Dear Sir
I had purchased a car (Maruti Wagon-R) LXI from magic auto limited, Dabri mode new delhi.
eversince I purchased the vehicle I am totally dissapointed on the performance of the A/C. It is not giving the proper cooling at all.
I have taken the car to the showroom three times but i was not given satisfied result.

    Dear Sir,
    I am sorry to inform you that I have not been getting any warranty service during warranty period by Mohan Motor Udyog, kolkata, from where I purchased my ALTO LXI car, model RF LXI, chassis no 767622, engine no. 3322041, reg. no. WB24C8716, delivered on 26.09.2006.
    On 5.10.07 suddenly switch assy combination, part no.37400M76F20, became out of order; compelling me to consult nearest Maruti authorized service Centre, Gopal Auto Service Centre, Kalyani, Nadia. The Gopal Auto Service Centre consulted with Mohan Motor Udyog (Mr. Pradip Sarker) over telephone in my presence and they agreed to supply the spare parts at free of cost if replaced by Gopal Auto Service Centre, Kalyani, Nadia. With that prior consent Gopal Auto Service Centre, Kalyani, Nadia, replaced the above switch on 5.10.07, invoice no 542057, job no. 0015357, mileage 23, 601 kilometers.
    Unfortunately Mohan Motor Udyog is refusing to supply the above replaced parts to Gopal Auto Service Centre and hence Gopal Auto Service Centre demanding charges for that replacement.
    Mr. Biplab Roy, works manager of Mohan Motor Udyog, while talking over pone behaves very rudely and refused to replace the above parts. I was obviously insulted. This has created much inconvenience and harassment to me.
    I am requesting you to look into the matter and take necessary steps as early as possible so that I get the above replaced parts as free of cost.
    I am also requesting you to take necessary action against above mentioned rude and inappropriate behavior of your staff.
    Hope, considering the gravity, your action would be prompt at your earliest convenience.

    Hello Sir

    I am a maruti alto owner since may 2007, but some how i lost both my keys and i reqested for new keys at your authorised Dealer M/s Hisar Automobile, Hisar ( Haryana) They confirm it will cost you Rs 1053/- for a set two keys in total and will recieve the keys in next seven days. I handed over my car to the Showroom Manager Mr Malik ([protected]) as all my discussion are with him only.

    After six days i recieve the call from Store supervisor Mr Chawla that your keys have come, now pls come and collect see it. i asked him how long will it take to get the keys ready, he informed that our computer which install the keys hev gone somewhere out and will come in next three days and additional you have to pay Rs 2500/- and computer key installation Charges to the company which is as per company norms. I argue why the same was not told to me earlier, they asked me to talk to Mr Malik, the showroom Manger, he told this you have to pay at any cost we dont have any other option, if have not told, you should asked is ther any computer instalalation charges, whevever i have confirmed you that there is no labour charges. Now you have to pay this money, thereafter further argument and negoatiations they areed to istall the keys for Rs 1500/-.

    I agreed as i dont have any other option. I have been stuck at their hand very badly. Now next day when i went to collect my car. I recieved a bill of Rs 1500 as labour charges and Rs 2106 as keys charges, when i confirmed what is this they told if two keys are there charges are 1053*2, still this is a company charges, if have to get your car repaired have to pay rset is your call.

    When i tried to confirm Mr Malik, his behaviour was so rude and untolrable that if you want your car have to pay money.

    Pls suggest if this is service commitment and service level we take with maruti then i am sorry it very pathatic. The level of harrasment and mental agony done by Mr Malik which i faced for last three days was like hell for me.

    I had a normal experience with my previous car and new one till now. But now after such a incident i have made my mind o change my car and had also asked my circle and friend to dont go for maruti as two of my colleague want to buy a new car.

    As being an Indian this is my moral responsibility to bring to your notice as why Maruti an Indian Compnay is loosing its market share to Hyundai.

    One of an degrated and dissatified of many ex-maruti user.

    respected sir,
    i gaurav jayanti doshi is a stong believer in maruti suzuki brand value.our family is owning different different models of this company since it was launched somewhere in 1980"s.i my self booked a swift dzire vdi white colour at 15th january with a local dealer in indore (m.p) naming patel motors as i was convinced by an executive there naming anil singhai that it would be launched somewhere in march end.so i booked it with an amount of 50000 of which receipt no is 23894 dating 15/01/2008 drawn on canara bank cheque of which no.is 113041in favour of patel motors.so when the car was launched on 29 th march i went there and i was told that u will receive ur vehicle within a month i was bit surprised by there answer as i was promised that i will receive the car as soon as it was available in the showroom as i was "this i feel" amongst the earliest person booking the car as at that time not even the name of the car was known by anyone and i got the receipt of my booking by the name of swift sedan nd even the pice of the vehicle.but till date i have not been given the right information when can i get my vehicle nd people who have booked it after me r driving the vehicle .i m feeling like i have been cheated so please look into this matter nd arrange a vehicle for me.

This car is on my Brother-in-law’s name Kawaljeet Singh, My car Reg. No. is – HR 99 AW TP –7875. My purchasing Date is 18 Feb 2008. Sir, now I have Job in punjab in Nawanshehr .
    Some days ago my car’s A.C cut off the cooling system, I check my car from the dealer at Nawanshehr, he dignosed the problem. The service manager is very nice man; he told me ur A.C Compressor oil is leak from the back plate of the A.C.
    My cars A.C Compressor is manufactured by the SANDOM Company.
    When he make the contact with the company nobody give us satisfaction . I personaly called to..

    I have purchaged an Alto 2008 LXI model on 7.7.2008 from your dealer KTL PVT LTD KANPUR. When Oil consumption of Engine increased I send the car to Tanya automobil, 90, Nauchandi Ground Meerut. They opended the engine of the car and suggested for overhauling of the engine.They have given an estimate of Rs 8500=00 in which I have been told to pay Rs7500.
    I am already shocked to find myself in this position and repenting the day when I decided to purchase a Maruti car. I strongly oppose to pay even a penny for no fault of mine. I request kindly look into the quality of the engine installed in my car and get it set right without any cost to me

      I have purchased the M800 AC car on mid of Oct-2007. I am not able to strat my car yesterday and server guy took my car. He told there was a problem in alternator due to this car battery got down.

      This is the brand new car my question is how come all of sudden alternator problem occured. When i check with Popplular Service station in Chennai (Alwarthirunagar) they are also very surprised how this problem occured for new car...

      Is that negligence in production and also quality check?

      You may ask the problem comes under warrenty period so will replace the part. It is not the question of replacement it is the question of quality in producion.

      I agree, The quality has definitely taken a back seat with Maruti lately.I had a M800 purchased in 2001 which served me well for 5 yrs.My next car was another M800AC which i exchanged about a month back to get one Zen Estilo.Though my old car was 9 yrs old it hardly had any noise coming from the bodyshell. and was strudy enough at least the bonet never got a dent even you close it with a bang. But this new car produces all kinds of noises coming from the doors, bompers, engine, and from the cabin.My friend wanted to look under the bonnet and when pushed the bonnet by hand it got a dent.The bumpers are fixed to the body by plastic fasteners and they just disintegrate with minimal impact, when i called the CCof the dealer i was advised to take the car to them and i am waiting to see what they can deliver

      I have purchased Maruti Alto in Aug.2006 from Bhatia & co. KOTA
      as on date my car run only 26000 km.
      I face the following problems.
      With in 2 years car bettery replaced by me.
      At presently my car gives abnormal sound at slow rase. I ask at service center in last
      service Jun2009. they told me one part ( Dholki ) inside silencer has dameged and the silencer
      one part require replacement but they clean the silencer and hope it may be cleare.
      on 12.10.09 I send the car to replace the silencer but at that time they told me silencer require
      both replacement due to upper part silencer having crack.
      I replaced the silencer on chargeble Rs.5000/
      I ask the reasons for damaging the silencer with in short time but they are not able to gives reasons and told me it is not under waranty .
      I have alredy one maruti 800 & Wagon R but I have not faced any problem.
      I think it is manufacturing defect in my Alto.
      I have purchased car in name of MARUTI & not hope to faced such type of problems.
      Please serch thr matter and if require replace my car with other Alto ./ Reamberse the charges those
      expenditure by me.
      I hope you will consider my case sympthetically and avoid my confusion about Maruti emmage.

        I have decided to buy a Maruti Alto Lx for my father. He is a Doctor and I am a professional. When I approached Sai Service, Pathadippalam, Kochi for a used but new Matuti Alto Lx, they showed me 3 months old white Maruti Alto Lx. It was clocked only 5000 Kms at that time. I bought it for Rs. 2, 41, 500/- on cash payment. After giving the advance amount, they forgot to comply with all offers they made before. Now after 3 months of me purchasing the vehicle, I found its battery is weak. When I approached them, they told me that they can’t do anything. Before finalizing the price, they told me that the vehicle is covered under 2 yr. warranty of Maruti Udyog Limited. Now they just denying their words and in a way they cheated me in this deal. I have replaced the battery at my cost spending another Rs. 4200.00. When I discussed with top official there, Mr. Ashok, he also washed off his hand. Please give me solution and request MUL to take necessary steps against the Dealer who cheated a professional like me.

          I've purchased a new maruti Alto car from SB Motor Corporation, Rajahmundry (AP State), on 23/02/2008. Quote was submitted based on Ex-showroom price for Rs 295118/- but invoice was submitted for Rs 282516/-. No proper reason was explained when enquired about the reason.

          Also Rs 8786/- towards I year premium , was told as company offer which will be discounted from the total price , but after finding the facts , it was noticed that I've paid from my pocket.

          Request you to do the justice to the customer.

            Dear Sir,

            My wife booked a Wagon R Duo (LXi) on 06 Jan 08, with M/S Fortpoint Automotive Pvt Ltd., Ghodbunder road, Thane (W) (Tele[protected], paying a cash advance of Rs.25,000/-. The invoiced price (on Road) promised to us was about Rs.4,41,000/-.

