Sir,
i am from Raipur chhattisgarh, I am going to purchase new maruti suzuki Zen stilo Vxi on dated 26.10.08. I was paid as a booking prise 25000.00 rupee on dated 23.10.08 before increasing rate of Zen stilo but before delievery on date 25.10.08 deler told me that you should pay increased money of your car and I have all ready pay the increased money of with 3000.00 extra for aen stilo. During dealing representative told me that increased prized will be start for such costumer who will be start their booking after increased prize of maruti.what is actuly rule of your company

    Dear friends,
    manan autolink is the worst car dealer in ahmedabad.They sales representative are very smart cheaters.They LURE CUSTOMERS by offering huge discount .Once the deal is finalized and the customer is trapped they show their hidden terms.I had booked my MARUTI ALTO CAR before 1 month and once i asked them about insurance, they insisted me to take it from BAJAJ ALLIANZ and upon my refusal to take insurance from the said company they cancelled my booking and deducted Rs 1000 from booking amount.This seems ridiculous.On detailed inquiry through reliable sources, it was apparent that they are getting 35-40% commision from bajaj allianz in which they recover the discount offered to you.So this is an alert message for all doctor friends and other customers that think twice before buying any maruti car from MANAN AUTOLINK, AHMEDABAD
    I have purchased SWIFT DZIRE last month from Manan Autolink, Ahmedabad, I found the best service in its class, I have visited all MARUTI & HYUNDAI dealers in Ahmedabad but hospitality and serives given to was like family person, I was attended excellently.
    The excutive's are well trained, commited. Even at the time delivery I was offered all facility, accessories.
    The showroom is well managed. I really appritiate the managment and MARUTI SUZUKI for apppointing such a good staff. I came to know the CEO of manan is himself a basically a DOCTOR, so by profession his commiment and customer serice is excellent.

    I have got the Servicing done for my car and in spite of telling their staff about a problem they have failed to fix it.
    I have been to Manan Autolink, Vijay Cross rd, Ahmedabad for purchasing a Shift Dezire, I got the service beyond my expectation, really whole thing went so smoothly that I didnt get drawback from the dealer - Rajesh
    Service is marvellous and I am impressed with the courtesy thge sales staff renders to their customers. Although I have been taking the services of Kataria automobiles service station at Dariapur for my Maruti 800 car all these years . The experience with Mannan Auto links Navrangpura is equally good. The reason for my experience with Mannan Autolink is due to the better delivery period of Swift Dezire I have purchased recently.

    Dear All, I am having Maruti Baleno since last 5 years. I have purchase the same from Kiran Motors Ahmedabad and since from Purchase I take Insurance from the Kiran Motors. Last Year I taken insurance from Manan Autolink Pvt. Ltd. with this insurance I get benefit of 1 Free Service. I have Maurti Swift. I purchase swift from Manan Auto Link and I am happy with service provide by Manan Autolink So I renew insurance for my Baleno from Manan Autolink. But I am not very happy with last service done by Manan Autolink Pvt. Ltd. I send a car for Service as on 08th January 2010. At that time I come to know that Rs.7000 to 8000 expense requrie for car. I agree on Phone for the same within 5 Second. I received car on the same day but when I receive my car I not found my Pen Drive in the car. Then i said pls. check for my pen drive and collect your cheque on next day. then he said as per our telecom u agree that u give us cheque on delivery of car. I am ready to pay cheque but my question is that my pen drive not in the car. so i tell him to collect chq. on next day. Next day i received call from Mr.Vishal Mistry and Mr. Gautam who is Incharge for our car on behalf of Manan Autolink. They said we paid you amount of pen drive or else u can write cheque after deduct your pen drive value. I said that I am not worried about Rs.250 to Rs.300 pen drive, but you have no right to say your customer to deduct your item value from your Bill. My intention write you only that your representative are unable to give satisfaction to your customers. After every Service I received Feedback form and I give 9 to 10 Marks for your services.     Dear All,

    I have purchased Bajaj Pulser 150 in Mar-10. But sorry to say that Manan Bajaj has very poor service. They even not giving proper resopnse to customer. They feel that they are people who can do anything to customer. We had booked the bike and give the delivery after 2 months even giving the committement within 3 weeks. We had paid full amount also. Bike was given of little scratches and non colored on some part of body. Even presently we had renewed our insurance for the same but they ask us to go to Insurance office and renew it whereas other dealers are renew it from ther branch office itself. They can atleast take the premium cheque. Mr. Ankit & Mr. Alpesh from their staff has no dressing sense and stood up against us like they will hit us. I will not recommend others to take any vehicle from Manan Autolink. They are also spoiling Bajaj impression in the market.
    After 6th service of my wagon-R-Duo at Manan Auto link at Naranpura When i went for fillup of petrol to my surprize I see the cap of petrol tank was miissing, i freently Call to service adviser & workshop manager regaeding careless service lost the cap but authority answered we will inform you after enquiring but no answeres So this is the so called best service.

    Hurrible outcome from a free servicing of a new Dzire. Cannot believe that the car is delivered without even minimum wash!! The mud marks from normal use on Ahmedabad roads were glaring at the face after the so called servicing. If the visible part of the car showed this outcome what about the servicing of the car in its inside parts?? Absolutely not trustworthy. Due to the intervention of a friend, I got some redressal. God save!!
    I put my Dezire-VXI to routine service and to fix small problem related to Door Lock. Within 1 hour I got a call from Manan Auto-Ahmedabad. They simply trying to sale fresh Lock assembly instead of trying to repair lock. I did not appreciates this. I ask them to give me on their Letter Head that Lock is beyond repair and recommended for replacement. They denied. I just wonder to see their hunger to loot customer. I told them to keep my Car with them free of cost towards my protest.

      Sir,

      I bought India’s largest selling vehicle Maruti Alto (TN 45 AJ 0742) on 24th April 2007 with a lot of dreams & hopes and I was happy for making a right choice. The car is the best in all kinds.

      But after using the car for few months, I started to hear a metallic rattling noise in the left rear side of the vehicle. In spite of visiting all your MARUTI service centers in TRICHY the problem could not be sorted out. I have visited your workshops more than 20 times for the same problem & the service personnel have tried replacing each & every item (from trim to axle) on trial & error basis. In spite of all this & leaving the car in Kare Trans for a week, the problem could not be identified. They suspected some problem in welding joints & in turn sought the opinion of ABT as well. Unfortunately my car has the same problem even now. Even though I appreciate the effort put in by KARE TRANS - Authorised Maruti Service Centre, the problem still stays and they consider it to be a manufacturing defect, and they advised me to cut & weld the chassis / body to rectify the problem but as it’s a new car I am against for their statement. I don’t want my car to go as a Scrap during warranty period.

