I am a customer of your esteemed company, Maruti and a proud owner of Wagon R LXI DL2C P 0359.I bought my car on 28-sep-2009 through True-Value from T.R. Sawhney Motors Pvt. Ltd.I am very much fond of Maruti and that is why I chose Maruti’s True Value to buy my first car, but now I am not happy the way things are shaping up at T.R. Sawhney,East Gokul Puri. I am entitled for 3 free services, but the day I bought this car I am facing problems in my car and no one is paying heed to it. Moreover my first service is forcibly over and I don’t feel any change as all the problems which were there in my car are still prevailing and they are not ready to take care of it. The main problem was the noise in my car axle which was there in the car the moment I purchased it. I told them and they replaced the axle with an old one through which oil was leaking after few days. Apart from this the other problems which I am facing or the parts which are meant to be replaced are:

Problems-Clutch needed O/H,Axle Boot Leakage, Suspension need O/H,Brake Disk Need Replace, Shifter Seal Need Replace, Reverse Switch Need Replace, Coolant Need Replace

The Technician (Qutubuddin) agreed to the above mentioned problems which are prevailing but another Technician (Javed) and the Manager Mr. Deepak Bhatnagar at True Value are not at all paying heed to my problem and they repetitively asked me to drop the car and left it as it is.
I chose Maruti because it is the most trusted brand in India but now I am in a situation that I feel myself cheated as Maruti is not providing me the desired services. On my each and every visit or telephonic conversation I am told to drop my car, as I leave at 7a.m in the morning for work and come back at 8p.m so it is not possible for me to drop my car there for service as they are not taking care of all the problems in one go. And in fact in the starting few weeks I visited T.R.Sawhney almost every weekend to get my car’s problems fixed. Moreover I am not interested in leaving my car at T.R Sawhney(as they are asking me to drop my car again) without any assurance that they will repair my car. So as a last resort I am mailing you regarding the problem which I am facing.

Wagon R — bad service

my car get accident on 25th april ,i give my car to indus , ponkunnam service centre with all documents,
but when i followup about my car's status , they told that the insurance company not give work approval yet its already 18 days late as per the service engineer it is take one month more time to get my car ready . so please take necessary action for getting my car fastly

    Hi,

    I bought Maruti Swift in the month of May 2008 and they gave me a Maruti Suzuki Autocard tie up with Citibank. In the month of August 2009 I received a communication from Maruti Suzuki that the Autocard tie up with Citibank ends at December 31st, 2009 and it is getting tied up with SBI. When I checked with Maruti they told that they will communicate me when this is going to be changed to SBI and I can continue using this card. But now Citibank without my knowledge they have changed this card to Citibank Gold Card. Let me know how these things can the bank people can do without consulting with the customer. Be aware of Citibank.

    maruti Suzuki AutoCard — Extra bill and non responsiveness

    I have an AutoCard no. [protected]. I have been paying my bills in due time all the time.
    In October 2008, I have not received the bill, only an SMS was received. Since the amount mentioned in SMS was greater than purchases made by me, I waited for the bill. Your customer care number is never reachable. Subsequently, I got a call in the month of November regarding payment due, I explained that amount seems to much more than my purchases, so please send me the bill. Following this, I received a bill with amount more than I have made purchases. It also had two items in the bill I have not purchased. I have informed that to the bank and asked them to look into the matter. I was assured that matter will be looked into and they will call me back. After that, I stopped using the card. Still I kept on getting the bills. A person from your bank called and I apprised her of the same. They said Ok We would send someone at your office (this was on December 8th, 2008) and pay only what you have purchased. The said person is yet to come. Only calls with similar promises have come. In the end, in disgust, I paid the bill amount of actual purchases made by me (it was Rs. 1242 but I paid Rs. 1250) in cash at ATM. Whenever someone called I told the story and each time they say we do not have the details right now. Yet I kept on getting the SMSs as well as calls. I am thoroughly disgusted with the same.
    For a customer, who has been paying all the bills regularly, there is no reason for not paying the bill. That too, such a small amount! But, why should I pay for something I have not purchased?
    What is the remedy for this. Is it their practice?

