This is to bring to your kind attention that i am an unfortunate car owner of Maruti, who has been harrased by your dealer - Eternal Motors (Bhavnagar, Gujarat) for unknown reason !

I had given my car for the 2nd free service but to my utter surprise, performance of my car has been deteriorated and when I approached your dealer for the said reason, he simply asked me to come after two days !!!!!

> Is this the way your organization deal with Cust ?

> Is it going to help you get more mkt share ?

> Can I expect any support from your end ? OR should I escalate it to the concern authorities ?

With due respect would like to infom that I own a vehicle Maruthi Shifti VDI coloured Sunlight Copper With No TN 75 B 4881 Delivered (on 30 Oct 2009 )from ARASPVPV Nagercoil
Recently I got a lower pumper damage because of bad road in rainy day& also a damage in back pumber, I took my Vehicle to the delivery centre on 16 June 2010they promised me deliver to deliver the vehichle within 3 day and they changed the parts & painted thrice and they are tellling that the colour is not matching its almost 13 days my vehichle is stilll there in the service station, I am working in a hospital as a Consulting Doctor and currently I am hiring a vehicle for my movement . I am deeply depressed mentally, physically & Financialy. As you are a Company of high repute, I want you take action within 24 hours & deliver the Vehichle tommmoro(29 June2010)

    VAT Invoice No. RJ06/TC0230

    THE PROBLEM DETECT IN
    COOLENT LEAK IN MAIN HEAD

    At the time First Service on dtd 21.11.2009
    but not solve and not care.

    At the time Second Service on dtd. 29.12.2009
    Service Department HOLD the Car in the company Workshop.
    for REPLACE the Coolent Leak in Main Head.

    As & When asked for the car they reply HEAD will come
    from company (GURGOAN) within 1-2 days.

    We purchases New Car How this type problem Observe.
    It seems to us that we were Chit by the Company.

    This message for Higher Authority to look after
    and Solve the matter as an early also inform to us.

      Respected sir ,

      My self Dr.N.K.Kuraichya. I would like to inform you that I have purchased a car from karvi by sub dealer Shyam motors-4367, on 30/06/2008. And he had brought the car from S B CARS (P) LTD.-2806
      Sir, at the time of delivery they told me about the equipment lessing in the car.they said that “when the the car was coming from kanpur (S B CARS PRIVATE LIMITED) to karvi(Shyam motors) because of the driver’s mistake the Right side ORVH(powered mirror) was broken”. So I have refused to buy the car. Then he forced me to purchase the car & he promised me that he will provide me Right side ORVH(powered mirror) with in 15 days & he had written it on the delivery challan. Sir I have a copy of it.
      Sir after one month I visited their showroom &asked them for the Right side ORVH(powered mirror).they said “ it is not available now, after one week it will be available”. Then I again visited there they again said it is not available.
      After that I have visited 2-3 times again they always replied the same.
      After all this in may 2009 I have complaint in maruti sizuki regional office, gomti nagar Lucknow. They promised me that in 2-3 days my problem will be shorted & they have give me a Complaint NO.- [protected].
      Sir it is about to 7 months ,and no information is given to me.
      Sir, I request you to take some hard action against it.

        Dear Sir,

        I have purchase my Alto LXI Model Car on dated 24/09/2009 from AAA VECHICLEADES PVT. LTD. Narina. I had done regular Service check up from your authorized Service Center AAA Maruti Authorized Service Station Okhla. Second Service had done on 28th Nov'09.

        27th Dec'09 night I was going for travel Delhi to Jaipur with my family (My Mother,Father ,Sister ,Sister's Daughter) ,in the Mid of highway (approx 30 to 40 KM Away) from Delhi ,my car had stopped at once at 11 PM .Nobody was there to help us that time .Than we called one helpline person to check our car ,He told us that Car has stuck because of Car's Engine Mounty nuts got broken down ,so that engine get loose and hang in air ,So he instruct us not to pull the car otherwise it could be damage internal parts of car badly .