      Since my vehicle is still under the WARRANTY, I request you to look into and Replace the vehicle urgently as the problem cannot be rectified without cutting & welding the body / chassis. I would appreciate your immediate response on the same.

      I have a small child and a working wife. This is too much for me to handle. I am sure that Maruti is Topping JD Power rankings due to excellence in satisfying customers & sorting out their problem. Even when people adviced me to take Legal route, I felt it's better to appeal to you directly. I do have the confidence you would look in to this matter and sort out my problem by Replacing my car as early as Possible. Looking forward to get a Permanent solution.

      Re: Maruti Car Swift, Registration No.WB 06 4726, purchased on 12/08/2008 from your authorized dealer, Machino Techno, Kolkata under the Hire Purchase Scheme from HDFC BANK. got damaged due to manufacturing defect.

      With reference to the above, I would like to bring to your kind notice with deep heart that while I was driving on 24/11/2008 at 12:00 PM, I suddenly noticed that smoke was coming out from the car over the place inside as well as outside the car, the car was filled up completely with thick smoke, driver and myself was almost suffocating to death, in spite of our repeated trying anxiously, tried to open the door, but the central locking system failed and the doors could not be opened. Somehow with great difficulty, I tried to switch off the car and pulled out the key, in spite of that, the engine was racing with great speed and sound and the smoke was coming with more force inside as well as outside the car. We were almost suffocating to death due the smoke, at that time a huge public as well as police gathered outside and they managed to pull my driver and me out of the car through the window. Police as well as the public, with great difficulty, opened the bonnet of the car and disconnected the battery, then only the engine stopped. In the meantime, we noticed the whole of mechanical parts were burnt out and damaged beyond our imagination. The cooler tank also bursted and diesel and mobil started flowing through the exhaust. Public as well as the police asked us to go away from the car as it might burst and cause damage to human life.

      I called up immediately your authorized service dealer ( Motorkrat ) , where I normally get my car serviced. After a detailed inspection of the damaged car, they expressed their inability to repair the car as it was damaged beyond the capacity of their expertise and hence they suggested, they would like to send the car to the dealer from where I had purchased. Your will appreciate that there is some serious manufacturing defect due to which this accident took place and this accident could have caused loss of human life and injury to the people on the streets.

      For your kind information, I have a very high opinion about your company, as well as your product, we as well as my family and my friends always go in for your branded product for your Goodwill and Service Excellence to the valued customer. Trust you will look into the case very seriously and do the needful immediately without any delay as I am mentally very much depressed and harassed and inconvenienced as I am not able to use my car, because of the accident. Almost everyday, I use my car for more than 100 kilometers for a day. In the absence of the car, I have to spend a lot of money on public transport like taxis and hired cars. And this is also hampering my professional work where I am working as s Senior Executive.

      This is all because of Deficiency in Service due to product with manufacturing defect for which you will be held responsible.
      I am really disgusted. I was called by Mr. Amit Adhikary of Machino Techno regarding my car. I am amazed to find out that he is trying to project that the problem was there ealier. wanted to bring to your notice that Mr/. Adhikary inspected the car before taking car. At that point of time my car did not have any issues except some dent and mark.

      Now after keeping the car for more that two days he is claiming that my car"s excaust pipe., oil box have broken. I am damm sure that the car was ok when I had given.

      If some damage happens when the car is getting repaired thats is not my fault.

      More over I have been a loyal customer of maruti since 2001.Nobody till date has not spoken or illbehaved with me that I faced today. When I refused to admit that the damages had not been there, I was told that I should take back my car.

      I have given my car for repair for more that a month. I have no clue or any update about the same. Is this the way maruti works. Every time I call up I hear that spare parts not there. Why the company manufactures a car which has no spare parts.

      Yet again the same complaint. I got my car back on 07.01.10. and yesterday the same problem occured again.
      I purchased Maruti Suzuki Swift Dezire on 5/04/2010 from Kapico Motors, Chennai. after just 2 months from the purchase of the vehicle , i started facing starting problems in my vehicle. if i switch off my car and then switch it on the ignistion wont start. i had called up maruti on raod service several times and they told me that the starter was not working and can be replaced under warranty. i was left this problem for more than 3 days and then the kapico mariti took my car for repair telling me that i lll receive the veicle the same day in the evening. after that i received my vehicle after 3 - 4 days . this type of service and defect was not expected from mariti. Why should be there any defect in the cars manufactured. Please compnosate me for my time loss and work held up due to this inappropriate defect from maruti.

      I have purchased a Alto in july 2009 from M /S Starline cars Mehsana North gujarat . Having chasis no. 1432693 Engine no. 3703880 model AR Lxi. having completed 3 services. Since my first free service i made it a point to bring it to the notice of service centre that there is a problem with rear wheelss movement. It was jerking slightly but no attention was paid. Now the quantum of jerks is increased and I was told that there is a problem in the rear rib of wheels from factory itself. My car had hardly running 13000 kms. It is really disheartning that despite my constant effort to bring this to the notice of authorised service stations vide Star line Mototrs at Mehsana and Nanda Motors at Kalol. No centre pay due heed to my complaint and now thing has come to such a pass that I havr to ground my car. is anybody listening to it at MARUTI SUZUKI !

      I purchased a SUZUKI ACCESS scooter from Millers Suzuki Vasant Nagar bangalore on 5th Feb 2011.after two weeks a annoying sound started while accelarting ,
      In Service center they told its a clutch bell probelm and its been replaced , again after one week the sound started and this time the service center person told first the replaced the Bell and now they have changed Belt ,
      for 8-9days there was no sound ,
      Then Again the same irritating sound has been started
      while giving to second service i have clearly told them about the probelm and they told me that he will look after under his supervision and while taking the delivery when i checked with him he told me that this time they have changed entire part and assured me that there will be no problem , i also told him that im going Escalate if the problem exist , he casually replied that its a Manufacturing defect i[censored] escalate they will ask us to change part that;s it, now i am facing the same problem ,the problem is started the same day of service ,

      I want to know if it's really a clutchbell problem ,Then y it has even after changing clutch bell ,

      I need a solution for this

      if the same problem starts in future : is amount going to be refunded ?

      i here by want to take a strict action against it.please do look into the issue and make justice with it .now vehicle is on warranty period

      Dear Sir/Mam,

      I Sanjay Tewari, R/o 88/3 Prem Nagar, Kanpur own a Maruti Suzuki Wagon R Lxi (CNG Model) bearing Registration No. UP78-DB-1374 and Engine No. K10BN7258630. I bought the car in June, 2013. Since then I have been keeping the car well serviced as per the directions in the manual. However, recently there have been too much noise during the running of the car and on checking it has been found out that the tyres of the car have been deformed. The car has only gone 13000 Kms as of now whereas the normal life span of tyres is at least 40, 000 kms. I don't see how tyres can be worn out and specifically deformed at only 13, 000 kms. I have consulted the mechanics and the showroom run service centre where I have been informed that many such complaints have come up before the Complaints department and that such tyres have been replaced. I being a loyal customer of Maruti Suzuki fail to comprehend that how tyres of one year old car can be deformed unless there is a inherent manufacturing defect in the car per se.

