[Resolved]  Maruti Swift Dzire — Wrong commitment by maruti car dealer

This is in regards to the purchase of new vehicle from maruti suzuki . we have booked Swift Desire VDI from the maruti car dealer ( TRICITY AUTOS ) Zirakpur mohali on 23rd april 2008 and the dealer commited to deliver the product with in 45 days . We have deposited the booking amount of Rs. 50000 as the demand draft in favour of tricity autos the same day. Today when 70 days have passed i still didnt get the delivery of car. from the last 30 days i have contacted them several times and i have also seen giving them delivery of car to many people . when i asked them about my car they are still saying that it ill take another month, rather they are telling me to take the money back, the main reason behind all this is that the dealer is selling the car in black and asking Rs. 30000 additional to pay for buying the car. we have also put in the request to Mr. Gaurav in the regional office of Maruti in sec 8 chandigarh, but there were no steps taken in this regards, i have been misbehaved many times by the dealer.

Hi Man, you are lucky that you have to wait for 70 days. Our condition is still worse. We booked it on 5th April and our dealer called up to say, the vehicle will be delivered on 22nd August. Think about our feelings of being paid a initial amount of 1 Lakh and waiting for the vehicle to reach us.
he is a complete liar, he has already taken the delivery about a month ago. ppl like him should be thrown to jail for mis-representing facts

I agree with you, TRICITY AUTOS is bringing a bad name a to Maruti customer service & the way they do behave is ridicuolous. Even the owner is vey rude & never be on there words, allast its making impact on Maruti's fame earned in some many years.

Tricity's MD is Behaves very rudely. Tricity dealership should be canceled immediately to avoid the Bad name to Maruti. I went o Tricity Dealer on[protected] for Dezire delivery with my relative. Tricity people billed the same car to two persons when matter was brought to the Notice of Dhruv Garg MD he misbehaved. I request you people never go to Tricity dealer for purchase or service
I am planning to buy Swift Dzire VXI, anybody can tell me about their experince with car.
i had booked a swift dzire car one month ago and i was said by the dealer that the delivery would be between 10 days and yet i had not received my car the maruti company is making bad conditions of supply of cars so i trnsfered my mind to hyndai cars