        Than at night that person called a guy to taw car on his shop, that guy change the Mounty Nut that time .In all those activity car was able in running condition at 2 AM.
        Me and my family was very much annoyed for this Maruti Car Performance, as on regular service check and with new car ,If we are facing such big problem than we don’t want to continue with this car .
        Next day when I had took my car again your AAA Service Center and told all this story, than Service center person replace all necessary new parts and return back my car on same day.
        But I don’t want to take any chance or wait for any mis happening with this car in future ,I need my car replacement or refund of full car Money back .
        May I request you to please do the necessary decision regarding this case otherwise I have to go in judicial concern to replace/Refund my Car. As this is parts failure of Maruti .
        Be a true and genuine Maruti customer I am expecting to your side to understand our genuine problem of a customer and keep our faith on Maruti as a Best Brand in Customer Service

        Maruti Suzuki Udyog PVT. LTD — Multiple car and service problems

        This is to informe u that ur Maruti Suzuki car (SX4) which i purchased in last year july month . After that i have faced so many problems in this car like:-

        1. Engine heating problem
        2. A.C is not working
        3. Difficult to get parts of thos car in u r showrooms
        4. I didnt get the service properly

        So above mentioned problems should not be neglect by your company, it should be taken care fully other wise please keep this car, i dont want any return against this . I am very much disappointed from this car.
        from 5 days my car is standing in your showrooom (Sparsh Automobile, Raipur Branch Chhattisgarh)they said my car is completing from date 28/04/2008, but i didnt get any response from your Raipur Branch . So what the hell is going on there.

        I bought a Maruti Swift on 30th Jan from AAA savitri nagar, and have still recieved my RC till date . Does it actually takes 6 months time to gat an RC . i think its the inefficiency of the staff, every time i call them they tell it will come by next saturday and sunday .
        Inefficient Staff and Careless Manager,

        We got Maruti Swift from AAA Vehicleads, Malviya nagar. They provide the worst service when it came to delivering the R.C to our home and then getting R.C correction. Their manager Mr. H.A Khan will either not pick your calls or tell you to call tomorrow to know the status (I dnt knw y it takes him so long for status) or some1 will call you back (which will never happen). Repeated complaints or calls have no effect on this dealer. No respect for customer or his time. Worst services ever.
        they probably gave my car to someone else as they refused to deliver it back to me and when i insisted and went to the center i found out that the car has been hit, dents and scratches all over ! and they aren't repairing it and the servicing hadn't been done from the past 10 days ! awful manner less irresponsible people !

          Dear Sir,

          I, Komal Narang shop.No.2 Sai Collection Prem Nagar,Madan Mahal,Jabalpur(M.P.) had purchased one new Maruti 800 AC LPG by your authorized dealer of Jabalpur M/s Standard Agencies.I have purchased a new car 800AC LPG on 28/07/09 & I have pay before 1 month but from the first day problem are coming,the back light is off.The noise in Engine very much,not running in LPG mode.

          When I ask Mr. Ashish Patel(Sales Executive) to check my car in LPG mode in show room,he ask me that there is no LPG in car & all is OK.and By purchasing original Maruti CD player from showroom the mechanic had cut 8 to 10 wrings fitted wise.I complained next day about this & executive ask me the car sending my driver but on 08/08/09 they ony send a mobile wan, they check my car over their only. But the problem is not small the problem is too big & the problem is the car come automatic in gas mode and after few minute come in petrol mode & in workshop they have check all wire also by removing central locking & CD player also. In these problems the driving of this car is very dangerous; the mechanics of workshop are illiterate. they are just road side mechanics, they can’t find any problem in my car.

          Sir, from the above it is very clear that, the car is defected by Engine & as pipeline side so please change my PCS because its very dangerious.Obtaining payment of new car which is highly objectionable and for which I will go to Consumer Forum>further they are believing in selling the vehicle and not in satisfaction of consumers.

          Sir,I had following problems in the car as with your dealer:- Interior portion of

          1.the vehicle was very dirty inside {INTEROR} &out side.

          2.The mat of the vechicle was also very dirty.

          3.The behavior of the officers/proprietor of Standard Agencies was very bad,& in your Regional office the mam who had pick my phone hold me for 30min because she is talking with his friends about party,and when talks finish she said OK I will ask your problems to seniors and cut the phone,this is the way to talk to you regular customer? Now I want that piece of 800 AC LPG new one,for which M/s Standard Aut Agencies, Jabalpur (M.P.) may kindly be advised at your end.

          The your officer’s are very badly behave with customers,they never present in cabin.whenever try to meet them,they will wait about 4 hours,after that they are out of seat.The Mr.Vikas Saini,Mr.A.K.Pathak,Mr.Ajay Shukla,Mr.Tomar Parihar,Mr.Shailendra Singh,Mr.Atul,these all know about my problems but they only suffer me by sending me to cabin to cabin.Miss.Shabnam is also not good she always chit chat with their male friend about party,dress but she never talk about solution of my problems.

          Kindly note thai if I note that if I not receive new parts within 2 days from the date of this letter/fax than I have no option except to go to Consumer Forum for which the Maruti Company as well as dealer of Jabalpur M/s Standard Auto Agencies,Jabalpur(M.P.) will be fully responsible.

