i have booked Swift Dzire Z DI as on 17 Sep 09 with an booking amount of 50,000/- but i have not got the delivery till date can you confirm my delivery on my ID so that i can collect my car
Fully agreeing. they have enogh and more booking and the suplly is low cpmpacred to the booking. And the compnay may be not interested to add more plants. Anyway bad attitude as now we, customers have more options.

My name is Saurabh Mittal and I belong to a small city named sirsaganj in Firozabad District in UPW. I feel very proud when I say that I am one of the millions satisfied Maruti Suzuki customer, who is loyal toward his choice. I have been very happy and satisfied with the services of the company no matter they were directly from the company hand or from the dealer hand until last week when an incident happened which I can never think even in my wildest sense can happen with in the dealership of such a reputed company. I was shocked to know that the high demands in your products is making your dealers to charge premium for the products. I never believed anyone telling me such things until I got to pass through the same experience few days back.


I visited one of the dealers in Agra city named Madhusudhan Motors Pvt. Ltd. and showed my interest for the swift desire car. As we are the loyal and old customers, all the staff there knew us very well and thus welcomed us in a warm manner. I inquired about the test drive, but I was told that due to shortage we are unable to provide you the same. Still, looking at the market reputation, I showed my willingness to deposit the amount for the booking of my car. Mr. who is also the manager there told me that since I am an elite customer, I dont need to give any deposits and will get the car in the next 15-25 days for which I readily agreed and left for my home.


After 5 days, I received a call from Mr. that they have a car in stock but they can only give it on the premium of Rs.15000 and were ready to deliver the same the very next day there demand is met. To this, I politely told them that I am not willing to pay any premium and will wait for my car to arrive in the promised time. This was where I felt totally cheated as Mr. manager told me that if you will choose to wait than you will have to wait for more than 4 months and the car cant be arranged before that.


This statement has given me an utter shock not only because I am having my blind faith for the company and its reputation but also because the dealer in itself is a very reputed and known person of the city and is never expected to show this kind of attitude towards the customers.


Sir, it was very hard for me to make up my mind to write this letter to you but believe me, this is not a complaint. I just want to make it sure, that if I am recommending someone a Maruti Suzuki product than I am only doing so because of the utter satisfaction that I have from your services, but with all that happened, I will have to think twice for doing the same.


I hope this letter will make a certain change. I dont expect much, but atleast that much that in future any other customer shouldn`t have to pass from the situation that I had.

    This is to bring to your notice that the engine of my vehicle mentioned above has seized, my vehicle is covered under Extended warranty. I have taken all the precautions and have got the car serviced at regular interval mentioned by Maruti Suzuki .
    Due to some manufacturing Fault suddenly at speed of 80kmph smoke broke out of the engine and i was rescued by the people near by.
    i want maruti suzuki find out the reasons why it happened and use this vehicle for there Research And Development.
    I am going through mental And financial Trauma.
    i request you to please take strict action against Maruti Suzuki so that this kind of accidents could not happen in future again.

      Dear Sir,

      I purchased 3 cars from Maruti and Vipul, Faridabad and on February 20, 2009, I purchased 4th car i.e. SX4 ZXi from Maruti and Vipul again in the name of M/s Oswal Pumps Agency.

      From first day I observed that the steering wheel was very very hard making the drive extremely uncomfortable and painful.

      I kept on visiting Vipul Motors numerous times and they just kept on making fool of me saying that its the way it is. Almost 6 months passed in this and finally, I then contacted Maruti Udyog Ltd by lots of emails and then after so much of troubles, Vipul people agreed that some module is faulty and I got that replaced.

      Within 30 days, there developed some other problem: the horn stopped working, the steering mounted controls stopped working and the air bag sign kept on for the whole drive. For this, I got to know that the last replacement of the module was not done correctly and due to that some other module has got damaged.

      Now, its been more than a month since I have been running around Vipul people and writing tons of mails to Maruti for some help and they both are making fool of me saying that the module is not ready.

      In these 11 months, I have experienced only troubles and harassments by Vipul and Maruti both. Both the companies have been very non-cooperative and like deaf and dumb.

      What did i gain in these 11 months apart from all the pains? Please help.

        I bought the vehicle yesterday, it is not the 24 hours to the delivery. ODO reading is only 40 kms. While driving today morning suddenly rear tyre is separted from the body, the tyre is out get broken from the place where it connected to the body. While this I got injured.
        I am feeling that SUZUKI motor is cheated with me. They give me a scooter with problems.