      I am bringing this complaint to your notice first and hope that you shall take required action at the earliest failing which I shall be constrained to take appropriate legal action against Maruti Suzuki for providing defective cars to customers and duping them of their hard earned money by selling faulty cars.

      i have purchased a dezire vdi on[protected] bu on fromt mirror give rainbow effect, also cooling is also not good, a scretch was on petrol tank
      Dear Sir,

      I had purchased a Maruti Alto K10 (VXI) bearing Chassis No –
      MA3EADE1S00490367 on[protected] from Mohon Motor Udyog Pvt Ltd.

      After 2-3 months I found that there were 2-3 dents on the
      roof of the car. After that I called to the customer care and they guided me to
      contact the workshop as soon as possible, so that they can look after the
      matter. Then I contacted with One Auto Dealer workshop at Kalikapur Branch,
      Kolkata. I had a talk with customer care Manager and she told me to go to the
      Science City Branch, Kolkata for a checkup.

      After 2-3 months later One Auto Service (Body shop) Engineer
      contacted me and took my car to the Maruti Regional Branch, Kolkata (L&T
      House). They replied me 2-3 weeks later about the matter .They told that there
      was some hopping on the roof of the car. For that reason the roof was dent
      which was told by Mr.A.K.Ghosh. He also told that Maruti is not liable to take
      any action about this problem.


      From here on my question arises:

      A)
      Will Maruti not take any action to this kind of
      problem?

      B)
      Do Maruti have no belief about the customer feed
      back?

      C)
      Do Maruti
      have the worst service among all the car companies in India?

      Mr.A.K.Ghosh also told me that as my car
      travelled less kilometers & for Maruti good will they will take action to recover
      the dent and will not take any responsibility further. That means he did not
      believe that it was a manufacturing defect and repeatedly told me that the dent
      was due to hopping. Most of the time my car stays in garage which is fully
      covered. Can you tell me how the hopping occurred?

      Previously I had faith &
      belief about Maruti company and their Services, for the reason why I purchased
      a car of Maruti.

      I have purchased the above referred car from your dealer, Popular Vehicles And Services LTD, Kottayam, (Pathanamthitta showroom), believing the words spoken by the sales agent on behalf you and your dealer. I was made to believe that your company makes best small cars in India and above referred Maruti Wagon R car is one of the best products in the small car segment. The sales executive made me believe that said wagon r car is made of quality materials which assure durability and stability. You are here by informed that on[protected], while the car driven in a straight smooth road, left wheel drum of the car broke and car was turtle down, there by the entire car was damaged. By god’s grace my son who was driving the car was saved without much injury. The car met with the accident since the wheel drum was broken and the same is a clear example o[censored]se of inferior quality of material for the making of car. The wheel drum is claimed to be made of best quality cast iron. Even if the car is repaired, I am not in a position to believe that the same will not be repeated since it is proved that the car is made of inferior quality goods. The car is only 4 years old and the same was maintained by me in an excellent manner. The insurance coverage for the car will not wipe of my loss and uncertainty in future. In these circumstances I call upon you to show your positive response being a reputed car maker in India and request you to replace the car with another car. You may consider this as a notice and take positive action without fail. I once again remind you that a repaired car will not meet my demand made here. Otherwise I will be constrained to take further action at your risk and cost. I am herewith attaching the photos of damaged car with broken wheel drum.

      I have purchased the above referred car from your dealer, Popular Vehicles And Services LTD, Kottayam, (Pathanamthitta showroom), believing the words spoken by the sales agent on behalf you and your dealer. I was made to believe that your company makes best small cars in India and above referred Maruti Wagon R car is one of the best products in the small car segment. The sales executive made me believe that said wagon R car is made of quality materials which assure durability and stability. You are here by informed that on[protected], while the car driven in a straight smooth road, left wheel drum of the car broke and car was turtled down, there by the entire car was damaged. By god’s grace my son who was driving the car was saved without much injury. The car met with the accident since the wheel drum was broken and the same is a clear example o[censored]se of inferior quality of material for the making of car. The wheel drum is claimed to be made of best quality cast iron. Even if the car is repaired, I am not in a position to believe that the same will not be repeated since it is proved that the car is made of inferior quality goods. The car is only 4 years old and had run only 12597 Kms and the same was maintained by me in an excellent manner, periodically serviced only by Maruti authorized service centres. The insurance coverage for the car will not wipe of my loss and uncertainty in future. In these circumstances I call upon you to show your positive response being a reputed car maker in India and request you to replace the car with another car. You may consider this as a notice and take positive action without fail. I once again remind you that a repaired car will not meet my demand made here. Otherwise I will be constrained to take further action at your risk and cost. I am herewith attaching the photos of damaged car with broken wheel drum.

      I purchased one swift dzire from popular kothamangalam. They offered 2 gram gold coin. I took delivery of car one month back. When I they say different - different excuses. I do not know what is happening. l like to know that.

        I have booked Swift Dzire VDI Pearl Mettalic Artic White in Vasanthi AutoMobiles, Pondicherry by paying Rs 84, 670 on 31th March2008 and paid the remaining amount Rs 4, 96, 000 on 24th June 2008.The authority told me on the booking date that "We will give the vehicle within 2 months".Nearly 7 months had gone but still we didnt get the vehicle.Those who have booked after us got the vehicle.When I approached the authority, they didnt give responsible answer and also gave mental disturbance by making me to wait for hours in the show room and in the workshop.

        So I request you to take the immediate action for me to get the vehicle.

        I Dr. Rupam Ghosh Dastidar, Anauthestic, Panchet Hill Hospital, DVC, a resident of Qtr. NO. MED-2A, Ranchi Colony, Maithon, Jharkhand bought one Maruti SWIFTUXI Reg. No. WB06-9740 from Jalan Distributor Kolkata, West Bengal on 27.11.2008. My car met an accident on 05.12.2008 evening at Sanjay Chowk, Maithon, Jharkhand, I dly had taken the vehicle at Beekay Motors. Asansol Maruti Distributors on 06.12.2008 for repair works of the car, which is duly ensured by Bajaj Allinz till date (15.12.2008) morning I have been asking wont the progress of the work my vehicle but I am not exactly informed by them. Please instruct the Beekay Motors to help a Doctor in his need. Where the works hang and when i will get my car back.