The most big thing is that the senior &labour class said that your car value is 30,000/_only when I complain to mr tomar he ask me to show those people next day he take off. I think that I am cheated by standard auto or by maruti company because I have pay more than 2.50 lac if standard auto oner have no four wheeler I will gift him by my side. IF MARUTI COMPANY DON’T TAKE ANY ACTION I WILL FIRE MY CAR IN FRONT OF SHOWROOM. THIS IS LAST WARNING IN OMNI THEY DO NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM OF MY VAN AND I HAVE SALE THAT VAN FOR LOSE OF 70,000/THOUSAND. AND I AM SENDING THIS LETTERE TO ALL DEALER OF MP&OTHER STATE .And mr parihar call me in his cabin & ask what work u r doing I said that I am in journalism line & my father have a business {disturburter} of luggage vip,aristocate,safari & other bag manufacturer.then he ask me to witch briefcase is good I ask him that v.i.p odyssey he ask me that the new year is coming so u r giveng me that briefcase in gift I have said that my father is handling that. So sorry I amnot able to give that brefcasebecause is costally near about 2850/-.i think this is the reason they don’t take interast to service my car.

          Hope you will take favourable action in the matter and will direct the dealer of Jabalpur to give me better service in future & good washing.Otherwise I have to take Severior against Standard Auto Agencies,Jabalpur(M.P.) & Maruti company.this is last waring I don’t take loss again.

The most big thing is that the senior &labour class said that your car value is 30, 000/_only when I complain to mr tomar he ask me to show those people next day he take off. I think that I am cheated by standard auto or by maruti company because I have pay more than 2.50 lac if standard auto oner have no four wheeler I will gift him by my side. IF MARUTI COMPANY DON’T TAKE ANY ACTION I WILL FIRE MY CAR IN FRONT OF SHOWROOM. THIS IS LAST WARNING IN OMNI THEY DO NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM OF MY VAN AND I HAVE SALE THAT VAN FOR LOSE OF 70, 000/THOUSAND. AND I AM SENDING THIS LETTERE TO ALL DEALER OF MP&OTHER STATE .And mr parihar call me in his cabin & ask what work u r doing I said that I am in journalism line & my father have a business {disturburter} of luggage vip, aristocate, safari & other bag manufacturer.then he ask me to witch briefcase is good I ask him that v.i.p odyssey he ask me that the new year is coming so u r giveng me that briefcase in gift I have said that my father is handling that. So sorry I amnot able to give that brefcasebecause is costally near about 2850/-.i think this is the reason they don’t take interast to service my car.

          Hope you will take favourable action in the matter and will direct the dealer of Jabalpur to give me better service in future & good washing.Otherwise I have to take Severior against Standard Auto Agencies, Jabalpur(M.P.) & Maruti company.this is last waring I don’t take loss again.

            I am Subhash Bhattacharya owner of Maruti Alto LXI (X FUN) model no. AR4CLD, Chassis No. 806233, engine no. 4143068, date of Delivery 08/11/06 from Standard Auto Agencies, Jabalpur. My extended warranty was till 26 th December 2009 and the last servicing date was 9/10/09 from standard Auto agencies Jabalpur.

            We were very happy with the service and the performance of the car till yesterday, as when we were on move on highway suddenly the engine heated up so thought to stop and give a call to nearest maruti serivce station. Then our car was towed to the service station and to our surprise the diagnosis showed that there was a major engine damage, and we have to replace half of the engine. The further diagnosis showed that the engine coolant has liked inside the engine.

            To our surprise the indication meter didn't showed any rise in temperature and also the 32 bit processor also didn't give us any pre alarm of this failure. Though we found the reason of failure but we were not able to the cause of engine coolant getting inside the engine.

            We have immense belief on the cars and service offered byMaruti udyog, and as we were also planning to buy a Maruti SX4, but if this is the future of maruti engine then i fear taht you are going to loose one loyal customer. I would like that if you can look into the matter for a minute and provide us with a propper solution. I will be awaiting for a action plan from maruti behalf.

