I own a Maruti Alto for the past two years. I shopped around for the third year insurance, I was amazed on the level of difference in amout by different dealers. Still I went ahead with the costliest of the lot, one of the service centre near my house M/s. Insuh Maruti Service Centre. he promised me Rs. 5114 as a premium for Rs. 202000 as car value. The day i called the insurance agent for collecting the cheque, he quoted me Rs. 5300. I negotiated so he came down to Rs. 5200. I paid him the cheque, the next he sent me the insurance paper, then I noticed that the car value he had taken was only Rs. 191000. i could have done nothing except calling him again for correcting it. then he said it is irreversible, to compensate he would give me 4 service coupons worth Rs.800. each of them bears 50% discount on service charge (400). He also said i could present 2 coupons and avail 100% discount. I thought fair enough as i get my car serviced two times a year.

Today, after a week, I sent my car for servicing, they say they only will accept 50% coupon. I say that their employee had promised me 100%, now they disown him saying his words cannot be counted. I had a argument with the manager Mr.Yadav ([protected])with no result and the owner Bindra ([protected]) is not picking up the phone.

Well, the point here is not the money, because they are anyhow charging around Rs.1500 for complete service except the labour charges which is. Rs.400. I am pissed off because of their false promised and misleading committments while selling their insurance. I feel more troubled because I lost my half day fighting with them which in turn affected my business. and ofcourse my call charges worth more than Rs.100.

In Total, stupid senseless services. This reflects on the effectiveness of Maruti service. Insuh is Maruti's Authorised (to trouble) Service Center.

I was quite amazed with the kind of service Maruti service stations are offering. I got my car repaired from HEMKUNT SERVICE STATION, Lodhi Road for the same problem and still these guys are unable to give me the solution to the problem. More over they misbehaved with me. There was a problem with Maruti 800 brakes and I called them up to get the vehicle from my home. There was a bottle of Brake Oil and Engine Oil which I gave it to the person who came to pick up the vehicle. They not only used the oil but also charged me hefty amount for that.

There has been a tendency as these are unable to rectify and check the problem. Moreover the manager Mr. BudhRaj and his fellow associates misbehaved with me.

I would like you to get noticed on the kind of service these so called authorized service stations are providing to the World No. 4 car maker Maruti. Your company may be at No.4 but service is pathetic and disgusting

This is my fifth email to you and your department for the delivery of the car having registration no. DL2CN9286. It is requested to you to kindly deliver my car back as everybody in your department is misguiding and making money by specifying every time new problem in the car, even the surveyor also claims that why APRA (Gurgaon, sector 14) people donot let him know the whole problem at a time. Surveyor claims of visiting again and again for the same car and every time for the new problem.

This seems that your staff is totally untrained as they are not able to catch the problem even in three attempts.

This is my request to you kindly deliver my car back to me.

My name is Ashok Madan and I had given my maruti swift for my 2nd service. They gave my car with the rim imbalanced and my tyre was messed up. The bill they gave me was also not right as they gave me someone else's bill. I still have not recieved my bill yet. When i went to service cenrte again they made me sit for 4 hours in extreme hot weather and still they did not fix the rim. On top of that they call me after 2 days and ask me whether I am satisfied. I will never ever go to a maruti service station. There is no system and it is equal to govt ofiice as no one listens to you.

i have warranty and also extende warranty but my car excel not repaired by maruti in warranty the warranty is total money taking programmes for maruti. they cant do anything in warranty. cm atuos ropar (punjab ) also not do work in warranty they make money and money is everything for marutiiii

Poor Service from Maruti Dealer

I have given my vehicle on Date[protected] of My car Maruti Alto LX for 4th service at Moter Craft, MS 2 & MS 3, Opp. BEL, Site 4, Sahiababad Ind Area, Sahiadad, Ph. No.[protected] .

I was facing various problems while I submit my car to them.

I told them specifically to check my vehicle to inspect and troubleshoot the issues, but the some of the below problems are not resolved after service. I paid around Rs.2500/- towards the Spares and Service charges for my car but it is not worth paying it. I am totally fed up and frustrated with Moter Craft Service Center ( Service is Pick & Drope ), and in short I will Never Recommend Moter Craft for Service .

Please can you advise me a Maruti dealer in Ghaziabad who really cares about the customer and provides a diligence service to the customers and fixes the problems?

My Third Service is Done By Pandit Auto mobiles, sahibabad ( Mr. Pankaj ) It was very Good .

i am totally disagree with maruti..i sugest to all that never purchase maruti product /car.i am having complian in my zen estilo. 5 times i have told in maruti serice station but they never heard... and always make a huge bill.an i have honda cvic, santro ; i20and i am totally agree with them .. but maruti i totally fedup with them..so plz contact me [protected].nw also i[censored] will not heard my problem or contact me than i will go to consumer court ..

Two tires damaged

Having Problem with tires. 2 tires damaged while driving my car. i have complain several times with local service center. no response from your team.

    CLUTCH PLATE FAILURE IN 15000 KMS ONLY

    DEAR SIR,
    I am having Maruti Wagon R number- MH04DB-3227, which i have purchased on dated 6th april 2007.

    This car i have purchased from Laxmi Cars At Meera Road.

    On dated 20th april 08 we are going to Shirdi via Nashik and at 39 kms milestone of shirdi left the car clutch was failed. then i called up nearest dealer Ms Shaan Cars Nashik.

    After 2hrs the co representative arrived at the destination...