But i haven't recd the delivery yet. They have also taken Rs. 2, 50000 from me 45 days back. The dealer always gives me the date of next week. He is saying that he is not getting the delivery from co. itself. Now he is saying that co. is temporary shut down for next 15 days. I am not able to believe on his words. Should i cancell the booking. Pl help me out in this matter.

          I got my Car serviced from Apra Auto, Okhla on 01st Oct 2008, is an authorised dealer of Maruti Suzuki. First I recieved the car after service and there were two problems which were not rectified and after my complain, they have taken the vehicle and rectified those problems, however i noticed after two days that there was lot of water inside the car on co-driver seat, i made a compliant to Apra Auto again. I am totally dissatified with the service provided by them.
          1. They have delivered the vehicle without any qulity check.
          2. When customer is making complaints, they are not responding for rectification of the problem.

          I have waited for the action from them for last one week and after that i am writing this mail to you, with a hope that Maruti Suzuki may attend to the compliants of the consumer. My car No. is DL5CC6999

          Maruti Udyog/ Baleno VXI — Poor Car Servicing

          Dear Sir/madam,

          I've purchased a Baleno VXI in 2007 from Vipul Motors Ajmer Road, Jaipur. Vipul Motors is one of the big dealers for Maruti Udyog Vehicle.

          The vehicle was running fine except for its Antena which was giving trouble but we managed somehow. The real problem was the the quality of servicing it provides to its customers.

          I gave my car for the first free servicing at Vipul Motors workshop located in Malviya Nagar, Jaipur and I and not to mention I had an harrowing experience. When I received the car back from servicing I found that the Glove Compartment of the car was broken from one of the sides & some loose wires were also hanging beneath the steering area. I've informed them immediately but nothing was done.

          I gave my car again for the 2nd free servicing, since I do not have any other servicing centre close by, on 29th Jan 08 and got the car on the same day but when I checked the car this time the GLove Compartment Tray was totally broken and the car was not cleaned properly. Pieces of match sticks,mud & shoe marks was present inside the car. Again I informed Kashish, the receptionist of the workshop yesterday but nothing has been done till now.

          This kind of servicing is not expected from acompany like Maruti which is branding itself as the provider of Best Customer experience.

          I have another car of a difefrent maker and I always had a wonderful experience with regard to after sales services. I would defenitely think thrice to buy in future any car of Maruti.

          Hope some thing would be done about the same as for Vipul Motors i think all these are falling on deaf ears..

            Refund of Booking Amount

            Hi I had cancelled my booking of Swift VXI in Bimal Motors in Bangalore. At the time of cancellation they mentioned it takes 3 days to refund the amount and it will be done electronically through amount transfer. But even after 5 days neither they returned the amount or have contacted me on this. When called they mentioned i need to come to their show room to collect the cheque. Absolutely uncourteous customer service....

            I had given my Wagon R. to Fairdeal, Jhil mil colony, Delhi, at the end of July 2008 to get the wind
            shield changed. After 3 days the car was returned to me shining new. However, after 15 days when
            the rains started, I was to discover to my horror, that the windshield had not been fixed properly and
            the rain water seeped into the car at the slightest of showers. Due to this slipshod servicing, the
            upholstery and the wiring of the car stands to be ruined. Unfortunately, I shifted to Bangalore, before
            I could discover this. Now nobody is willing to fix the problem here. I am in a major quandary. Will M

              Sir,

              This is Jitesh Mange residing at Mulund (w). This is my 1st mail to you and my problem is that I had booked a car [Swift VDI(Diesel)] from Fortpoint Automotive Cars Pvt. Ltd, Thane in August, 2008. And due to their insistance I had already made the payment of Rs.485000/- out of which my loan amt is Rs.375000/-. They (Fortpoint, Thane) had promised me the delivery of car on 26th October, 2008 which they have also given in writing on offer voucher.

              Now that i've made the payment more than 80%, they are telling that the delivery of car is not possible on the committed date. They don't even know the status of my car as when will I be getting it or how much more days it will take.

              I am in real trouble now because my EMIs have already started and the bankers from which I have took the loan are sending me messages that they need the hypothecated copy of R.C Book and I really don't know what to do and where to go because i've already started paying interest for the thing which I don't know when i'll b receiving.

              Hope you'll look in to the matter and get me out of this mess.

              SAI SERVICES LIMITED, ANDHERI — NON DELIVERY OF R C BOOK

              I have purchased Maruti Esteem in June, 2007, however i have not received RC Book upto date inspite of constant follow up. Staff of the dealer are not at all co-operative and even the customer care department is not responding at all. Fed up of all this i have decided to sell the car, however that also cannot be done unless i get RC book. This is a very sorry position for a dealer of Maruti who are suppose to be one of the best dealers of Maruti in India. It appears that every thing is on paper and in reality the things are different. i am very much confused and don't know what to do. But one thing is clear that i will never in my life time buy any vehicle of Maruti because if the no. 1 dealer of Maruti provides such type of service then what can be expected from the other dealers who are graded below.

              i have purchased a tata vista car from garyson motors,, sherpur chowk , ludhiana i have take a loan form sbi and balance full payment paid to the company . and i have applied for my rc from garyson motors. after some days they imformed me that rc is ready. and they demanded rupees 500. for the same. at present rc is lying with them and they said to me that first pay Rs. 500 then they will handed over rc to me.

              Fort Point Thane does not value their customers at all, new or old!

              Commitments made by them should be taken with a pinch of salt. They keep taking all o[censored]s for a ride. They think that becuase we are dependent on them, they can do whatever they want, and get away with it.

              I bought a car from them, delivered 2 weeks late.
              I took it for repairs, delivered 1 week later than committed.
              I took it for repairs again, delivered 3 days late!

              Does commitment have no value for them??

              I regret buying this vehicle from them.
              I agree with the complaints and have also faced this very recently. They really dont have customer intimacy and there sales man just dont inform anything to customer. I have to be after them all the time for getting my vehicle. They just promise to book the car when signing the booking but they dont keep the vehicle alloted in the bookers name. Also they can change anytime with their commitments and you never know instead of new car they might sell you old car so be aware with them and dont ever go near to them.
              I will say that Maruti should take serrious actions against them and keep their spy in their workplace and experience this themselves because for Maruti to keep their name in the market they need to take this kind of actions otherwise people will start believing that Maruti really dont know how to deal in this customer centric market and is just lillyput in the hands of its dealers.

              I would suggest that Maruti should take immediate action against this dealer otherwise it will be too late for its reputation in the market. This agent gives mental harassment to all of its customer who are buying the car in higher range so u can imagine what bad their sales team is.
              Agree, While the sales and delivery was done properly for me, the first 2 free services were a mess. The second time they actually sent back the vehicle without washing ! and their checklist marked as all acitivies done. I had to send the car back !!
              That is the general attitude of Fortpoint, you realised and escaped them so early. We got our 3 free services done from them for a brand new Maruti car we purchased from them.