After evaluating my old car they adviesd me to come afterwards for booking swift car and eventually they booked swift vxi IV car white colour on 21st January, 2010 on my 4th visit to them after getting true value for my old maruti 800. Through this, i request to kindly arrange a supply of swift vxi IV car white colour to me at the earliest preferably in the month of january 2010 so that my exchange value and bonus do not change.               A booking for Maruti Swift Dezire was done by the undersigned vide Booking Order No. 9505 D100272 dtd: September, 2009 with M/s Competent Automobile, Gurgaon, Haryana alongwith the Booking amount of Rs. 10, 000/-. An assurance was given by the sales representative of M/s Competent Automobile Mr. Ashwini that the car will be supplied within 4to6 weeks from the date of booking, accordingly, after completion of 4 weeks undersigned enquired from Shri Ashwini, however, he showed his inability and said that the same will be handed-over by end of October, 2009 again on inquiry during end October, he ensured and said that positively the same will be handed-over before 15th November, 2009 and requested to wait some more time stating the reason that the supply of Swift Dezire are very less. Further again on 15th November, 2009 when Mr. Ashwini was contacted he said still the vehicles have not arrived and it may take other 15 days and promised that on 2nd December the same will be supplied. During this period many a time he was contacted but the answer was same that there is no supply of vehicles till 15th December, 2009 the supply of vehicle was not done and every time on inquiry it was informed that some more time is required. Having frustrated with the above treatment, undersigned cancelled the booking of vehicle and asked for the refund of booking amount of Rs. 10, 000/-. In spite of lapses of 1½ months till date I have not received my booking amount and no interest has been shown by Mr. Ashwini for my refund.

              It is needless to mention that after booking my vehicle I has disposed-off my old vehicle Maruti-800 and had to remain without vehicle for around 2½ months facing a lot of problems. The above action on the part of M/s Competent Automobile is highly objectionable and discourteous and defaming the Company like Maruti Udhyog. Till this treatment I was customer of Maruti and now I feel dejected after this treatment. I understand that Maruti Udhyog is highly customer oriented and with this complaint an early action will be taken to refund the cancellation amount and also action be initiated against the dealer.

              I bought a Maruti wagon R on 17th Feb 2013, from AAA vehicle agency, Malviya Nagar, with a New Delhi Taxi registration no-DLIRT 3461. As per the policy I was suppose to get refund of my excise duty (not sure of the amount). I submitted the form regarding this issue through Mr Rajesh, an employee of AAA agency in the month of May. After several follow up over phone they said that there is a signature mismatch, while agreed the same and I am waiting for the rejection letter which I haven’t receive till date. They denied me for the same and insisted to meet personally to negotiate the amount which I am supposed to get. Just wanted to be assured about the actual refund amount and when I am suppose to get?

              While understanding your busy schedule I request you to consider it and look into this issue so that it can be resolved. Also appreciate if suggest me what next I should do to get my money back.

                Respected Sir/Madam,

                This is to inform you that I the under signed am the introducer of maruti car to our group of company against Hyundai and now we are using 1132 cars of Maruti only.

                As a result after 8 years I got harassed like any thing from your dealership at the same time not got proper response from your Territory Sales Manager-Mr.Amit Inani, based in Indore.

                As per below mentioned mail I was harassed in your dealership. After written the mail on 18th of Dec. 09, I got the car cover and seat cover ( commitment of dealer's representative Mr.Nitesh) on 28th of Dec. i.e after one month (from the date of delever the car).

                After that we send the details to our HO. But again there was a shock for me. As per our HO there are Rs.30,000/- consumer scheme is going on for Wagon R LXI model in Dec.09, but I got Rs.20,000/- only.

                On 28/11/2009 at the time when we went to your above mentioned dealership for purchasing the car I had asked "any thing coming in the next month or not, for matter of two days I should not loose any thing". But the gentle man Mr.Nitesh Rep. of dealer clearly told to us that it is going to reduce in December. So purposely he had mis-guided us only to achieve his target.

                On 30/12/2009 when I came to know your current discount structure, talked to Mr.Nitesh but he replied boldly that " Your invoice had raised in Nov. 28th so you are not elligible for the same discount of Dec.

                On 31/12/2009 I talked to Rukmani Motors and came to know that it was false, the Invoice has not been raised till the time,because the loan amount ( due to not fulfill the commitment of Mr.Nitesh I had not signed and cleared the loan amount) has not released.

                On 31/12/2009 at 11.37am talked to Mr.Priyans at "Anytime Maruti" and confirmed that if the invoice will raise in December I will be eligible for the consumer discount of Rs.30,000/- (call has been recorded at my end).

                On 31/12/2009 at 11.43 am talked to Mr.Amit Inani - Territory Sales Manager,Indore ( call was recorded at my end) and told him in details, but sorry to say Mr.Inani was not in the mood to take care of the customer. He was in the mood to take care of his dealer. He told to the undersigned that within one hour he will call back. I asked for his mobile no.but he had refused to give it to me,and told "I have my personal no., I dont have official mobile so I can't give it to you" I was really shocked seeing the behaviour of a manager of Maruti, who claim "NO.1 in Customer satisfaction" ( it was known to me at that time only, he will not call me back ). Then I told him very clearly if I am not eligible for the discount I will just submit the car and I am ready to give one month depreciation also.

