I have purchased Swift Dzire VXI Petrol on[protected] from OneUP motors pvt. Ltd. Lucknow. Dealer suggested me to get my Rims replaced by Alloy wheels which will cost nearly Rs 19000/-.I consented and they replaced my Four Rims by alloy wheels. I had asked why stepney was not changed with alloy rim, they told me that only set of four alloy wheels are provided by Maruti company. On enquiry with other dealer I came to knew that Maruti provides a set of Five alloy wheels not of Four as was told by the said Dealer.This is cheating a with the cutomer. I request Maruti Udyog Ltd. to stop such type of cheating by Dealers with their cutomers.

The service provider TS Motors pulled down their shutters without any infirormation from eithe from Maruti or dealer. Now i have no information where to go for servicing or insurance matters. afaq Mahmood
Sub : Non refund of advance by Dewars Garage Ltd, Kolkata.

Dear Sir/Madam,

We have booked Maruti Suzuki Zen Estilo LXI (B.Red) on 10.08.2009 from Dewars Garage Ltd. [ 83/1, Topsia Road (S), Kolkata – 700046 ].They were unable to deliver B.Red of Zen Estilo. So we have purchased the car from Mohan Motor Udyag. Till date Dewars Garage Ltd has not refunded the advance of Rs 30000.00 vide cheque No : 364360 of HDFC bank . They have received the same through receipt No : V/04442/09-10. This is a matter of great concern.We have contacted Mr. Prasanjit Chatterjee (Sales executive) several times regarding this matter. Till date Dewars Garage Ltd has not refunded the amount.

Hope you will do the needful at the earliest

    I have purchased a Wagon-R LXI from Khivraj Motors, Chennai on16.03.07. From the day1, there was problem in gear meshing particularly in 4 and 5th gears and also during running with AC on in 1 position, heavy jerking in specified speeds in 2 and 3 rd gear. The problem was intimated to khivraj Motors during free service and every time they intimate that it has been attended to. But the problem still persists. All of my friends who are experts in driving says that Maruti dealers always say like that during free service they will not attend but after warranty and during paid service they will give a list of spares to be changed. My vehicle number is TN 22 AV 1351 and so far only 4547 Kms is run. I am completely fed up with the vehicle. I have tested with many experienced Drivers who confirmed the problem is persisting. Now I am not interested to send the vehicle to the dealer who may charge for the no mistake of mine.
    I am bringing this message to the knowledge of particularly Dr.K.Kumar, Advisor (Engineering) and Shri Pankaj Narula, Chief General Manager(Service), Maruti Udyog Limited, Gurgaon-122 015
    for immediate arrangements for rectification of manufacturing defects and advise the concerned to rectify the faults free of cost as the vehicle was not run even 5000 Kms in 2 years.

    An early action is sought to enable me to have a reputation with MARUTI

    Myself Amber Dixit S/O Dr. S.P.Dixit. i have sold my old Maruti 800 Car to True value on 16th November 2009 but till date this car is running in my name. they have sold this car on the same date to some other person but still this car is running in my name. i have informed and asked many times from True value customer care and center of Moradabad to transfer the ownership but they are giving me the excuses every time.
    i need your help to sort out this case. i have the sale receipt and purchase receipt of true value which they gave me on 16th Nov. 09.

      Today I talked to Area sales Manager of Maruti (Mr. Khshitij) He said that maruti is not providing the latest 2009 model of SX4 Zxi in Ghaziabad.
      But I saw the 2009 model of SX4 Zxi in Black Colour. If the ASM said that Maruti not providing the latest model then how the new model of SX4 Zxi (Black colour) appeared atMOTORCRAFT showroom, Sahibabad, GZB. Now I decided that In future, I will never trust on Maruti and its services.And always suggest to others to never trust for Maruti Brand. Because they fooling Inncocent people and selling out their old manufactured car at same price of new car. Its absolutely unfair practice by maruti. Its a totally irritated deal. My Last request to you Please Refund the whole amount 180000/- of booking without any delay because I have to purchase another Brand Car. Goodbye to Maurti sujuki India Ltd. and Motorcraft Pvt. Ltd.

      I would like to draw your attention toward the worst response and non availabilty of
      required car in your showroom. Actually I had booked for maruti SX4 ZXi (latest 2009 Manufactured) model in silky silver colour from maruti showroom "MOTORCRAFT SALES PVT. LTD., SAHIBABAD, Ghaziabad, U.P". I already paid him the booking amount of 1, 80, 000/- for SX4 Zxi 2009 model as on 11 feb 2009. Every formality has been completed in this regard.

      Its very disappointing that the available all model at this showroom, in SX4 ZXi are of year 2008 manufactured except one model which is Black in colour (2009 feb. manufactured). From last 15 days I am waiting for required 2009 model.But sorry to say that I can't wait more due to non availability of required car. If you are unable to deliver the new SX4 ZXi latest B9 or 2009 manufactured model in silky silver colour upto last 26 feb 2009 then I would like to switch over for New HONDA City
      i-Vtec model from Prime Honda Showroom, Ansal Plaza, Ghaziabad which is near to my house and ready to deliver their car soon.

