and 6 months warranty from Simran Motors.

                              I gave an amount of Rs4000/- in cash on 17 th Feb 2010 as token money and agreed to pay balance amount within 15-20 days. I gave a Rs32000/-(Thirty two thousand only) to Mr Gidwani through a/c payee cheque bearing no 3421 dt 27.02.10 drawn in favour of Lahu Ganpat Patil .

                              Balance payment of Rs150000/- was to pay on today while delivery of car. During the discussion held yesterday on 05.03.10 with Mr Gidwani who informed that they will not give any warranty in writing for that car

                              I finalized the deal for purchase of the above car on the basis above commitments made by your representative including 6 month warranty. As you are not in position to provide any warranty in writing I had to inform the bank today on 06.3.10 to stop the payment of above cheque (Rs32000/-) immediately.
                              If you are agree to provide the 6 month warranty in writing from Simran Motors I will pay the balance 1.82lacs through a/c Demand draft in favour of Simran Motors immediately otherwise I cancel the deal.
                              In view of not fulfilling the commitment made by their representatives and also failure of customer’s satisfactions requested them to return the token money of Rs4000/-because the deal is cancelled.

                              Now they refused to return the token money

                                is using Maruti 800 car ( Std) , Vehicle registration No DL9CB -9542
                                I purchased this vehicle from DD Motors & from the
                                day one I am getting it serviced from DD Motors in Delhi my experience with
                                said Dealer is that every time after getting the vehicle serviced I have to take
                                it for running repairs and they never complete the job in one go I remember in March 2007 I got the Bonnet changed for the same vehicle and within a week while driving
                                on Flyover the Bonnet opened itself as the clamp was not fixed properly then I took the same to DD Motors they again changed the Bonnet & charged me for the same.

                                The unfortunate part of the story doesn’t end here on 5th of May 2009 I gave my vehicle
                                for servicing & I took the delivery on 6 May 2009 I was told that they will rectify all the flaws but as the pollution machine is not working so I have to get it done outside at some petrol pump & they will clean the spark plugs, injectors, they will Decarbonise the engine & also they will flush the engine for all the jobs they have charged me in the bill & the total bill paid was Rs. 9176 /- then after that on 7 May 2009 I went to three different petrol pump to get the pollution check & I was told by all the three petrol pump attendants that the pollution is more & they cannot issue a ok certificate when I contacted DD Motors I was told that these petrol pump people never change the filter of their machines & that’s why the pollution machine is showing more pollution & now our machine is fine so we will give you the certificate in between I was travelling & unfortunately on 29 sept 09 when I took the vehicle to DD Motors for pollution check in running repair they told that in case if they open job card I will be charged so without that we will do the job they tried but again they failed to give the certificate as their key Board & printer was not working this time & I was kept waiting for close to two hours under the sun & at last I was told that whenever next time I bring my vehicle for service I must get the converter changed which will cost me Rs. 12000 that too without checking the converter which is linked to silencer and while checking the vehicle they left open the nuts & Bolts on the top of engine while checking the throttle the only Business of DD Motors is to make fool of the customers, scratch their pockets & to cheat the innocent customers this incident is highly shameful for Maruti Suzuki India Ltd & DD Motors wazirpur Delhi as this is the exact position of 3 S Dealership which is ISO Certified & the same is for Maruti Suzuki India Ltd the only & only thing which works in DD Motors is their high Billing system for the customers the moment in the morning you take the vehicle inside before even opening a job card they will ask you is wether you will pay by credit card or cash that is the only concern DD Motors has for the customers.

                                So Good Bye to Maruti Suzuki India Ltd & DD Motors in my life I will never buy a Maruti product also will never go to DD Motors till the time I possess the existing vehicle.

                                  I own a Maruti SX4 ZXi 2008 (DL2CAH 6880) model and got it serviced recently from Rana Motors, Okhla. Before giving it for Service i specifically told them that when my vechile slows down or when it stops at red light the AC stops functioning and blows hot air. Now if you are owning such an expensive car and in such a hot weather how does it feel. When asked whether AC is functioning properly after service, the person at Rana Motors told me that there is no problem with AC and it is working fine but the problem still continues. Can i expect someone from Maruti to look into it and get it resolved.