            In addition we also traded in our Maruti 800 with True Value at a cost of Rs.70,000/- (including Rs.15,000/- loyalty bonus). There was also a cash discount of Rs.5000/- which was to be passed on to us.

            We opted for finance from ICICI and an amount of Rs.2,90,000/- was disbursed to the dealer by end of jan 08. The total payment now with the dealer was Rs. 3,90,000/-. The balance now payable to the dealer was only Rs.51,000/- (approximately) payable at the time of final delivery and billing.

            Then we were intimated that there was an inordinate delay in delivery of vehicle from Maruti owing to some short fall in LPG kits, or the likes. The dealer reps kept silent on the issue and did not interact with us in any manner, until mid feb when we got after them for some positive response.

            Now, when we were asked to take delivery of the veh in first week of march, we were told that the veh had not been sent for registration for want of balance payment. This had not been intimated to us when we submitted all relevant documents to the dealer. Lust a case of lethargy on part of the dealer.

            The final amount to be billed had surprisingly increased to Rs.4,44,000/- odd, a good three thousand more. On being questioned the dealer rep informed us about rate increase by Maruti which had been passed on to us. On the other hand, as of date when the vehicle has not been finally billed, Maruti has also cut costs on account excise duty concessions, which apparently has not been passed on to us by the dealer.

            Now, the dealer is sitting on virtually Rs. 4 Lacs of our money without paying any interest, has not delivered us the vehicle and is not passing on any benefits to us whatsoever. Effectively, he is cheating us blatantly.

            In the light of the above, I seek advise in the matter as to how do I get my entitlement, and some clarity on my rights as a consumer. Thanking you,

              Hi,

              This is to bring the unexpected and unbelievable behaviour ,attitude of a person who is working at the GM position with True Value .I sold out my Esteem VXI car Oct 2004 to true value on 4th Feburary 2004 to Sandeep Malik at Patparganj True Value Showroom.
              He commited to make the payment within 3 business days from the date of the sale after the Bank's loan amount repayment. When on 19th February'04, I called him up and asked about the payment he started misbehaving and said will not pay anything to me.I was shocked listening to this.Also ,after the argument he said it will take another 10 days to do the formalities and after that also will hold Ten thousand rupees for a month.
              He misguided me earlier that they made a payment of Two Lacs Eight Thousand to ABN Amro.But when I inquired from the bank no payment was made and the Banks full and final payment was of One Lac Fifty Eight Thousand Rupees Only.

              THIS IS A VERY SERIOUS CONCERN.PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER.
              MARUTI IS A COMPANY OF A REPUTE AND WE STILL HOLDS VEHICLES FORM MARUTI UDYOG LTD AND WE ARE SHOCKED TO SEE WHERE THE COMPANY IS HEADING TO.

              PLEASE HELP ME IN GETTING IN GETTING THE PAYMENT AT THE EARLIEST.

              maruti thinks they got the brand they can do anything
              I think Maruti should look into the matter very seriously. I have read lot of other complaints which is really disgusting. I think Mr.Jagadish Khattar should close its true value outlets, its nothing but educated way of cheating people. all the Maruti engineers who sign paper during the delivery of vehicle and thereafter lending into customers harassment should be booked under sec 420.
              I purchased Maruti Suzuki celerio car in my car true value chakan... But this car engine exhaust part is missing and fit other car exhaust. Car engine light on then check in service center error is exhaust sensor missing. When i complain manager & he say me u purchase this part, so how u would pay amount this part... It's your fault you sold me the wrong fitted part car...

                I have a Baleno car which has run omly 20000 KM. I have been complaining about the bad performance of the car ever since I bought it. I need immediate rectification of the complaints as your dealers, Ms Indus Motors of Trivandrum are unable to identify the problem

                I booked a Maruti Swift Model Lxi colour Silver Grey, from M/S Modern Automobiles, Chandigarh in October, 2007. I was told that the car has a wait period of about 4-5 weeks. I have enquired from the dealer time and again but told that the company is not despatching the requisite models inspite of their number of requests. I have also lodged a complaint on Mobile number of Maruti about a month back.

                In the meatime, the prices of Maruti products have already been enhanced once.

                Even after about 5 months of booking of vehicle, the company has not bothered to deliver the vehicle.

                In case, it is difficult for company to deliver the vehicle, shall I cancel my booking with Maruti dealer and instead opt for some other car like say Hyundi Prime or Cheverlet U VA? Will company care to allot the booked vehicle to me?

                I have booked a Maruti Swift VDi with ABS on 14/01/2008 through dealer Ratan Motors, Chembur, Mumbai. At the time of booking I was told that delivery would be within 4-6 weeks.
                However, everytime I call Ratan Motors they keep repeating that the company is not despatching the vehicles and therefore they are unable to give me delivery of the same. Can somebody please advise if there is an on-line system (besides the toll free nos. which are of no help really) to check allotments/delivery status??
                Also, will maruti pay me interest on the booking amount for delayed delivery???

                We purchased our Maruti Suzuki Swift from Bharuch [Gujarat], From Raviratna Motors, Bharuch, Invoice No: SOB06001691, Invoice Date: 25/03/2007,

                Insured Under Bajaj Allianz Policy No: BA 2160126,

                The car met an accident on 04-08-07, The car was then sent for repairing to M/S Ambica Auto Garage nearby the accident site, We registered a claim with Bajaj Allianz

                Claim Ref. No: OC[protected]-00001507 &Surveyor: S.N. Patel,

                We received a SMS on 26.11.07 from the Insurance Company stating that the survey was complete and the assessed amount was Rs.95603/- After deduction of depreciation Rs.9430/- .But the cheque we received was of the Amt: 81801/- [Cheque No: 250279]

                On asking the Local Insurance Company Officials of Bajaj Allianz about the low payment,

                We were told that the claim was re-assed. Even after the surveyor has recommended the complete amount.
                We were told that some deductions were done because the car was not repaired at authorized / certified repairing centre. and there is some special arrangement done between Maruti and Bajaj Allianz that if the car is not repaired in their authorised service station these deductions are to be done.

                we have taken this insurance of Bajaj Allianz when we purchased the car as per advise of the sales rep. of Maruti show room.

                1.We want an explanation as to why we were not told about this special agreement between Maruti and Bajaj allianz.at the time of claim submission? When we submitted the claim we were informed by the Bajaj person at that time that there is no discrimination with the service station. Otherwise we would have given the car at Maruti service station.

                2. We have purchased all the OE from authorized distributor and bills of the same are also submitted with the claim.

                3.The repairing went on for almost 2 months, and during this time your able surveyor visited time to time and verified everything but not a single time we were informed that on the re assessment of the claim, we came to know about that only when we got the payment.

                We have asked the local Insurance office regarding this but we have not got an answer, We have asked to the Raviratna motors also many times but with no concrete results.

                I am customer of Maruti and Bajaj Allianz. but unfortunately both of them failed to guide the customer at the time of accident.
                Its been more than 6 months now since the claim has been registered & we have not got any satisfying results.
                Please look into the matter with serious concern,

                We were told that some deductions were done because the car was not repaired at authorized / certified repairing centre. and there is some special arrangement done between Maruti and Bajaj Allianz that if the car is not repaired in their authorised service station these deductions are to be done.

                we have taken this insurance of Bajaj Allianz when we purchased the car as per advise of the sales rep. of Maruti show room.

                1.We want an explanation as to why we were not told about this special agreement between Maruti and Bajaj allianz.at the time of claim submission? When we submitted the claim we were informed by the Bajaj person at that time that there is no discrimination with the service station. Otherwise we would have given the car at Maruti service station.

                2. We have purchased all the OE from authorized distributor and bills of the same are also submitted with the claim.

                3.The repairing went on for almost 2 months, and during this time your able surveyor visited time to time and verified everything but not a single time we were informed that on the re assessment of the claim, we came to know about that only when we got the payment.

                We have asked the local Insurance office regarding this but we have not got an answer, We have asked to the Raviratna motors also many times but with no concrete results.

                I am customer of Maruti and Bajaj Allianz. but unfortunately both of them failed to guide the customer at the time of accident.
                Its been more than 6 months now since the claim has been registered & we have not got any satisfying results.
                Please look into the matter with serious concern,

                Maruti Udyog Ltd. — Reverse Gear Problem not resolved since last 2 Month.

                I had logged a complain to Maruti Dealer (Kataria Ahmedabad) on March 7, 2008 for revers gear and gear slippgae problem. I also spoke to Maruti Ahmedabad office Manager on March 17, 2008. he promised to replace the gear shaft and necessary mechanism within 10 days.

                Tiil date no action has been taken. No one is serious which resultantly tarnish the image of company.

                I will wait for 7 days and then will take necessary action.

                Complain against Sai Service ...or "Sigh Service" after experiencing the level of Service from their Andheri branch...one should see the difference in their attitude and approach before the downpayment and after the downpayment..I as a customer feels thouroughly deceived and cheated.
                Wanted to switch from Swift (1.5 years old) to brand new SX4 ..since i wanted the NEW car ASAP ..i handed over my swift to Sigh service on the same day i went for evaluation of my old car..(that was on 18th may 08..) since i stay far from andheri..had categorically asked Andheri "Sigh" Service to seek all the documents needed in one go ..they gave a list and accordingly we submitted the document the next day..they receivd the cheque for old car and DP from us within two days..after a week we are told that we need to submit more documents ..which we again submitted with assurance from SS that the car wd be delivered by 2nd june 08...Again on 29th they call to mention...they missed some more document...and car wd be delivered only after a week of submitting this document...fail to understand why SS is employing ppl who dont understand the criticality of customer..and spoil Maruti reputation..I am now terribly hassled with the service level of SS andheri..(infact their Sales Rep talked rudely to the lady of the house..on pushing for early delivery..).. understand the agony of customer who has already paid 6.06L to SS andheri...they now hold the customer to ransom by delaying the deliveries and asking for papers which they shd have sought in advance...

