Complaint regarding customer service

Myself, Munish Bhasin. I am the owner of WagonR – Lxi. The car is in the name of my father – in – law, Shri Rajvinder Singh, Dhindsa. The registration Number of the Car is HR-01V-4134. My car has run 10200 Kms. The purchase date is 12/3/2007.
I wanted to upgrade my car by selling the present one and purchase a Swift Desire (Petrol) or SX-4 for which I talked to Mr. Shekhar at Modern Motors (a good friend of mine).br...

I have WAGON R DUO purchased on September 30, 2006 from Modern Automobiles, CHD. I'm facing leakage of LPG from the engine side till from the date of purchased. I complaint about that than it resolved. Now the same problem is facing again. I have a extended warranty of 1 year i.e.3 years or 60000 kms from the date of purchaes. I vist to local dealer M/s.Swani Motors, jalandhar about the same problem they said that it is not covered under warranty you have to pay for that. Their is some part of arround 2500/-. Please do the needful to resolve my problem. According to your EMMISSION WARRANTY POLICY the emission warranty is for 80000 kms or 3 years from the date of delivery. the parts covered under the warranty is Gas-air mixer, Eletronic control unit-LPG(ECU), Fuel Control valve, Low pressure regulator (Veporiser), LPG Solended Valve and Emulator.
Please solve my problem as i'm too much harrased due to my this problem. Y

You are requested to take action against the dealership and the company for harrasing the consumer.

The vodafone services are really poor. In 4 out of 7 calls, either you can't hear anything or you are inaudible, but never do they fail to deduct the call charges. Inspite of repeated complaints the packet loss issue hasn't been addressed.
i read the above mentioned case . so i changed my decission, finaly take a decission to purchase a car except maruti, a lot of thanks to mr surinder.
I read the above mentioned case, at present i am also facing the same problem with the wagon R DUO car. the dealer demand Rs 3000/- appoximatly for the ractify the problem.They are saying the part ( Gsa Vapourizer ) is faulty& it is not covered in the Warranty. But in the Supplementary Manual of maruti the LOW PRESSURE REGULATOR ( VAPOURISER ) part covered under Emission Warranty. At present my meter reading is 26000 km, purchase period 28 month only With 2 year extended warranty.

so i requsted to uou pls let us know what is the wrong & what is Right.

Hum log kaise janne ki khon sa part covered in warranty.

    On 22nd Sep-08 I had given my Car to Vipul Motors, Near YMCA, Faridabad for body shop to get my back door dented & painted as there was dent due to thrashed the car by a tractor vehicle while parking, Vipul Motors completed the work, however the colour was not matching with original paint as there was a mismatch in colour and shining and the said door was not fitted properly from right side & also inside paint is rough polished.

    I’m (Vivek Tandon R/o 13/99, Parmat, Kanpur) your existing client, purchased an ALTO from your authorized dealer My Car, Jarib Chowki Kanpur in Oct’2007.

    This is to divert your little attention towards my Past & Current complains.

    In the last month when I was in your workshop for my regular servicing, After checking Engg surprised & informed me that there is no engine oil in the car…please left the vehicle for complete checkup to find out the reason. After few days he informed me that there was some MANUFACTURING DEFECT in engine because of that the problem faced. He told me that you have an extended warranty so we will forward the details to higher authority to get the approval for the same. After resolve all the problems I have collect my vehicle with cash payment of bill.

    Sir, unfortunately both the problems arises due to company fault……but faced by me. As I told previously I’m a private employee & bought this vehicle with my hard earned money so please guide IF I AS A COMPANY RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS AND U WERE THE CUSTOMER, THEN WHAT ACTION/STEP TO TAKE AGAINST THE COMPANY?

    I am satisfied with the Engineers of the local service provider i.e. My Car but totally dissatisfied with company i.e. MARUTI.

    Issue with My Car:

    MARUTI offered the Auto Card for their customer to pay the amount towards service or expenses occurred by customer through the card but MARUTI withdrawn their arrangement with Citibank w.e.f. 31/08/09.

    Is the administration staff of My Car aware of this? No, when I had a talk regarding the same & for my Points that I have earned…… the response from their side was not satisfactory……Ref Letter Attached

    One of the most interesting things was they also unaware about MARUTI tie-up with SBI. ……Ref Letter Attached

    Aside: There is notice pasted at the counter “Credit Card/Debit Card Machine is not working” on the other hand a board placed at customer lobby area…..showing the features/benefits provided by the Vendor/MARUTI……….having a statement some thing like “Pay your bills through Credit Card”. The same has been pointed out by me to the counter persons but they simply smile & left me with my statement.