      My Alto is 11/2 year old purchased from Machino Techno Kolkata.No. WB 20H 6353. Today on 15/12/2009 when I went to dealer work shop at Darga Road they told me that clutch plate has burnt out due to driver fault and it will cost me Rs.3500. It is not cvered under the warranty. I do not agree because i drive my own car and have been driving since 1995.But now i find that similar complaints are there and probabely it is a mnufacturing / design defect. I request the company to rectify the defect free of charge. My car has clocke 13500 kms.

      My Alto is 1.5 year old purchased from Dehradun. Today on 21/05/2010 when I went to dealer work shop at they told me that clutch plate has burnt out and it will cost me Rs.3500.       My Alto is close to 3 years old. Sent it to the workshop this morning as there was a problem with the clutch. The guy says the clutch plate has to be replaced and it will cost Rs. 5, 500.
      Seems like this is a common problem faced by many others. Wonder how to sort this out. Any suggestions?
      our Alto is purchased in the month of OCT 2010, the car(AP29AN0486) was accendently damaged on 13/02/2011 and handover to M/s. VARUN MOTORS LTD, Begumpet, hyderabad.

      the Insurance clearene was got with ten days, but tilldate the car service is not completed by the workshop,

      we went to workshop discuss with asst. works manager and supervisor on 05/April/2011, these people was promissed to delivey on 20/apr/2011 and noted on JOB ORDER CARD,

      Till date not completed, we went workshop on 20/4/2011, the supervisor again date given on 26/apr/2011,

      when the car completed, when i take the deliver, I request the company to take action or advice to Varun motors ltd, hyderabad,

        My faith in Maruti Udyog and it's services is being put to severe test by their dealers Jagrut Motors, Ratnagiri.
        The Maruti 800 DC I had bought 9 yrs back has served me and really well and has become a part of our family.
        I had to send my car 4 months back for repairs after meeting with an accident.
        For the last 4 months I have been trying to get my car back but everytime some new excuse crops up. Jagrut Motors' staff has shown a very callous attitude and have caused me greater mental trauma than the accident itself.
        I was given a call on 29.11.09 to come and collect my car which had been fully repaired. I visited them on 09.12.09 but to no avail. It seems they suddenly detected a problem with the AC!
        I was forced to make this complaint today after Mr. Prashant More from Jagrut Motors called me up today to yet again delay the delivery of my car. Apparently, within 4 days of my visit to their workshop the battery also developed some problem!

        I stay about 125km from Ratnagiri and it is not easy for me to go and scrutinize their work regularly. For the last 4 months they have been assuring me that I'll be getting my car within the 'next two days'. I have already made 5 visits to their workshop.
        How many more visits are required?? Do I need to remind them that they have my car or are they busy looking for spurious parts to replace??
        Now I have started doubting even the quality of work that Jagrut Motors will be providing me with considering their false assurances.
        I only wish to get my car back with Genuine Parts and a genuine bill (they are charging a huge sum and keep on increasing it) as soon as possible.
        It should not take 4 months to repair a car with genuine parts. I hope people at Maruti Udyog take note of the kind of work Jagrut Motors provide as Maruti Dealers. Their attitude brings a bad name to Maruti Udyog also.

          I HAD BOOKED ONE MARUTI SUZUKI CAR FROM ARYA CARS NAGPUR (RITZ VDI WITH ABS) ON 16/10/2009. AT TIME OF BOOKING I WAS ASSURED THAT THE DELIVERY OF THE VEHICLE WAS TENTATIVELY 2 MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF BOOKING. I HAD PAID 10,000 RS. CASH IN ADVANCE. BUT AFTER WAITING FOR 45 DAYS, ARYA CAR SAID THAT THE DELIVERY OF SAID VEHICLE MAY EXTEND FOR FUTHER 4 MONTHS. THEY ALSO RECOMMEND ME TO CHANGE THE VEHICLE MODEL..