                I am a Maruti car owner but “not a proud owner” myself I am Mini Shaji I brought a MARUTI SX4 VXI car from your dealer Popular Kottayam through Ranni branch on 7th June 08, the car was functioning with out any problem, 29th June I was driving the car to town approximately half KM from the house suddenly there was burning smell came out from the car immediately I stop the car and call your representative and they took the car to Popular Kottayam.

                After the inspection of the car your representative inform to me that the clutch base and many other components have been burned out (please tell me the brand new car accessories can last only for 1000 KM) suddenly I had big shock (not only me entire my family) still we can’t believe it, we have spent 7.65 lakhs rupees to buy the car and also we sold our used car to Popular with good condition and we got such kind of cheating from Popular/Maruti company. So I would like to request you to replace the car with the new car.

                MARUTI WAGON R DUO — Sensor Blinks

                This is Rashmi here, I bought Maruti WagnoR Duo on June 21, 2007 my car registration number is KA 02 MB 9412 and bought the vehicle in Mandovi Motors JP Nagar Bangalore.
                My problem is that the sensor blinks continuously which you people have mentioned in the manual that if it blinks continuously we need to inform the service station and i did the same way, i have been repeatedly complaining that the sensor blinks continuously throughout I drive the vehicle in gas about 10-12 times to Surkasha Bommanahalli and Mandovi also, I have complain directly to Maruti Customer Care people also, Surkasha People have checked many times (ie., 10-12 times) then they changed some part of gas which was brought from delhi, (this was done on June 26, 2008 ) later again there was some problem then it started blinking again even on Monday ie., July 30, 2008 they came and rectified i drove the vehicle July 1st and 2nd i did not face any problem but yesterday (ie., 3rd July, 2008 again i faced the same problem the sensor started blinking i have informed the same to Surkasha, i don't know what will they do now. Here i want to clarify you that i am not blaming any Surksha people because they have done their duty. Now i want a new vehicle to replace it because i am fed up of giving complaints to all the people and within 1 year time span i have complained 10-12 times just imagine my patience, paying such huge amount who will have any patience now its becoming too much i don't know whether it can be resolved or not i had thought Maruti is a good company so and their service is best but i don't think so in my case. Ramsuresh i don't know what will you do for this problem, either i want a new vehicle to replace this or else i want the money back enough is enough, i am really fed up of complaining one other day.

                This is Annoch Kumar from Coimbatore, my BIL had purchased a maruti Zen car, KL 9 Q 6707, from AM Motors, Malapuram in 2005. This car had been serviced by them for the past 3 years and i found it dissatisfactory. I did bring this car from Kerala to Coimbatore and gave it to ABT, Puliakulam Road, on 25/10, with complaints of clutch, poor mileage, body rattling, power steering etc., this was taken delivery on the 28th. After driving the vehicle for a brief 300 km, i found the same problems with the power steering, clutch problems, body rattling, and poor mileage unrectified. With this i gave back the vehicle on 11/11/08, until yesterday they had called me twice and said the problem has been sorted out, and took for trial drvies on both occasions, but to my surprise i still found the power steering problem not corrected. After the first trial, they told me that the problem was with the tyres, thats the reason the steering doesnt return after turning, somehow i disagreed with the point because if it was true then the steering shouldnt be returning on both sides, but the problem was only with the left side mainly. Yesterday i recieved a call saying the problem has been rectified and i had taken it for test drive with the technician with me and showed him the same problem, he said that he would change the tyres and prove to me that it was tyre problem. I waited for him to change the tyres and drove it again with him alongside me, and showed that it was worse after the tyres were changed.

                I pity that these people are unable to identify the problem with the steering and rectify it, keeping the vehicle for more than 15 days on 2 occasions. i request your goodselves to look into the matter, speak to your ABT people, and get this problem rectified.

                Dear Sir,
                This is to bring to your king notice that I was ditched by one of your Maruti Dealer (Motor Craft SAHIBABAD).I booked Maruti SWIFT VXI Azure Grey at MOTOR CRAFT, Sahibabad on 03.04.2009 & paid a token amount of Rs.10, 000.00 & promised that the Car will be delivered by 30.04.2009. Also I paid Rs. 95, 000.00 on 25.04.2009 towards the marginal money. The total loan was disbursed to them by HDFC bank. In between we were in continuous touch with Motor Craft for the delivery date and he every time confirmed that vehicle is ready for delivery date of 30.04.2009.To our surprise when we reached MOTOR CRAFT on 30.04.2009 we were shocked to be informed that the same will not be delivered as the same has not been delivered by MARUTI SUZUKI. The attitude of the staff has been very harsh towards us as they were unable to deliver. We have been even told that it is a normal practice with MOTOR CRAFT.
                We are the third generation in our family trying to own the second car from the MARUTI stable & this is a shocker to us.
                We see a lot of conspiracy in this as it seems that my car has been delivered by MARUTI SUZUKI & sold on premium to some other customer.
                Further it is very surprising that none of your dealer in Noida and Gaziabad is having stock for Maruti Swift VXI (any Colout other then Black and Red). I don’t know how can such a big Automobile company work with zero stock at all the dealers in Noida and Gaziabad.
                Kindly look into the matter as I now plan to take the car from some other manufacturer who are ready to delivery car in 2-3 days time.

                My first car was Maruti Suzuki 800. I was very pleasant to drive that car. I learnt driving on this car. I owned that car for 6 years. I sold it at very good price only because of it was Maruti product. Now, I need to purchase a new car. I want Maruti Esteem as my new car. But company was stop selling this car. Then, we choose WagonR as our new car. We were very happy that we had purchased a small but very spacious and luxurious car. Now, we used it on daily basis. In routine usage we found lots of design problems. We had complaint about it several times on your website feedback category and also complaint to my dealer from where we had purchased the car. Nobody gave response to me till today. My dealer is Manan Autolink, Navrangpura, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. My car’s registration no. is GJ1HQ 8598. Meanwhile Manan (Maruti Dealer) has sent a person to find out the problems. They just listen to me and become helpless. They also received the e-mail which was sent to your company directly by me. They told me to look into this matter and reply me as soon as possible positively. This has passed almost 3-4 months.

                Lots of driving risk factors while driving because of side angles. No view of Speedo-meter by adjusting chair from any angle or even side signals and even buzzer of side signals are too low. Inside the car, back view mirror is very low height so that we cannot see the person who is driving in front of and this mirror is vibrating even on smooth road. Reverse position is worst because we cannot see the backside position of the car.

                Few months ago we went to Nathdwara, Rajasthan and Mount Abu by this car. Now, we decided to never take this car to any hill stations because side view of 45o angle is very bad and very much risky for an accident. Everyone in car was very fear of accident because we have to look here and there by moving ourselves to see the vehicles. This is not only my problem but for every customers who are driving WagonR. Lots of my collogue are facing this problem and because of this they avoid purchasing or driving this car. I also recommend my friends and relatives not to purchase this car particularly.

On the other hand you believe that this is the most seller car but we have no other alternate in this range to purchase for whom who only wants to use Maruti Car.

                I have 7years old maruti-800.I made it on CNG after 5000 kms. Right now it is on 62500 kms. I naver face any problem with CNG., and no maintainance. I am very happy by knowing that maruti company is going to launch maruti with CNG model. SUGGESSION== I suggese you that you, please make petrol tank of 10 liters made up of stailness steel. one solenoid orignal valve is used to change petrol to CNG or vice-versa.but i am facing problem of jamming of that solenoid valve.so i have changed that solenoid valve by small piston-displacement magnetic pump. so i suggese to provide that type of pump in new CNG model of 9volt. thank you.
                My wife Sunita Kumari bought a Zen Estillo vxi from modern automobiles ambala cantt. haryana about 45 days back with temp no HR99 DP TP 4267 and recently got permanent no HR01Z 0130 and about six days back rear glass of the car got broken in an accident the car was immediately handed over to the same service station that is modern automobiles ambala cantt. and even after six days they says that rear glass is not available and it may take about two three days to arrange it. Is there some one to intervene as my car has become a rest room for the workers as watched by me personally.
                I am driving Maruti Baleno LXi, which is 3 years old and run only 35000 km. My problem is "as I apply breaks, there is comes a dragging sound in the front wheel." I gave the car to Authorised Work Centre 'JEEVAN MOTOR', Bhopal. They greased the caliber pins and returned the car. However this did not help the cause and Car was resent to them. Now they changed th Break shoe pads and sent back the car. BUT the problem continued and as the car was sent for the 3rd time, they changed the Front break Disk and Bearings as well. By the way they only had changed the front bearing and a shaft only 2 months before.

                Despite spending many Workshops days and lots of money they car problem has not been resolved yet and still a Sound comes, as I apply breaks.

                Now I gave the car to another Big Maruti Workshop of Bhopal "MY CAR". Today is 4th day that my car is being repaired in their workshop. TO DATE, they have not been able to find the real reason for this noise.

                I am a strong beliver in Maruti products, but this exp is leaving a bad taste in mouth.
                CAN SOME ONE FROM MARUTI HELP ME ON THIS MATTER.
                I had Bought Maruthi SX4 on Feb 2008, till date date i had travelled 28000 km, i Have changed Brake shoes, now the workshop guy says clutch plates are worn out?? He wants me to change the clutch plates which seeems cost 8500 RS. workshop guys are simply ripping money from owners every time i give to service the minimum they charge is 6000.I wish the Maruthi Co. can change my clutch plates or else i wanna sell off this car.
                I have bought Swift VDI in Dec.2008.On 6 september 2009 there was sudden noise in its engine.registration no.is MH 11 AK 2006.Car toed to Chougule Pune.Till date I have not got my car repaired.Mr.Mujumdar, works maneger at Cougule Pune is saying that there is a problem in bearings in engine and we are not getting it from Maruti company and we are helpless.What is the use of so many outlets ?