                I am surprised at 2.20pm one lady called me from your Indore office and told that Mr.Inani will call you later as he is busy in some other work. I replied to that lady, "Mr. Inani is trying to pass 31st December 2009 and if tomorrow he will tell me that discount has been changed or withdrawn I will not listen it, please convey the message to Mr.Inani". (call has been recorded at my end and it was told to that lady also).

                So,this is my request to you please let me know what should I do ? will I submit the car? will I get the Discount or should I go to "Consumer Forum" against your Company.

                Please let me know your valueable suggestion within 48 hours otherwise I will go to "Consumer Forum"

                At the beginning I would like to tell you be smart but dont try to be over smart or dont try to do any "CHALAKI."

                Do you know the meaning of Reminder ? Neither you nor any body from your organisation till yesterday talked to me regarding pending finance amount. So how can you say reminder. To cover your fault or false commitment you just written that you have given me reminder on phone and that time I was out of station.

                I am the "Zonal Business Manager" of a limited company so we have monthly tour plan and for your kind information from 28/11/2009 till date I have not gone on tour.

                Hope some body miss guided you and you have written the mail. First know the fact. The fact is.....

                I had purchased a Wagon R Lxi car on 28/11/2009 from your dealership. Your rep. committed few free accessories with the car. In which Car cover and Seat Cover also included. While the car was delevered your rep. told that these two items was not in stock, next day they will send both the items. But sorry to say after several reminder and request your co. was not able to supply the same. In between one day your rep. came to office with Finance person. In front of that gentleman again I had remind your rep. for his commitment, immediately he talked to some of his superior and handed over the phone to me I told that superior clearly "if you can give me my obtainable to day only then only I accept otherwise you have to give me Side molding also as a penalty". Initially he was telling that it were not in their stock, hearing about penalty suddenly he talk to that rep. and both the person (finanse person and your rep.) went away.Then your person came to me with only car cover. I had refused to accept. Asked both the items. but the poor man was not able to give me both for your company's poor stock.

                Yesterday on 17/12/2009 at 6.55pm I got the call of your rep. that my loan has approved. I replied to him , "Just now I am going to write a mail to Maruti about the harrasment and false commitment of your dealership.

                Hope after that immediately to save your self you had written the mail to me. In the hurry you had mentioned for any information please feel free to me, What to you ? write? talk? meet? ?????

                Now I have taken it as my prestige issue, so either I submit the car to you and will do the settlement, will go for other company (not the Maruti) or you have to give me your committed items with side moulding.

                NB. For your information I am the person who had introduced Maruti against Hundai in our group before six and half year. Today we are using 1132 cars in our group.

                Suzuki India — delay and false commitments from your dealer

                i booked a suzuki access 125 from your dealer SPEED MACHINES, NASHIK with amount of Rs 10000/- on 1st of Sept 2010, since then i am continously following up your dealer but the dealer didnt even a single time called up. I am just frustrated with the false commitments and stupid excuses for the delay of delivery. Your dealer commited me delivery on dusshera, then diwali, then on 28/10/10. But till date i hav not got the delivery, every time i arranged cash and deposited back in bank, how disgusting is this?
                The stupid excuses for delay is that ur dealer is blaming the delay on company. Kindly look into the matter on priority basis and deliver the vehicle immediately.

                  I purchase Maruti Swift Car befor 6~7 Months Back, I ask Maruti Authorised Service Station & Dealer (Rohan Motors Greater Noida) for A Swift Digital Clock , The fit the Clock & after some time i found that Clock light is not very clear as compair the my frnd CAR .Same time i request ROHAN motors to Change the Clock, But the has only one type of Clock whick is physically different From the CLOCK from the Factory
                  I am continious follow with Mr. Gagan (Service Head & Mr, MP singh But they are refusing with a answer that the part is physically diff. from the original one But we have only one part from the Factory

                  Maruti Suzuki — Duplicate Parts and Deterioted Service at Authorised Service Station

                  Dear Sir,

                  Being from a family that has always owned cars manufactured by Maruti, I had never thought of writing this mail but unfortunately I am left with no other choice.