    Hi,

    I had purchased a OMni lpg from Kavisha. Motors-kamla Nagar, Agra (Dealer of Maruti Udyog Ltd.), Regn. No. UP80 AQ 8580 on 02nd Feb' 2006. On the very next day i.e. 31st July i was facing a problem in Starting of vechiles then i called up the executive of Kavish Motors who entertained me while purchasing the New car and explained him the same problem. But he replied that we are not responsible for any sort of problem but the car is under warranty period of 2+1(one) year thats why i am in a position to file this complaint. I called him up several times but no satisfactorily reply is yet been received. Now the problem is so severe that on one can even sit at the back seat, the car makes noice noise a lot and it is affecting the wheels aswell.The Vechicle has visited the workshop 36 times As prescribed by Kavisha Motors.
    I had asked Regional Office many times, but the response was not quite well.
    I had asked mr. Sachin Gupta (territory sales manager) to lookup the matter, instead of looking he just remove the vechicle warranty.kindly look in this matter early.



    If you please have a look in this matter i will be highly obliged.

      I have booked a Petrol D zire from the last one month. at the time of the booking it was promised by the Dealer Spectra Motors - Borivili ( East ) that the delivery will take 1 month . also the booking amount is not prescribed by MUL anywhere then why the disparity in acceptance of amounts at various Dealers & cities in India . The delay on delivery is infinite & undisclosed why can't a ISO company like MUL give a defenite date or pay us Interest on the booking amount for the dealyed period . There are no discounts, No Loyalty Bonus, No Accessories this is just pure gundaraaaj & mediocre Monopoly. The Govt. is riding on the demand for the car by harrasing the commom people like us who put their life savings to by so called " Dream Car " . Maruti should stand by their commitment of delivery promised of one month at the time booking.

      I am B. Natarajan from Chennai. On the 14th of April 2008, I paid Rs 50, 000 as advance to Khivraj Motors, Chennai 600 020 and booked for a ZDI Maruti Swift Dezire. Since they had indicated a 4 month's delivery, I was waiting patiently and I started enquiring from the 5th month on wards.

      The sales man at the Dealer's just says that there are no cars being released and they have no idea when the supplies will resume. This is simply a pathetic state of affairs. This is the same reply I get every time I ring up the Sales Man. Yesterday I contacted Chennai office of yours and was told that all the executives are busy attending a meeting. Again to-day I contacted the office and again the same reply. This is certainly creating a very poor impression of your much valued company. We know and we can understand if there are any problems and a reply saying that it will take one more month for delivery. But to draw a blank, it is really bad for the company's image. I am sure Mr Suzuki himself may not like this.

      I shall be grateful, if you could look into this and let me have a reply.The details of my bookiong are given belo.

      There are rumours that the dealers are playing up with the deliveries to collect premium on the price. I want to know that this is not true so that I can avoid filing a criminal complaint.

      I hope you will find time to look into this and send me a suitable reply.
      I agree with Mr.Natarajan. I have also booked a DZIRE in Khivraj Motors, chennai. I am surprise in Khivraj Sales Excutives are not responding to coustomers properly and very surprise to say Sales Manager Mr.Daraneedharan also not intrested to meet the coustomers. They are not mentioning any time of delivery of the vehicle for last 5 months. I hope i have to take some legal action soon.
      when will this Maruti will increase the production. If you all are taking so much time then please stop launching this new car. first create more units and then sell the cars.

      I have booked DZIRE VDI version in AUTO HI-TECH Kolkata dealer on 4th Feb 2009. Initially they told me that It will take around 2 months time. Now they have start talking about 3 months time. Let us hope for the best. See what happens.
      I have booked Maruti Dzire VXI with Ratan Motors Mumbai Dealer since May 2008. I hope to get it soon.
      Any one from Maruti can answer for the delay.

      remote keys are not working

      I have purchased the maruthi swift vxi car on 23/05/2014 from Kapico near pachaiyappas college. the remote keys no 646940 is not working for past two days. I am able to start the car. my cell no.[protected]

        I would like to bring to your notice that, I am being facing problems with Maruti Udyog Ltd. for their pathetic service & product sold to me. I bought a Swift Diesel VDi Car on 29th March 07.

        Incident # 1 - March 07 - Purchase Delivery Issue
        Complaint # 357421 lodged with Maruti Udyog Ltd in March 07, this was regards to my booking of the car & not providing the booked colour, further delay in giving me the delivery of car. I had to visit their Mumbai Regional Office & write various communications to them.

        Incident # 2 - June 07 - Black Smoke Problem
        Complaint # 396359 lodged with Maruti Udyog Ltd in June 07,
        After the 1st Service the vehicle started giving problem of Black Smoke,
        20-June 07 gave car to show the problem at spectra Motors vide Job Card JC07005695, They gave back me the car giving in writing on the service Invoice that the diesel used is mixed with Kerosene as such balck smoke, based on that I visited the petrol pump to get the density checked & found no issues with the diesel quality & density.
        Further again went back to Spectra wherein after 10-15 days they came out with investigation the injector of the car needs to replaced to resolve the black smoke problem and the injectors were replaced by Maruti Udyog. They also suggested me that I don't use Hi-speed/power Diesel for my Car, if so then why Maruti does not state this when the consumers buy the car.