          SO ON 26/11/09 I HAD CHANGE THE MODEL TO MARUTI SWIFT VDI WHITE COLOUR. AT THE TIME OF CHANGING THE VEHICLE, ARYA CAR ASSURED THE DELIVERY WITHIN 15 DAYS ( UPTO 12 DEC. 09). BUT FOR THE LAST 5 DAYS I M CONTINUOUSLY TAKING FOLLOW WITH ARYA CAR NAGPUR. BUT NO POSITIVE RESPONSE IS BEING PROVIDED BY THE DEALER. ON 12/12/09 EVENING THE DEALER SAID THAT, THE DELIVERY OF THE VEHICLE MAY EXTEND FOR FUTHER 20 DAYS TO 25 DAYS ( UPTO 10 JAN.2010).

          THE DEALER ARYA CAR SIMLY TRYING TO FOOL THE CUSTOMER. AND NOT RESPONDING POSITIVELY. I WANT THE DELIVERY OF THE SAID VEHICLE (SWIFT VDI WHITE COLOUR UPTO 18/12/2009)

          Maruti Swift VDI — bad response from dealer

          I complained my local maruti workshop{shakti motors} about a noise which is regularly coming from the right side front wheel area .and the tyres of my swift are almost in bad condition on 31000 kms, due to improper working of suspension.i have complained many times to 'VED Prakash' who is the workshop head there and a mechanic named'manav'.they are not responding well.so please help me regarding this.

            Dear Zulfikar,

            I have been in touch with you from a long time discussing all my problems regarding the car right from the day i bought . The car sterring wheel was not positioned in a proper way because of if which there was difficulty in driving and the boot was never opening after few weeks because of which i gave this car to you for getting it serviced and got it back after a week or so. Later i was facing problem with AC and the rubber on the windows are worn out its hardly been few months and already been facing so many problems these many problems, i did not even face when i had the Honda for so many years.

            When my car had gone for second servicing they did not look into the matter after informing them that the wiper is not working properly, the mud flaps and the window rubbers are worn out so quickly. I am not happy at all facing so many problems day in day out when i drive my car from colaba to worli or parel thats it luckily i dont travel so much but so many problems, if you have to replace the car please do so. Today when i was driving in the morning the right signal light just came of the car, i really dont understand what car has been purchased by me, i do not want to name the person who had come to take the car for servicing but he did mention that there is something fishy about this car.
            One of the main reason why i bought this car was the brand Maruti but i did not know i will face so many issues. I really think there is aomething wrong with this car the reason.

            please see to that there is some decision taken on to this as soon as possible, cant keep giving my car to sought out the prolem each and every time.

              This is regarding my car Maruti Estielo Regn No.UP 32 CX 5573. Very bad serivece by One Motors Service Transport Nagar Lucknow, Anand & Rakesh were the responsible for all, they said to me that pulli was damaged i have loged complained to Maruti but still there is no response, they charged me but there was no any bill, they said i will get it later. i have called many times to Customer Care but there were no satisfactry anshwer. They run my car approx 30 Km I want to Know what kind of Distance. One thing more Delivery was not on time too,,,,,,,,,

              1.Cleaning and washing
              2.Tuning
              3.Dashboard Polish
              4.Sound fron fron tyres
              5.Pulli also

              This shows a very casual attitude of the staff of One Up Motors and I think that we should stop dealing with One Up Motors.

              Next thing what I want is to get my Car repaired by them.Their service centre is approx 20kms up and down from my residence and they have to compensate me for the petrol.

              I purchase a car from delhi. My car got an accident and I send my car to M/s Adinath Motors ltd.Chhatarpur (MP).M/s Adinath motors returned my car after 15 days.I was not present at the time of delivery.Instrument pannel was broken.He told that Pannel will be repaired in DelhiWhen I drive the car to Delhi I foubd that car is not running properly.engine heat up at the time of driving..Now the car is with me in DELHI.In delhi dealer says that pannel is not repairable, it will be replaced and he is asking for money.All problems has been shortout after second service bur pannel is still broken.I want from Maruti to repaire my car pannel under insurance in delhi because M/s adinath motors misguide me.Over six months passed, I already sent so many mails and letters to Maruti, but no action taken place.