        I Bought the scooter because the name of esteemed organistaion M/s SUZUKI . But this type of vecihle is not feeling me like SUZUKI.

        This is horrible to me what happened with me from the new scooter.

        I am totally disagree with the vehicle and M/s SUZUKI.

        Suzuki Access - 125 — Payment Method

        Hello,
        I dont know much about this forum and so I dont know about the respond over here.I want to buy a new suzuli Access.I want to give it as gift.My problem is, when i asked the dealer about the payment, He told me that I have to pay full amount which is 50, 403 on the day of booking and after 45 days from that date I ll get my vehicle.I am not finding any logic for such payment.If I am going to get it after 45 days then why I need to pay full amount in advance?I am ready to pay booking amount but why the full amount ?Am I going to get any specially benefits or discount with this as I am paying in advance?I make a query in suzyki complaint and query section and I am waiting for the reply ...

        Suzuki Motorcycle — horrible happened with suzuki access125

        I want to book suzuki access 125 in surat city but you have not ready stock at your any dealer shop in gujarat. You have comparision with Honda Activa for your product but you have not ready stock how you advertise it. If company manufacturing a car they have a minute but you have manufacturing a scooter in four month! You have provide facility for chiting customer by your dealer network and also received more Rs.[protected]Extra on road price) for current booking or ready stock.

        Suzuki Access 125 — Consignment Not Received

        I booked suzuki access 125 near about two months back. At the time of booking the showroom people are very excited to deliver the product within 20 days, it is mentioned in the booking receipt as well.

        The issue is, i am still waiting for the product after paying the full amount. This is the third week i am listning the same reasoning that "RTO is not working". It is really taugh to believe that RTO is not functionning from such a long time ( 3 weeks). This service is really sub standard.

        The Suzuki showroom is at malad west, mumbai.
        If anybody can help to get the thing done, please let me know.

        Suzuki Access 125 — change of name on bill

        i have purchased one suzuki access 125 on 08/06/2010. The name on bill appears as Akhilesh Kumar though i told them that billind to be done in the name of Neelam Kumari Singh Wo Akhilesh Kumar. The dealer is saying that we are doing online billing so it will not be possible to change now. The dealer,s address is Punjab Bikes Pvt. Ltd., Choti Baradri, patiala
        Suzuku! A Japanese Principal, but what a shame not to even respond to a victim of your negligence.
        I've booked suzuki access about 3 months ago.. Dealers promised that the vehicle will be delivered within 2 & half months.. Now due to no ready stock, its getting more delayed.. Who's going to answer for this problem..?? Coming to competition with honda products, I canceled the honda dio i had booked, assuming that I'll get access soon.. Dealers don't respond properly.. If this continues, you'll perhaps lose many of your customers.. Please oblige and find a solution for this problem..

        please note that we the owners of suzuki access are having the problem in after sale services. when ever we go they tell that come after 3 to 4 days for our free service. There are no proper staff. And they deal with us very rudely whenever we go for the service.

        I have booked Suzuki access 125 on[protected] (6 months back) from Ravi Wheels Pvt. Ltd.,Vadodara. I am still waiting delivery of it.I am approaching dealer frequently but getting negative reply. Suzuki customer care is totally deaf and dumb and it is also not working.Can customer wait for 100 year?

        I have purchased suzuki access-uz125 on[protected] this is my blunder mistake to purchase suzuki brand.from 15/7/2011 my access was in your ajmer road setia auto mobiel company .for repairing because of some problems.since last year it is very problematic veichle for me .Every services you execute you change its filter and clean the petrol tank.But after service next day probleme gets same.After lot resquests they r not bothered.today also I took the scooter to university and in the evening the scooter didn't start your executive mr Ved prakash came and told me that the scooters engine is seized.

        Suzuki Access — Not Delivering within Given Time Period

        I have booked suzuki access on 9-Apr-11 from "I B Motor Guajrat PVT LTD" and they have promised me to give dilivery with in 4 month but today after completing 4 month, They are telling me to wait 2 more month.
        Please help me in this case .

        a set of guard (black color) purchased from the dealer M/s ashvek motors, panaji is vanishing its color within a week. low quality standard.