      As the loyal customer of maruti, I wrote this problem to you. So please provide me the required car last upto 26 feb.or refund my booking amount otherwise I will opt for New Honda City from Prime honda, Ghaziabad. I hope you will take necessary action.

        Sir,

        1. On 26-12-06, I had approached Maruti Suzuki showroom addressed at M/s. Magic Auto, Palam Dabri Road, Dwarka, New Delhi - 110 045 for purchasing a Maruti Wagon-R car. The Sales personnel at this showroom offered to me lucrative “yearend discount schemes”. It was promised that the discount scheme was a “combo pack” offer made by the together by the manufacturer, the dealer as well as the loan finance company.

        2. The discount offered by the sales team lead by Shailender Thakur etc. among other was as under :

        (i) EMI of Rs.6, 168/- @ 10.90%
        (ii) Finance discount – 3 months EMI i.e Rs.18, 564/- (total EMI schedule is 57 instead of 60)

        (iii) Cash discount of Rs. around 22, 000/-

        3. Upon the assurances and promises and believing them to be true I duly convinced about the pricing and discount policy and thus agreed to book a Wagon-R (Lxi) car and paid an amount of Rs.75, 000/- vide cheque bearing No.152854 & 1898544 all dated 26-12-06. The car was promised to be delivered within 3 days but the car was actually delivered after much delay on 14th. Jan 07 and that too after making frequent visits to the showroom.

        4.That, to my utter shock & disbelieve when I visited the offices of ICICI Bank car loan deptt. (car finaced through ICICI bank as advised by the sales person), I was refused any finance discount as promised by the dealer and instead I was informed that the loan was financed @ 11.47% instead of 10.90% as promised by the sales personnel at the showroom.
        5. I was further told that the ICICI bank letters used by the Car agent was forged and fabricated which means my total EMI schedule is 60 months and not 57 months . The dealer was indulging such illegal activities of making false commitments based on forged and fabricated documents of ICICI bank.

        6. Thereafter, I was constantly approaching the dealer, to redress my genuine grievances and in this regard personally met all concerned and also wrote several e-mails but his office responded by saying that the sales person had already left the job and hence they shall not be able to help.

        7. However, The Dealer failed to realise that the assurances were given by his Car Agency –Magic Auto and was in writing (by giving fake EMI Scheduler) and hence the dealer was vicariously liable to honour the commitment made by his sales personnel because any assurance given by his sales personnel could not been without his tacit approval.

        7. In view of the facts and circumstances as detailed above, it is clear beyond any iota of doubt that such activities were being carried out with impunity and was within the knowledge and active connivance of top management of car agency and as such tantamount to “cheating” and breach of trust.

        8. That, being the authorized agency of MARUTI SUZUKI were duty bound to protect the interest of clients, but instead cheated upon by giving fake statement.

        I, therefore finally call upon you all, that kindly address my grievence by asking the dealer to remit an amount of Rs.18, 564/- ( Eighteen Thousand Five Hundred Sixty Four Rupees Only) which is assured by the sales person by giving fake EMI schedule.

          Here is another example of the lowest quality of service provided by Maruti. I am pasting the mail that I had sent to Cheif General Manager of Maruti Suzuki 2 months ago without any response from him till now!

          Subject: Dissatisfaction with my Swift issues & dealer’s service around them

          Dear Mr. Narula,

          Wish you and the entire Maruti staff a very Happy and Successful New Year!

          I own a Swift VXI 2006 model car and I have had some of my best moments shared with this car as this happens to be my fist car. Prior to buying Swfit VXI, I have driven multiple cars (owned by my people) and was always proud of the value Marti delivered as a brand to its customers. The major reason to choose Swift over other brands was its technical strengths and overall promise of the brand value projected by Maruti as an organization.

          My car dealer is: R.K.S Motors, Somajiguda, Hyderabad.

          After I purchased the car, initially I had no issues and I was very happy with it. I drove the car at prescribed speeds for the 1000 KM limit, which I completed in a matter of 20 days. Right after this, I noticed a problem with the A/C. There was a strange smell from AC (a mix of chalk-piece, spirit and old damp dirty cloth kind of smell) when I accelerated the car at 1st, 2nd or 3rd gears. I took it straight to the dealer for repair and explained the issue, for which they said they cleaned the air filter and A/c blower parts and the problem is fixed.

          To my surprise, the problem was far from fixed; I could observe the same smell from A/C right at the time of driving my car home from the service workshop. Then started a saga of follow-ups and check-ups with the dealer which continued through the 1st till 3rd service and is continuing till date after 2+ years of owning this car. The A/C smell problem is not resolved so far and I gave up surrendering to the technical incompetency of the staff working at this dealer location.