                                    I got my Maruti Swift VXI serviced on 30th april 10 at Wondr cars ,Pune .
                                    On 15th May 2010 while driving in Aurangabad, Vehicle suddenly stopped.
                                    Local service centre .
                                    They could Detect Fuel pump has failed.
                                    If Maruti is using such unreliable parts & Service centres & also cannot detect the potential failure of the part during servicing ,it shows Maruti putting their customers for using the vehicle for very high risk.
                                    Luckily I was not hit by any other vehicle from back side when my car suddenly stopped.

                                      Maruti Udyog Limited/ Swift Dzire — Non delivery of booked Car

                                      I am to bring in your kind notice that I have booked Swift Dzire (VDi) with BERKELEY AUTOMOBILES LIMITED, Chandigarh on 11.4.2008. An amount of Rs. 50000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) was deposited as booking amount. The Executive of said dealer told me that the vehicle in question will be delivered to me within three months from the date of booking but when I contacted the dealer on 11.7.2008, The dealer not only failed to deliver me the car on the promised date of delivery but also failed to give the exact date when the car will be delivered to me. I didn't expect this from a highly reputed company like Maruti Suzuki.
                                      Furthermore, when I go through the booking register of the dealer, I was surprised to see that some of the cars were delivered out of turn to the customers for which the dealer has no satisfactory answer to give. There are also rumors in the city that Swift Dzire cars are being sold after charging over and above money from the customers.
                                      Keeping in view of above, I request your good self to take steps so that I may get my car immediately as the matter has already been delayed for no fault of mine.

                                      I had booked a Swift Dezire with M/s. Jayalakshmi Automotives, D. No.8-24-31, Mangalagiri Road, Guntur, Ph: 2241000, 2242000, 2243000 vide their receipt No.14 dated 04.04.08, Allotment No.18 by paying an amount of Rs.50, 000/- vide cheque no. 146538 dated 04.04.08 o[censored]CO Bank, Guntur.

                                      I have written to them as well as Maruti as to when I can expect delivery but there is no reply at all.

                                      Maruti Suzuki Swift Dzire — dilly dallying regarding non delivery of swift desire

                                      I, (Lt Col Tarun Anand)had booked maruti swift desire vxi with modern automobiles Chandigarh through CSD on 14 Mar 09. the Mgr Mr Deepak and the person dealing with CSd Deptt Mr Amit had promised to deliver the car within 07 to 30 days. But as on today Mr Amit says that he cannot deliver the car in near future- as the car is not available. On checking with other dealers in Ambala and Jaipur it was confirmed that delivery could be given in a week to a month 's time. It cleary shows that Modern Automobiles is bungling the bookings- Giving the cars recieved to persons who are known to them or probably grease their palms. Maruti Suzuki Gurgaon needs to Pull up the particular dealer- instruct him to deliver the car at priority. We Go to Maruti - Prefer buying Cars from them Just because of the name MARUTI.Rest is up to Maruti.

                                      Maruti Suzuki, Swift Dezire — Non delivery of car

                                      Dear Sir,
                                      I had booked a Maruti Suzuki car Swift Dezire with Autopace Network Pvt Ltd located at 112-113, Industrial area, Phase -1, Chandigarh on 09 April 09 (to be bought through C S D canteen). The date given for delivery was two to three months. The executive told me that though the delivery date is written as two to three months but the same is delivered within one and half month.
                                      It is more than Four months and nothing is heard from the dealer. Every time I ring up the executive I am informed that the cars are not coming from the factory and the dealer has no information as to when the cars will be delivered to them.
                                      They also said that no Swift desire has been sold from Chandigarh(any dealer) in the last three months, which is not correct. I have the information that an individual booked the same Swift Dezire, VXI model and got the car within one month. It can not be believed that no car has been sold from Chandigarh.
                                      An advance of Rs 13000/- was deposited with the dealer wide receipt No 171 dated 09 April 2009 for Swift Dezire, VXI model.
                                      You are requested to please check up and intimate to me the date by which I can get the booked car.

                                      Maruti Udyog — Non Delivery of Car

                                      I am from Kolkata and own a Swift Desire who's Registration No is: WB-06 A 4546.