                The second service of my A-Star was on 26-11-09 at Indus motors, Kottayam. it was very dificult to put the reverse gear and told them to repare the gear and they agreed. But they didn't do their work and also one wheel cup of my car was lost. When I complaint to them, they told from Ernakulam Maruthi office will call you, after few days from Ernakulam Maruthi one lady ring to me and i complaint the same. But there is no response for the complaint from the indus office. So please take necessary steps.

                My complaint:
                I was originally shown the 2005/6 model which had a nice interior.
                Specifically, my complaint is about the side panels in the boot/trunk which had plastic side panels similar to the door trims.
                The car I purchased last week has a cheap fabric instead of plastic side panels. This is very ugly and takes away from the rest of the car. Please offer me a solution to rectify this oversight. I contacted AMW and they asked me to pay extra SLR12, 000.00 and I am furious at their mercenary attitude and dishonesty.

                Please advise as I have many friends who use Marutis.

                I have purchased one maruthi Alto lxi on Sep 2009 from M/S.Sai Service Trissur. Before buying the car, they had committed and signed for so many offers including the extra fittings. But unfortunately they has not fulfilled till now. First they advise me it will be get at first service, due to shortage the accessories in Cochin store. every day I used to call to my sales executives Mr. muralikrishna and Mr.Justin( Trissur Branch). Now a days even they are not picking my call, no response. And also they were failed to register my vehicle on the time, then I paid the full amount of registration and insurance by cash. Then only I got the registration. Afterwords they given me the cheque, but there also I was cheated, there was no full amount. They have deducted Rs. 500/=. But I have already paid full amount for these procedures. Till now I didn’t get any accessoreies what they made offers. So I would like to go for legally to court.

                Day 1: Dated 22nd April 2011 I was going somewhere with my family suddenly I experienced some problem with my CAR sound and pickup it was like missing current and after 1 K.M. from that place my CAR broke down and we were at the place which was very unsafe. I picked up Maruti service booklet and was started trying your Toll free number 18004200 for help, It was continuously busy. Finally I called up my friend over there for help and we had to tow the car to my home which was 12 KM from that place.
                Day 2: Dated 23rd April I took leave from my office and we again towed the car to your service station MOTOR CRAFT which is located at MS 2 & MS 3, Opp. BEL, Site 4 Sahibabad Ind. Area, Sahibabad.

                Now Satyapal asked us to leave CAR there as they were not able to find out the issue and then in the evening he called me up and said that 1 part is faulty which is Ignator but the part was not available in their work shop and they have requested Maruti to send that part to get it replace.

                Day 3 : Dated 24th April I called up Satyapal Sharma to know the status of our CAR and he said that part is not yet received from the company and when I asked the reason for this fault he said this is manufacturing fault and we will replace this part and call you after replacement of part.


                Day 4: Dated 25th April I got a call from satyapal in the afternoon and he said that they have arranged new part from some other dealer and replaced faulty part from my car finally my CAR was ready. I had requested them to drop my car to my Wife’s office. I got the delivery.
                When I had checked my bill I was surprised to notice that they did not replace any part other then FUSE 15.

                This was a fraudulent activity done by Motor craft as they did not replace the faulty part and done only the temporary setting and falsely told us that part has been replaced.

                Day 8 : Dated 29th April 2011 It was my bad day again because of the misconduct of Motor Craft I had to undergo all that trauma again While driving I have experienced same issue and quickly I started to reach nearest Maruti service station but again after 1 KM from that place my CAR broke down and I was alone at that time between the heavy Traffic route and again one more time I tried your toll free number for help but as usual number was out of my reach. Again called my friend and we towed this car to my friend’s place in dead condition.

                Day 9 : Dated 30th April We towed our CAR to Rohan motors Noida to get it repair OOOOOOOOOOPPPPPSS that was biggest mistake of my life. When we asked attendants to help us in repairing our CAR and to prepare the job sheet they were taking so much of our time, After 20 minutes we asked them for managers cabin they told us to meet AGM Mr. Rohit Chadhda. We quickly moved to Mr. Chaddhas cabin and started discussing our matter, I was telling him the history of car about the last date and place when car broke down 1st time and told him that on dated 25th Motor Craft service center has repair this car but again It broke down. AGM Mr. Chaddha asked us to visit Motor craft again and said why you came here we will not help you.

                I told him why I will visit their when my CAR broke down in Noida and this service center is nearest one from that incident place so AGM started shouting and misbehaving with us. All the staff members & Labor of that service center arrived there and they pushed us out of the main gate and said We don’t want customer like you.
                1 of them said Rohan Motors is owning this property with 200 CAR’s and started abusing us and refused to repair our CAR.

                Then we visited Vipul motors Noida and met GM over there told him about the complete history of our CAR but did not told about the story of Rohan motors he quickly arranged engineers to check my CAR after preparing job sheet, Staff of the vipul motors is very cooperative. They acted fast on the complaint and asked me to wait for some time offered Tea/Coffee.

                After some time they confirmed that 2 parts of this CAR are faulty and they have to replace but the part was not available at that time, GM asked us to keep our CAR for 1 day in their workshop we agreed and then we left from the service centre.

                Day 10 : Dated 1st May 2011 I received 1 call from Mr. Khattar DGM of Vipul Motors and he confirmed the repair of our CAR and also confirmed that they drove it to 15-20 KM to ensure no fault after repair. Finally we got our CAR from Vipul motors, Noida in running condition and also they confirmed that 2 parts has been replaced from my CAR.


                I am very disappointed with the product and after sales service from your dealers.

                After the entire experience I want the replacement of my CAR as I have lost my confidence to go for long drive by this CAR and my family is scared to sit in it.

                Looking forward towards satisfactory response from Maruti and some strict action against Motor Craft and Rohan Motors.

                I Reji Tom Jose Pulikkathadathil House, Nilambur . Malappuram Dist Kerala, have a problem for your kind consideration.
                I made booking of Swift Dzire VDI Metalic Arctic White car in ABT Maruti Coimbatore to take through CSD on 01 Dec 2010 by paying 5000 Rs Cheque by receipt No. REC10008889.
                On mid of July 2011, ABT Maruti sales rep Mr Elangovan asked me about the problem in CSD presently no vehicle is giving through them and for willingness to take the vehicle by paying directly . I agreed for the same.
                On Sep 22 they call me and said that vehicle will be ready in coming week and make arrangement for the payment and collection of Car.
                On Oct 07 I transfer an amount of 20, 000 to ABT Maruti for the loan purpose by HDFC cheque no. 051532.
                They told me to come for the collection on 10th with due payment. I reached their but could not get the car due to the banks loan amount not been transferred. They said after getting the cash only they can give the delivery. I paid the balance amound 2, 60, 000 Rs by cash on the same day and came back.
                Confirmed from the bank 0n 11th Oct 4, 00, 000 Rs loan amount has been transferred the same is reconfirmed from ABT Maruti rep Mr. Elangovan, and told me to come for collection of vehicle 13 Oct. I reached their and vehicle is not ready because of some temporary registration problem. They agreed that the problem will be sought out within a day or two and give you the car on your door step or collection will be arranged on ABT Calicut. I came back.
                Till to date the problem is not solved, No one responsible is calling me, Daily Mornig and evening I am calling them some times they are not attending, some times they tells thing will solved tomorrow and so on….
                Now 19 days passed after paying full amount of car there is no response from their side. First installment of bank loan is going to be due. But car has not reached.
                I am really mentally upset due to this problem…..If they have some problem of doing temporary reg in Coimbatore and doing reg. in Malappuram they must have to tell me the same well in time.. after taking full amount its one kind of cheating.

                    Hi,
                    I took a new Alto car from Maruti Suzuki, Rohan Motors Faridabad. On the very next day, i reported some knocking sound in
                    the engine and showed it to and engineer from Maruti, Gurgaon factory. On further verification, it was identified as a fault in the
                    new vehicle and i was being asked to wait till further notice from Maruti. Until now, i have not recieved any prior notification
                    from Maruti and they are not showing any interest in the matter. I have strictly asked for a vehicle replacement in my case.
                    I am lodging a complaint against Maruti since they are delaying the matter and are not willing to pursue it further and provide
                    me an optimum satisfaction for the same. I look forward to take the help of consumer forum to look into this matter.

                    I am an owner of a Maruti Swift LXi, registration # KL-1 AS 2905, took from Trivandrum Indus branch at Pattom. I am so sorry to inform you that your people gave me a poor quality service from Maruti Indus Service Center. I met with an accident 2 weeks after my car was delivered and I gave my car for repair and for its first service. But then, I did not get all the parts changed, which they claimed they had, and charged me an amount. They took more than 2 weeks to deliver the car back to me, when works manager, Mr. Biju Lal of Maruti Indus Service Center told he will deliver the car in 4 days. Whenever I called him, he kept on switching off his phone and once when I got him, he gave another number of Mr. Kiran who works as an assistant works manager. To add to my frustration, Mr. Kiran was literally yelling at me when I asked when the car will be delivered. I was disappointed and went there with my friend and at last they delivered my car on February 21, 2008, by 7:30 p.m.; I gave my car on February 02, 2008. The worst part is that there were many damages with the vehicle, viz; there were scratches on many places and the front bumber was not aligned properly and the headlight too. The areas where the paint had scratches include front bumber, back bumber, driver’s door, right back door, handles, etc. Mr. Biju Lal was there at the site and I asked him how this happened and he told, it might be the carelessness of the workers and will correct that within a week as their compressor was on repair. At the first site itself, we knew that the headlight was not changed and Maruti Indus charged me for a headlight (right). I took my Maruti Swift the next week to Indus to rectify the damages caused, according to Mr. Biju Lal, by workers' carelessness, and they told they will deliver the car that day evening itself after correcting the complaints, but they took 4 days to deliver me back my car and the sad thing is that those complaints, which I showed on February 21, 2008 to works manager, Mr. Biju Lal, were not corrected plus there were many other places where there were scratches, infact in some places, paint was totally gone and could see the body. When I called Mr. Biju Lal, first the phone rang, but he dint answer my call and when tried again, the phone was switched off. I called the assistant works manager, Mr. Kirian of Maruti Indus and he came to the site. The thing that disappointed me the most was the way he treated me, he was yelling at me at the scene, saying that damage was there before itself and it was not the fault of the workers.