          Just before my 3rd paid servicing, I noticed another problem, a strange sound coming from my brakes area especially front wheels whenever I applied the breaks. I informed this to be a problem and the technical representative said they will look into it. During the delivery of my car after 3rd service, he said the problem is fixed, which was true for a period of 2 weeks, only to return back. Again my saga of follow-ups and multiple check-ups with the service center started but right till this moment, my break noise issue is not resolved! This is only an addition to my existing A/C smell issue which remained unresolved for 2+ years now.

          The break noise issue was first diagnosed as breaks cleanup problem, next it was diagnosed as metal touching the break problem, next it was diagnosed as the differential problem and I was asked to take less sharper turns with the vehicle (contradicting what you show as Swift’s USP in the advertisements) which I adhered to and now, it is diagnosed as just a problem! This time, I am afraid if this problem turns out to be life threatening by way of break-failure at some point of time and I simply cannot surrender to the technical incompetency for such a potentially big problem.

          I see these two problems as an eloquent testimony of the technical incapability of the staff working at my dealer location. This has not only costed me my time and energy but have bought a lot of heart-burn towards overall Maruti’s service setup.

          I believed Swift to be a safe and dependable car (which it was till it got these irresolvable issues) but me and many others like me would not be able to afford their time and money for the multiple visits to compensate for the technical inability of employed personnel at the service center. Especially with the potential situation of my 2nd problem around noises coming from applying breaks, I see it no less than life-threatening which has negatively impacted my confidence in the safety and dependability of the car.

          I have great respect and pride in Maruti as an Indian organization which has played a great role in improving the overall standards of life for Indian car customer and is continuing its efforts to do so. But with issue like the ones I have with my car, not getting fixed on multiple painful visits, it is disheartening to note the state of your service setup which is again advertised as the USP for Maruti as a brand.

          I believe one cannot own a product like a car without a strong technical service support. Due to this, I am now planning to sell my Swift VXI to buy another brand car. Initially I wanted to upgrade my Swift to an SX4 but I see very weak chance of that happening especially with competitor brands like Honda (Honda City to be specific).

          For all the loyalty I had for Maruti and the love I had for my Swift car, I am taking out this time out from my busy schedule to write to you my heartfelt feedback. I seriously suggest you to look into the lack of technical knowledge of the staff at this dealer’s location and plan for upgrading it at the earliest.

          I am myself a manager for software development in a reputed organization and I understand the importance of customer feedback to improve my products and services. I hope you also give the same significance and importance to a customer feedback and will take steps for improvement of your services to your customers.

          Please let me know what do you want me to do with these 2 problems in my Swift car! I would love to hear from you before I take any further steps away from Maruti as a brand and a reputed Indian organization.

          I have a serious complaint in my car.When the vehicle is in running, to shift the gear from 5th to 4th, then suddenly the engine off., especially applying clutch in 5th gear to 4th.this complaint will makes accident in running because we lose all controle in brake stering etc..

          I told this complaint after delivery time onwards seriously but the service provider cannot identify or clear it, more than three times i gave my vehicle to check the problem.Now this complaint is breaking my peace of mind, I am sure they cannot clear it without your involvement.So you should take immediate action to solve this complaint as very seriously.This is my last way to approach the problem and I am stopping my letter with an expectation of an appropriate quick action from your side.           Subject: Problems with the Swift -VDI delivered to on 4 April 09

          Dear Mr. Narula,

          I own a Swift VDI model car and I have had some of my best moments shared with this car as this happens to be my III vehicle and changed from Santro to Swift. Prior to buying Swift VDI, I have driven many cars that are with me plus from my friends. The major reason to choose Swift over other brands was (1) many people use it (2) good looking (3) diesel with good mileage and some technical facts with this vehicle. But unfortunately from very first day I am facing problems like-

          (1) III gear slips for fraction: this problem is very much irritating and I am not happy with this because not a single vehicle on road is having such problem. This I have observed on very first day i.e. on 4 April 09 itself. I have shown to dealer Automotive, Aurangabad on 6-9 April 09 and on checking of my vehicle no one is ready to accept the fact and every one is saying that it is not a problem at all. For my confirmation I have checked 4 other swift VDI from show room and 2 from friends and most of the VDIs did not have this problem. I have given a written complaint to Automotive, Aurangabad but till the date no response from the dealer. Basically problem with the engineers who have checked is that they are not accepting the fact and not trying to understand what actually I mean to say.
          I am expecting first free servicing on 3rd May and if my problem is not solved or taken seriously then I will not be keeping mum because I have spent almost Rs 6 lakhs for this vehicle. I have sent you the one hard copy of the format (from Owners manual) duly filled with the detailed information and the same problem. I am expecting early action in this regards.

          (2) Irritable vibratory sound- it is like vibration of some parts from all side within the vehicle. This gives me an impression that my vehicle is very old may of 2-3 years.

          (3) Vehicle Stops on the road: all of sudden some times vehicle stops and I have to use the ignition. This again a dangerous and may cause an accident.

          Please let me know what you want me to do with these 3 problems in my Swift car! I am expecting immediate action from your end and only that will stops me moving further.