    It is not feasible to have the cash every time…..neither you accept cheque nor to provide the credit card facility……..U R the service provider with your conditions….we (customer) don’t have any choice……….I suppose thinking is based on this track.

      Sir,
      I am Sanjeev Bhatnagar, bought a Maruti Wagon R car from your dealer Ajmer Auto Agency Pvt. Ltd. at Ajmer (Rajasthan, India). On 19.05.2008’s night I received VAT invoice and other documents from your dealer, after consult the VAT invoice and other documents I found several doubts which I reported to your above mentioned dealer on very next day i.e. 20.05.2008. (Copy attaches). But still today I have not received any reply from your dealer. Most probably on 23.05.2008 at near about 14:15 a call from your Jaipur located regional office[protected] was came on my mobile ([protected]), it was called by your executive Mr. Hari Singh ji Nathawat. He asked only about exchange scheme discount on my buy but I did clear to him that I never ever have any car before this new car then he told me to send delivery challan copy (copy attached) through mail to him on his email address harisingh.[protected]@maruti.co.in. No information received about action took by regional office.
      Beyond all above facts I found that the cost of the car was differ in various documents i.e. in VAT invoice it is Rs. 337037.50, in delivery challan it is Rs. 350263.00 and in registration document it is Rs. 349000.00. How it is possible?
      For the above mentioned details I request you if you feel that some malpractices are in the case, please investigate this case by a team of experts.
      It is my humble requests if dealer should have charged only cost of car as per car cost in VAT invoice then please return the difference amount of cost of car shows in delivery challan (which I paid) and VAT invoice (Attached) and also provide other promotional schemes which were committed by dealer under promotional schemes.

      Dear Sir,
      I am interested in procuring a car Wagan R LXi Duo on reasonable price at Lucknow. I approached all the dealers of said car at Lucknow, but did found every where that some are calling with extended cost than referred in their browser and there after alluring to customers to deduct different rates of discount reveling it to be corporate discount fixed by company. . In said anomaly I and many other consumers are not being satisfied that vehicle they are going to purchase, whether it is best price are they are being cheated with your dealers.on convincing it to be right cost. I myself still could not affirmed to purchase said vehicle as I am unable to understand that whether all dealers as they are marketing in correct way or not. Secondly if free services would be provided by them latter or we will be charged for. Inasmuch warranty covered by company, would be provided by them in Letter and Sprite. Some dealers after finalizing the cost, they at the time of payment again tried to raise fix the cost what I have seen.
      I am in confusion that what is real cost of said car at Lucknow and how much corporate or dealer discount requires to be deducted.
      I repeatedly request that be our pathfinder for a short and convince me that what I should do to get fair transaction at earliest as I have no energy to calculate dealers data and to participate in their skilled bargaining.

      I had also suffered such pain as Mr B.B.Singh has encapiculated. Ultimately I changed my decision and picked to purchase Santro Zing LPG.a product of Hyundai.This is good car in its segment.
      It was only due to your bargainer dealers of Lucknow.

        Dear sir

        This is following my last mail to you regarding the service of my car at Sai Service Station, Kochi, Kerala. I had detailed you about how my car that was given for 2nd free service with a minor complaint about steering wheel vibration. The date of delivery confirmed by them was 11th and after two weeks the car is still with them. After my first mail to you those people called me and confirm to deliver it last week but then postponed it to another two days which was suppose to be Monday 22/9/08. Though things did not shaped up as confirmed but now they call up and say that I have to shell out Rs.1500 to service to enable them deliver the car.

        I don't understand why this Rs.1500 for free service, secondly now I am least interested to go to your dealer and get the car, unless they home deliver it. Maruti has a good track record of customer service, but now I have my own doubts. I know it will be very difficult to break that jinx about Maruti's goodwill, but let me see if my case and reviews that I am likely to post on those website will make any difference.

        At the first place, I would like you to know that nobody gave this car as charity to me; I have paid the price to acquire the same, and will not allow anybody to take me for a ride. You have rubbed me on the wrong side, and now it just out of my impulses. There are competitors out there waiting for a story to capitalize, and you gave me the chance. Last but not the least I am taking this issue further very seriously, can't wait any longer. I just wanted to confirm if I can get for what I pay.

