MARUTI UDYOG LTD. Complaint regarding unsatisfactory performance of your dealer.due to wrong booking of model.)
Dear sir,
I had booked one swift Dizire vxi through CSD with your dealer M/s sushila automobile pvt. ltd. Shree Nand bhawan, 5- main road, Ranchi,(Jharkhand) along with advance of Rs. 50000/- vide Sushila automobile recipt no.34044 dtd. 27.08.2009. At a later date, while enquiring about my car booking status, it was understood that the dealer had wrongly booked "Swift" model as against my purchase order for "Swift Dizire"VXI. Now, on further enquiry, the dealer comes out with the demand of new rate of the car (ie) with 2.5% increase(Rs.16000/=).
payable at the time of taking delivery of car. Had he booked "Swift Dizire" as per my purchase order, the dealer could have delivered "Swift Dizire" in the month of October 2009 itself as per your Regional Manager,Jharkand area. BY the dealers mistake, waiting time has falsely got extended to March 2010 resulting in 2.5% hike in the price. I would like to know as to why I should become the victim of Rs.16000/= additional money for no fault of me. I earnestly request you to kindly advice your dealer detailing my situation in this respect and pass your decision to release "Swift Dizire" in the price range applicable in the month of October 2009.

Maruti Suzuki — Wrong commitment of dealer
On 19.09.2009 i visited your company dealer "My Car (India) Pvt. Ltd." at there indore showroom for the booking of SWIFT DZIRE (ZDI) SILKY SILVER COLOUR. I met Miss Shikha Sharma (executive) & she told me that this particular mentioned car is availaible at there Bhopal based showroom but some extra accessories worth Rs. 13,000/- is fitted in this car, so she told me that if i want to purchase this car i have to pay for the accessories also & i agreed for the same. She talked to Mr. Rajiv (Head - Stock Department) of there Bhopal showroom & he told her to book the car for me. Miss Shikha told me that i have to give her a cheque of Rs. 51,000/- as booking ammount, so that the car can be brought to indore from bhopal showroom as a result i have given her a cheque of Rs. 51, 000-/ for booking the car.Miss Shikha told me that the car will come to indore showroom by 20.09.2009 & on 21.09.2009 i can get the delivery, so again i went to the showroom on 21.09.2009 where she informed me that the car is alloted to some other customer because of communication gap between the staff members of both the showrooms.
I have also spoken to the owner of Showroom Mr. Madhav Bagde & he told me that his staff people are trying to convience the other customer to cancel his booking & if he agrees then i will get that car immediately else i have to wait for next 4 to 6 months.
I was very much upset because of this incident & irresponsible behaviour of the Showroom staff & executives & fet like cheated.
I m allready using a WAGONR & i am facing average problem in my car it's a DUO LXI model but then also i want to purchase SWIFT DZIRE (ZDI) because of the brand name (MARUTI SUZUKI)
I sincearly request you to help me in this matter & i want you to talk to the owner & staff of the mentioned showrooms to know what has happend in this matter.