          I am the customer of Maruti and I owned Swift diesel VDI ( MH31-CR 0851)since 15 months with my run of about 20000 km. During my second paid service at Maruti authorized servicing centre –Automotive at Nagpur, I found some irregularity regarding the service which I received at automotive.

          I have following grienences about maruti authorized automotive service station.


          1. I have given the vehicle for accident claim .They have done painting work which was not done properly . There are patches of the paint at dainting painting site which looks like an ardinary painting.I informed them about this, still they are giving me appointment for same .i already wasted 15 days for getting appointment.
          2. I asked them for watch repair which They forgot and when I informed them about same, they gave me this excuse that oil damages the watch. If any time the engineer tries to repair the watch why didn’t they inform me about the watch while the vehicle is in service centre?
          3. If I had taken initial appointment why they took three hours for making job card ?.

          my car met with an accident and igot it repaired at davalikar service center ponda Goa.but i m not satisfied with repaires they maid.thier are so many sounds coming while driving.i m complainting them.they r asking to bring car again to ponda (GOA) .but i stay in belgaum (Karnataka)and it is very dificult to go there (150 km) i m fed up for the same.what to do

          I am W.Sreekanth, working in Monster.Com, booked Swift LDI, red colour at RKS Motors, Somajiguda on 24Feb'10,with 50k as advance,while booking the vehicle sales person said he will arrange the vehicle in Max 30 days, but till i didn't get my vehicle, I am holding loan DD in my hand from past 10days, bank will start EMI from May,

          Its not the complaint but treat this as priority and quick response.

          Maruti Suzuki / Swift VXi — Poor servicing

          Dear Sir/ Madam,
          I owned a Maruti Swift Vxi car for 1 and half years, i was very happy with the performance of the car, i serviced my car on time on APRA Automobiles at Gurgaon.

          But in the starting of may 10, i got my car serviced for its first paid service, a lot of works were done by the dealer (i.e. apra automobiles, manesar, gurgaon). But the performace of my car is very bad after this servicing, pick has beed reduced, i dont know why? sometimes i feel that i am driving any 1000 cc car instead of my favourite swift.also car was very dirty from inside after servicing, the hands with grease seems to be whiped with the interior of the car.
          Also a small sound of vibration start coming from the backside of the car after servicing.

          I request you to kindly look into the matter.

            My car WB02Z 8327 met with an accident on 06.11.2008 at National Highway under Police Station Rajgunj, Near Dhanbad. The accident was major and the car could not be braught to Kolkata. (I stay in Kolkata). The car had to be handed over to reliable industries at Dhanbad (Maruti authorised workshop) for repairs.
            The estimate given by them was for Rupees 150000/- Approx but when the car was delivered to us on 28.12.2008 the bill was for only Rs. 67000/-. Apparently everything was fine but after a few days problem started occuring in the car. Body started making sounds, car started puuling to the left side, suspension which was supposed to have been changed started making sound. when we talked to reliable industried about this they said to bring the car to Dhanbad and leave it there for check ups and that we have to pay for the repair costs. when we lodged a complaint over phone to Maruti Udyog, we were given a complaint Number ([protected]) and were told that we will be contacted by some one from Maruti or Reliable but till date nothing has happened.The tyres of the car are getting damaged fast due to this fault.

            Since Dhanbad is 4 hours away from Kolkata can Maruti Udyog arrange for the car to be repaired here and since I havew already paid for all the work done shouldn't the work be done free of cost?

              I given my car Maruti Baleno No. MH12DE7971 for service to Sai Service, Phugewadi, Pune on friday 20th Feb.09.

              After servicing bill was submitted for Rs.11486/- And when I checked for power Window operations I found back seats both power windows are not functioning. Also no audio sound is available on music system.

              When contacted to Mr. Sanjiv([protected]), his comments are we have not done anything to music system and power window. Similar complaints I raised for poor service from same dealer last year too. After lot of assurance I gave my car to this service station but again same story.

              Pl. help, how to resolve this and to whom should I contact.

                Hope you are fine. I am a Maruti Suzuki customer from last 11 years. I own 3 cars of your company.

                Actually I had purchased Wagon R LXi on the name of Mrs. Muktaben K. Virani from Kataria Automobiles Ltd, Ahmedabad. As per the talks with sales representative of Kataria Automobiles Ltd Mr. Hasmukh Gohil on 22/12/2006, he offered me the discount of rupees 35, 000/- on Wagon R LXi E3 White. I have attached the page on which he had given me in written the offer which shows the Price of Wagon R LXi + R.T.O + Insurance + 1st advance Installment, discount of rupees 35000/- and file charge.