        Once again I am not going to take the delivery of the car anymore since I am busy with my work, all the previous commitment has been blown up the air, and I do not want to make a fool of myself.

        I am totally agree with Mr. John. Sai Service Station is worst in keeping commitments and giving service. One of friend gave me this stupid suggestion to buy a CAR from Sai Service. Listening to him was the biggest mistake i ever made in my life. Sai Service has absolutely usless customer service. Sales are just interested in selling the cars and not bothered whether customer is satisfied or NOT.
        When i reached to Sai Service office at Fugewadi, Pune to buy a CAR, i saw a board on which it was written that " If you did not get a Free ride, ask for the GIFT". When i checked with the sales executive, i was told that it was just written like that. Somebody had put it on the board and forgot to remove from the wall.
        I booked bought a car in 8th May 2009 and today is 10th Sep 2009. i have not received my Smart Card till date. i have Called a Sales Executive many times but he does not have time to check with his office.
        Sai Service is least bothered about our money, they are interested only in their incom. so next time When you want to buy a Car, i suggest you to buy from some other dealer and not from Sai Service.

          Dear Sir
          I have booked a swift vdi abs on 16/june/08.The dealer promised me to give the vehicle before 3 months.But now they are saying that they are not getting any ABS swift Vdi and so our delivery date is going so far.I am now in a situation to cancel the order and to go for an another vehicle.I can't tolerate this more.
          So I humbly request you to do the needfull as soon as possible

          swift VDI-ABS — Non delivery

          I have booked a swift VDI-ABS from sarathy auto cars, Kollam on 15/10/2008 by paying Rs50000 on promise to deliver the vehicle first week of january 2009 . I alredy made a complaint on 13/03/2009 but no action beeing taken by both company & Dealer kindly take necessary action .

          i have all redy book swift vdi with abs car befor 2 month,but till date the not deliverd same car from kiran motors at ahmedabad.so please co operate me

            1. Rear tyre of scooter got busted through air pressure was just 32. Due to this accident caused & i got seriously injured. Suzuki use MRF make tyre & do not attend complaint.
            2. Lot of battery problems & bike can not be start in one stroke. To replace battery Suzuki needs 10 tens & you have to start your bike by Foot KIK. This is the way how Suzuki care you.
            3. Dealers are very eroguent & does not attend you for complaints.

This included Rs.26250/- for road tax, registration and incidental expenses as also Rs. 10212/- for Insurance. The insurance of Rs. 10212/- calculated on 05.09.08 was reduced to Rs. 5052/- as I had not made any claim on my earlier vehicle. Accordingly, the total amount payable was Rs. 342830/-.               A copy of the Discussion Sheet is enclosed herewith for your immediate reference.

              At the time of booking of the said vehicle, I had requested your above dealer to handover the above vehicle on 19.08.08 being an auspicious day and till such time the vehicle would be at the custody of the above dealer, although the payment was made by me in full. Accordingly, your above dealer asked me to handover my old vehicle to them positively by 06.09.08 to make the deal complete as the old vehicle was sold for Rs. 58000/- as per the said Discussion Sheet.

              On 10th September’08, I was shocked and stunned to receive phone call from your above dealer that I had to pay a further sum of Rs. 4000/- approximately due to increase in the Road Tax by the Government of West Bengal, and only then the vehicle would be delivered to me.

              Your goodself would kindly find that vide last payment of Rs 5052/- was made on 29.08.08 and handing over my old vehicle on 06.09.08, the deal was complete in all respects, as I had made the and by making full and final payment and there was no question of any additional amount payable by me.

              I submit that I am a retired person with limited resources and it is not possible to exceed my expenses by any means, more so when I have made the payment in full.

              You are therefore requested to kindly advice your above authorized Dealer not to insist for any additional payment on account of increase in the Road Tax, since the full amount of the said Road Tax was already paid by me on 29.08.08 as required by them, much before the increase in the said Road Tax. It is mandatory on the part of the said Dealer to have registered the car in my favour once the payment was made in full.

              Justice from your end would highly be appreciated. We shall take delivery of the car on receipt of your favourable response.

              offer letter nor appointment letter. salary and other benefits not transparently made clear remittences are most irregular n whenever pay that is in cash, No salary slip is given.I m an IT tax payer.how can i submit my IT return.

              also let me know as per maruti rules for above post what is the ideal salary n other package u normally
              instruct them to offer as mandatory .