              Last week, i had given my car for service as it was due and i was also suppose to go to Delhi from Jaipur. On my way to Delhi, i heard a sound coming from wheel of my car, on checking i found out that the 2 nuts were not tighten properly and were loose. After a while of driving, my car battery went down. On checking the same, i found that there was no water in the same. However, in my bill i am charged for battery water. This has now resulted in spoilage of the battery and would result me in buying new battery worth Rs 4000.
              This is very sad, we pay hefty amount for service and yet the quality is pathetic.

              I am Jyoti Prasad Bora, I am a Owner one Maruti 800 car No AS02A5452. I given the car in the Maruti authorised dealer at Nagaon Assam in Ramlal Durgadutta Motors Private LTD on 9th Feb for repair some defects. The dealer informed me that the car will be ready at 5-00 PM and you will be informed. But no information was received from the dealer about the delivery on 9th february. On 10th february at about 4-00 PM informed me that the car was ready. When i alongwith my driver went to dealer, i Saw that about 8-00 lt petrol was expended. when i given the car to repair, i was reported some my friend that the car was used by one mechanic for his family purpose and fuel was used my stock. I have lodged my complain in the dealer, but no positive response. I request you to take necessary action and i also want to know from the company that during the reparing period the vehicle is permissible to company personal to use their personel use. GJ-A-KA-6385, i had given for servicing at AMAR CARS PRIVATE LIMITED - VADODARA, but sorry to write that there was no any service satisfation from your dealer. also some parts like left side mirror, central lock & reverse horn was not working after servicing.

              when i told service executive, there was no any positive response from company (Amar Cars), i had very bad experiance in servicing with amar cars in both 2 services,

              there was no any responsible person to take care of after servicing car, in both servicing your servicing person called that your car is ready after servicing, but both the time when i was come for car pick up there was problem in washing, damage of parts & no response from company.

              pl. take a action agnst. compnay so in future no more customer will suffer in servicing particular from Amar cars.

              my swift vdi was lying on the road with broken axile. i called near service centre davangere But the respone was bad telling norecovery vehicle with us and if you arrange and make it reached garage we will attend. number to which I talked was [protected]. Later i tried shimoga sruthi dealer and service centre. they are not aware of a system of recovery from the road even. Actualy I am from kerala. It happened on my way back to kerala. at last I arranged a local vehicle to pull it almost 60 kms and thus my car damaged more because of apt tools with them. the people in shimoga sruthi attended the vehicle and asked me to leave it for 5 days despite my repeated request and explenation of situation. still they didnot accept it on the other day they told me it will takeat least 10 days torepair. as atravelleron the road they had to take my case emergency. then I took the vehicle to another local workshop and repaired it within one day and I could travel to kerala on the same day.
              i have seen alot of facilities in kerala dealers to help the customers on the road. But a customer in other area has no such facilities? I am heard that the recovery system with the service centres are a must with all the major dealers. Butonly in kerala? not applicablein Karnataka?

              We had faced the same problem too. We purchased a car from dehli. We met with an accident in khajuraho. So we have visited Adinath motors chatarpur. They have returned our car in 2 months without proper servicing. Cover of driver side rear mirror was missing, AC was also not in working condition (even there was no damage to the AC during accident). The parts where they have applied paint, the paint is coming out of those parts.
              What those ppl do is after making alliance with the insurance guy. They loot the customers and make money for themselves.