                So After the talks with Mr. Hasmukh Gohil, I was satisfied with his offer and I booked my car on the spot by paying Rs. 5000/- cash on 22/12/2006. I paid the remaining amount of the car Rs. 57, 065 by cheque no. 147323 on 29/12/2006, which included R.T.O. Tax, Insurance, 1st Advance Installment (EMI) and paid Rs. 1660 in cash as file charge. I decided to go for loan of Rs. 3, 00, 000/-. So I submitted all the necessary documents regarding loan of Rs. 3, 00, 000/-. But after many days I was not informed regarding my loan approval status. I was sent all my documents back on 12th January 2007 and was informed by Mr. Hasmukh Gohil that we can’t do your loan, so you kindly loan your car yourself and give me D.D. At that time I questioned him that why I was not informed for those many days and whenever I dialed him regarding the loan status, he said that it will be sanctioned within 2 or 3 days etc.

                After this, I sanctioned the loan from S.B.S Bank within 3 days and gave D.D (no. 311086) of Rs. 3, 12, 159 in favour of Kataria Automobiles Ltd. Because of norms and regulations of S.B.S, they gave me D.D of Rs. 3, 12, 159/- which included Insurance also. But actually I have to give D.D. of Rs. 3, 00, 000/- only. At the time of delivery, I asked for the amount which I had to take back from Kataria Automobiles which was Rs. 12, 159/- of the D.D as I paid extra above the loan amount, Rs. 9500/- of advance EMI as I paid it to bank and Rs. 1660/- of File charge which totals the sum of Rs. 23, 319/-.

                I have all document with me including offer given by Hasmukh Gohil to me...
                When I got the Invoice, I found that the Basic amount of car, R.T.O and Insurance is totally different as compared to the amount paid by me. Please see the attached copy in detail .

                According to the Invoices which I receive, I should get back more money, which I paid more than the Invoice amount and I should also get back Rs. 23, 319 which I paid extra on the offer letter. But after continuously making many calls, I got a cheque of Rs. 7658/- on 22/1/2007.

                I complained many times regarding this but I got answer that in a week we will give you the remaining amount. But till today I have not received any rupees from Kataria Automobiles Ltd. I have sent this copy on 16th March - '07 to kataria motors as well as to Regional Office, (West - III), Iscon Mall, Satellite Road, Ahmedabad.

                So here is my request to put forward my complain and help me to get me my the remaining amount with Interest. I have been sending mails for last 2 years regarding same but i didnt get any reply...

                So kindly reply me as soon as possible. Waiting for your positive reply.

                    I may not be one of the proud owners of Maruti Swift. My vehicle no is PY 01 AE 2054. I had an accident May 2008. After that I gave it for repairing it in Vasanthi Automobiles in Pondicherry. As I am not tied up with Maruti Insurance Vasanthi asked for some payment. Initially I paid Rs. 30, 000/- but they did not even touched the vehicle. They were convincing me stating that parts have not come from maruti. Every time it was next week. Again they asked for payment and I paid Rs. 100000/- on 11/12/2008 and I also told them that I will pay again once they start the work. But still the same promises are made to me that still parts not received from maruti. For some parts if it takes 9 months. I have wasted my 9 months behind following this

                    Maruti's service is wrost now, at least I can not trust maruti now, I got a new Alto Lxi which is a defected pice and now no one is responding on that. they have very bad service.

                      I have recently purchased a Maruthi car taking loan from SBI after doing extensive research and analysis based on the information provided by Maruthi Udyog Ltd. In the website, www.maruti.co.in its declared that there will not be any processing fee from SBI for taking vehicle loan for buying Maruthi car from any authorised dealer.

                      I have purchased car from the approved agency ‘My Car’ Bhopal. But when I approached with the printed copy of the finance obtained from the website, SBI declined to waive off the processing fee. A copy of the information is attached herewith for your kind information. To get the loan sanctioned at earliest, I gave a cheque(No. 352404, SBI, Bhopal) towards the processing fee(0.5 percent of loan amount). The exact processing amount is Rs.1130 of Rs.2, 26, 000(loan amount).

                      In this regards, I have sent emails many time at [protected]@maruti.co.in. Mr. Dilip Patnaik informed me during telephonic discussion on 4th Jan’09 that the processing fee can be refunded from our side in reference to the email. The last email communication of reference no HT20081230_[protected] received from Mr. Dilip Patnaik on 10th Jan 2009.

                      I am seeking your kind attention to the matter.

                      Kindly do the necessary steps to refund the processing fee collected by SBI, which is a violation o[censored]ser information provided in the website.

                      Dear Sir/Madam, I have bought a new car wagon-R in January 2009, Model of 2009, bought it from Bright4wheels, ring road Lucknow. The day it was purchased, the very next day I asked the authorities that the LEFT FRONT DOOR of the vehicle produces the Knocking-Voice, the DRIVING SEAT also produces lot of noises & the wiper blades also does not work properly. the G.M (general manager) of the show-room said that all the problems will be taken care of on the First servicing of the car. But I couldn't receive any changes to my car. What should I do now ? Please give some tips.