        I brought Suzuki Access 125 from Ankleshwar(Bharuch)-Gujarat.
        I given my Suzuki Access 125 for service 5th Dec-12.When I received the back scooter from workshop, I found the damage seat cover at the workshop. I shown the same to present representative & He took only seat cover for informing to senior person from Bharuch bhanch & He told me that after three days, he will inform me about the same.But after 10-12 days no reply from the service office. So, I phone to bharuch office to know about the status of the seat cover. Suzuki representative Mr.Ankur told me that He will take openion of his boos & inform me the same.
        But after that no reply from Mr.Ankit & when I informed to Mr.Ankit, He told me that seat cover can not change because it was not damage in our workshop.
        After all talk to Bharuch office but they told me that it will not repair/change from our side.


        This is very bad response from the Suzuki representative. If can not response about small thing than what about the major issues?

        This is very shame of M/s SUZUKI regards response of customer & vehicle care during the service.

        Dear sir,
        I have purchased Suzuki Access-125 on 09/11/2010 aftr 6 mths due to some problems engine is soaking mobile oil n creating alot of problem. I have claimed in the service centre from- SURYA MOTORCYCLE HOUSE PVT. LTD, TAMBESHWAR NAGAR G.T. ROAD FATEHPUR - 212601(U.P.) but they have not given appropriate response for my claim. They took my scooty stand in their service centre for 2 months after that they told me that engine has damaged and after repairing the scooty they charged money for dat repairing and given me a bill of rs- 5130.
        it is well known by us that during a year if any problem we are facing in a vehicle it should be given free services from the company for repairing. The battery has also taking problem we have complained for it bt all the time they are not changing and not responding for the claim then aftr alot of complaints i have changed my scooty battery from outside of d company,
        Fuel meter is also not working after 15 days of puchasing the vehicle they had also not changed it with in the guarantee period and they had also charged for the new fuel meter but its still not working.
        i think i have done a bigger mistake of purchasing this SUZUKI product & has very bad services with in the guarantee period.
        i will not suggest any one for SUZUKI product..

        Suzuki Access 125 — After sale services

        I have purchased a Suzuki Access 125 from Amreli. Due to my transfer from Amreli I have to shift to Surat. When I contacted the Authorized dealer of Access 125, Dharmraj , they did not give me benefit of free service and refused service. They also behaved rudely.

        Suzuki Access 125 — Not getting RTO passing and pending accessories--payment of both already done.

        Very unhappy with the service I am getting at Suzuki Showroom Kapadia Auto Wheels, Shalimar, Nasik.Its about 1 month passed still not getting RTO passing done and also not getting the pending accessories.When contacted staff there, they are making fake promises always.Really frustrated now.
        staff is very arrogant ...they talk as if they really dont believe in customer-vendor relationship and after delivery services...really bad behaviou...

        i purchased suzuki access 125 2 years back. today on 15th feb, 2014, i did the servicing from swarget suzuki center. i found various scratches on bike after servicing also one of the metal part from front side is broken. i want service center should replace the same.

          Delay in Delivery of Swift vxi IV white in exchange of Maruti 800

          I visited Swani motors (P) Limited, Jalandhar on 9th January, 2010 for getting true value for my Maruti 800 car model 2003 that I want to exchange for purchasing new Swift vxi IV white colour. After evaluating my old car, I was adviesd to come afterwards for booking swift car and eventually I was able to book swift vxi IV car white colour on 21st January, 2010 on my 4th visit after getting true value for my old maruti 800.At the time of booking I was told that normally delivery would be within 2-4 weeks but priority is given to customers who exchange their old maruti car. Moreover I am losing interest on the booking amount of Rs.50, 000/- for delayed delivery

          Through this, I request that swift vxi IV car white colour be supplied to me at the earliest preferably in the month of January 2010 so that my exchange value and bonus do not change. I understand priority is being given by Maruti Udyog Limited to customer who wish to exchange their old maruti car with Swift car. I request you to kindly do the needful and oblige me. My booking allotment No. is 3501 S 17224 dated 21st January, 2010.

            I purchased a wagon r from maruti suzuki dealer in indore{mp} named rukmani motors on 31st aug.2009 but from the day of purchase I was feeling the shaking while on the speed of 70-80 but as before it I was having zen of maruti suzuki so I thought that I must be feeling the same because of new model {changed}
            but as I saw the tyre of left side in front, was in very bad condition because of allignment I told the same to the dealer. The dealer took the complaint seriously and make the allignment in front of me. But as I braught back the car it was again shaking. I again complainted to the dealer. Now the car is with dealer even today and he is looking the matter.