                  Myself Ratnesh Singhai, an owner of Maruti Wagon R Vxi (HR 26 AV 3511) which was purchased in January this year from Vipul Motors (Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon Showroom). Yesterday on 7th July, 2009 I had given my car for its officially due second free service. Though there was nothing much required to be done in the car, its a single hand driven vehicle for the last 6 months and hence regular checking and cleaning was only required. However, to my utter disappointment when I went to collect the car from the authorised service centre of Vipul Motors Gurgaon, I found my car to be in a detoriated and dirty condition as compared to a fit and fine condition when it was given for service.

                  At the point of taking delivery of car the few points that I have noticed are:

                  * Mudflap which is supposed to be tight and in place was hanging loose (despite of this mentioned when the JOB card was prepared).
                  * The car seat covers, which normally are covered with cotton towels, are dirty and have black spots of some grease or paint. Similarly, the boot space was never cleaned during the entire washing.
                  * Few visible scratches on the car body (apart from one of those about which I know in advance)
                  * Last but not the least, 3 new thumb size dents on the car bonnet.

                  Sir, the biggest fraud that is then committed is to shift the blame and give lame excuses for the poor condition of the car and service. I was given reason that while pressing bonnet to make it close, everybody applies pressure so dents could be for that reason.Similar irrational excuses were given, rather than admitting the mistake and rectifying the same. Such an unprofessional behaviour towards customers is least expected from a reputed company like Maruti.

                  Also the issue regarding the genuine nature of accesories from Maruti Authorised Service Dealer and Showrooms is in serious question. Though I was never to raise this, but it seems it should also need to be brougt to your notice that the free accessories promised to customers while vehicle purchase are not original. I was informed, during my vehicle purchase, that from company I would be provided with Mudflap, Matts and Steering Cover. However, a single look and you can find out that these are not genuine. I dont know what needs to be done, as following that I have aborted my plans to get any new accessories fitted from an Authorised Maruti Station.

                  I am just surprised, that what has happened to Maruti quality and assurance. My father is having a Maruti Car to his delight for last 15 years and I found it hard to keep the same enthusiam for even 15 months.

                  Hoping against the hope to see some betterment. I have still not taken delivery of my car and it is still standing at your Authorised Service Station.

                  Dear Sir,
                  this complaint is regarding the duplicate spare parts which has been kept and traded by PARAS MOTORS shop no 4 LSC DDA market paschim vihar. I have given my maruti car for service for which they charge very heavy amount and told that all the parts which have been replaced are original and directly bought from the company. however, it was just a lie and fraud all parts were found duplicate and later when i complained to them they told me that you go to company and we are not liable for any thing now. plse take the action against the said Shop owner and workers as early as possible.

                    My wife have booked Maruti ALTO LXI metallic at Maruti car dealer Fairdeal Cars Shahdra Delhi on 13/12/2009 with receipt no. 6214 for payment of 5000/ ( five thousands) through cheque no. 655610 ( O.B.C.) dated 12/12/2009 and 10281/ ( ten thousands two hundred eighty one ) on 19/12/2009. Chasis no. of booked car was MA3EV[protected]. Dealer promised delivery of car before 22/12/2009.Balance amount of Car was paid on 19/12/2009 through banker cheque ( 2,35000/ TWO LACS AND THIRTY FIVE THOUSANDS) from SBI as loan amount on 19/12/2009 and 30,000/ ( THIRTY THOUSAND FROM D.D. as margin money was piad from my wife Dr. Rashmi Tuli Gupta on 20/12/2009.Therefore we have paid total cost of car. Till now we have not received car. Dealer is daily giving me a new date. They have sold our booked car.Now they r saying this is due to problems from MARUTI manufacturing unit. They are also mentally harassing us. We both husband wife r doctors and we have a busy schedule, so because of this unnecessary delay we r facing problems in our professional life. We have lodged a complaint with MARUTI CUSTOMER CARE ON 25/12/2009 with complaint no. [protected]. Till now we have not received any call or solution from Maruti. I have tried to call ur regional office no.([protected]) also but nobody is picking the phone. We are facing financial loss also because my wife have to go to hospital to visit patients and we were having a maruti 800 car, because of their promise ,we sent the cat ot our native place Kanpur.So we are facinf mental, physical and financial harassement.
                    We rquest u to do some strict action against them.

                    MARUTI ALTO LXI — NON RECIEPT OF AUTOCARD

                    I have purchased the car on 7/01/2008 from AUTOMOTIVE MANUFACTURING PRIVATE LIMITED, SHIRWANE, NAVI MUMBAI.The maruti auto card was sent by courier to me on 2/02/2008 but the name on the card was incorrect so they took it back and did not give the delivery to me.I complained about this to the dealer they said me to provide the documents and fill up a new form.I did as they said but the card was not delivered.I complained again but they show no interest in giving me the card.I have not got the card till now as on 04/11/2008.I am not able to enjoy the benefit of the autocard till now.Please take a note of this and do the needful as early as possible.