                        plz tell me the difference between ex show room price and on road price and also tell me the actual on road price of suzuki access 125
                        Suzuki Access 125 is good bike but on a whole lot o[censored]nethical business is followed. I had brought this bike thru Aditya HOnda, Malad. ON enquiring with MTNL based on address I found that the address is for Malad Suzuki.
                        IN order to make money they are selling it to subdealer and sharing the money.
                        Even Suzuki is least interested in this for they are making money.
                        I bought an Access 125 on 19th March 2010 at Saboo Marketing, Secunderabad the authorised dealer with an on road price of Rs.53, 758/-The dealer said it would fetch a performance of 45 KMS per of litre of petrol. but it gives 8 KMS per litre. I gave it for servicing to look into the fuel consumption part of it. The dealer said my vehicle will be given the Permanent Registration Number on or before 19th April 2010, but there are many more vehicles sold by them have NOT been registered with Permanent Number by TRA. The Dealer took the money for all but, no honest effort taken so far.

                        The vehicle is a dirty product and have all kinds of road risks such as late start, slow halt on brake, skidding with two person stravel., very loosely fitted body, horn at the left side, unable to go fast at more than 40 KMS speed.

                        Price is a lso very exhorbitant and the buyers ahve not seen the Value For Money (VFM)

                        The Manufactrurer should take necessary corrective steps and mnake good the losses incurred by the Access 125 buyers at least from now onwards.
                        I have contacted Padmaja suzuki show in vijayawada to purchase Access 125. I have seen onroad price is 55607/- in your Suzuki website. But they are charging me 57660/- as onroad price. Total variation is Rs:2050/-

                        The showroom people saying they are providing accessories like mirrors, floor mats, side stand and foot rest. Is it true to charge extra and clearly saying in Suzuki website accessories include in onroad price.

                        What's fun to provide information in website without reality.

                        I have used suzuki fiero, so I wanted to buy again Suzuki product. But I was disappointed with this Padmaja Suzuki dealer.

                            Hai Everybody,
                            It is digusting to use the Maruthi suzuki auto card from citibankcredit card.mY CARD NO [protected] . It is very shameful and disgraceful for CITIBANK TO HAVE A CALL CENTRE WITH IRRESPONSIBLE CUSTOMER CARE OFFICIALS.
                            All this happened in 2006 when I was offered a Maruti Suzuki Auto Card at a Maruti Service centre. I was told that you would get reward points for fueling your car at Indian Oil bunks and for servicing the car, renewing insurance premium, buying Maruti genuine accessories at the authorised Maruti Dealer or exhanging your Maruti Car.
                            Dear friends it is very difficult to locate an Indian Oil PETROL bunk with Citibank EDC machine in a WORKING condition. Even if they have one they are not able to redeem the points for us. When contacted the Citibank customer care[WHICH OF COURSE IS NOT TOLL FREE] they said redeem at Maruti Outlet.
                            I have got a reward point balance as per Feb'09 Statement of 3193 auto points equal to that many Rs. Now when I have gone to service my car the dealer says as per Maruti swipe machine it is only 816 reward points. So straight away 2377 points swindled and when contacted customer care they say all those reward points which appear in the statement are not fully redeemable they are null and void if not if not redeemed in the first year of card purchase when asked about why the reward earned every month are not redeemable THEY PUT YOU ON HOLD NOT EVEN SWITCH ON THE MUSIC AFTER SOME TIME THEY WILL TERMINATE THE CALL ridiculous...So my question is why does AUTO POINTS appear in monthly statement plus current month points earned for fueling in Indian Oil which once again are not redeemabale at the bunks but to be redeemed at Maruti Dealer who says he can not redeem points earned at Indian oil bunks, This whole affair seems to be fishy and fraudulent. So my dear friends please do not GO FOR MARUTI SUZUKI AUTO CARD OF CITIBANK and lead a peaceful shopping with other cards.

                              I have booked for new car maruti zen estilo sports model at BIMAL AUTO showroom located at Mahadevpura, Bangalore on 25JAN 2009.I paid 10000/- for the same.But after 5 days i.e.on 30th i came to know that the car cannot be delivered to me as the company has stopped manufacturing it.When i enquired about the booking list in the showroom, i was inforemd that it has not been booked officially!! i was shocked!
                              Finally after lot of discussion with the sales person -Mr Sultan Pasha and Mr Hussain Pasha we had been forced to take bck the money refunded as no similar offer is available to us.
                              I want to lodge complaint regarding this;

                                Dear Sir

                                I bought a Maruti Swift in May 2008, it is a 7 month old car and i am alrady having a terrible time using this car and the kind of services Vipul Motors Faridabad is offering me. I had an accident on the month of December and i got the repairs done form Vipul Motors Faridabad itself.
                                However the work done is not satisfactory and i have been facing problems in my car evr since.
                                I have been a loyal customer to Vipul Motors and got it serviced from Vipul itself everytime.
                                My car has done 22000 KMS and today my brakes were not working. I gave it for 4th Free Servicing (Earned from Loyalty) and they have given me a huge bill and also told me that I HAVE SPOILED brake shoes in 22000 kms.

                                This should have been checked and rectified in december itself when i gave my car from repairs as it was damaged from front.
                                Also If Maruti Swift has got Brake Shoe damages after 22000 KMS them how do other cars pull it for 100000 KMS.
                                I am regretting my decision to buy Maruti Swift and the services provided are also terrible.