                My Wagon R duo Lxi has done 17k km and it is 9 months old. There was no problem since I bought the vehicle, suddenly on 17th it did not start, when i took it to the ABT work shop they said that due to fuel being old the pump got damaged, I was surprised, does petrol have expiry date. They advised me that if the fuel is old you need to empty the tank each time clean the tank and fill it again, what a ridiculus suggestion, I pointed them to the warranty book and the service book, and told that the fuel pump should be replaced by Maruti.

                They are yet to decide who should pay and I am without my car.

                Maruti is supposed to have the hightest customer satisfation
                %age I am optimistice but however was surprised by the logic
                My self Krishna My Wagon R duo Lxi is 1yr old. There was no problem since I bought the vehicle, suddenly it creat problem for not start, when i took it to the GALAXY AUTOMOBILE they said that due to fuel pump got damaged, I was surprised, does petrol have expiry date.
                They are yet to decide who should pay and I am without my car.
                Past 2week gone, but yet no reply/feedback has been received.
                on the daily basis i am talking at maruti customer care & even sent a mail, then also no feedback/reply.
                pls advise what to do.

                  There is a problem of caliper pins in my ALTO Lxi, and since bought i have to visit maruti dealers after every 2 months to get it fixed. Repeatedly I have been trying to get this part changed from maruti as it is under warranty but nobody is ready to change that part. This is resulting into wear and tear of other parts also. If maruti doesnt change the parts under waranty then it should change the policy stating that no part will be changed under warranty. If any body can tell me the procedure that in this case whom tio contact and how, it will be a great help !

                    My self kapil Bindal, Reginol Service Manger in Maruti Suzuki Inida ltd, I am corporate customer of Air tel from last 4 Years, On dated 15.09.08, At 8:00 PM i found my mobile signal went off, I though there is some problem in Mobile, due to this i cudn't use my cell on dtaed 16.09.08, But on dated 17.09.08 when i used another SIM in mobile, Mobile signal was coming ...When i inserted again AIR tel sim ([protected]) again Singnal was not coming ... My Air Tel no. is [protected] (Sim No[protected], My work is suffering alot due to this problem as SIM registeration failed is coming, Immediate action is required from yours side...                       I exchanged a 15 year old Maruti 800 for a 2005 model in January 2008. The dealer, Mr. Vikram Bandary promised to transfer the full tank of petrol to the new car. Not only did he deliver the car with an empty tank, I found he had removed the new seat covers saying he'd clean them and give them to me in a day. I have phoned him and visited him many times since then, but have just wasted my time.

                        My Car - Alto LXi - AP09BJ2154
                        On a rating scale of 0-5 (5 being the best) i would rate the service standard of Mithra Agencies (Hyderabad - RTC Crossroads)
                        first free service - 4.5 (Quite good)
                        second free service - 3 (Neutral)
                        third and final free service - 1 (Extremely poor)
                        thereby indicating that the standard of services deteriorates with each passing day

                        Complaint:
                        I got my 3rd and final service done on 13th Sept 08, sat (Supervisor - B Raju) and have the following grievances
                        1. There was an USB cable attachment to my car music system which has been detached and stolen
                        2. I requested the supervisor B Raju to mend a small dent on the plastic car bumper, which he did not undertake siting time constraint
                        3. B. Raju advised the car clutch to be changed (which would have an appx expenditure burden of Rs 4K)... this has come as a surprise as the car has been in use for only about 8+ months and run about 3500 Kms... On second opinion from outside, I have been told that there has been a normal erosion in the clutch plate and the same need not be replaced for atleast the next 6 months.
                        4. I have been charged Rs 760/- on various accounts despite this being a free service.
                        5. Have not been too satisfied with the quality of services as I could not make out any difference whatsoever before and after the service, nor have any report card been provided to me

                        The intent of this complaint is to create public awareness of the kind of after sales services Maruti actually provides to its customers...