                    I did not get any offers from Maruti and the executive who gave me this vehicle told that service is the best offer they give for Swift. Is this what you mean by "Best Service" to customers??

                    I was going to take Hundai Getz and Maruti executive met me and told they are giving the best customer satisfaction. Is this the satisfaction they are giving to their customers?

                    Three of my family members are planning to take a Maruti vehicle and if this is the way you people are treating your customers, I am sorry to say I will force them to take any brand other than Maruti. Many of my friends took cars from Indus and they all have the same complaints. The main thing is that they are careless with handling the vehicle and when the vehicle is delivered back, there will be lot of damages with the paint and to clear that Indus workers will touch paint with brush and it can be noticed easily.

                    If this complaint is in the correct hand, please reply back and do the needful for me and for my vehicle.

                    I am a maruti alto owner since may 2007, but some how i lost both my keys and i reqested for new keys at your authorised Dealer M/s Hisar Automobile, Hisar ( Haryana) They confirm it will cost you Rs 1053/- for a set two keys in total and will recieve the keys in next seven days. I handed over my car to the Showroom Manager Mr Malik ([protected]) as all my discussion are with him only.

                    After six days i recieve the call from Store supervisor Mr Chawla that your keys have come, now pls come and collect see it. i asked him how long will it take to get the keys ready, he informed that our computer which install the keys hev gone somewhere out and will come in next three days and additional you have to pay Rs 2500/- and computer key installation Charges to the company which is as per company norms. I argue why the same was not told to me earlier, they asked me to talk to Mr Malik, the showroom Manger, he told this you have to pay at any cost we dont have any other option, if have not told, you should asked is ther any computer instalalation charges, whevever i have confirmed you that there is no labour charges. Now you have to pay this money, thereafter further argument and negoatiations they areed to istall the keys for Rs 1500/-.

                    I agreed as i dont have any other option. I have been stuck at their hand very badly. Now next day when i went to collect my car. I recieved a bill of Rs 1500 as labour charges and Rs 2106 as keys charges, when i confirmed what is this they told if two keys are there charges are 1053*2, still this is a company charges, if have to get your car repaired have to pay rset is your call.

                    When i tried to confirm Mr Malik, his behaviour was so rude and untolrable that if you want your car have to pay money.

                    Pls suggest if this is service commitment and service level we take with maruti then i am sorry it very pathatic. The level of harrasment and mental agony done by Mr Malik which i faced for last three days was like hell for me.

                    I had a normal experience with my previous car and new one till now. But now after such a incident i have made my mind o change my car and had also asked my circle and friend to dont go for maruti as two of my colleague want to buy a new car.

                    As being an Indian this is my moral responsibility to bring to your notice as why Maruti an Indian Compnay is loosing its market share to Hyundai.

                    I am astonished to say that how you maintain the security of a person inside the vehicle such an inferior quality of seat belt in the vehicle.                     i have two cars swift vdi 2008 model and Zen 2005 model. I have also club member. few moths befre both car are pain by hira auto mobile Patran ( distt. Patiala (punjab). but now that colour looking diffrent frm other parts. i have many times inform about that Mr. Manjeet Singh ( Manager). but he didn't any response. he is always misbehiave with coustomers. before few days i am goes to agency for alignment and washing. i said that please do alignment becoz i think that that is not k. but they said that is ok. but that was not k. washing quality is very poor.

                    Dear sir I am Pradip Baruah from mehsana.I have booked "Swift Dzire VXI"(Silky Silver) modal from "Mehsana" driller service on 17th of September.On advanced I gave them Rs-40, 000.00rs.They told us to deliver my car within 30 to 45 days.Days are going but still now we are not getting it.last one week before they told us that the car has come, and you can take it" then we told them ok we will dellivery it on 22nd of December.But today I visited to their office to see my car with a happy mind but there''s not the car. They gave that to other someone.I asked the reason Why? They told me that the first preference goes to the full payment customer. But though we payment 40, 000.00rs they promised us to deliver it on 22nd December but... We need it as soon as possible.But they give us word and words to deliver soon but now its four months running you know four months.How long we will have to wait.Please take it seriously.What actually going on.

                    Maruti Suzuki/ Swift LXI — Careless handling of car

                    while driving the radiator of my car was damage due to an small accident. I call Maruti Suzuki on road service. They told me to park this car to maruti Suzuki service centre. I got insurance claim From DD motor(peeragarhi) Delhi for radiotor and Pay Rs.App.2200 for this. After 3-4 days my car again heat. I show this car to APRA Auto ( Gurgaon, As i Belong to Gurgaon). They told me that one pipe is also break. They have changed the pipe. This time i have also pay Rs.1100. After ten days my car again heeat. This time they( APRA Auto) told me that Gas kit has damaged. They changed the gas kit. I have also Pay Rs.5100 this time. Now after 2 days the coolent and water from radiator has reduced. Now Apra auto is saying to check the car again. NOW what is my mistake.Why i am paying so much amount for same complaint. I am driving the car to think that this is ok. But this could damage my engine also . In this case what is my fault.

                    Maruti Suzuki — Part Missing in New Car

                    My name is Pragnesh Shah. I have Purchased New Zen Estilo Car from Kiran Motors; Swastik Cross Road Branch, Ahmedabad. Delivery taken on 11/05/2010. Chassis No : 264730 & Engine No : 4035950.
                    There is many small complains for the dealer like selective color not got, The commitments given at the time of booking is not fulfilled at the time of delivery and many more.
                    But there is main issue with the car that at the time of delivery of the car; the car was not been perfectly and thoroughly checked in all respect. My job place is nearly 5 km away from my house and after purchasing the car i have used the car in and around my house maximum 15 km.
                    But on 1st of May,2010, i.e. after 18 days of the purchase of the car, approximately 500 km was run away in this days, first time i have gone for the ahmedabad from gandhinagar with my family approximately 20 km away from my house. And on road i have found red light blinking on milage meter side which shows that car is getting heated. I immediately stoped the car in road side. And after waited for 15 minutes. Meanwhile , i have called to the sales person of kiran motor. He didn't given me any help. Then, from my nearby source, i have taken the mobile no of Maruti on road service person. I have called to the Maruti on road service person at around 9:00 Pm on saturday 1st may,2010. The executive replied u will have to go to the delear from where u have purchased, as up to 500 km; responsibility is of Delear. After requesting to the person, he agreed to come on next day to my house to check the car which is heating much at driving.
                    Surprisingly, while he has opened the front bonnet and seen inside, he found one Radiator Fan Rely missing. He informed that this car has not been inspected and checked thoroughly before giving the delivery. My main concern is now if any more damage is already been happened with my car then??
                    If any more parts are missing in my car , then..?? Does it required quality inspection still or not ..? Please take necessary action on urgent basis. I am worried about using my car right now because if that will give more damage to the car, then..??

                    Maruti Suzuki — New Alto - into market

                    Its really sad and heart breaking when a hard earned money for a middle class family like us is seen going waste. A dream of owning a new car and that too the latest one from a well known company Maruti..But just a day old, crack in radiator and problem in AC of the car......and still the problem continues....This is what the company is giving to its people.... but the high promises are always there in the ads. How bad........

                    SO CAN ANYBODY TELL ME WHAT TO DO NEXT, WHERE CAN A COMMON MAN LIKE US GO TO. FOR MARUTI 4 LAKHS IS NOTHING BUT FOR A MIDDLE CLASS FAMILY LIKE US IT MEANS A LOT, A DREAM.

                    I request pleaseeeeee to the maruti dealers and the consumer forum to please replace this car with a proper one else everytime i will be in a doubt whether i will be able to reach my place safely or not.

                    Maruti Suzuki — missing part in service

                    Dear Sir.

                    This is Daljeet Singh R/o Sirsa ( Haryana ) purchased a new Maruti swift VDI bearing No. HR-24-M-2244 . After covering the distance of 5200 K.M i sent it to Shakti Motors ( The Maruti Agency in Sirsa ) for 2nd Service in May, 2010. But there was organzed a free service camp in sirsa and when i went there for the service of my car then i came to know that the Air filter was missing from the car. During this tenure my car has covered the distance of 4050 K.M ( Total- 9250 K.M ). When contacted to the ageny service manager, firstly he refused to put the air filter in car but after so many arguments they bacame agree to give the air filter but then they denied to provide any warrenty . that time i had to wait for five hours there for the same issue.

                    Now you are requested to suggest that if there is any damage to my car in future then who will be the resposible for the same ?

I wants to be my Head Phone Kindly take some neccessary action.
                    i took a new swiftdesire white colour car from maruti suzuki, pavan motors nalgonda. nalgonda pavan motors there is no stock but still they brought a vehicle from bhimavaram. but we not satisfied bcoz i reported that is front and back mirrors are to bad bcoz on that mirrors total white dots are presented.in new vehicle and i was being asked to wait till further notice from marutisuzuki.until now, i have not recovered any prior notification from maruti and they are not showing any kind of interest in the matter.i have strictly asked for a vehicle replacement in my case.i am lodging a complaint aganist maruti suzuki since they are delaying the matter are not willing to pursue it further and provide me an optimum satisfaction for the same.i look forward to take the help of consumer forum to look into this matter ...

                      Myself - A Satish Kumar and my friend have taken the delivery of new cars(Alto) on Dec 28th'2007.It is been close to 2 months, till there has been no response from the dealer end for completing the registration of the vehicle. Varun Motors acted very smartly in taking the registration amount before hand itself, but till now there has been no proper response from them in regard to the registration process of the new vehicles.

                      1 week back I had to pay a fine of Rs.100 towards driving the vehicle without any registration.

                      Just these people are worried more abt getting sales leads and how to convert them into money for Varun but they are not at all bothered about offering Good customer service.