                      I have bough Wagon R Duo on 31.01.2009. Before completion of year with mileage reading only 19781 kms, the car engine started giving problem of missing (vibration).

                      Though the service center got it repaired within warranty, the problem show bad performance of Wagon R Duo Engine and MUL's standards on engine performance.

                          i have booked maruti dezire vxi on 30th sep.2009 but have not got the delivery till now inspite of repeated complaints...
                          have booked a Maruti Suzuki, SWIFT DZIRE VXI from Hitech Vanijya Pvt. Ltd. (Southern Avenue), Kolkata -700 029 on 09.09.2009. It was told from the showroom that I will get delivery the car within three (3) months. But on 05.12.2009 it is told to me that it is now 4 months waiting .

                          Till now (30.01.2010) it is not delivered.


                          I therefore request you to kindly look into the matter that the car will be delivered to me at the earliest.

                            I have booked WaganR vxi ON 19/12/2009..at HIMALAYA CARS YAVATMAL. At the time of the booking i have been told that will get the delievery in 10 DAY.they has taken the booking amount of RS10000.After that again when i called to confirm again i got the told that ther are not giving the delivery.they told that they will not give the benefitof DISCOUNT in next months. i have taken the DD. of BANK OF INDIA in the name of HIMALAYA CARS YAVATMAL.

                            SIR i have log complain in maruti udyog ltd. tollfree no.as my complain is [protected].
                            IN puna sai service showroom the car is avaible but due to teeritari nomes there are unable to allot me the car
                            i dont understand HOW MUCH SHOULD A CUSTOMER WAIT..

                            I just want that my concern will be resolved..!!

                              Details of my car (vehicle) purchased from Maruti Suzuki From Goyal Motors Shimla Himachal Pradesh.....................

                              1) I Aman Gupta S/o Shri Devinder Gupta resident of # 121 Arhat Bazar Tehsil & P.O. Kasauli District Solan H. P. has purchased Maruti Swift dezire VDI on 15th Jan 2009 having Regn. No. H.P.15-A-5232 bearing Engine No. 1158781 & Chassi No. 138115.

                              2) After two Months my car got strucked due to some technical problem and the problem was detected after three to four days and we got the delievery of above mentioned car after more than Ten Days.This time maruti has changed fuel regulator or something else.

                              3) It is to inform you that after three months the same probllem was occured and this time Maruti service station solan has changed the another Part.

                              4) Now again it is for the third time in the same year the Engine Break Down problem has occured, in spite of getting service done at right time.so it pertains the above mentioned car is not working properly and not technically good and safe to drive for anyone.Therefore you are requested to kindly change the car as soon as possible.

                              5) It is also mentioned that in case of any mishappening occurs during the drive, your company will be held responsible for that. So again you are requested to kindly take the necessary action & change the Car.

                              6) Now the car is presently with Goyal Motors Solan, District Solan Himachal Pradesh from three days.

                              Maruti Swift — against part of engine

                              maruti swift no. MP20FA 8050 has been given at Shubh Motor Jabalpur for changing the half engine on 06/07/2012.But the, car is still laying in the workshop. Such a long repairing time for such a high turnover model is not desirable. please provide delivery without further delay.

                                Dear Sir,
                                I purchased a car Swift-VDI through CSD Hissar, Modern Autos. The vehicle was invoiced on my name on 12 Aug 09. After one month, First Service was done at Apra Autos, Sec-14, Gurgaon (at just 400 KM). Now when I started driving Vehicle, I realise that I am not able to see instrument panel (speedometer, indicator lights etc) from my seating position. Top half speedometer and indicator lights goes blank, under steering wheel.
                                I sent emails to MARUTI Company regarding problem faced by me, on 05 Oct 09 and once again on 17 Nov 09.I even spoke on Maruti helpline to Ms.Renu on 25Nov 09 and lodged a complaint on the above issue vide reference no-[protected].
                                I was asked to take my vehicle to APRA AUTO, Sec-14,GURGAON for check up on the issue.They remarked "CUSTOMER PERCEPTION WELL APPRECIATED.WITH SEAT IN FORWARD POSITION PARTIALLY SPEEDOMETER IS COVERED.NO PROBLEM WHEN SEAT IS FULLY BACK.NO PARTICULAR PROBLEM WITH THIS VEHICLE.''
                                I am not at all satisfied,because my problem has not been resolved by the company.After paying so much money for buying the SWIFT VDI, I feel UNSAFE while driving vehicle,because I can't see SPEED AND INDICATOR LIGHTS on the panel in front.
                                I request your kind help in resolving the matter with MARUTI SUZUKI.