                        Yes This is worst service centre of Maruthi in Hyderabad. The employees behave as if they are in Government Service. No body cares U. They(employees) are just enjoying being there and Supervisory cadre is at its worst. We faced, When we went for servicing one person spoke and left after half an hour on our asking other person made a trial run then he left and a thid person took the details without a trial. When delivering I had to contact whether the vechicle is ready or not. While delivering the concerned who has booked for service no available and a new peson for delivery was entrusted only after our enquiry that too after one hour. Even in delivery not all the works attended and the delivery person feigned ignorance of the job to be attended and we were forced to take the delivery sans even washing and cleaning etc., As such I request one and all not to purchase nor give service to M/s. Mithra Agencies having show room at Hyderabad Himayatnagar, RTC X Roads, etc.,
                        I noticed knocking in my car engine Alto LX.I got checked my car in service centre MOTOR WORLD in Jamshedpur from where I purchased it.They checked but couldn't rectify the problem.They changed the three spark plugs and charged me Rs.375 for it while my car is in warranty period.I want some sincere action in this matter from MARUTI SUZUKI LTD.I think there is no expert mechanic in this service centre.There should be one expert mechanic in every service station.Problem in my car is still as it is.
                        I rate MITHRA car service centre as 0.5 ...is there any grade to assign for the ideotic and stupid services...that i can rate to mithra service centre at RTC X ROADS.

                        i gave my car for 3rd free service at RTC X ROADS MITHRA service centre.-( supervisor name is MAHESH - IDIOTIC guy.) they returned me th ecar on second day. on that day test drive was not given for the services and there was no explanation for the things they did in that service. i observed that the service was not good and all my cluth and breaking system was not at all satisfactory it was some thing completely different from the before service condition.. i called the customer care and asked for the reason why they made like this to my car.. they have given some stupid and irrelevant information for that mistake. on friday 12.11.2010 i went and agian given for the rectification again same stupid guy too th ebatch card for my car and also due to there mistake i got dent at my bonet and asked them to rectify that also . they told that they are going to charge 3000 rs fo rtaht ...actually that was happened due to there problem only but still i agreed fo rthe rectification.But i did not get any call from them - whether service is completed or not no response from th estupid and idiotic service centre...when i was trying to call the supervisor for the status of my service his mobile was switched off. at last with great struggle i called and went to service centre on sunday 14.11.2010 still th econdition was not satisfactory and painting was too worst ...i dopnt know why they are doing like that.. i have no time to arugue with th e[censored]ing guys at that time and came back with very v ery dissatisfaction..
                        kindly any on ehelp people like us who have been faced theese problems.. even there is no person who can take action on all tjose stupid activities...


                        there is a person mahesh and his boss.. those are great [censored]ers... they only [censored] th ethings they don`t know any thing about the customer values...

                          I had procured Baleno VXI in 2006 from APRA AUTO Gurgaon.The vehicle servicing was done regularly by your Naraina N Delhi workshop.The vehicle ECM light came on on 01 Sep 2008 while coming from Delhi to Gurgaon.On 02 Sep when the vehicle was taken to APRA motors, I was informed that a censor is defective and needs to be replaced.The same was done and I paid for it.The vehicle was in workshop from 0900 hrs to 1800 hrs.On 02 Sep the vehicle has developed the same defect again, it is therfore safe to assume that either the part was not changed or the workshop is not equipped with desired SMTs/computers.I am taking my vehicle again to APRA auto in Gurgaon sector 14 workshop for repairs.I hope I will not be disappointed this time.

                            I totally agree with this. My Swift Vxi is 2 years old and has run 39, 000 Kms. The suspension has gone rock hard. It is a pain to drive on bumpy roads. I feel like I'm jumping in all directions while driving my car on Bangalore roads.
                            My inlaws have a Swift VXI, since they have bought it as their first car, they may not be able to feel its rock hard rear suspension. Even a minor pothole will give a huge back pain. I dont want to compare with Opel Corsa or any other.
                            mine car has got the same probs... rest all itz gud
                            the comp has to focus on its front and rear suspension
                            i felt pain on driving ma car on bumpy roads...
                            my swift vdi is 8 month old, its back seat journy is un comfortable.atleast good roads, only comforts in rubberised roads

                              I had booked the Maruti Suzuki Swift VDi car on 1st July 2008 at sai service Station Andheri(E), when I was told that it will be delivered in 3 to 4 weeks time. However I got the delivery after almost 8 weeks though full payment was done and my 1st EMI was almost due. The accessories at the Sai Service are excessively costly and substandard which are been sold under the disguise of genuine Maruti accessories.It was claimed by the salesman that the accessories available in open market are not genuine and they'll not be responsible if I get it from elsewhere. In fact they costs almost 35% to 40% less in the open market. There has been enormous delay in getting the car registered and additional cash was also demanded for clearing it at RTO.