                      Maruti's services as such are very pathetic, apart from that Dealers like Varun Motors are bringing down the Name of 'Maruti' by offering such poor response and service.

                      Maruti /Alto/Varun Motors /Hyderabad — Faulty car delivered

                      I purchased Maruti-Alto car yesterday from Varun motors, Hyder nagar, Hyderabad. today i got call from delaer that i need to change my fuel tube. on asking they said that they receiive mail from maruti to change fuel pipe. When i asked them to send me a fax copy then i was surprised to see that there was notification from maruti to not to seold any vechile and despite of this they sold to me.

                      There was a notificartion from maruti to all sales delaer for not to sale vehile as there are qualit"y issues in alto car.

                      I want new car instead of faulty vehile . kindly help me out

                      Sub: Requirement of front and back bumpers for WagonR

                      Today a 1000 am i tried to contact the your company and I asked for the rate and availability of the above part.(front and back bumpers for WagonR)

                      I was connected to the insurance department. She was telling me how I came there and when I asked her to connect back to reception she said she cant do it and asked me to ring back again.

                      I called again and I asked for the sales department. when I repeated the request I was told I should contact the spares department and I was asked to ring again.

                      I did that and went to spares department and I contacted mr.Prem kumar and when I put my request for the rate of front and back bumpers for WagonR. I am told I whould contact the service department for the rate.

                      I asked him how he can ask me to go to the service department for the cost of a spare, he says that is the procedure and he will not know the rate.

                      I have had many a complaint earlier when I came for service and this time it was the limit of my tolerance..

                      I am sure you read this and if you take corrective action it is o.k. otherwise I will think Varun Motors is yet another company I am dealing with.

                        I am a happy customer of Maruti (I won Swift Vxi - 2006 model/14990 Km) and appeciates the great value of the company to satisfy its customers.

                        I gave my car for service on 05/Feb/08 to ABT Maruti Guindy. Surprisingly, the vehicle has been serviced with the following ill results:
                        - No pickup [87 BHP car runs like a maruti 800 :(]
                        - The entire car vibrates with jerks when i try to accelerate (in any gear)
                        - Engine sound like a 1960 old truck engine when the vehicle is in on & static condition.

                        I gave a VERY good condition car for service (4th paid service) on 5th Feb and amazingly I have been returned a damaged car that I would like to disown.

                        I have already submitted a complaint and I understand that the dealer cum service station will try to fix the issue. In case there is no response from the dealer you can expect mails running to many higher officials.

                        My intent of this letter is to convey my "true value" feedback to Maruti so that they can try stopping the brand damage caused due to service personals in the supply chain.

                        - No pickup, (pick was good before service)
                        - Horn is not blowing (Both speaker was in good condition before service)
                        - Sony Stearo is not working (Working fine before service)
                        - Clatch is not working fine.

                        I gave my car in very good condition for service amazingly I have been returned a damaged car that I would like to disown.

                        I am a owner of Maruti Suzuki SX4 ZXI model purchased the car on Jan 2008 but from day one I am facing the front suspension & Strg noise in the car. The car is given for service atleast 15 times but the complain remains as it was.
                        dear sir,

                        i m using sx4 zxi jan 2008 model,
                        since one or new problem is coming
                        my 1st tyre got changed in the first month,
                        there after i have to visit the workshop for at least 8-10 times for a noise of belt
                        then in mid july i faced the problem of the other tyre nd i have to pay arond 2300bugs
                        after that the other three tyres now its the time to pay 10000 rs.

                        this is not the last compain yeterday my car got overheated nd i visited to bagga link nd those person were like u take this car to meerut as the last service was done from RAJ SNEH as from where u had ur previous service thse person will only help u.

                        i will strongly recommend everyone not to BUY MARUTI SUZUKI SX4 at any cost.

                          Dear sir I have been a loyal customer of Maruti from last many years but now i m very disappointed with the services rendered by your service center Recently on 25 march 2015 I purchased a new wegon R VXI model from Dev moters Aligarh UP and unfortunately after some days my car got damaged by hailstones in Vrindawan in which the front glass and Bonut got damaged Next day I call Dev moters and explain my problem they send maruti representative to my resident and after verification he take the car to work shop on 8 april 2015 and promise to deliver on 17 april 2015 in perfect condition but they dont fulfill their commitment upto 21 april 2015 and daily make a new excuse and demand some more days for delivery But today I m got shocked by seeking the condition of my car It is parked on the roof of the workshop without any care in the very bad condition and it seems to be untouched as it is on 8 april 2015 as i know that it is the company norm to service the car in 24 hour but it takes more than 13 days for the very easy process of replacement of the damaged parts of the car It is very disappointing that your service centers are not fulfill the company norms and make the customers disappointed It is my kind request to take some action against my complain I m waiting for your response and hope the best form your side towards my complain Thank you Regards Navneet
                          This is regarding service issue. As your best service station is 75 Km away from my town Datia and before handing over car to Prem motors Gwalior I told them that the car combination switch is burning whenever I am using dipper but they told it will be ractified and admit car @10am. But in evening 17:00 I received call that car service done but combination switch is not available so come after 15 days and pay all service charges and paid service cost of rs 3619/-.
                          Two months back only service was done but your dealer Prem Motors Gwalior again did nothing and taken 3619 without any cause and my main problem remains with my car.I again took risk and drove car in night for 75km without dipper and indicator.
                          I am feeling this is the major service lapse from Maruti side as non availability of part communication could have been done earlier.
                          Need a satisfactory revert from your side.

                            "Meine apni Mehnat ki kamai Maruti mein Gawai, Maruti Ghar aai aur sath mein 100 DARD/PARESHANI LAYI....!!!!!!

                            I own a ALTO VXi 1.1L make Mar'04(Single Owner) till now it has run 58000 Kms only. My car is having Problem of Engine oil mixing with Coolent. I took my car for this problem to Rana Motors, Okhla. They told me that it is a Engine Head probelm and It can't be corrected I'll have to get the Engine Head replaced which cost around 22 k(Approx.). And they have also admitted that it is a manufacturing defect. If it is a manufacturing defect than Compnay should replace it FOC. Why I have to pay for something which I have taken proper care of. Last month I have put up my Querie on Maruti Website and next vary day I recieved a call from Rana Motors saying that you give all the prevoius invoice(record) of your vehicle repair then we will see what we can do(Whether the Vehicle has been repaired for Head earlier or not). Which means I have to take few days leave from my job and then ask Dealers for old Invoices. That's not possible for me...maruti must do this excesice itself...its not my Job.

                            My name is Rejith Kumar .I own a Swift Diesel on last April from Hercules Allappuzha Branch. I have raised some complaints against my vehicle but till now got any response from your side. First complaint was a water leak from somewhere in front and it goes to fill water inside vehicle…I felt so irritated because of this. that was for around 5 months and that time was raining season also so that I removed all cloths inside vehicle including platform Cloth from front part ,later they found that there was a hole in front glass beading, now its rectified. Please do some Quality check before dispatching otherwise customer will have to suffer all these issues.
                            Second major complaint is Wheel alignment.3,4 times I have done alignment and I changed 2 tyres because of depreciation its in front left side .now also vehicle having a left side pulling I don’t know what to do . Please do some other solution if its because of any major issue. My right hand also paining while driving. It would be thankful if you could do some thing .

My father has been registered complaint of land line connection which has not been working since last 15 days, BSNL office ,Naraingarh logged the complaint , but no action has taken from their side , We are suffering alot due to poor response of BSNL office .                                 This is regarding the purches of a new Maruty Swift car (VXI-
                                sunlight cooper). I have booked the car on 07th July 2007 with an
                                advance money of 10,000/- in a maruti dealer Auto Hitech. After five
                                month they were telling that you have to give more money for advance for
                                booking unless we cannot give you car.( Priyanka- Sales manager eastern)
                                I have given them a 50,000/- more advance in the month on Nov 07. Now
                                the dealer ( Auto Hitech- Mr. Budhaded Chatterjee) representative
                                telling we cannot give you the car -as the car is not available -take
                                other car. Now they are doing bad conduct with my family and not even
                                willing to respond. I do inform you that if your company not taking any
                                action immediately I will go to the court and flash in news paper.

                                I HAVE MARUTHI 800 WITH AC 3 YRS OLD.I AM A SINGLE USER IN BANGALORE. I MY DEALAR IS RNS MOTORS, HOSUR ROAD.BANGALORE. IAM GIVING THIS VEHICLE FOR SERVICE IN THE SAME SHOW ROOM REGULARY WITHOUT MISSING BEFORE THE RECAMENDED DATE.I LEFT MY VEHICLE FOR SERVICE ON 21/12/2008. THEY SERVICED OND CHARGED Rs.2904/-BUT IT WAS GIVING SOUND DURING MOTION. SO I CALLED TO SERVICE STATION.THEY TOLD ME TO BRING THE VEHICLE SO I WENT WITH MY VEHICLE ON 6/1/2008 AFTER MY BUSY WORKS.THEY FAILED TO TRACE THE PROBLEM. SO I CAME BACK .AGAIN I WENT ON7/1/08 WITH SAME PROBLEM.THEY THEY TRACED THE SOUNING REGION. THEY PUSHED AND PULLED WITH LONG IRON RODS,CRACKS CAME NEAR THE SETING AND FITTINGS OF THE ENGINE THEY SHOED THE CRACKS TOLD ME THAT IT MAY COST ABOUT 2 TO 8 THOUSAND. BUT IT WAS NOT POSSIBLE TO CLAIM FROM INSURANCE COMPANY. I REQUESTED THESE PEOPLES TO SHOW MY PROBLEM TO THE MARUTI UDOG PEOPLES TO FIND EXACT REGION FOR THIS PROBLEM .                                 Maruti suzuki Complaints - Not delivery of car
                                Hi

                                I had booked the Wagano R LXI petrol variant vechile on 22/12/2008 in Pratham motors, Bellandur, Marathahalli, Bangalore. and applied for Finance in Axis Bank, at the time of booking i.e on 22/12/2008,
                                I had paid a advance/booking ammount of 10000 Rs, My executive was Geetha who confirmed me the car avialablity by checking the stock list.
                                Next day Bank person came to office and collected the respective documents and he submitted to the bank. this process on.
                                After 2 days i.e on 24/12/2008 again I went to show room to pay the 10000 Rs more as booking ammount, then also they did not inform me about unavialabilty.
                                On 30/12/2008 from Axis Bank Loan ammount got approved for 286000 rs and I need to pay rest of ammount as Downpayment. On the same day 4pm Geetha executive called to my mobile and saying that due to stock not avialable with maruthi, we can not deliver the car. and next movement i called up customer care of maruthi and repeated the same story they took a complaint and gave me a reference number. [protected]. and told they will get back to me.
                                When I went to show room to discuss issuses, they are offering me another model instead of the booked one. which of higher cost. and to joke when i asked the same model before booking they told its not good to buy was the advice, now the same vechile his Team Leader Praveen is saying its good and you go ahead with it. to confusion i wrote a letter requesting to give me Waganor Duo, when i asked why this happening he was like you can write a letter to any one or e-mail to any one.