                                      Unfortunately the car met with an accident on 19/12/2009. As the Dewars Garage is having strike we had to deposit our car at MACHINO TECHNO at Darga Road. Kolkata.

                                      All the insurance formalities were done by 23-24/12/2009 and the started to repair the same. On 29/12/2009 they informed us that there preliminary work is over and that they have ordered for some mechanical parts and are waiting for same and it will take around 5-7 days. we asked them to make it fast as we are having problems as we have only one car in our family.they said ok.

                                      Sir i am really shocked, astonished,helpless and in a very hurt state to experience this kind of behavior,service,false commitments shown by the work shop MACHINO TECHNO as today is 14/01/2010 and they are saying that they have not recvd any parts and thay are stiil waiting for them. Also they are unable to confirm the exact date of recpt of that parts.

                                      I heartily regret and very sorry to say that the MARUTI COMPANY who is the largest car seller in India Does not even trust its work shops and keeps their parts stocked and updated at thier largest workshop in calcutta. Then its very risk for the customers to trust them and buy cars from them.

                                      The related persons has taken us for granted and that we are helpless and is no condition to do anything to them. whenever asked they are just replying that we have orderes and that now we have no other option than to wait.

                                      Its already been close to one month and my new swift desire is standing there like a scrap car and there is no action against it.

                                      I dnt knw what to do other than write a complaint.

                                      I am totally fallen down as it is only car in my family and can not afford to buy a new one. Also am not getting the confirmation as when i will get the car as the servicemen there have no responsibility as the Maruti has also lost all its service value and shoul be withdrawn all right of appereciation from customers.

                                      Plz HELP and get my car released with all the work done in good way. Hope Maruti will take some action.
                                      I Moti Singh, from Alwar[Raj] owner of Maruti A STAR, regn no.RJO2CA6463 want to draw your kind attention towards your service at Alwar work shop.Your labour at this workshop is very irresponsible and disobedient.They make people stand in queue for long hours and ultimately the result is very dissapointing.I am a govt. servant and i dont have enough time to indulge myself in all these things.The second service of my vehicle took place on 25/12/09.I wasn't satisfied with the work and on my complaint I was called again on 14/1 /10.Unfortunately the same thing was repeated again.I waited for 3 hrs and was then informed that the labour was absent.I am really dissapointed with their attitude.I paid Rs.650 for all this, but it was all in vain.At the end of all, i just want to say that your company is unreliable.

                                      Related to TRC

                                      i bought maruti alto k10 vxi on dated 25 january 2015 from Nainital Motors Pvt.Ltd. Haldwani Uttarakhand Ranikhet Branch. Branch Manager Mr. Vinod Pandey is mis guiding me for TRC about one month. How can I ragister my Vehicle?

                                        sir yesterday 17/05/10 i purchased swift vxi from tanya automobile chippi tank meerut.i was taking the car bak to home from showroom suddenly it jerked and engine was shut down. i tried restarting it but the meter showed a yellow color lock icon in it. i called the concerned person bt could not contact him, there after i called maruti suzuki customr care they refused to look into the matter by saying they cant provide any technical support. finally i parked my car in a strangers home and today morning i brought it back.
                                        so sir the car is jus 23 km old and its not even 24 hours since i purchased my car.
                                        so just tell me should i ask them to change my car or get it repared .

                                        kindly suggest me the best option.

                                        i am really depressed the way things happend .

                                        Hi Vipin,

                                        I understand your pain for the new car. But getting embarrased is not the solution to the problem. New vehicles during the initial days are not upto the mark bcoz they fresh came out from the manufacturing plant and the engine and chassis part takes some time to get smooth. Might be some fuel guage carburettor setting or the battery was working for first time so they are taking some time to get adjusted according to the new car system.

                                        Solution:-- Contact only the technical person of the dealer from whom you brought this car. Let them understand the problem and if any replacement required then the y will take necessary action regarding this.

                                        Maruti Suzuki Swift Vxi — fault in product

                                        There is a breakage in sclutch pad in a new car,which covered only 119 kms.only one week of car delivered but abreakage during driving.eventhough i am a police inspector,they cheated us.Think hw many uneducated can be cheated.so,i kindly request you to take a severe action against maruti suziki company.