            But it is very serious that as I have made complaint to maruti on [protected] twhree times on 21/27/29
            january 2010 but there is not a single call from maruti to me they are just telling that your complaint is in process when I call them only.

            such as I feel that the car is having manufacturing defect and I dont want to take that car, and I want only replacement of that car.
            please look into the matter and oblidge me otherwise I will have to take any harsh action from me, which I dont want to take as I am fan of MARUTI PRODUCTS ONLY.

              I varun sibal has purchased alto car on 23rd of dec 2009 from DD motors dehradun registration number is uk07ab-7455 and during first service of my car that is after 0ne month i have done that on 25th of jan 2010 from dd motors service station ,patel nagar dehradun.and during delivery of my car there was a dent in front side of bonut with paint removed.and when i told works manager about it he replied very casually that it happens..then he said ok i will call u tommorow then u bring ur car again but till now there was no call or any enquiry from there side and there customer service is very bad the executive name is mr jaswant dhiman, and during the time of delivery he was not available to attend us even i had searched for him about 15 minutes i dont want my car bonut toget paint as it is brand new car just 500 kmts done and it is of black colour repainting can gets faid after short time span and it looks really ugly ...the customer care executive miss tanya had even didnt turned up since that incidence else she keeps on calling before that service ..these peaple havent send any cutomer feed baack form till now as they scare that i can complaint to maruti about this negligence of service now i want thatneccessary compansation to be given for this negligence please help me if any one can because i wont be leaving these peaple as its my first car which i have purchased from my hardearned money.............hope ill get neccessary justice else ill be going to consumer forum court

              you know same here in the philippines, suzuki had a very very bad service! You must file a complaint and post it to many forums and as much as possible let the media know about their bad bad service!

                Respected Sir ,
                This is to inform you that I had given my Maruti Swift REG no-WB 02Y 3726 on 24th November 2009 for repair following an accident.
                I still haven't received the car till date 28th January 2010 the servive center MACHINO TECHNO in DARGA ROAD KOLKATA says that they cannot find the parts required to be replaced.
                I would request you to kindly look into the matter as soon as possible and help me get back my car which is lying at the service center for over 2 MONTHS.

                Maruti Swift — Delay in repair

                My car met with an accident on 2/6/2009 near helmet circle at ahmedabad an when contacted the dealer kiran motors they arranged to tow the car to their workshop and the car reached the workshop at 4 pm, But till 3/6/09 the car repair job was not started when contacted the workshop manager he misbehaved and he replayed that we will do the repaid on our own not as the conditions of maruti udyog limited.


                So hence we request the concern authorities to take necessary action at the earliest and oblige.

                  Sir,
                  I booked for Swift Ldi at Sky Automobilles Bhubaneswar ,Orissa on 21st Dec 2009 with an advance of Rs10,000 with a delivery lag period of 34days (mentioned in the order form).The quatation mentioning the on-road price of Rs5,26,745.00 at Bhubaneswar.Now at the time of delivery they are claiming Rs 7000.00 more without any prior information to me although my phone no was with them and they received the vehicle 7 to 8 days before .
                  Is it the proper way of marketing ? If there is any price hike they should give us prior information.The marketing agent although informed me about the date of despatch and arrival of the vehicle but never utter a single word about the hike of price before the paper work at the time of delivery.

                  Dear Concerned person,

                  I have booked SWIFT DEZIRE VXI model(silky silver) through Anju Sukla KTL Pvt.Ltd Hardoi(U.P). I have given a booking amount of Rs.50, 000in form of SBI cheque no.019329 on dated 9th nov 2009. The dealer issued me receipt (receipt no.1764).

                  It is been more than 3 months and i have not received my car till date. On inquering with the deals he does not give me any satisfactory reply, and says tht there is no care that required model is available. I think he is doing black marketing of the requested model and not giving any satisfactory reply and always saying wait for 2months from last 3 months.

                  Request you to kindely note my complain against the dealer and deliver me the request model as soon as possible.

                  In case the car will not deliver till the end of march 2010, i will take this issue to the consumer court.