              All three times, work done by Fortpoint was incomplete.
              All 3 times Fortpoint delivered vehicle much after the promised time.

              In first service vehicle had traveled much more than the return distance from our residence to the workshop, and some basic work was not done. The service guy only called me to scare me into buying a Rs. 4000 accessory saying that if i didnt fit that accessory, my engine could fail and it would cost me additional rs. 10000 to fix it.

              Second service, not even washing was done. When i asked them, they told me 'gaadi bhej do, karke de denge, usme kya hai'.

              Before giving the vehicle for third service to Fortpoint, i was assured by service/work managers of 2 different fortpoint service centers that work would be done properly.

              When I escalated matter to Fortpoint MD that 3 times I got bad service, he is explaining to me 'aisa kabhi kabhi hota hai, shayad aapka naseeb kharab hai'. What a moronic statement. What he did not understand that consistently bad service means his management is bad.

              Not to mention that suddenly the vehicle shock absorbers of brand new vehicle running just 10k kms in Mumbai highway only are so bad that smallest road joint jerks cane be felt inside. and when i received the vehicle in the night around 8 pm, it was dark so couldnt check, sadly the rear left tail lamp was cracked.

              Sadly, even Maruti does not take any action against such dealers/service guys as their business is very dependent on such dealers only. I had to run a lot after the Maruti guys to register a complaint, and final result was some guy calling me and telling me to again send the vehicle to Fortpoint and he will get work done properly. When I asked him whether he is in his senses as he was asking me to trust Fortpoint again, he made alternate provisions with Sai service, which was a little better than Fortpoint.

              If you have to buy vehicle from Maruti please understand that they wont help and you will always be at mercy of dealers.
              Another thing, they are the fastest in selling your number to the car insurance companies..

              we deliberately gave them another number of someone we know, with the name of the car owner during purchase and confirmed that we wont be getting sales call.


              Now the other number is getting our calls trying to sell car insurance, break down services and all such things.

              I am sure such a sale of information is ILLEGAL.

              and mr tushar shire was the sales executive who dealed with me v had build a good relation in that transaction.A week back he called me saying he needs my car as some office executive and sales staff had to go for picnic,as i did not needed it for tht day so i lended it.they have demaged my car from the drivers seat dere is a dent in it.the silencer makes noise while driving.they told me dere is a alignment problem in my car so they will service it for me. i said ok,i was supposed to get my car on monday of which i got it on 5th july,and while delivering it the told me tht they have demaged my car and will do it on dere behalf. after trying hard i m not being able to contact mr tushar shire,his ream leader his no is [protected] tells me he is sending the person today,tomorrow. i dont know whts hapenning. Am i being fooled

              its realy a pity to trust any body from fortpoint.
              Fort Point Thane seems to be immune from Maruti's strict customer service policies. Complaints by customers seems to be closed without customer consent by the local Maruti office. Maybe the local Maruti officers transfer may solve the problem. Maruti is getting a bad name and other manufacturers are gaining by such a situation. Recently a friend having a Maruti Wagon R and living close to these dealer booked his second vehicle, a Maruti dezire from a dealer who is at a distance.
              Yes true, fortpoint thane always delays the car. my new car is being delayed for 3 months in a city like Thane. Initially they will say within 15 days and then keep on giving excuses. The changed my whole car model and say it happens with your model. I had order Alto CNG factory fitted version but instead they brought plain Alto from Gurgaon and say they will fit CNG and call it factory fitted plus the CNG quality is very cheap. I have no complaints regarding the Maruti Suzuki company but the fortpoint Thane is useless. They screw your pocket, your brains and your car too. Maruti should hold an enquiry and audit such dealers. After all its loss to Suzuki as well.

              At time of booking Wagon R CNG on 6 Aug 2014, delivery date was committed to 23 Aug 2014, however they called me on 21 Aug saying that due to some CNG kit issue (they have all type of excuses) there is delay in of 2 weeks and Car will be delivered by 08 Sep 2014. I asked them to give delivery date in email / writing, but not ready to do so and also asking me for full payment even before Engine No and Chesis No are generated. I have clearly refused to make full payment.
              Yes same experience with me with Fortpoint THANE. Not delivering on time.

              At time of booking Wagon R on 12th November 2014, delivery date was committed to 4th December 2014, however there Sales Executive now said delivery on 4th dec. 14 is not possible and from yesterday he is not taking my call.               Hi Guys,

              I just want to share my experience with Fortpoint Automotive, Its company, the company service is pathetic. At time of booking car, the sales executive will promise you lots off offers (not in term of cash discount, only on accessories), I had booked the WagnoR VXI in month of Oct, 02nd 2014 and delivery date was 23th but Fortpoint failed to delivery the car and they committed the 03rd Nov 2014 as second delivery date, even this time they informed me prior to one day of delivery date that they don't have the availability of cars.

              Hence I cancelled the booking and bought the car from other dealer and other dealer have delivered me the car in 3 days, but still I am struggle to get my Deposit amount of Rs 10, 000 from Frontpoint. I have visited the Fort point office (Dombivli) several times (7 Times) and even escalated this issue with their Team leader & branch head, every time I get the assure and false promise from branch head that u will receive the amount in 2 working days, but still I have not received the a single penny from them..

              Even the reason which I got from branch head & sales executive of Fortpoint office is like joking with me...

              1. They don't have the cheque book for Cheque issuance
              2. Authorized Signatory is out off station & they have only one authorized signatory to sign on cheque
              Please I suggest you all readers, not to buy car from Fortpoint...Or Else u will never get the Car delivery and not you’re Deposit Money Back...
              Fortpoint Automotive is a FraudPoint Automotive Company...

              Brakes got tightly jammed . It has happened just car has run less than 30000 kms . Many times it has happened and I fortunately just saved myself ftom meeting accident .

                Please note that I have maruti 800 AC car of model 2004 was sent for servicing & repair at Pandit Autumobiles, Yamuna Nagar. The car was sent for servicing in Mid August'08 & again on Oct 14th'08.
                After their repair & servicing i am having more problems than peace.
                -The mileage has been reduced to approx. half
                - Head lights are not properly aligned
                -The front axle which was changed is making noise
                - Wheels are not balanced
                - Shockers are not working.
                The sevicing/repair was done at M/s Pandit Automobiles, Yamuna Nagar, Haryana

                I have very bad experience with this service center.

                I request Maruti officials to look into the matter & take strong action against the service center.

                Please note i having maruti ritz VDI 2010 model. I was send for servicing to pandit autiomobiles yamuna nagar.