        Incident # 3 - Paint Mismatch & bad handling of car at Service Centre
        During the month of Jul-Aug my Car was given to Spectra for minor repair for denting of bumper & minor dent on the running board. While given the car was given for body shop work following problems was faced.
        1. The colour painted was not as per the original company colour of the car, there was a mismatch.
        2. The car was dashed near the fuel lid & was delivered to me in the same condition. Further on bringing to their notice it was repaired.
        3. While washing the car the left mirror was broken.
        4. The parcel tray was damaged during the body shop work.

        Incident # 4 - Black Smoke Dec 07
        Complaint # 533010 lodged with Maruti Udyog In Dec 07 I again faced a problem of Black Smoke, I again showed the car to Spectra Motors & they changed some Coolant hosh pipe(sorry I am not familiar with the technical term) & said that was the reason for black smoke.

        Incident # 5 Mismatch in Colour & delivered the car without proper testing.
        Complaint # HT20080403_[protected], In 2nd week of Mar 08 I had given my Car to Spectra Motors for body shop to get my right side rear door dented & painted as there was a minor scratch & dent due to brushing the car by a TATA 608 vehicle while parking, Spectra Motors completed the work, however the colour was not matching with original paint as there was a mismatch in colour, Also while giving the delivery of the car the said door was not fitted properly from inside & also the front bonnet & fender was rough polished.

        Incident # 6 - Black Smoke Problem Mar 08.
        Complaint # HT20080403_[protected], Again I gave my Car to Spectra Motors for the Black Smoke Problem, now they again checked the car & further said that there black smoke problem is beacuase of Deisel Quality,

        In the above scenario, I am really gone mad & frustrated managing all the issue & till date not received a single letter from Maruti Udyog Ltd, irrespective of the fact that I have sent almost 7 full pager letter to them & visited thrice their regional office at Bandra. I am almost having a monthly 4-5 visit to Spectra Motors to get resolution for my Car.

        I am really not able to understand how can Maruti say that the black smoke problem is due to Diesel quality, if such then the problem should be in all their diesel car, also then why at the start Maruti (1st 2 complaints) had done the earlier repairs & now stating that its diesel problem.

        Its also incorrect that a company which manufactures Cars can't match the colour which is done by their own service centre, I can understand once but each time you give there is colour mismatch problem, then why should they bring such colour products.

        I would like to beg to you to get me justice for the kind issue & problems I have faced & a necessary action against Maruti Udyog. I am frustrated with the product & the service Maruti has given

        I completely agree. I have a swift VDI which I purchased in May 2008. I have done 25000kms till date. I developed serious black smoke problems within the first 500kms. The dealership refuses to do anything about it.
        I too completely agree to this. problem.I have swift diesel, its also emitting black smoke at 17500km..and got slight decrease in the pick up too and steering slight tight.
        I noticed it bcuz..i drived my frnds diesel swift...
        ya i am also having similar problem, but black smoke is not seen but definately there is decrease in pick up

        MARUTI UDYOG LTD /SWIFT DEISEL VDI — SWIFT DEISEL VDI

        I have bought a new swift deisel vdi from marui spectra motors and took delivery of the same on 30/06/09 but to my surprise just on the 7th day from the purchase and travelling a mere 150 km the hazard light started flickering automatically, I went to spectra motors borivali east and was told that its a problem with the EMC, there is water inside there and needs to be checked, on the next consequtive day i was told that there is a minute gap from which water is percolating inside from the wind screen and needs to be sealed the whole dash board was removed and the sealing process was done twice or thrice and i had to keep my car with them for 4 days from 08/07/09 to 11/07/09 finally i was told that this thing will not happen again and the car was delivered to me, now again on the 13/07/09 the problem has started, ihad already lodged a complaint with maruti on 11/07/09 but there was no reply from their side, now i again called spectra motors and they are telling me to again keep the car with them they will thoroughly check and repair the fault .I am really not able to understand why i should bear all this, i spoke with the customer care ms . vaishali and asked for replacement of a new car as this the fault of maruti, no quality control has been done but she says that we cannot replace the car we can only repair it, now i feel cheated and am against keeping this car with me, i just want a new car without any problems which is my right, as even if i carry on with this car there is no surety as to that this problem will not arise again . now i want to really fight it out because i am not at fault and still it is i who is suffering, and maruti on the other hand is not bothered to even reply . pls do suggest what can be done in this matter, I am also consulting my advocate regarding the same .
        I also go through from similar situations, Purchase car form Karnal Moters Karnal, But all in vain, And now I will intimate my problem to Higher authorities or otherwise proceed legally for Justis.

        just sue maruti and spectra together for negligence and selling faulty car . also see that the judge understands that your life is threatened due to this improper behaviour of the company. ask a hefty 50 lac chq from them. sab thik ho jaayega woh bhi free mein . then

        Gear not engaging in Swift Dzire ZDI

        From the date of purchase of vehicle i have been facing the gear not engaging properly but still after years i have not been responded properly.I have sent many mails to customer care very poor response.