                    To Customercare Dept.,
                    I am dissatisfied with the responce I getting from deale of suzuki access 125 in Surat. I have deposited my Rs. 5000 for the booking of ACCESS in Dharmaraj, adajan road. They have told me the waiting period is 6 months. Now 4 months are passed and I an not getting satisfied answer from the dealer. They are saying that if I pay Rs. 4000 additional to the amount, you will get delivery of ACCESS very next day and by doing so they are selling 10 ACCESS every day instead of giving to waiting customers.

                    I am asking you to please look into these matter

                    hi am planning to buy Suzuki125.pls advice me on this.
                    Hi guys do not buy suzuki access because any colours it takes 8months to deliver it even my friends booked and cancelled because he went ot honda show room to honda activa dlx and he buyed activa. Suzuki Access is mileage is very bad and servicing very poor. Please ask 2 to 4 people and buy.
                    Suzuki access 8 months and they wont deliver in tome still they doing very late.
                    Suzuki spare parts is not getting properly servicing guy doing late if i ask they are telling still parts has not came what to do tell me .
                    Suzuki access facing so many problems rear body should be made like activa because any repair comes making late to remove screws and open it and to fit. they are telling half an hour and one hour

                      Dear sir,

                      I have purchased Maruti Alto LX car from your dealer at Bhopal M/S JEEWAN MOTORS PVT LTD BHOPAL, on 12.08.2008.

                      After a lapse of eleven month time of said car, the AC was not working, I went to the Service station of M/s Jeewan Motors Ltd and told the problem. A responsible person of the said service station has refuse to solve the problem. then I went to Vidhya Automobiles M.P.Nagar zone-II bhopal ( One of the authorised service centre of the Maruti sujuki) and told the complain. One of the macanic of the service centre had told that gas been leaked that's why AC is not working, he further told that AC is not under warranty period hence you have to pay Rs 1600/- for such repairing and facility of AC service is not available at their centre. I agree for such repairing then he bring my car to another macanic. The another macanic has checked my car and filled the AC gas in the chamber and get ready the AC. After repairing, AC of my car was working upto four month and theirafter AC is again not working. I again went to the above said service station and told the compalin, the macanic again told that gas has again leaked and you are again required to pay for such repairing. I am fed up again and again pay for such repairing. It appears that leakage of gas chamber of my car is a manufacturing defect and a defective car has been sold to me.

                      Please look into the matter and solve my problem at the earliest.

                        Hi,

                        I booked a swift vxi azure grey colour on 11th October"2009 through Magic Auto,Karol Bagh with a booking amount of Rs. 5000/- & was told a waiting period of 1 month.After a period of 1 month i paid out the down payment money to the dealer as the car was expected in a day or two.Now guess what it's been more than 3 months of waiting & till now i have not yet got the delivery of the car .
                        I don't know whom to blame - The dealer from which i booked my car,the bank from which i got my car loan,esteemed management of Maruti Suziki or myself for having that trust on the company for long long years.
                        As per the information received the order of my car is not yet fulfilled till date & the colour of the car is less in production as compared to other colours. I am shocked that how Maruti is getting so many consumer satisfaction awards year by year, i guess noone is aware of the true picture inside.
                        THE FINAL VERDICT WOULD BE - WILL I EVER GET SWIFT VXI AZURE GREY COLOUR ASAP OR SHOULD I LOOK FORWARD TO OTHER CARS AVAILABLE IN THE MARKET !!!!

                          I have a problem in clutch and gear from the date of purchase but whenever I told it to service centre they say after driving few kms your problem will be solved. But when I told the same problem again & again at service centre then every time they only adjust the clutch plate and gear box setting but problem remain as it is. Every time they tried to befool us. I send my car for services for solving out this problem related to clutch, gear & average but nothing was done in proper manner.

                          When few days back on 7/01/10 I take my car at service centre (Kavisha Motors (P) Ltd., Bareilly) for servicing then they say that your clutch plate and pressure plate gets damaged and needs replacement. This problem arises because of your manufacturing defect so kindly take an immediate action regarding this matter and replace a new set of clutch plate and pressure plate free of cost otherwise I have to go to consumer forum as there is no other option after this.

                          MARUTI SUZUKI INDIA LIMITED — malfunction of gearbox

                          sir,
                          This is to bring into your kind knowledge that i purchase maruti swift LXI car on 04/05/2009 from D.D.Mayapuri, New Delhi. From the begining there is problemin reverse gear that is when ever i try to move gear in reverse mode it gets stuck up and then i have to manipulate it to get it in proper position. I had told this complaints to dealer during all the three services but to no avail. They say it will be fine we have done some adjustment, but actually problem is now aggravating, as the front gear is also starting malfunctioning. I am in great suffering. kindly take action against the dealer to replace the part or else. i shall be very thankfull to you.