                              Swift Vdi — Delay in delivery of swift vdi

                              I booked a Maruti Swift Model Vdi colour Silver Grey, from Herculas Automobiles, Trivandrum, Keral in 25/07/ 2007. IT be infromed from Executive that there be delay of one month for delevey of car . But still upto this date i didnt get car.
                              Please do needful.
                              In case, it is difficult for company to deliver the vehicle, shall I cancel my booking with Maruti dealer and instead opt for some other car like say Hyundi Prime or Cheverlet U VA? Will company care to allot the booked vehicle to me?

                                I got Maruti 800 on Sept. 11, 2007. Registration number of the car is UP32-CE 0689. At the time of selling the car KTL Showroom, located at HAL faizabad Road Lucknow promised me to provide 2 free service of tefflon coating under scheme, one at a time of getting the car from showroom and one at the time of third service. The first promise was fulfilled, but when I drew attention to the poor quality of Teflon Coating they told us that due to rush and festival season of Dusshehra and Diwali they will definetly improve the quality of Teflon during third free service. Meanwhile my car met with a minor accident, and I got repaired it from KTL workshop under insurance scheme located at Ismailganj, Lucknow. I got the delivery of the repaired car and drew my attention to the teflon coating after the repair work been carried time. Again I got an assurance from Mr. Bhardwaj the station incharge of workshop that the teflon coating will be done during the third free service.
                                On 24th August I received a reminder from the Chinhut Service Centre of KTL for the third service. When I reminded about the teflon coating. I was asked to contact at showroom and meet Mr. Janardan for getting the order for free teflon coating during third free service.
                                When I contacted Mr. Janardan he forwarded the matter to Mr. Sanjay Singh, who gave a negative reply that second free teflon coating will not be provided in any case as there is no written agreement between them and Us. Only those thing will be done which is written on paper. When I reminded about the promise. He said that it was all selling funda of the past and they have nothing to do with that sort at present time.
                                It was a shock to me, that the company representative was talking like that. I preferred, not to talk or argue with them and preferred to withdraw myself from further representation at the centre.
                                So is this the attitude they have shown towards the customer. Really a very horrible experience with these dealer who adopt all false selling tactics to grab the customer and sale

                                Maruti 800 std — Extreemly Poor Sevice

                                Dear Sir,
                                This complain is rgarding the extrimlly poor and pathetic service from one of you authorized service center known as a "Hindustan Auto Agencey " situted at bokaro steel city (Jharkhand).

                                This is regret to inform you that i have not seen that kind of poor service at any station, i went there on 17/10/07 (10:30 am)to repaire some noise problem from engine , than i have been asked to change the Clutche plate , than Break shoe , than some others small parts at only 14000 KM.at town area.

                                I asked the service centre to please do it in a good manner because next morrning i have rush out for 400 KM with this car.
                                when i got my car back from the service centre at 7:00 PM after paying Rs.2475/- , i thought it is now ok , and i can go with it for next 400 KM. onwards , but next morrning in my way i find the same noise and some more problem in my car.Than what i have done in the way that you can immagine if you can.

                                So request you to please improve your QA of your authourized sevices agencies , and take some action against the above complain. I informed the above things to the same service centre , but no possitive responce i got from there , and now they are saying that "After relasing the car from our service centre we are not responsible for any thing".

                                So please do something to save your brand immage.

                                Maruti 800 std — dissatisfaction of service

                                my maruti 800 std model nov 1999 had a problem of front axcel left side assembly. first time it came in knowledge in june 2008 and it was replaced by authorised dealer vipul motors, jaipur
                                again this problem faced in last few days, on checking of this at the same center, again it was adviced to replace again. this costly item is not possible to replce for me in a short period and running of only 12000 kms
                                the delaer has refused to replce this in warrenty period

                                  I am an NRI and 3 months back I booked for Maruti Swift Dzire Vdi silky silver on my fathers name, going by the dealer’s (AVG motors –Thiruvalla) commitment of maximum three months after paying an advance of INR 50, 000. Now when approached they expect this to take 3 more months. Is this normal with Maruti (COUNT ON US), or is the dealer’s role questionable. The company’s website says “one million promises”, the company should be serious about its commitment with customers and fulfill its promises. Why is Maruti not making this clear as to when they can deliver, or if they can’t do it why do they take bookings along with advance?