          I have applied for New Swift Dzire Car(ldi WHITE or SILVER) 22 days
          ago. Today I have visited your authorized showroom at Tara Automobile
          Abohar (Pb) regarding the status of delivery that Car I booked this car
          on 28 March when u launch it . I am fighting for the status of it last
          22 days i also call ur autho. office at chd.mr H.S.Roy told me that
          abohar office team will call u but there is no response by your dealer
          and company personnel. I deposited 40000 rs the same day. My receipt no
          is 1803 when I apply for it your sale team told me that I will get this
          car with in 15 to 20 days. Maruti is Brand name but the service related
          to (Status and promises) given by u is very panic. I am perusing my own
          business with corporate sector, NOKIA in today scenario customer want
          only service. So please do needful to get at the sharp your service
          related to the status. Kindly revert me the status of my car

          I send my Maruti Alto Lxi to regent Meerut Road U.P. on 9th Oct.2008 they said Serveior is not avalable and car was returned. Now nxt day I send my car again i.e. on 10th Oct.08 there was some editing to be done and same was submitted same day.after that I was told that I will get my car after 4 days i.e. on 14 th Oct. When I called them I got an answer tomorrow you will gewt it i.e. on 15th Oct. When I called them I got an answer that tomorrow You will get it i.e. 16th Oct.08. When I called them Againg on 16th I got an answer that tomorrow you will get it.
          I wish to inform you that I never received call from them for the real status. Inspite of that the people over there did not disclosed their identity and misbehavied with me and bank the phone down.

          I still do not know the real status from them.

          . Today I have discussed your authorized showroom at kataria Automobile
          vapi gujarat regarding the status of delivery that Car I booked this car
          on 28 auagust 09 . I am fighting for the status of it last

            Maruti Suzuki Dzire Booking Problems

            I have been trying to book a Maruti Swift Dezire VXI from the last few days, and am going through the a harrowing experience with the Dealers. I first went to Pratham Motors at Outer Ring Road to book the car. They refused to take a booking and told me that Maruti has stopped taking booking of Swift Dezire cars. When I put pressure on them they told me that they can take the booking but the delivery would take 9 months. They had 2 weeks back...

            Respected Sir,
            I bought your WagonR Duo version in Nov.06, car no. is MH 04 CT 6343, I was facing a gear problem from the day i bought the car.I just asked the dealer "Navneet Motors" in thane regarding this problem & they said that since its a new car the gear will become smooth after 1st service, thus i didn't bothered about it but after 1st service ie. after 6 months the problem was the same. At that time the personnel at service station "Sterling motor garage" in thane said that it will take a month or two for the gear to become smooth.But the result was the same.The problem was still not solved.During that time my Gear box was hit by some stone & there was leakage of gear oil.Due to this i replaced the whole gear box from service station and they said that after replacement your gear problem will get solved.For some time the gear was soomth but after sometime it was in same position.Due to this my gaurantee period got over but the problem is the same.Now the service station personnel says that its a genetic problem in all your new Wagon R's & i m just frustated regarding your service.I bought the car only because of the name Maruti but i never thought the car would be such a problem.
            Please help me regarding this problem.Thanking you in anticipation of your work.please help me as fast as possible.

              I had booked an Alto Lxi (C.Blue) on 12.06.2007 by paying a booking amount of Rs. 20000=00 and arranged finance from Axis Bank for Rs. 200000=00. The rest amount was to be paid on the date of delivery 20.06.2007. The sales staff of the Bhubaneswar dealer Narayani Motors showed me a particular car as ex-stock and promised me to get it readied by the delivery date by fitting some choice accessories that I had ordered and also getting the bumpers body coloured and windows filmed. They even mentioned the chassis no on the booking form and put a SOLD sticker on the said car. They had assured me the best of service with regards to delivery.
              Throughout the waiting period, that is from the date of booking till the date of delivery, no one from the dealer end did ever call me up. Rather when I phoned the sales executive, I was informed that the car was being readied and the work was in progress.
              At 10 AM on 19.06.2007, one day prior to the date of delivery, I visited the showroom to check the exact status of delivery and to settle the billing process in advance. To my surprise, the said car that I had booked was not there. On enquiry, I was promptly assured that the car was being readied in the workshop that is a few miles away from the showroom. When I expressed my doubt, I was assured by the sales staff that included the sales executive, the team leader as well as personnels holding responsible positions such as the SALES MANAGER and even the GENERAL MANAGER. I was assured by all of them to come the next day and take delivery of the car. However I insisted to stay back and have a look at the said car but I was not entertained. I kept on waiting the whole day till late in the afternoon for my car to arrive from the workshop. I was sure that they have cheated me by having sold the car to somebody else and wanted me to wait for a few days more for another vehicle. When I objected to such breach of trust and wanted a refund of my booking amount the Sales Manager threatened me and said "Do whatever you can." I was literally driven out of the showroom in the evening.
              I wrote to MUL regarding the unfair practices of their dealer but all my complaints seemed to fall on deaf ears. MUL in its reply bluntly avoided the main issue and said that as per their information the booking amount has been returned to me. Finding no other way I approached the Consumer Redressal Forum and the case is sub-judice in the State Forum. I was cheated and humiliated throughout the process and as a result have lost the car as well as my money. What surprises me is the audacity of MUL and the dealer Narayani Motors to fight the case as if whatever they have done to me was legal, ethical and humane. Till date, they have retained my money and have not returned to me. As a result, I have a few queries in mind -
              Why I was not delivered the car that I had booked?
              Why I was not informed by the sales staff correctly about the status of my booked car?
              Why I was humiliated and harrassed?
              What for had I given them the money if it was not meant for booking the car?
              Why I was not refunded my booking amount immediately?
              Why is MUL silent on the issue and conducted itself in a careless and monopolistic way?
              Should this conduct (not delivering the booked car) not be considered as UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICE?
              Is this why MUL blows its own trumpet of being the no.1 in customer satisfaction?
              Why has the dealer retained my money and fighting as if it has no intention of returning it?
              I guess I am not the first one and not the only one who has undergone such humiliation. There might be many more who have preferred to remain silent on the issue. But is it not our right to raise voice against such malpractice and inhuman attitude by such big organisations?
              Maruti Udyog Ltd. and Narayani Motors have blatantly violated consumer rights and need to be bound by statute.