                            Sir/madam,
                            I have purchased a RITZ - LDI car ( Reg.No: KL 39B 4876; Ch.No:115407; En.No::1252853 ) from Popular vehicles Vytila, cochin, Kerala on 07-11-09. At the time of purchase, to my surprise, I found that two front tyres were relatively old. Those tyres might have either plied at least 500 kms by that time or might have been replaced by older ones. When I complained, they exchanged the tyres with the tyres of another car. I felt pity for the hapless customer of that car, if he unnoticed it.
                            After the first service, a grease-like black paint was seen on the left rear door. I told them to remove it, which they rubbed it out. But the gloss at that place had lost, like a scar. Not only that , they charged Rs 750/- for the first service (Rs 500/- elsewhere).
                            Very recently, 5 days before, while washing the car, I found a patch work ( very evident on close look, but deceptive) on the side -bottom panel, just infront of the right rear tyre. So I called Mr. Lijo, the officer in charge of the selling of my old car and purchase of the RITZ, and told him to look into the matter. He assured me to come, but never turned up. I committed no accident and I presume that it had occurred during the pre-purchase period and the Agencies might have kept it secret.
                            With utmost disgust that I complaint it to you, since I never expected such a distrustful act from their side. The services of the Popular Vehicles is abysmally poor, that nobody dares to go there again. I myself restrained some of my colleagues not to buy car from there. By brother himself, canceled the booking of RITZ VDI, at Popular and purchased the same from Indus motors ( Lijo knows it - He is after all a nice guy). I request expedient action so that my grievance, to some extent will be resolved.

                            Dear Sir,

                            I have purchased a new car Maruti Ritz VXI in the month of July 09 in cash without any finance from Prem Motors, Gwalior (M.P.) and Registration No. MP-07CB/2060 named Ravi Datt Sharma.

                            Now I want to say that car is very good but I have a very bad experience by Prem Motors due to the service quality .Service quality is very poor and they understand service means only car washing. I said to supervisior for Wheel Allinement and allinement is so poor that they could not tights the stairing state and I have done the again allinement by Bina tyre Gwalior just after the service and allinement.

                            now, in this car vibration is generated and its vibrtae in low speed and in this regard I contact to Mr. shukla who has sold this car and he advised to me to come to the Prem Motors with car.I have gone to Prem Motors dated 25.02.2010 in evening but Mr. Shukla was not meet to me due to his busyness and try to contact him on phone but he not picked up the phone. I said to receptionest to call to Mr. Shukla and she phone him but after 30-45 minutes waiting he could not meet to me and I return back.

                            Now I want to know there is no responsibility of Prem Motors after selling the vehicle and what is the mean of service and extended warrenty.Now pls arrange to provide the emailid of Maruti Suzuki.
                            I think maruti does not provise better service after selling a car.

                            Pls do the needful and arrange to send an engineer to look into the matter.

                              On date 30th of March I have purchased brand new wagon R from DD Motors (Wazirpur)

                              Soon after a month engine started creating noise.



                              Bearing was replaced to resolve the problem



                              After couple of days there was problem of missing acceleration in my car.



                              Then “COIL ASSY IGNITION, ALTO EXP” was replaced



                              Soon after this problem resolved power window machine stopped working mirror was jammed.



                              Then yesterday again whole machinery was replaced



                              Yet I am facing many other problems which are not yet resolved

                                Maruti Udyog India Limited,

                                I regret to inform that I am not satisfied with service of Maruti dealer Lohiya Motors, Berhampur, Orissa (Code E-201). I have purchased SX4 from the Mohan Motor Udyog, Kolkatta (0606) on 18 Sep 2009. The vehicle details are as below:-

                                Model: Maruti SX4 ZXI
                                Reg no: HR-01 Z 6336
                                Chassis: 152388
                                Engine: 2012735

                                I am serving in Armed Forces and presently posted at Berhampur, Orissa.