                                  There is nobody from the company whom you can contact.
                                  similar problems are experienced by me in new bombay, i'd booked on may 28th for dzire vxi & was to get deleivry on oct 9th they'd promised me that u'll get ur car well before that (color: grey) but as of today (2nd oct) they told "sorry, we require more time on this, may be u'll get in diwali" but when i said that "i've lost confidence on u & want my money back 50k+ interest @ 12.5% for 4 months.
                                  this is really horrible for leading car makers in india. why do they tell the deleivery period when they're not aware thenselves?
                                  I have booked swift dezire vxi golden beige colour at ROHAN MOTORS, DELHI ON 19.12.2008.I have paid full Ex showroom cost of car.They promised me to give the car upto end of January or first week of February. Till date they didnt give the delivery of car and didnt give responsible answer and also gave mental disturbance .So I request you to take the immediate action for me to get the vechile THANKS RAJIV GOEL

                                  I am also a customer who has the same experience with AVG, they manupulate the delivery to get margin money using customer booking money.
                                  Please understand AVG can give a delivery to the customer next day itself by not fullfilling the commitment to a customer whos delivery is due.

                                    I am an owner of Maruti SX4 which has a problem of it's gear box getting jammed again and again . On my first complaint the clutch was replaced but the problem still persists and i am in no mood to carry on with this car which is a year old with run of 7500 Kms and i wish to have email id of Mr. Pankaj Narula, Chief GM ( Service ) so that i can update my issue.

                                      I bought Maruti Swift 2008 model from Sai Service, Edapally. It was very much friendly atmosphere till the delivery of the vehicle. When they gave me RC book, it had a mistake (model is written as 2007). I asked for clarification. Then i was told to wait till May. Then on May I was told to handover the orginal RC book to the guy who was there during the delivery of the car. I handed over it to him and i was told that it will be done soon. Everytime when I calls them I get a reply saying it is with RTO and there is big delay from their part. Now after in AUg end, they are saying, they cant do it hence customer has to go and do all things. I have maruti alto from another dealer ( Popular ) but I never experienced any issue from them. Now i regret for taking car from Sai due to these kind of bad service.

                                      Kindly refer the above. We introduce our self, we ie; Archana Industries, Kottayam are one of the dealer of “CUMMINS” India Ltd., & “BIRLA POWER Solutions” in Kerala. We are dealing smaller ratings of all kinds generating sets & are also doing services after sales.

                                      On 19/11/2008 one of our partner named Mr.G.Satheesh bought one “ MARUTI SWIFT VDI ” (Diesel) Motor Car from Maruti’s dealer M/s. Popular Vehicles & Services Ltd., Kottayam [Invoice No.53395KRDCD9 dtd.19/11/2008]. Actually the vehicle is in warranty, but vehicle shows minor complaints right now it’s “A/c” is not working. Still the vehicle runs only 12, 545Kms., till date we follows company norms & as per company norms we are doing it’s services at the right time ie; changing it’s engine oil three times & also doing services 1st service at 1000Kms, 2nd service at 5000Kms & 3rd service at 10, 000Kms. Before buy the “SWIFT” car we are using an “TATA Motor’s Indica” car, but till the last sales which can not shows any complaint. In our experiment we compare “MARUTI SWIFT” with “TATA INDICA”, “Indica” is much better than “Swift”. So, how can we refer any other customer for buying “MARUTI SWIFT”.

                                      Since 19th April, 2009 we found that our vehicle ie; Maruti Swift Air Conditioner is not working. After find out the said complaint we have approach ‘Maruti’s’ authorized service dealer ie; M/s.Popular Vehicles & Services Ltd., Kottayam, on 20/041/2009 for rectifying the said complaint. But till date they can not detect the complaint or rectify the same. For the past couple of days we are waiting for their response. If we inquire the current status of the said vehicle ‘Maruti’s’ authorized service officials say’s that tomorrow/day after tomorrow will rectify the said complaint. We inform the matter directly to the service manager & he say’s that at least ten to fifteen day’s for rectifying the same complaint. We buy the vehicle for our official/personal use not for popular show room purpose. In this circumstance we don’t like to corporate with you.

                                      Hope you will take the matter seriously & expecting your earlier & valuable action.

                                      I had faced similar situation and once I was caught during the routing checkup without RC, since my problem was genuine I was let off & adviced by Cops to tell dealer to fix it else get an FIR logged against them to safe guard your self. I spoke to the deaker warning them if they do not fix the mess created by them then would take it legally & this worked.