              I agree with your points. The similar kind of situation arrised in case of me when I bought a ALTO LXI from JYOTE motor, bhubaneswar. Maruti Udyog should take this matter seriously and reject their licence.
              Hi all
              I am planning to buy a new car .Can i trust these two showroom Or can u plz suggest some good delar .

              Maruti Suzuki — False info and humiliation to customer

              We walked into RNS motors, Tumkur road, Bangalore with intention of buying a car( ALto, wagon R or Swift ).Mean time we had Maruti 800 which we want to get it exchanged for new one. The concerned executive did everything right till we decided and frozen on the model. mean time we sold our car to same truevalue outlet and car was valued at Rs 45000/+ rs 10000/- ( exchange bonus ). It may be noted, our Rs 55000/- was with the dealership only. The executive told us to get the DD and she will raise the invoice. My wife working in public sector bank applied for loan and as the executive promised that she can raise invoice only if it is before end of the month, my wife requested the staff and get the DD next day. in between, To get the DD my wife was suppose to submit, Receipt of Truevalue which the executive promised to deliver at my work place. But inspite of my waiting for 3-4 hrs, the executive never turned up but during the whole duration kept on promising she will come( that too, my wife was calling her ). my was totally desperate and frustrated . My wife only manged to arrange for all papers and got the DD ready. when the same was communicated to executive she told she cannot raise the invoice and ask her GM. The gentleman never bothered to listen about our concern and he simply replied he cannot make the invoice.
              My question is : whether dealer dont take the ownership of acts of their executives.
              There was no need for the dealership to ask us to raise the DD ( taken under loan ) when they can not deliveror raise the invoice that too our Rs 55000/- is with them.
              The gentleman ( GM sales ) never try to understand the humilation we have undergone and we are in fix as DD is already taken in the dealers name, and to cancel my wife has to undergo lot of procedures.
              The dealership is taking the advantage of the situation and not responding to our grivence.
              request this forum, to suggest methods and means of handling this, customer humilation by this dealership.
              If parties has writing somthing is correct then actual booking price + interest is to be retained by the party it is my request to Narayani Motors. Because Narayani Motors is a big Ltd. farm. So, this type of problem not occure in future .

              This is true, let us lodge police complaint againt this Bald man sitting as IN TRUE VALUE Narayani Motors.
              He is characterless, arrogant, Fraud and Cheat ! He was starring my wife like anything when we went to purchase Maruti vehicle 2nd hand from him.His staff also mostly corrupt. What will happen when a company boss is like that ! Then he cheated me since the silencer was fully rusted and he stole the toolkit. When I noticed missing toolkit, I went and asked toolkit. They clearly denied and told it was there, someone may have stolen from my car ! such disgusting and dangerous goons this Bald man is !

              My advise to all you people out there to go and purchase Maruti vehicles from nearby Cuttack.If at cuttack its all the same kind of attitude then you can always try at Orbit, Rourkela.This one is the highest selling maruti dealer in orissa and people from far off balasore and baripada do purchase from this dealership.Even i was stunned when i heard this till the time when i got my new Astar.Till now even the sales team as well as the manager call every month or two to know the performance of the car as well as they will inform about all the free service checks and all.Now this is called marketing and its building up the relationship with the customers.My doubts got cleared that why this particular showroom is highest seller of maruti cars in orissa.

              I had purchase a car on 27th August 2009 from the dealear in cash but not yet recieved a registration no yet . Kindly see the thing.

              I am extremely dissatisfied with the approach of your sales, show room persons. They are talking in an absolutely abruptly manner, no gratitude towards customers need or query. I was suggested by many of my friends not to go with Maruti for a vehicle of worth Rs.10L(Aprx), but SX4 ZDI was my choice. The dream of owning a new SX4 has turned in to a nightmare for me. Sorry to say but such attitude of your showroom/company persons will lead you to remain a small car seller only. My next car will never be a Maruti Suzuki.
              I purchased a second hand Zen Estilo on August/2012 bearing Registration No.OR-02-AP/8338 from Maruti true value, CRPF square, Bhubaneswar for Rs.180000/- with instant payment. But to my utter disgrace neither the ownership has been changed nor the company paid me the money receipt . The Manager Sales Sri Sandeep Mohanty assured me of transferring the ownership within a week of payment but has failed to do the needful. Now, Sri Sandeep mohanty is no more in the job, and the Person in charge is Sri Ranjan a new incumbent who also assured me of the same but could not succeed in his job. I request the owner of the Maruti True value to kindly mitigate my problem as soon as possible or refund back my money .--Anil Kumar Panda