                                They could have informed next day or 3 days after booking, I could have gone to other Delars, or Other company vechile. I have lost the offer during this period. They are laughing and saying go and talk to maruti company. Inspite they are representing the company this is really bad image they are building.

                                During this period they are hurting customer Emotions, Dreams, Hardwork of research for buying the car. and Infront of friends and relatives we had to bend down my head.

                                Next day Finally with way of attitude the treated the customer canceled my booking of car. and asked to refund the money.

                                I am an army officer serving in kochin.I had booked a car wagon R vxi on 30/12/08 through canteen from the kapico motors(dealer in chennai). At the time of booking I was told that car will be made available within one week. After that I paid the total cost of car on 31/12/08. It's almost 2 months but I havenot received the car. When I call the dealer concerned(Mr hussain Basha), I get the same reply that the car will be made available in few days. Maruti is a reputed company and lots of people have faith in your cars. Please donot let your reputation die.

                                  I Vikas Jaitly had purchase a Maruti-Suzuki Swift (Zxi) on 7th Jan 2008 from your Authorised dealer M/s APRA Auto India Pvt Ltd, JMD Regent Plaza,M-G Road, Gurgaon.(APRA)

                                  M/s APRA has cheated me and sold me a 2007-Old model by falsely promising that it is a 2008 Model.

                                  I had requested for the latest Swift ZXI 2008 model, with the latest features which would be likely to be incorporated in the 2008 model.The dealing sales person at APRA Auto India Pvt Ltd is Gulshan Kumar who was dealing with us from inquiry dealing till the time of delivery of Vehicle. Mr Gulshan along with other sales persons and employee of APRA has had promised us to give us the latest 2008 Model and on their assurance, we had booked the said car on 06th Jan 2008. The car was delivered to us on 7th Jan 2008 evening I had paid Rs 531111/- the car.

                                  Time and again till the time of delivery of vehicle I has numerous time contacted APRA and enquired about the make & model and they had confirmed each time that it was latest 2008 model. But after the purchase I came to know that Latest Swift ZXI – 2008 model is coming with inbuilt stereo (MP3 player) & some other modifications too. I was shocked to understand that APRA has cheated me and supplied me a 2007 model.

                                  Just due to the difference in year of model the car is depreciated much and I was not given the new features moreover my faith on Maruti and its associates had shaken. I had informed M/s APRA and asked for an explanation but till date they had not responded.

                                  I am thinking to take the matter with Maruti Udhyog and also file a case with consumer court and case under section 420.

                                  Kindly Look in the matter and advice further action.

                                  Maruti Udhyog Ltd & Govt. has to take a strict action against the dealer. As the customer, he himself knows the value of money & time he spent to earn. It should be taken as a fraud case to Suzuki, they have to understand carefully before making anybody a dealer. As Suzuki Maruti Udhyog Ltd is not a street side store.
                                  Did they offer u a heavy discount on the new car?? Actually I was also planning to buy a new car in Jan'2008. I was told by the dealers that, if I purchase a 2007 model, which has been manufactured during the year-end. On a new model there was no discount.

                                  If its so, then I am really feeling f sorry for you, b'coz these salesmen, just for "laalach" of a few hundred rupees as incentive, leave the customer shocked and unsure of any other person they meet.

                                  But don't give up...take up the matter further...go to consumer court...worst to worst u'll have to retain the vehicle...but at least the satisfaction of fighting against fraud will be there...and i am sure something will definitely work-out. The consumer court has been very fair...at least such bogus salesmen and car-dealers(Cheaters) will have to run for their money!!!
                                  Why don't to escalate the matter with Maruti Suzuki Customer care person.They will take necessary action.One of my friends W-R was having suspension problem & he took it to Maruti's customer cell & they responded it vey quickly.
                                  yes i agree with this complaint because now maruti is only chase the money they cant think about coustmer dreams and coustomer setisfection. the maruti regional office are also missguide the coustomers they cant took the right answer because they want only money when the take the from coustomer they cant think aboutthe coustomer then coustmer is doesent maater for maruti and setisfection i have also same type of problem with my omni lpg which i purchased by jay cee motor amritsar but sfter problem no body solve our problem they addvice me go to court and file a case against us but we cant do they publish in the jd powers maruti is on a no one in customer setisfection but thst is total false jd is also a part of maruti amd a mother is cant listen against the son, same like tasht they cant publish the problems of maruti owners. as per me maruti is made the only cars not make relation with customers.,

The dealer after taking full payment in advance by false committment of giving immediate delivery made me wait for last 25 days are now when car has arrived he is asking further payment from me for hike in there prices

                                  Subject:- Dissatisfaction from the service and misguiding for making extra money.
                                  Sir,
                                  Respectfully, I am an owner of Maruti Zen having registration number DL 2CN 9286 and met with an accident near Shivaji Colony, Sector 14, Gurgaon. As I am having trust on Maruti Service station, I have two options in front of me APRA and VIPUL, but I heard about your good service so immediately I reached to APRA Service Satation near to that location. This accident was occurred on dated 30th October, 2008., and from the very same day my car is in that service station till date.
                                  On the very same day at 6:30 P.M. I meet with Mr. Smarth([protected]) in building no. 15A and handed over the car for the inspection of the damage but on the very same day I was misguided as I was make to sign on the INSURANCE INSPECTION CERTIFICATE without any inspection and they called this as a part of formality. My question is this that are you staff take signature first without having any inspection done. This was done on 01st November, 2008. As my car was not damaged from the front only the wheel rim was damaged, I was promised for the delivery of the car within 9 days from the date of accident.
                                  This is very humiliating that till date I have never received any call from your side for the car, each and every time I call I got the response that only the road test is pending till date this is the 20th day from the day of accident. After few days of accident I was informed that the side body is also damaged and when I ask for the change of the side body they says that it is okay to be repaired and when I contacted one of your staff (Mr. Salim/[protected]) about this he suggested only to change this as this part of the car is very important for the car.
                                  This is very disgusting that each and every time I have to call to check the status / progress on the car. I have never received any call from your side. I was never informed whenever the visitor visit for the car nor I have ever meet with the car inspection inspector. it is your responsibility to call your customer for the progress of the car and its my right to know all this about my car and to meet with the inspection people.
                                  One more thing that whenever I call each time I was told a new major problem with the car, Is your staff is so untrained that those peoples are not able to find the problem with the car (i.e. major problem not minor problem). Yesterday (19th November, 2008) I finally got a call from Mr. Anand ([protected]) and he told me that my car is giving missing on the start, even a fool can say that this statement is false as there are three facts First from the last 10 days my car is ready for the road test, Second as I told earlier my car was not having any damage from the front only it was from the left side wheel damage, and third while giving the car for repair it was checked by Mr. Smarth that this car was not giving any kind of missing at that time. Are you people so crazy that you make fake statements to make money.
                                  As I heard about APAR that you are the best in customer satisfaction, REALLY you guys make me to feel this. You people are making me to take action against you as my experience with you is not good. Please do something good to change my thinking for you as I am service class person and this is a huge amount for me you are charging for the fake damages and repairs. From this I am mentally disturbed from your side and activities.

                                  The condition now seems to be worst as after receiving call from your side to collect my car Maruti Zen On 20th November, 2008 having registration No. DL 2CN 9286, you again refused to give the car to me due to some new technical problem. Will you please let me know that without any confirmation you call the people to collect the car. This is very embarrassing to me to come from Delhi to Gurgaon to receive car and got refused. On the very first day from 30th October, 2008 you promised to give the car to me on 08th November, 2008, but till date you always failed to deliver the car to me.

                                  On 20th November, 2008 I was promised by you head Mr. Sunil Gupta for the delivery of the car within 15 minutes and at the end of the day I was refused to the delivery of the car. Reason a new technical problem. Let me tell you that my car only did 38000 Kms from the last 8 Years and before the accident I have never had any technical problem in the car and now the problem occurs in that part aswell where the car was never hited.

                                  Please do the needful in this matter. I will be highly thankful to you for the same.

Surveyor claims of visiting again and again for the same car and every time for the new problem.

                                  I have gone there for so many times for the card but they have not given me the card nor they are giving me any proper information.Maruti Udhyog Ltd & Govt. has to take a strict action against the dealer.

Now it is the responsibility of Maruti also to check that how their dealers are cheating their customers in the name of servicing and selling old models in the name of new model.

                                  Actually in last service at Apra service station sec-14, gurgaon I was told that my car's (wagonR) Shocker are damaged and need to change. They also confirmed me that it will cover in your extended warrenty. I agreed to them. But after running more 2000Km I found the problem still persits and get worsed. I doubt that they have not changed my car's shockers instead they might took the advantage from maruti on extended warrenty. Please look into the matter or suggest me the way I can proceed to check it. Initially Apra was on my priority but after such 2-3 incidents with me, I cannot recommend anybdy for this, even now Apra is busy only in money making by giving senseless advice on your car.