                                However the work done is not satisfactory and i have been facing problems in my car evr since.
                                I have been a loyal customer to Vipul Motors and got it serviced from Vipul itself everytime.
                                My car has done 22000 KMS and today my brakes were not working. I gave it for 4th Free Servicing (Earned from Loyalty) and they have given me a huge bill and also told me that I HAVE SPOILED brake shoes in 22000 kms.

                                This should have been checked and rectified in december itself when i gave my car from repairs as it was damaged from front.
                                Also If Maruti Swift has got Brake Shoe damages after 22000 KMS them how do other cars pull it for 100000 KMS.
                                I am regretting my decision to buy Maruti Swift and the services provided are also terrible.

                                  i own a maruti suzuki wagon lxi duo since december 2006. during the 4th service, the dealer has faked and cheated me of rs 5149 when the vehicle was in actually good condition. after charging me so much now they are saying that the clutch plat is to be replaced and will cost me rs 4500 in addtn to what i have paid. the name of the sales agent is rajesh prasad and the dealer name is prakash auto pvt ltd ulhasnagar maharashtra. the job number is jco8004094 dt 24.1.09. action may be be iniated at the earliest against the dealer failing which i will go to the consumer court.

                                  i truely agree with above comments, in chennai to really fed up with service centers they want to earn money by hacking money from customers .                                     Problem in gear box of Wagon R LXI BS3 ( CAR NO - DL3CAD9980)
                                    I bought this car from Rohan Motors mathura road new delhi on 24th march 2007 and from the very first day their was a problem in shifing of gears in my car but every time thay do some thing or other and says that drive for some says and now the problem will be ractified but nothing had happned . So please help me as i am a salried person and i cant do anything about it.

                                    Even the person fm Maruti Udyog Ltd had also confirm the problem and kept my car in rohan moters service center for 2 days 8 month back but still the problem is their.

                                    So now what to do i really dont undrstand.

                                    dear sir,
                                    i have puchase WagonR from Anand Motoer Lucknow, & it always serviced by T.S.Motores (Mahanagar & Hazratganj).Sir my car having a gear noise problem while starting scince day one i have register a complain many time at T.S.Motoer & Regional Office to and they also did it but i yet not get good result and the problem yet not clear.So please guide me the better way how did i get rid from it.

                                    Maruti Wagon-R Lxi Aug 2007 — Transmission Noise & Gear Shifting not smooth

                                    My vehicle of Aug'07 has transmission noice & the gear-shifting is not smooth even after running of 25k KMS. Despite of my repeated complains to Dealer, MSM & Maruti Suzuki - this problem has still not fixed. It's been One and half year has elapsed & still the problem is there as it is.

                                      I had purchased a brand new Maruti Suzuki Swift VXI from Magic Auto Karol Bagh on 30/12/2008.From the day one I am experiencing an irritating clicking sound from the rear left side of the car. For which I took my car first to the concerned dealer on 3/01/2009.I was told that hook of rear seat was broken. They replaced it but it did not help in removing that irritating clicking sound.
                                      Some friends told me to take up the car to Maruti Service Centre(Company owned Workshop at Naraina).I visited the workshop on 16/01/2009, the engineer after taking trial found that there is some defect in the rear left side safety belt. They replaced the whole unit of the belt. For distance up to my home that problem seemed to get solved .But unfortunately in the morning on my way to office I experience the same irritating clicking sound, which not only frustrated me but shaken my belief and confidence over Maruti Suzuki customer care services. I had sent this feedback to Mr. Pankaj Narula on a business reply envelop provided to me. But so far no reply has been received from that end.
                                      Again I visited Maruti Service Centre (Company owned Workshop at Naraina) on 22/01/2009.After spending full day at the workshop from 10 am to 7 pm the problem was not at all diagnosed by the engineers available there. After facing such a harassment and mental tortture I took my car back to my home without getting the problem solved.
                                      I feel very disheartened that within just a span of 15 days and mileage of just 200 Km I am facing such problems that even so called expert from your owned workshop could not able to even diagnose the problem in my car. I feel deceived that may be I was sold a defective car by the dealer.
                                      I wish & request to Mr Pankaj Narula CGM(Service) Maruti Suzuki to please look into the matter and help me out.

                                        Dear Mr. Bhargava,

                                        I behold a last ray of hope which is why I have finally decided to write to you after having begged before all officials of Maruti Suzuki to rectify the faults exhibited by ALTO I gifted to my wife on her birthday. Kindly ponder asymptotically the miseries I and my wife had to suffer by dint of negligence of service personnel of a multinational giant (Maruti Suzuki).

                                        1. I purchased Alto car for my wife Deepa Chopra from Bagga Link Motors Patparganj Industrial area Delhi on 20/09/2008 (Regd. No. DL7CH 4953). Three days after taking the delivery of the car I found huge vibrations and pulling in the car towards left side. I took the car to Bagga Link Workshop. The mechanic adjusted the steering wheel and did some alignment but all in vain.