                After their servicing and repair i faced lots of problems in my car like

                when car is in slow speed and i pressed break i noise is produced.

                in rainy days automatically water is coming from where i don't know

                my front left side tyre is almost over due is his negligance.( wheel alingment) and over all reading in my meter is 12000km.


                really bad experiance with such service stations.


                I request Maruti officials to look into the matter & take strong action against the service center

                  this is top inform you that, i bought Maruti Suzuki SX4 few months back and got it serviced a month back, but after it came from servicing its wippers are not working in the rain.
                  Also the windscreen is not clear due to non functioning wippers.

                    Dear Sir,

                    I have a white swift and while washing the car i found lot of dent on the body and on the bonnet of the car these dent is visible only i[censored] watch form an angle. i have found this problems in few of my friends car also. i somhow feel it is bcoz of the thickness of the material used. I dont find these problems in any cars of Hundai bcoz few of my friends own. compaitivly the thickness of the material used is good compared to swift.

                    I own a Zn estilo and I find that the body is very flimzy or easily prone to dents. I had enquired with the service center if the thickness has been reduced to reduce cost. But the service center guys had replied its the same thickness of steel all the companies use, but maybe because of the shape its more flimzy.

                        I booked Swift Dzire @ Indus Motors, Cochin on 12th April 2008, paying Rs. 50000/- as the booking amount.
                        At the time of booking I was assured the delivery within 5 months, which I understand as I am one among many who “desire” to own this swift model. Please also note that I was upgrading my existing 3 years old Swift for this new model.

                        I did a mistake of not following up for first five months about the status. I was shocked to listen another 4 months probable waiting period when I checked the status in August. Many advised me to do a serious follow up as there are incidents of shifting priorities of confirmed bookings for better margins at many dealer places. When enquired about my number going low in priority list, I was given a funny story – the sales executive who took my booking was resigned, and there were nobody to follow up my booking to get the priority. After that I keep on tracking my booking status, tried putting pressure from all known sources, finally I was advised to keep the finance ready as the vehicle will be delivered within a weeks time – this happened September last week. I had a tough time to get the loan approved from a nationalised bank within a week, but could get the DD ready in my hand. But it was only waiting after that, every day speaking to the sales manager in Indus Motors to hear that the vehicle is yet to come. On 6th October, I made an effort to talk to the concerned people in relevant department, and they gave me the dispatch details with engine & chasis number. As per that it was despatched on 20th september from Maruti Goregaon. I am told that the dispatch is made thru ship (from Goregaon?!!!), and that’s the reason for delay. They made it very clear that they are not responsible for this delay, and neither they nor Maruti people can give me the status of the shipment and when the vehicle will be delivered.

                        And the latest - today’s news - is that the vehicle just arrived their dock yard, but without the keys..!!! I am again asked to wait some more days till they make alternate arrangements/ get fresh set of keys from Maruti. I am really scared how long that is going to take… will come in another ship.??.!!

                        Probably my plight is not a matter of concern to Maruti dealer, but I wonder whether Maruti approach it with the same attitude. I am sitting with the DD for the amount, paying the interest; gone the auspicious time I wanted to take the delivery, I better should have checked with the astrologer first on the status of shipment.

                        Who is responsible for the whole thing? Is it only my fate or can I confidently approach Maruti for a proper response? Really their dealer does not have any responsibility on the whole issue? I expected somebody from their office to speak to me atleast once in a month after my booking is made, to update the status. Or is it because they pushed down my priority number for other bookings that are “properly followed up”? To my understanding none of Maruti dealers in Cochin have a booking made in April, which is not delivered for the same model.

                        Can anybodye help me to get my questions answered, and how can I escalate to higher authorities in Maruti?

                            I have got severe starting issue in Alto car which has been tested & services by almost 5-6 maruti authorised service centre but till date nobody is able to solve the issue. The money which has been spent on this specific issue is around 50k.Last month when I have visited one of authorised service center they have got the parts changed for worth Rs 9k & assured me that now starting problem will not be there. Again I am facing the same issue. Best to it there is an banner which is hanging at Service Center is "Our aim is no repeated jobs". Really very very annoyed with the services of Maruti.

                            Even I am planning to buy new car of Maruti but now my mind has been crushed & will not take/ guide for Maruti in future.

                            Maruti 800 with 5 Speed Gears of 2001 & Maruti-800 STD of 2003.
                            both the models was set as maruti True value Price - Rs.1, 20, 000 finally shown as Special Price of Rs.1, 10, 000/-
                            Then I told shri Vishangbhai to show the demo of the car.
                            The car was not started due to some battery or machine problem.
                            & I told him to show the demo of second car.
                            I decide to purchase the second one car i.e., Maruti-800 STD of 2003.

                            then I told him tell me the way the payment should be done...
                            then he totally changed the price as he comes to know the party desires to purchase
                            the car today only.
                            he told me that the car i.e., Maruti-800 STD of 2003 is worth Rs.1, 10, 000/-
                            The I told him you have told that both the car is of Rs.95, 000/-.

                            he told me that I can not give you this car in this amount you can see in Kataria.
                            I will show some different car from direct party of Rs.95, 000/- don't purchase from True value...
                            & gave me his visiting card & told i will contact when i have models directly from the party.

                            Is this the way your team leader should interact with the clients?

                              I bought a high end Maurti Suzuki Swift ZXI (petrol version) vehicle on[protected]. The next day around noon the vehicle developed a technical snag i.e AC switched off, Instrument panel display lights not working, emergency lights coming when vehicle keys were removed, trunk not opening. When I called the customer service department of the dealer I was told that they would only assist if the vehicle was in a physical breakdown condition otherwise not! After much persistence & talking to the manager of the dealer showroom, a service technician called up stating since it was a saturday evening there wasn't much he could do & promised to come & diagnose the next day (sunday).

                              On sunday the technician came & spent an hour under the hood & finally said to take it to the dealer service center. He said there was some ECM breakdown & needed replacement, perhaps a proper PDI (Pre Delivery Inspection) was not done at the dealer's end.

                              Finally the vehicle went to the service center. Upon enquiring with the regional office of Maruti, Kolkata as to how come a brand new vehicle was found to be in defective condition-they simply didn't have an answer & have brushed it off by saying-its a car such things happen.

                              That means an ECM, which according to there technical sources, is suppose to be the heart of the car can possible FAIL withing 24 hours of sale. CAN YOU BELIEVE IT!!!

                              I am shocked at this sort o[censored]nprofessional approach by a company of Maruti Suzuki's stature. They simply dont have any explaination or are not wanting to even compensate for such an expensive vehicle. They just want the customer to make the sale but look the other way while offering services.