                                My car developed an engine problem ie. RPM of the engine was fluctuating between 1500 to 3000 even at idle conditions on 10 Jan 2010. After I gave a compliant with Lohiya Motors on 10 Jan 2010, the car was taken to Garage on 12 Jan 2010 and Job Card prepared (JC No- JC09004412 dated 12 Jan 2010). The workshop has not been able to repair the vehicle and not making an earnest effort to do so even after my repeated discussions with them and Managers at various levels at Bhubaneswar Area level. More disturbing was the fact that, various staff and managers have been telling contradictory statements regarding progress of repairs and not giving me the correct facts of repairs. The details are as under:-

                                14 Jan 10- Mr Pradipta Kar, Supervisor tells that a trained mechanic is being called from Kolkatta as Lohiya Motor donot have trained mechanic to repair SX4. (No mechanic from Kolkatta was called)

                                17 Jan 10- On my visit to Lohiya Motor, Ms Anju Lohiya and Mr Pradipta Kar tell me that the problem (defective Throttle Body) has been identified and spare would be demanded from Plant at Gurgaon.

                                21 Jan 10- Ms Anju Lohiya tells that problem is still not clear.

                                23 Jan 10- Ms Anju Lohiya tells that the spare has been demanded on 21 Jan 10 after showing car as VOR for early dispatch. The spare has been dispatched on 21 Jan fro Gurgaon using SAFEX courier.

                                24 Jan 10- Mr Abhishek Lohiya, Sales Manager tells me that the problem is not clear and no spare has been demanded and as Mr Prince Chopra has been busy the complete week no progress has been made.

                                24 Jan 10- On speaking to Mr Prince Chopra, Area Manager Service Bhubaneswar, he denied awareness about the problem and assured he would report to me about the progress.

                                I am extremely disappointed with the poor response I have received from the staff and executives of Maruti. Though personally I used to regard Maruti Udyog as the best Company meeting the needs of lakhs of Indians as well as Defence Forces, but the current situation has become a nightmare for me as I am facing a lot of trouble carrying out my duties. Therefore I request Senior Managers of the company to issue necessary instructions to concerned persons to carry out the repairs at the earliest.

                                I also request readers to kindly suggest me options available to me to get the problem resolved at the earliest.

                                I wanted to share my experience regarding the repair of my SX4. Mr Abhishek Lohiya, CEO Lohiya Motors has been very responsive to the complaint and personally supervised the repair. My car was taken to Narayani Motor, Bhubaneswar and all repairs were completed within three days, that included some checks and major repairs . I also want to thank Mr Prince Chopra, Area Manager Service Orissa for his help. Now I have got my car back n I want to thank Maruti for their prompt response to my complaint.

                                  I got a new wagon-r duo on june 17 2009 and now it has run 5800 kms.From 4000 kms I have been complaining of rough noise in front left side and the dealer AMBAL AUTOMOBILES said it is perfect and during my 2nd free service at 4800kms also I had mentioned.but they said it is normal.Now I checked it with another dealer and found it is tyre noise and they say tyres dont carry warranty(if tyres dont carry warranty why are the service engineers recruited).Now they have come with pro-rata basis.I want my tyres to be replaced at free of cost.NOW-A-DAYS MARUTI 'S STANDARD HAS GONE DOWN. THEIR CSI IN MY CITY HAS PROVED AS WELL AS THRU'OUT INDIA ALSO.

                                    Dera sir,

                                    I handed over my Alto Lxi to INDUS MOTOR CO PVT LTD, Koya road, Puthiyangadi, Calicut ,Kerala for carrying out the following paid job.

                                    5 point servicing, front bumper and rear bumper change, right head lamp change,
                                    right fender repaint, washing etc,.

                                    When I received the car after the work, I found the following descrepancies in the work done.
                                    The same was ponted out to them on the spot. The person concerned asked me to come and get
                                    these jobs done free of cost on any other day.

                                    1. Unsatisfactory washing and cleaning.
                                    2. Gaping space between repainted fender and bonet.
                                    3. Head light beam doesnt respond when the trimmer knob shifted to 1,2,3,4 position.
                                    4. A new rear bumper replaced but without mud flaps.

                                    Accordingly, on 21/1/10, ie,. after a week, I went and spoke to the works manager,Mr Shone CJ.
                                    He asked me to wait for some time for the the job to be completed. He kept me waiting from 11 AM till
                                    3PM when the car was handed over to me.During the period I missed many important jobs and my usual lunch. The manager could have warned me of the extended period required to complete the job and shown some courtesy for the inconvenience I have been put to.

                                    You are requested to disseminate my above experience to the concerned agencies who can interfere and take corrective measures in their and customers interest alike.

