non delivery of the vehicle even after taking the booking amount

Sir,
I have booked for new car maruti zen estilo sports model at BIMAL AUTO showroom located at Mahadevpura, Bangalore on 25JAN 2009.I paid 10000/- for the same.But after 5 days i.e.on 30th i came to know that the car cannot be delivered to me as the company has stopped manufacturing it.When i enquired about the booking list in the showroom, i was inforemd that it has not been booked officially!! i was shocked!

POOR SERVICE And OVER PRICED

I bought a Maruti Swift in May 2008, it is a 7 month old car and i am alrady having a terrible time using this car and the kind of services Vipul Motors Faridabad is offering me. I had an accident on the month of December and i got the repairs done form Vipul Motors Faridabad itself.

Cliking sound from the rear left side in Brand new car from Day 1

I had purchased a brand new Maruti Suzuki Swift VXI from Magic Auto Karol Bagh on 30/12/2008.From the day one I am experiencing an irritating clicking sound from the rear left side of the car. For which I took my car first to the concerned dealer on 3/01/2009.I was told that hook of rear seat was broken. They replaced it but it did not help in removing that irritating clicking sound.

poor product quality

I have brought new swift diesel (VDi), within 15000 kms of mileage, i am facing starting problem, i am told by SAI service Pune to replace fuel pump and tank which is yet to be replaced.....

I purchased my Zen Estilo vxi ( Regn. No. DL3CAZ 1395 ) in August 2007 from Maruti authorized dealer M/s Rohan Motors Ltd., Mathura Road, New Delhi-44 vide Inv. No. VSL07001699 dtd. 10/08/2007. All three free Services were got carried out at same outlet’s workshop. The vehicle’s faulty clutch-set was replaced by them free of cost, under the Warranty.

Poor Service

I had purchased Swift VXI in December 2007 from ABT Maruti, Chennai. I had done all routine maintenance services as per schedule. However, on 1st Aug 2008, when i was travelling from Bangalore to Chennai, my vehicle met with an accident. average problem

i purchased Suzuki access 125 on march 6th 08.It was promised by company(broshure and booklet) and dealer that it will give the average of atleast 50-55 kms/ltr.I purchased it from Gennext autos MP nagar Bhopal
but even after so many servicings it is still giving the average of 30-35 kms/ltr.
So it has been and is costing more ....