                                Hi,

                                This is Deep Mohan Goel; I have gone through with some big problem & mental harassments, just because I have purchased a car from MARUTI UDYOG.

                                Here are the details:

                                I have purchased a used car from "RAJ SNEAH" (True Value Division) Meerut, on 02nd September, 2008 by giving them a cheque of One Lack (Dated: 02/09/2008) as a booking amount, Car number was UP 15 AE 1039 (November 2007 model).

                                On the 14th Sept., 2008, Mr. Vineet (Manager) told me that they will not be able to deliver the car as the owner of that car is not ready to sell that car.

                                Point 1st: If they were not the owner of this car, why they have taken the advance from me & kept for 12 days on that car.

                                After that, Mr. Ajay Bhardwaj (Manager) has accepted there fault & offered me to buy a new car; however they have not given me any kind of compensation for there mistake & I had to pay Rs. 65, 000/- extra because that used car was as good as new. And as per the circumstances, I have agreed to buy a new car

                                On the 14th September, 2008, I bought a new car & I have told them that I have a PRE APPROVED car loan for 5.35 Lacks through HDFC Bank; I can let them have the approval within two working days.

                                (For a new car, I have paid them the difference except One Lack, on which I was looking for a loan.)

                                They told me to take a loan from ICICI Bank, Meerut, through there agent, I said okay on that. They have taken around twenty days to get that loan approved without any fault from my side. And that’s after, when I have told them that I had an approval from HDFC Bank, the next day they have told me that the loan from ICICI has been approved.

                                (Just because of all this, I had to travel in buses, where I suffered a lot, as I have DUST ALLERGY. Other then this I have given them around 100 of calls & that cost me something)

                                After that, I had a word with. Mr. Pradeep Sharma (Sales Dept.) and I have requested him for a specific registration number (4212), which is not a VIP number. He assured me about that & promised me to get that number for my car, for which they charged me Rs10, 000/- where as the registration fee for an ALTO car in UP is Rs 8, 200/-.

                                (I was interested in that number because I have the same number on my other vehicles & I have informed them the same as well)

                                On the 08th October, 2008, I called him & he said that again by mistake he lost that number as well. He suggested me to wait for next 6 months to get that number in next series or to choose any other number as I don’t have anything else to do. He spoiled my efforts to maintain the series of that number.

                                Now, I would like to tell you, that it’s been 10 years I am using your cars, I trust Maruti cars like anything, but now all this hurts me a lot because this is not a way to fool around the people.

                                I have all the legal proofs & document for all above, & I am planning to go to the Consumer’s Court

                                  I am Brajendra and writing here after getting frustrated from Maruti and its dealer. I had booked Swift VDI ABS more than 4 months back through Apra motors JMD plaza. At the time of booking, they had commited that car will be delived in June month end but the fact is that, I have not got the car as yet. Each time I call Apra, they just say that they are not sure when the car will be issued from Maruti. Now I am very tired chasing them and still not sure when the car will be delivered.

                                  I also wrote to Maruti about it and they initially wrote back to me with ref no "HT20080717_[protected]" saying that they will call me soon but no call/update from Maruti. Its very unfortunate that Maruti being the largest car manufacturer in India provides such a bad quality to customers.

                                    This is to bring to your notice the notorious ways with which the Maruti Authorised service center- M/S Car Care, BT Road, Kolkata has cheated me.

                                    I gave my car to the service centre with Rattling Sound complain. The job was taken up by them on 21 Jun 08 and my car was returned to me on 25 Jun 08 with a bill of 31000/- (Invoice no. 071694 dt 25 Jun 08). the bill comprised of endless list of nut, bolts, fuse etc., which needed no replacement.

                                    To add more - the actual fault was not rectified and the folowing additional problems were delivered with the car.
                                    1. A/C was made unserviceable
                                    2. Door light made unserviceable
                                    3. Floor Mats are missing

                                    It is really unfortunate that the dealership has been bestowed to such irresponsible goons who are out there to rob the people and thereby bringing bad name to the company.

                                    May I request you to look into the matter and fix the service center. Suitable action against the service cnetere will be a great help to the people in general who goes to authorised service centers with faith. The case needs an urgent detailed investigation.

                                    Kindly look if I could be refunded with the amount, as deemed fit, which has been robbed by your service center.

                                    Note - Before giving my car to service center I got it checked with the local mechanic and he can give it in writing that all those items (charged in bill) needed no replacement at all.

                                    I send my Maruti Alto Lxi to regent Meerut Road U.P. on 9th Oct.2008 they said Serveior is not avalable and car was returned. Now nxt day I send my car again i.e. on 10th Oct.08 there was some editing to be done and same was submitted same day.after that I was told that I will get my car after 4 days i.e. on 14 th Oct. When I called them I got an answer tomorrow you will gewt it i.e. on 15th Oct. When I called them I got an answer that tomorrow You will get it i.e. 16th Oct.08. When I called them Againg on 16th I got an answer that tomorrow you will get it.
                                    I wish to inform you that I never received call from them for the real status. Inspite of that the people over there did not disclosed their identity and misbehavied with me and bank the phone down.

                                    I still do not know the real status from them.

                                    This is in regrads of MAruti A-Star I bought the car on 28 nov 2008 and since then my car is not working fine. There is lots of issues and manufacturing defects coming the car as if dealer has sold one of the defective car to me.Issues coming with the car is that there is starting problem coming, power streeing is not that smoot and it uis giving sounds .
                                    there is vibration in the engine which could be felt while sitting in the car.
                                    was there any action from maruti for your request. even I had the similar problem.
                                    dont buy AUTOCOP car security systems iam victim of recently by pucrahsing there systems on my NEW RITZ car, there custmor care very rude and frustrating, Iam facing issue from last 6 months and they never gave me right solutions .
                                    my car maruti sx4 hr 51 x 0605 is full of rust.it started in very first year.and i even got it painted from maruti vipul motor. now its the third year and car is full of rust.each and every part is rusty. and maruti says car out of warrenty. theydont entertain me.

                                    Top gear Maruti authorised service center has over all cheated on us- ( Thane) Maharastra

                                    I have a Maruti esteem and have given for repair and the Bill came upto 45000, i have given in the moth of May and till date the car visti to the service center every week, I have been agin given a bill of 6000, and, again of 5400, When later i was questioned that why is wrong with the car, I was been abused By the owner, I have gone through a mental harrasment.


                                    It is really unfortunate that the dealership has been bestowed to such irresponsible goons who are out there to rob the people and thereby bringing bad name to the company.

                                    May I request you to look into the matter and fix the service center. Suitable action against the service cnetere will be a great help to the people in general who goes to authorised service centers with faith. The case needs an urgent detailed investigation.

                                    Kindly look if I could be refunded with the amount, as deemed fit, which has been robbed by your service center.