                                        Sub: - Complaint regarding Misbehavior/ Harassment faced at M/S Gulzar Motors Ltd.,

                                        Sir,

                                        I am a regular user/customer of Maruti cars since year 2002 when I bought my very first car “Maruti 80” from M/S Gulzar Motors Ltd, Ludhiana. Satisfaction & peace of mind was only reason why I make my mind to buy Maruti Wagon R again when I plan to change my car.

                                        On dated[protected] I went M/s Gilzar Motors Ltd again my express interest to buy a Maruti Wagon R Duo and the sales person who was dealing with me was Mr. Vicky Marwaha at the showroon. I handed over/ Sold my old Maruti 800 car (PB10 AW 5700) to them for which they adjust Rs 75000/- against the purchase of my new Wagon R Duo. On the same date I deposit Rs 94000/-(Ninty four thousand rupees) as cash in two different receipts. Then I had deposited two cheque of HDFC Bank Ltd, Mall Road, Ludhiana worth Rs. 100000/-(One lakh rupees) wide cheque number 200153 and Rs. 50000/- (Fifty thousand rupees) wide cheque number 200154 respectively on dated[protected]. After that on 18/11/2008 I had deposited Rs 49000/-(Forty nine thousand rupees) as cash with them. And Rs 9500/- for the purpose of Registration Certificate of the car to Mr. Vicky Marwaha an employ of M/S Gulzar Motors Ltd. After that on dated 30/03/2009 I received my original Registration Certificate from Mr. Vicky Marwaha after making 100’s of telephone calls to him and numbers of personal visit at showroom for this thing.

                                        And then after this my worst of worst period has started when I saw my Registration Certificate, because It was mentioned over there in my Registration Certificate that this car (PB 10 CM 1400) has been Hypothecated with State Bank of India. I shocked to know this so I asked Mr. Vicky Marwaha about this that how could this happens when I had paid you people all the money at my own and there is no loan raised from any bank, he said this is just a clerical mistake. I’ll south it out in a few days. I handed over my original Registration Certificate to him and he gave me received signature on the photocopy of Registration Certificate. while signing on the photo copy of the Registration Certificate he said “Vaise to aise koi zaroorat nahi hai, fir bhi main sign kar deta hoon aur ek do din mein hi isko nipta deta hoon, you don’t worry about this.”

                                        But after this sp many phone calls, 100’s of personal visits at showroom for my Registration Certificate, but every time they make excuses and excuses. Sir now they people force me to sell this car to them at True Value and offers me handsome discount on the purchase of new Maruti car. But I don’t want to sell my this car. Are they people trying to threat me or is this the way Maruti grow its business by making customers harass, so they finally opt to sell their car back to Maruti and buy a new one from Maruti.

                                        Sir, I am requesting you by this letter to please take a serious action on it. And give me a favour for the safe possession of my Registration Certificate so that I may drive my loving Wagon R car fearlessly. Other wise I have no option except to go in court for the same. Sir please take a necessary action because they took responsibility for Registration Certificate from RTO office they should done it properly. I have no idea how to solve this problem.

                                        State Bank of India — misbehave and harashment

                                        respected sir,
                                        yesterday i went to state bank of indias branch at sujanpur-145023 in punjab dist gurdaspur teh. pathankot. the person(paramjit often known as baba ) at the cash counter was dealing very rude with custemers his way bof talking is very abusing.

                                        Maruthi- Wagon R Duo — Regarding Dealer

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        Iam Jaipal reddy. I have booked Wagon R in Acer showroom on 2 june 2009 by paying Rs 5, 000/- in advance.on 4th of june company (maruthi) has announced special on wagon R version. so we discussed with the dealer he didn't respond to us in a good manner and finally he said i[censored] wish to take then take otherwise take ur money and approach another dealer. meanwhile we discussed with mithra agencies and it was delivered. they treated in very good manner.
                                        again one fine day we called the acer sales person we asked for refund of our money. he is not interested to answer our call and escaping from us (not picking the call).finally we went to showroom and submitted the documents but they told that check will be given after a week that this etc., and finally on 25 th june 2009 i have a check for Rs.4, 000/
                                        . They told that Rs1, 000/- is for invoice charges.
                                        I just want to confirm why they will make the customers to suffer like this? although Acer showroom is 3 kms from our house we went 22kms away to mithra showroom and purchased car b'coz of rude behaviour of teh sales person.