                                        2. The mechanic (Mr. Jitendra) told me that the car was delivered to me without PDI. However, he assured me that the faults would be rectified at the time of first free service. I had no alternative except waiting till first free service. Meanwhile I reported the matter to the Maruti Suzuki regional office through e mail (also to Mr. Raghvan) but no action was taken.

                                        3. On 12/10/2008 I drove the car to Bagga Link Workshop for first free service and had a horrible experience there. The car was delivered to me in the same condition as before. I penned down my remarks at the job card. The faults viz. pulling and the vibrations are still there which can be verified.

                                        4. On my perpetual complaints, an engineer Mr. Tikendra inspected the car along with Mr. Vijay of Bagga Link and returned the car back to my wife after deflating and then inflating the tyres. The workshop officials were primarily interested in getting the satisfaction report signed by my wife rather than correcting the faults in the car.

                                        5. My incessant calls to the regional office and the customer care resulted in a phone call I received from Mr. Siddharth on 08/12/2008. He assured that the car would be repaired to my satisfaction but when ‘Only God knows’.

                                        6. On intervention of Ms. Harpreet Kaur of Regional office, the vehicle was taken to MSSD Narayana by Mr. Vijay Of Bagga Link Services, but again the same old story, the leftward pulling in the car could not be solved however, the vehicle was supposed to be attended by the so called senior engineer Mr. Lalwani.


                                        6. Meanwhile my several telephonic complaints (phone[protected], and e-mails to the regional office were ignored as if I am an insane person. As a top official of this so called customer caring company kindly ponder asymptotically ‘why should I waste my time, energy and money if the vehicle I drive is in reasonably ok’ and if raising the voice against the wrongdoings of the officials at regional office is a crime than I shall keep on repeating it.

                                        8. On 20/01/2009 I took the car to MSSD Narayana for second free service, and the mechanic Mr. Devendra agreed that the leftward pulling was there even after the service was done. My written complaint in this connection was thrown by the G.M. service in presence of Ms. Meena Gulati.

                                        9..For your kind information I quote below the names of the officials I have contacted telephonically or otherwise (Bagga Link Service’s Mr.Vijay, Mr.Jitendra and Mr. Munjal; Regional Office Marti Suzuki’s Mr.Siddartha, Mr. Raghvan, Mr. Tikendra, Mr. Iqbal, and Ms. Harpreet Kaur; MSSD Narayana’s Mr.Lalwani, Mr. Sarkar, Ms. Meenu Nagpal, Mr.Devendra and G.M.Service; and innumerable complaints lodged through Maruti’s website

                                        Kindly intervene so that I may not be put into further hardship.

                                        I strongly agree that why people have to behold a last ray of hope for getting their problem rectified. We have two maruti cars in the family – (i) Maruti Swift (LXI Model) owned by me with registration no. DL 9C Y 4747 and (ii) Maruti Wagon R owned by my father.

                                        My car (Swift) met with an accident on 17th December 2010 – Friday at around 8.00 pm. I was on my way back to home in Dwarka from Bhikaji Camma Place. I was driving in the normal speed when suddenly a car smashed into my car from the back side and inturn my car got hit into car in front of mine. The back side was damaged severely and front side also got damaged. I took the car to Mayapuri Industrial Area, Phase II – New Delhi. I clearly outlined the damage to Mr. Vinod (the Body Shop representative from Mayapuri service station) that my car is damaged from back side, left and front side. I also highlighted him that during accident all the water was leaked from the front side and there might be damage in the radiator and requested to check engine also in order to get the car completely rectified, which I was assured also.

                                        On 24th evening I got a call that my car is ready and I can take the delivery. While driving my car back from Mayapuri to Dwarka, I observed huge noise from the engine. I took my car back to Mayapuri service station on 26th and I was told that clutch plates have been damaged due to which noise is coming and there is need to replace these clutch plates which shall also increase the fuel efficiency. I was not convinced at all and therefore I took the car to Motinagar service station where I met Mr. Paramjeet and he was able to understand the problem of engine knocking. He advised me to leave the car with them and also I agreed to get my car serviced from them. Subsequently, I got a call from Motinagar saying that my RADIATOR was damaged due to which coolant is getting leaked and hence due to overheating lot of noise is coming from the engine.

                                        I called back to Mayapuri service station enquiring that whether they have rectified the radiator or not. It was intimated to me there was no damage in the radiator and I might have damaged the radiator while driving my car back to home after delivery from Mayapuri. I got fair an idea that Mayapuri people have not rectified the radiator in the body shop and inturn accusing me that I have damaged the radiator.

                                        Now my car is stranded in the Motinagar service station from last Sunday (26th December 2010) and neither Motinagar station nor the Mayapuri is taking charge for getting car rectified. Request you to look into the matter and get the radiator rectified to get the delivery of the car. Kindly be intimated that I am also submitting the same complaint to Maruti Head Office.