                                    Note - Before giving my car to service center I got it checked with the local mechanic and he can give it in writing that all those items (charged in bill) needed no replacement at all.

                                    this is brought to your notice that today i went to machino techno sales ltd 21/1a/2, darga road for the servicing of my car after an appointment with mr sanjay mitra, when i went threre, the gatekeeper asked me have any appointment i replied yes the gate keeper asked bring that person who given your appoinment i told him it is not my buisiness you confirm whether it it is true or not then suddenly the gatekeeper snatched the key of my car and pushed me out of the gate i was became surprised for this type of notorious act. the the manager came and told me take out your car without listening me any word. so the bitter exprience in my life and i request to the maruti authority for withdraw their service centre from this type of hooligans
                                    I had The most disastrous customer service is done by popular cars, where I gave my car for servicing yesterday ie 3 Jan 2012.
                                    They are minting money under brand Maruti on the most poorest service offered and under. Thier workers are low paid or they are un professionals or learners.

                                    Request all Indians if you are buying Maruti Cars, Cars are good but re think and check your servicing in front of your eyes. Get it done in front of you, even if they insist to go and come back in evening, believe that they are fooling us. Even though you waste a day, you are doing good thing for your Car.

                                    Do not get serve from Popular Cars Service Center especially Elamkkara, Cochin, Kerala.
                                    I think Maruti has distributed their Authorised service station dealership for the sake of making more money and marking their presence as far and wide as they can to crate the impression of being easy to maintain car and Giving it and INDIAN FEEL

                                    TOP gear Maruti's authorised service station at Kaserwadvali, Ghodbunder road, thane is the classic case of one of such service station.

                                    Gave my car for suspension problem and for general servicing in the month of October, and come January, my Engine started to make terrible noise and was just a kilometer away from seiseing. On top of it, the way garage owner talks as if the car owner is an and doesn't know a jack about driving a car or owning it.

                                    After this experience i have made up my mind to never go to any Maruti authorised station and my next car is NOT the MARUTI car, which is due in next 6 months.

                                    I am going to talk to people about it and will spread the word as much around to avoid Maruti authorised service stations. Will also take up various social media's to mention these ill practices of Maruti.

                                    Maruti really need to get their act together if they need to survive in this cut throat competition.

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      I write to you finally after debating for nearly three weeks now, after an experience (related to your product), which has left me confounded and conviction of a behavior, which with a strange finality in attitude seems to loudly proclaim - ‘we are like that only…’


                                      My first car was a fiat from which I switched over to a Maruti 800 in 2002, when my experience of the purchase of the car was smooth and quick. Six years later i.e. in July 2008 when I decided to go in for a new car, my first and only choice was another Maruti. On 20th July, based on an advertisement, we (my husband and I) contacted your dealer in Kolkata – Auto Hi Tech Pvt.Ltd, to enquire about the options and the exchange offer on Alto. Our call was handled by one of the service personnel, Ranabir Bose.

                                      The initial response was quick and courteous - the salesperson had inspected our car and wanted us to bring it to the showroom for valuation. On 20th July, we visited Auto Hi Tech Pvt Ltd, 97A Dr Meghnad Saha Sarani, Kolkata 29 and satisfied with the price and the offer, we left our ‘dear’ old car and a booking amount of Rs. 10, 000/- (receipt no. 21445 dated 20.7.08, for an Alto Lxi, which incidentally was enchased within 2 days.. The salespersons handling our sales are Souvik Roy and Mr, Debjit Nag.


                                      Today in 17th August, we are still waiting to drive the Silky Silver Alto! Our experience has been one – an ‘Indian’ ( or is it ‘Kolkatan?) experience and has left me asking if my faith on customer service and Indian values is a myth – doubts about my pride in being Indian who carries and displays deep-set values of respect for time, commitment and value of words.

                                      The attitude of the dealers is one of ‘not being bothered’ at all. My mobile bill for calls to Auto hi tech and its personnel is 34 calls, 11 trips to the bank and series of disappointments, frustration, amazement, anger and finally discovering a new meaning of ‘tolerance, restraint and forbearance’.

                                      We were informed that two conditions would ensure Quick delivery of the car within 3 days. Down payment and payment made through Demand Draft. We got into action to pull together the requisite amount through several sources started. On our request, we received in writing details about the break up of payment etc. On 24th July a mail was received from [protected]@authohitech giving details of the D/D to be made (see attachment) We got the D/D ready on 2nd August and now excited at the prospect of driving a new car soon.

                                      On 4th August, we visited the showroom to take sign the formalities and ‘take delivery of our car. We were informed that due to an error (on part of Auto Hi Tech) the D/D for insurance had to be cancelled and we need to arrange for fresh D/D as the name was incomplete in the mail sent by Auto Hi Tech (instead of National Insurance – it had to be National Insurance Co. Limited!). They also informed that registration and few other formalities would take one more day. On 5th, I sought permission from my workplace and visited my bank to cancel the D/D, which was a long drawn process. A cheque was issued in its place.

                                      Strangely after this, communication with your agents became difficult: calls were not answered or it was non-committal or animated assurances. Two days later, we were informed that the two other D/D were also ‘wrong’ and had to be cancelled and re-made.
                                      Auto Hi Tech had sent a mail with incomplete details.

                                      Incidentally, last month has been one of the busiest for both o[censored]s at workplace. Inspite of this, I made several calls to my banker to enquire about the formalities for cancellation and reissue. It was long drawn and would require my physical presence for many hours. By now our patience was truly at test. Next day, on asking the sales person to return the D/D, we were told that they had ‘managed’ to deposit and encash the D/D. (Note that every time, it was ‘we’ who had to made calls to follow up and check about the deliver).

                                      On 8th August, evening the car was delivered to us late evening – but without any accessories and without the Insurance papers! No booklet or service papers have been given till date. We also got a call from the Insurance office, warning us that if we attempted to drive the car, it would be at our risk! About the accessories, the sales person denied that it was part the deal and then on checking with his senior and when we showed him the paper in writing, the stance was changed. We were assured that accessories would be delivered the next day along with the Insurance papers. Silence followed after this!

                                      Again follow up, frustrated calls and now we were told that no one from the dealer could come with the accessories and we will have to take the car to the show room for accessories. The showroom was closed for 15 August and on 16th August – lot of people were on ‘leave’ and hence there was “no one in the showroom” to attend to us!! Today is Sunday – accessories department is not operational we are told!!

                                      The wait is continuing – I am learning to handle the calls from customer care where a sweet voice asks me: Madam, you have purchased an Alto – how is the car performing – how is experience??!! I am learning answer such calls with patience!

                                      Sir - this is a wake up call, being sent after a long wait and hoping for your response!