                                I compeletely agree with the complain above.I used to consider Swift to be nice vehicle.This shows very irresponsible behaviour on part of MARUTI SUZUKI authorities that they have not responded to the problem of this vehicle in particular.
                                Yes I had also purchased the Swift VDi, which I feel very difficult to see the instrument pannel, sum steering adjuster should have been provided or seat hight adjuster should be there... Anyways,

                                  Dear Sir/Mam,

                                  I purchased a car from maruti dealer Mandovi Motors in bangalore on 21st Oct'09. My car met with accident on 18th of Nov'09. Immediately the car was given to Mandovi service center to fix the problem & they agreed to deliver the vehicle within a week. But they called me after 3 weeks to take the vehicle, to my surprice the vehicle was repaired in worst possible way. They told me the reason that this cannot be repaired better than this & the insurance guy does not allow us to change the door. But I got the insurance from Maruti Insurance.
                                  They assured again that correct the problem by one more weeks time. I went & check after month that is 0n 19th Dec'09, the vehicle was no better than before.
                                  Earlier there was a damage only to rear dorr, now they have damaged the left Fender, scratched both bumpers while handling.
                                  I really do not know what to do, its been a month and still the car is not repaired.
                                  How can i lodge a compleint against this Mondovi Motors, what are the legal procedures?

                                    Dear Sir,
                                    I have Given my car for service to Mangalam Motors Noida vide Job card no JC09004023, The problem was dented Dickey (Back Door) which needed to be replaced.
                                    Mangalam Motors took 8 days to get the things done and after that when I recieved my car back it had multiple problem like dickey (back door) can not open (it use to open correctly before service only problem was it was dented). secondly it can not close properly, the gap mbetween door and body is more on one side and less on other side, because it can not close properly it makes noise also.
                                    I was told by Mr Nitin of Mangalam motors that they will get it rectified soon as thay will have to change some parts which are not available with them but till date no action has been taken from their side I have been following up contineously but for no result.

                                    Requesting your intervention to get my car repaired immediately.

                                      I purchased Maruti Suzuki Esteem ( DL 9C QS 0564) in April 2007 from DD Motors Mayapuri. I have also taken extra warranty. The given car has completed just 12500 plus km's as I am using company car for travel. This car has been very properly maintained and service has been timely done. In mid of this year the car developed problem in Fuel meter & viper system. I was told that there is a manufacturing deffect and the problem was rectified. But the problem persist in car viper system. Have already visited twice and got the same rectified but the given problem is re-occuring again & again. Have already registered the complaint in maruti office and the dealer rectified the error. But am not sure whether the problem can be permanently treated. Have spent around Rs 5.5 lacs of my hard earned money but do not have any more faith this company which I was having while using their other cars.

                                      Want the company to rectify the problem in viper system and they should also thoroughly check for any other possible manufacturing deffect which may occur once car is brought more in use.

                                        I have booked Swaift Dezire VXI in my name in the month of September 2009 and it was promised me the delivery before 15th December but since last 20 days no body in Apra Auto is giving me the concerte reply. Every time i have been promised that deliver will happen in week time but all their promosed got fail.My booking detail is as below

                                        Maruti Swift Dzire — Non delivery of Swift Dzire

                                        Maruti is trying to make a fool out of presumably everybody. I had made a booking for Maruti Swift Dzire on 9th of April, 2008 on a promise of maximum wait time of 2 months. However, more than 3 months have passed and there are no signs of the car. Also frightening is the prospect of signs of ever getting a car! The process of chasing the dealer is frightening. Also I have been using the maruti customer care center and customer care email id to lodge my protest but of no benefit. Till date I have not got a good response. Moreover, as instructed by the dealer to deposit my consumer loan finance amount to get a quick delivery, I have deposited the bank draft and also bearing the burden of EMIs. Its quite funny a car with such a delivery mechanism is called Swift !!!
                                        sir, i am booking dzire, your auth.competent automobiles co.ltd. 19 shivaji marg, new delhi-110015 my booking date is 16/07/2008, my booking amount rs.50000/ .but deler does not deliver the dzire car. plz help us and delivered the car early.

                                        i am an owner of swift car. i would like to inform you that you delars services are very bad in kerala especially in trivandrum. i am very sad on it. i would not get any of the spare parts for my car . pls slove my problem if you can.