                                  This is a general Story with Maruti Dealers. You any where through out India, Maruti has expanded their operations but they are not able to manage them at all. You go for a simple car wash. It takes like 4 hrs. Crap...Isnt It?? They don't follow the rules created by them only.

                                  PASCO, one of the known Maruti Dealer in Gurgaon. The provide the pathetic service. I bought my car from Local Delaer in Punjab and now as i was posted here, i been visiting this dealer once in 2 months and gettin my car checked-up on a regular basis, but rather than going up it's started deteriorated and even after giving so many feedbacks(Specifically asked for them) on various levels of administration, they have done nothing.

                                  BENZ Autos in chandigarh is a great dealer. Any one from CHD plz visit them once. I am not a promoter of them but appreciate their sercives in a very nominal rates.

                                  I got my Maruti Alto serviced at APRA Gurgaon recently and this has been the pathectic service of my vehicle till date. Any road-side dealer would do a better wash and repairing than APRA auto. Not only this, they removed the black CAP in the middle of tyres. Whatever I mentioned to be reapired was not done and charges were too much. Experinces with VIPUL motor faridabad has been much better than this. I will never ever give my car for service to APRA auto again.

                                  Apra Auto Ltd — Fraudulent intentions

                                  I had given my Maruti Baleno MH 12CK 760 to Apra auto Ltd for servicing and a complaint of my car AC not working. By the end of the day i was told that the car AC evaporator has a leakage inside and it cannot be repaired and that it can only be replaced and would cost around Rs 32000, as Baleno parts are no more made in India. Thankfully i did not go by their word and post servicing (which cost me aprox Rs7000) i showed it a local Car AC repair shop. He checked on the leakage and told there was none, and refilled the AC gas and it started working. It cost me Rs 900.
                                  Apra auto is an authorised service station and I wonder how an authorized service station this big would intend to do this kind of fraud.
                                  I feel Maruti does not listen to its customers, since my case in never responded by their officials till date despite being taken up with them for last one & half years.

                                    We have purchased new Swift Diesel VDI Car Regn. No. WB20H4048 from Dewar's Garage, 4, Council House Street, Kolkata on 26.10.2007 being Cust Id No. C[protected] & Key No. 6103.
                                    From the begining there is a problem in the car that the car is pulling towards the left side while driving. After that we are in continuos touch with the above mentioned dealer, Maruti Regional Office Manager, Kolkata & even in Gurgaon but till yet our car is same as before.
                                    From 01.12.2007 the above mentioned car was lying idle in Dewar's Garage, Code 0605 for the service of the same but as
                                    the car was not made completed by them & as per the technical person of their garage the car is ok, yesterday we tooked our car back from them in that connection after nothing was done.
                                    Now also they are saying that the car is ok.
                                    So we want that the co. should be charged for the loss of time, money & other problem which we have suffered & also to make the car otherwise change the same.

                                    Ritz vxi was purchased in 2011 as we required a hatchback for local runs in Mumbai

                                    This is not our first vehicle.
                                    Currently we have
                                    Audi A4 ( 2012 model -7000 kms done),
                                    Toyota corolla (2007 model -55000 kms run)
                                    Ritz VXi ( 2011 model, 12000 kms run)
                                    Hyundai i10 Kappa2 (2011 model, 50000 kms )

                                    Previous vehicles:
                                    1993 - Premier Padmini
                                    1997 - Premier Padmini ( sold 2002, 60000 kms )
                                    2002 - Hyundai Accent ( sold 2007, 60000 kms )
                                    2011 - Ritz vdi ( sold 2013, 45000 kms)

                                    We had problem with Ritz vxi from first month of ownership
                                    1. Burning smell coming while running . This was present from the first day, service centre people never able to find out, it went when I replaced clutch at my own expense at 10000 kms, I have never changed clutch in any of my previous cars . service centre people telling that I don't know to drive . Maruti always right in commenting when I never faced this issue in any of the other cars and still going strong

                                    2. gear slotting was a problem ( now its working properly)

                                    3. Wiper motor had to be replaced as it got rusted ( within 3 yrs of ownership, never i have changed this in any of my cars)

                                    4. Clutch and all the components had to be replaced at 10000 kms ( Ten Thousand Kms )

                                    5. Rear speaker some sort of nice coming
                                    6. Body panels have already started rusting, all the 4 window pane steel panel have rusted
                                    7. Rattling issues
                                    8. Fuel gauge never shows full . even if I fill it to top also, it will show 1 or 2 blocks less, Pathetic quality control from Maruti

                                    Can anyone imagine this ?
                                    All cars are parking at same place inside my building and none of my vehicle has got rusted anywhere expect Ritz.
                                    Even after have driving experience on so many cars, none of the vehicle clutch plates had to be changed anytime till I sell the car

                                    Maruti service centre people will tell that driving is not proper so clutch is gone bad, this is inspite Ritz is driven mostly single person and you can see how less its being driven around ( 10000 kms / 3 yrs = 3333 kms per yrs)

                                    Most of the companies have gear box oil change interval of 1 lakh kms, but maruti had 20000 kms, This should make customers realize the poor quality of oil used by them.

                                    Many have body antirust warranty for 6+ years, i don't even think Maruti will offer this . They can't as they know about their quality of parts

                                    Maruti sells vehicles with very poor parts and puts blame on customer for their failure, Need to see how long does this company run like this . I will never recommend Maruti products to any of my friends nor family members and even in my company will let my colleagues know about the pathetic quality . Guys never buy Maruti, their diesel car sells just due to FIAT engine, else they would have lost the market by now

                                    The next Kingfisher in the making

                                    I will submit n number of pics if any one wants to see the rusting issue, never buy ( vehicle age is 3 yrs only and all my vehicles are parked in same compound and its garaged most of the days )

                                        My card no ([protected]) was stolen during my outside travel on 11th Sep'07 at 2:30am & i have blocked the credit card facility for the above mentioned card through telephonically request at 5:30pm on the same day.
                                        The reason for delay in informing bank about the theft was since I was unconscious & hospitalized since 2:30am to 5:00pm on that day.
                                        Please note that between this duration there has been a withdrawal of Rs. 3,000/- from the above mentioned credit card number.
                                        As the withdrawal has taken place after the theft of card, it is requested to do the needful in your records to remove the ownership of this payment against my name.

                                        Actually I have got a Wagon-R Lxi and this car is continuously giving me some problems for past one and a half years, I have been regularly visiting your workshops here in Noida (Vipul and Motorcaft) for the same, The issue is my car is being pulled towards left and people from Vipul and Motorcraft have tried n number of time to fix it but they are not able to do that. I have taken my car to Vipul and Motorcraft for at least 12 time in past 18 months to get it fixed, People at Vipul are just not willing to talk to me even , They are so very rude that as a customer I would never prefer to visit that place , I got my car’s wheel alignment done at Vipul and they said it is now fine but half an hour later when I got it checked at Motorcraft it was really in bad shape.Altough I registered a complaint with Maruti regarding this and Mr.Shobhit was looking into the matter , He tried his best but I am just not satisfied with the performance of my car , My car is coming out of warranty in Feb 2008 , And really do not want any issues after that also .Whenever the alignment is done at Motorcraft the car goes fine for 100 KM , But after 100 Km it again starts giving me same problem , I don’t ride on bumpy roads as I ride in Noida and Delhi only so the roads are also good.
                                        As a customer I am really unhappy with my cars performance and Maruti’s after sales service. This will lead me to buy another Non-Maruti car in future .The relationship between me and Maruti has been sour.
                                        I have no idea weather you are the correct person to talk for all this, but if you can’t do anything about this plz do me a favor, Plz cascade it to the higher management.

                                        My Vehicle no-GJ11E/4961, Maruti 800 has been send for repair to SHIVA Motors, Panikoili, Jajpur, orissa for repair around 4 months back. Before taking to service station its A/C system was working perfectly which was also verified by the owner of the Authorised service station Mr. Panda, Mobile No: [protected].
                                        But to my surprise my vehicle was delevered after inadquate repair & services, it was seen my AC of the vehicle was not working and i complained about the fact to them. After complaining my vehicle was taken back to the service station and doing some thing but failed to repair perfectly. This is beeing done repeatatively 5 to 6 times and every time they are charging gass filling and other incidental charges to me. But till date the AC is not working .

                                        So plz take necessary action & solve my problem

                                        This item was charged 85.41/ +12.5% service tax. Shoroom GM Mr.Dixit shows himself helpless.
                                        Also billing time was more than 1 hrs and quality of service found very poor.
                                        Althoug This type of bitter exp.I had first time With Maruti.

                                        I am working as Finance Head in a swiss MNC, i am owner of Wegnor which i purchased on 19.10.2006. there is defect in car sold to me, air likage from right hand front side glass/ beading. when the car exceeding speed of 35-40 KMs, a noise for air likage which can be listen in trafic also and level of noise increase as speed increases and when i a driving on hiways at speed of 80-90, it becomes non-tolerable.
                                        I complained so many times to Vipul Motors, Faridabad, almost at every service but till now they did'nt resolve it. always they say that it got rectified but again when during drive the noise persists they assures to rectify it in next service. now it's 2 years completed and i have to option to bring that point to highlight the same to top authorities of maruti who talks so much about product quality, service support and customer care and satisfection.

                                        I had submit the form of a Auto Card. I am stil awaiting, but I can't get any Auto Card till date.
                                        Please provide the Auto Card as soon as posible.

                                        I'm so disappointed from maruti suzuki india ltd. bacause my car is not serviced yet.
                                        Kiran Motors (Ahmedabad, Gujarat) has taken my car and told me that you'll get it within 2 or 3 days. But this is the 6th day and i'm very disappointed for that.

                                        It's a very bad service.
                                        Every companies gaves guarantees till we purchase it. After that they proves themselves very bad.