                Its been couple of months that i have been researching the mumbai market for Maruti Zen Estillo quotes. Finally on my friends reference in finalized the deal with RATAN MOTORS, that's where the nightmare started.
                1) At the time of booking, i had already informed the list of documents that i would be able to provide at the time of loan process and requested Ratan Motors (Amar Dubey) to sent the finance person ASAP to get the process started.
                2) After "N" number of followup's from my end, finally they send a SBI person for the same. On confirming the finance plan with him, the same was totally different from the quote that Ratan Motors (Amar Dubey, Tanvir, Dushant) provided me at the time of booking.
                3) Later i was been told that the SBI person was someone i should avoid and wait for an individual from some other bank to visit me.
                4) Finally i got the same deal from ICICI bank and agreed to submit the documents that i was carrying with me for the last months time.
                5) I was informed that the delivery of the car would be delayed and will be given to me on 13th April'08 once i.e 3 to 4 days after i sign the final loan documents.
                6) At the time of signing the loan documents, i was again been told that the interest rates have increased and i have to take a beating of Rs 135/EMI for the next 5 years. I even agreed to the same and paid the down payment along with signing the final loan documents.
                7) After coordinating for the next 5 to 6 days, i realize that the registration of the car was still pending and the same will be delayed in definately due to RTO delay.
                8) I was also informed that there will be a temporary number given to me and on the receival of the actual number, the same will be provided to me.

                Finally, i think the above mentioned points are more than enough for Maruti udyog to take some strcit action against the dealer and the employees in order to provide a better customer satisfaction in future. Dealers like this surely effect maruti's bussiness and this experience has made sure that i would never refer any one to maruti / Ratan motors till the time world exists.
                i am very sorry to bring to your notice that the maruti dealer in Gulbarga town in Karnataka is harassing the public like hell and most o[censored]s are planning to bring the vehicle from nearing towns or else change over to other cars. This is because of the arrogance, poor relation with the customer and high headness of the dealer. Well because of his nature wee have decided to bring to your notice.

                  After waiting for 1 month to buy a car, I booked a Dzire on 27th March, a day after its launch and was promised delivery in 2-3 weeks. Today I am thinking about canceling my booking no.[protected] as the dealer Spectra Motors (Goregaon, Mumbai) is telling me that it will take at least 6 weeks more (Tentatively, No Commitment!!!) due to delivery delays.
                  After waiting for 2 month to buy a car, I booked SWIFT DIESEL on 1ST JULY, a day after its launch and was promised delivery in 2-3 weeks. Today I am thinking about canceling my booking as the dealer SAI SERVICE Motors (UDYAMNAGAR, KOLHAPUR) is telling me that it will take at least 6 weeks more (Tentatively, No Commitment!!!) due to delivery delays.
                  i booked swift dzire ldi on 25april 2008 AGAINST FULL PAYMENT from stan autos sherpur chowk ludhiana. against receipt no. 472 then Mr sanjay srivastav who deals customer care insured me to deliver car with in 1 month. when i sanction the loan from bank and delivered the draft to him, he gave receipt of delivering the car in approx 3 months. he insured that co. will give the interest if they will not deliver the car with in the month. i complaint many times to customer care no. [protected] but in vain. whenever we visit the stan auto the same reason we use to listen everytime that there is a problem in car & we are not having white colour till date. instead of giving car they are forcing to take money back without interest. plz sugest us what to do in this case???
                  We had booked maruti dezire vdi at your authorised distributor MS BER KELEY AUTO CHANDIGARH. the booking no. is 692 dated 25 april 2008.When we booked the car berkley told us the car will we deliver within 3 to 4 months but they are not giving us delivery even after 6 months of booking date and they are pressurizing us for paying premium amount of rupees 40, 000 to rupees 50.000.

                      I disagree with you. Waiting for Dzire in Gurgaon/Delhi is 4 months. This is the reason i booked my Dzire VXi from Lucknow where the waiting was 1 month. I booken on 29th March and now I am being told by the dealer (Anand Motors) that i might get the delivery only after 15th May. Dude u need to wait much longer that they have committed unless you have some source in Maruti.
                      Lets hope for the best.

                      Maruti Dzire Petrol vxi (Black) — commitment

                      I booked a Dezire with Mohan Motors at Kolkata onn 21 May 2009.

                      The salesman told me that it will take 2 months for delivery. Now i understand that it will take 3 months as Maruti is not producing enough numbers of Dezire.

                      If that is true will Maruti clarify to various harrased customer their stand and ethics if any they have.

                        I owes a black Maruti Alto (2004) recently I had given my car for routine service to same dealer Moter Craft Noida . It was advice to me by one of the supervisor of motercraft that the suspension of car needs to be done and it would be costing me some where 15k so would i like them to do that so I authorise them to go ahead as my change of tyre was also schedule.Then after two days i got the delivery of my car at my residence at Noida . since that day my car is bubling and pulling at right side again I had gone to motercraft as I was suppose to make the payment also. I discussed the challenge I am facing with my car then I was adviced that it is due to bad condition of tyres if I got my tyre change then I would not be facing the same.Then I got my tyre changed and again I got my allingment and wheel balancing checked. But still i was facing the same challenge again I had gone to motercraft they ask me that I need to leave a car for a day or 2 then I told them I will leave the car for 3 days but I want my problem to be sort out. Then after 2 days I had left the car with them for 3 days. But they are not able to ressolve the problem yet .I am visiting their work shop several times but no one is helping me.

                          This is to bring to your kind attention that on March 28 I asked the Maruti Dealer in your show room at Kurukshetra for a 2008 model Zen Estillo and were shown one. I made full payment for the car and got the delivery of Zen Estilo VXi superior white car on March 28, 2008 from your showroom at Kurukshetra.

                          Later on from the date of manufacture on the Tyres and enquiry from your office I found that I was given Model of September, 2007. I was surprised and shocked as I could not believe that a thing like this can happen in a company of high repute such as Maruti. I believe that if a model of previous year is being sold to the customer, it is brought to the knowledge of the customer and his/her consent is taken.

                          This has affected me psychologically and given me mental agony instead of any excitement and happiness. I have not driven the car except filling the petrol tank to the brim. It is parked in my covered garage.
                          I request you to replace the car by 2008 model and necessary action must be taken immediately.
                          I am pursuing the matter with General Manager, Karnal Motors Pvt.Ltd. Kurukshetra with no result so far.

                            My dear friends,


                            After my service in the Gulf for a span of 8 years I returned home to India in my hometown of Trivandrum. Travel was a bit complicated and so my family decided to buy our car. We had approached the Indus Motor Showroom in TVM for the feat and we chose to buy the car of that time which was all over TV as the best rated car. We`decided for a Midnight Black Maruthi Suzuki Swift of the top end which is the ZXI model. It was purchased on 12/10/2006, Just after days of purchase, we happened to notice squeaks and thuds while braking. When the Indus motors service station was consulted they said with confidence that it was usual on new cars and that the ABS (Antilock Braking System) gets smoother on continueds usage. I was not a mechanic myself, so we trusted them and what they said. As days passed by the brakes got really nasty, the vehicle took time to stop, it started skidding at speeds of less than 40 kms, the squeks bacame louder and the brake pedals would shiver and hit back at my feet if I stomped on it to hard.

                            So the started my jouney on a weekly basis to the service station and the replies were the same, "There is nothing wrong with your car". Since I started doubting their expertise I started toavoid my car journey and if I do, I always tried to keep its speed below 50kms . Time passed by with complaints that even went directly to Maruthi Udyog. No response came from their end. After a few long months they decided to change my ABS kit saying that something migh be wrong with it.My problems continued and one day I took my car to a local service station and what do I find..., , , , , , my discs are totally worn out and its body has been badly bruised with abrasions. The brake assembly was faulty and the guys at the local service staion said that Indus Service was actually hiding up the problem for their own good because anyone who sees the rear of the disc will know that it has been damaged. Now I have decided to file a complaint against Maruthi for endangering my life and that of my family for providing a car with faulty primary safety devices and also against Indus Motors for irresponsible service.

                            well i believe that when u have a sound comin from the car while braking there is no doubt that there is some real bad abrasion goin i the pads or drums... u shoulod have thought abt it...atleast u should hve checked it out with a 3rd party...i agree with the law suit but for ur own safety, u could have been more vigilant...
                            i have to inform u more abt indus and im going to leagally against them so.. i[censored] dont mind pls give ur mobile no i will call u.. my mob no r [protected], [protected]
                            Yes i do have the same problem of abnormal noise while braking from the front.My car is brand new VDI ABS model and service dealers are not able to rectify.

                            and there is no response from maruti too.
                            I have booked a wagonR lxi DUO in this reduced rates with discount offer on 24/12/08 receipt no.S/R no. 12906 in VARUN motors pvt ltd hyd ( 08-09 ) Begumpet Hyderabad. They told to deliver me the vechicle on 30/12/08 in Silky silver colour But now they say that there is no stock of the colour so they rather to proved the colour they try to convince me to take vergin blue colour. I am ready to pay the total amount within this offer. As a very reputed company of india this is not fair on your part to the customer.
                            I am ready to take the silver colour after one week also. If there is no response i will go to the consumer court with this booking receipt.

                            I purchased swift zxi 4 months back. initially ABS was workign fine and i could feel it at speed around above 80kmph. Now now since 2 months i am seeing loud noise from front weels while applying brakes. also there is lot of vibration from steering wheel and also from brake pedal. Did anybody else faced this problme?
                            I met with a major accident due to brakes failure of my 6 months Dezire VDI. This happened while I was driving from Mumbai to Pune, On my way to Office there.Inspite of following the regular service/maintanance schedule regularly at the authorised Service provider(M/s. Navnit Motors, Thane) I had to suffer this accident. Fortunately the people in the omni which I rammed into were belted, even I was belted and no one was majorly injured.I suffered a fracture in my neck and jus managed to ditc paralysis. Now when I explained Maruti about this incident, they conducted an inspaection in which their representative said that first we shud get our car repaired and then only we can check the brakes. This seemed to be totally baseless.Now, I feel that Maruti is keeping mum on this neither they bother to show the concern towards their costumers.Can any one advice me if I shud go for an consumer complaint??

                            I completely agree with you...I too bought a Ritz Lxi and even I have also developed pain in the legs on account of the very hard clutch.On 2nd.Feb2012 I purchased Maruti Suzuki Ritz Lxi from PEBCO Motors, Jamshedpur.

                              I am Maruti-Suzuki Auto Card holder. Credit Card number: [protected]. I got this Auto card when i bought my Wagon-R Maruti Suzuki Car in the year 2006. I have Auto points with closing balance of 1928 as on 17 Mar 2008. But I could not utilize the 1928 auto points even at fuel station. Then what is purose of having auto points in my monthly statement. I want to know why i could not utilize the auto points as per my credit card statement dtd: 17 Mar 2008. When i spoke today 24 Mar 2008 @10.45AM to Citi-Bank officer, she told that I have to contact Maruti to get clarification. I stuck up that who is reponsible for my un-utilized auto points.

                              I am Lalita Malhotra.

                              Maruti Udhyog availing a facility of an Auto Card i.e. Royalty card on every Purchase of Maruti Product. I bought a Maruti WagorR on October 19, 2007.

                              On every refernce of maruti product i.e. car, maruti gives us a 1000 points as royalty. These points work as a cash which can only be redeemed during service of car or on buying maruti product from an authorised service station or dealer.

                              I refer a Maruti car at Rohan Motors Ghaziabad on May 2008 through which I earn 1000 points.I asked one of the representative of Rohan Motors (Mr. Alok) to put on the points. He told me I will do Please do see me after a week and meanwhile use Auto Card as a Credit card somewhere at Dauji Service Station and Credit Rs.310/-. I came to know when received a statement from Citi Bank. I didn't take any action I thought there is some misunderstanding.
                              On 19 October 2008, my son Mr. Ankit Malhotra been to Rohan Motors, Ghaziabad for Servicing. They made a bill exatly of Rs.1000/- so he asked them to redeemed 1000 points, I earned refering a car. Instead of pay off those points Cashier of Rohan Motors, Ghaziabad credit an amount of Rs.1000/- through an Auto Card which also work as a Credit Card. So again Citi Bank send me a bill/statement.
                              This time I been to Rohan motors on 26 October 2008 for an explanation, I asked Auto Card Representative (Mr.Yatinder Singla) he told me no issue sir i'l take care of it and will let you know. Meanwhile Citi Bank kept on accumulating an amount and now they are asking me to pay the amount of Rs.2527.78/- within next 3 days to being reported as a defaulter.

                              Please help me as soon as possible. For your reference I enclosed all received statement and receipt.

                              Maruti -Suzuki,Wagon-R(LXI) — Redemption Auto Points.

                              I had received an auto card (Citi Bank) at the time of purchase my car.
                              But in last year tie-up between Maruti-Suzuki and Citi bank has been expired.
                              I approached the dealer for redemption of accumulated auto points.
                              Simply they refused to do that and told me for that another card is required.
                              Who will offer that?
                              Meanwhile Maruti-SBI declared optional card like above.
                              But till date no communication has been done.
                              Pl. suggest me, what to do ?

                              I purchased a Maruti WagonR new model on 24 Dec 2010. Iwas issued 05 coupens from the Barkeley Panchkula agency with autocard. I referred my friend to Tricity agency to purchase a Alto-K10. He purchased on 31 Dec 2010. But Tricity agency says that autocard facility is not available at their agency. Due to this I lost 1000 points. please look in into the matter.                                   I booked a MARUTI SUZUKI SWIFT ON feb 07 2007 and i was told the car would be delivered on 13 march 2008. Due to transportation problem i didnt get my car on the said date.Then mahesh the representative of the company came to me and apologised saying there was a problem in the transportation and wrote a letter saying would be delivering the car on 05 april 2008.And now when i check wat happened to the car he says i wont be getting what ever colour ive booked and says there is lot of demand for car of my colour then why should maruti have such people who cannot keep up to their word and im really embarassed by this and i would ask maruti to get back to me regarding this.CAR WAS BOOKED IN KALYANI MOTORS IN MYSORE ROAD BANGALORE.THE PERSON WHO TOOK THE BOOKING WAS MR MAHESH THE AREA MANAGER.

                                    Till date no action has been taken neither by Maruti Suzuki India Ltd. nor by his authorised dealer.


                                    I, Deepesh Jain have purchased a new “Maruti Alto LX “on date 17.01.2008 through Your Authorized Dealer M/s Pagariya Auto, Jalna Road, Aurangabad. After running 1103 kilometers, the vehicle was given to the same dealer for First Free Servicing in a very good condition i.e. Free from even any minor dent, scratches and in the evening, when I came to M/s Pagariya Auto for getting the delivery of vehicle, I saw a dent on both the doors of RH side of the vehicle just above the door handle lock. Immediately I complained the concerned authorities about the same, initially they refused to accept their mistake (firstly, concerned mechanics forcibly refused to accept their mistake but I then insist that I am owner of the vehicle, who daily clean & drive the vehicle, if there were these dents, which should be in my knowledge and lastly they have accepted their mistake and said that these dents may have come during the servicing) and assured that they will got it repaired on 11.02.2008

                                    On date 11.02.2008 I have given my vehicle for dent repairing and got the delivery next day on date 12.02.2008 The denting & painting work is not acceptable to me because the denting & painting work is clearly visible on the vehicle even the dents are also shining on the vehicle as I had already done Teflon coating on the vehicle from Market, spending Rs.3500/- . Now I have to do Teflon coating again because of aesthetic point of view.

                                    Now, I want from M/s Maruti Suzuki India Ltd. to either replace the doors and do the Teflon coating free of cost or give me compensation of Rs.50000/- because why I should accept the denting, painting work & cost of re-Teflon coating, when there is negligence in servicing wok of your authorized dealer M/s Pagariya Auto, Aurangabad.

                                    As I know that M/s Maruti Suzuki India Ltd. is a largest car manufacturer in India and having very good reputation in customer service, this is the only reason to become a Maruti Car Owner.

                                    So, you are requested to take the necessary action at the earliest possible & hope I will get the justice.

                                    i have bought a maruti swift LXi in march 22, 2009 from competent gaziabad in the name of sonia sharma .still we haven`t got the RC of the car coz of that i could not move out of station . i have remind so many times but no action has been taken by mr. negi & Surender (sale boy).its hard to accept that after calling customer care of maruti suzuki told this will rectify in 72 hours & given complain no.complain no. is