              We did lot of complaint abt their manager Piyush. But inially he was not ready to listen even a sinle thing. He started to shout and saying bad words. Then I made a complaint for this too. Then he comes on line... we asked him that we want our car serviced in delhi itself as we cant come to chatarpur again. He was not ready. He wants that we get our car service done in the service center that is just like Adinath motor. When we moved to hyderabad he suggested Gem motors to us... Reviews are same for Gem motors too. we were not ready to get our service done over there bcoz it will again create the same situation.
              This is Ajay Mishra from nagpur.A proud owner of maruti Swift LDI model Make of 2009 may.The vechile is performing superb.My vechile is maintained service to service and no other maintaince cost it has incuured.but as and when i give for servicing and after servicing one or the other part gets damaged and after showing that compalint formally they dnt make a note of it and after 2 or 3 days it gets worst and i have to pay amount for that part to get it repaired and till nw my vechile has not gone to any other mechanic except the service center so please make anote and try to get it resolved for me.
              Dear Sir I am Purchasing The Maruti Suzuki Wagon-r From Gazipur Maruti Show Room in Gazipur, Delhi, in the service time they told me you have to pay amount of Rs. 3,567/- but they did not do any thing in service my problem same as that time so please kindly do something for me..

              Dear Sir/ Madam,

              My car Maruti Wagon R LXI CNG model (regn. no. UP32 DZ 4478 chasis no 349919) met with an accident in the month of April' 2013 and was taken to Maruti authorised work shop Anand Motors Agencies Ltd. Chinhat workshop, Lucknow. The car was being taken care under the job card no. JC13013574 and the service type was BODY REPAIR. The service supervisor name was Mr. Nikhil Kr. Srivastava, employee of Anand Motors Agencies Ltd.

              The car was handed on 18.04.2013. After taking out the car I realised that the central locking system was not making any sound. Since there was no need of getting the central locking checked at the workshop when the car is always open, so I presumed that there might be some loose connection with the battery and that I also informed Mr. Nikhil Kr. Srivastava telephonically. I also reveived call from the customer care about the condition and quality of servicing done and was asked to rate the servicing. I had pointed this problem to them also and was told that they would get it rectified soon.

              Last monday date 03.06.2013 Maruti people had asked the representative of Nippon company to get the central locking checked. But I was told that the the car did not have the central locking hooter and that the hooter was removed during the servicing time. This amounts to cheating on the part of Anand Motors Agencies Ltd. I was told that the part shall cost me Rs.850.00.

              I further contacted the Service centre and called up Mr. Nikhil Kr. Srivastava and told him about the facts that the Nippon representative gave me. I was assured by him that he would get the work done very soon. Now I have been calling him but there seems to be no response from the Anand Motors people.

              I am feeling cheated by the Service people. I had always showed my loyalty with the Maruti people and this is my second Maruti car. But now this incident has forced me have second thoughts about Maruti company. I had shown full faith in Anand Motors Agencies and they have cheated me.

              I request you to kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.

              I am Rajeev Bansal, Advocate, inform you the following facts:

              A. Above said car given on 15.07.2014 for betterment of the life of the vehicle to M/S.FAIR DEAL CARS PVT LTD.12/67, SAHIBABAD INDL. AREA, Site IV, Ghaziabad, U.P.

              B. Services done by SA Mr. Manish Malik/ Piyush Rana vide Cash Memo No.BC14006183, Job Card No.JC14007453, Amount Rs.6, 014.00.dated 15.07.14.

              C. After the services, we observed that the car was not running smoothly. In addition to it, we also observed an irritating noise and average also reduced to 10.00Kms/Lt.

              D. S.NO.13, of the Cash Memo ‘RUST REMOVAL SPRAY’ was not observed by us.

              E. Body work shop (Paint) was also done by us with the same FAIR DEAL, SAHIBABAD INDL. AREA, Ghaziabad, U.P. before this service. Patches and cracks were also seen on the body of the car. We also informed about the poor quality work to the work shop.

              F. Both problems were informed to the Dealer, being a professional, I every time face the shortage of time, while Dealer told to me to come to the service center for these problems but my submission in this regard was that why the work was not done in framed time or in one time up to the mark.

              G. Above said work was done by us from your Auth. Service station for peace of mind not for giving birth to all these problems.

              H. You are requested to solve the above said problems on FOC basis. Subject to the time factor.

              An early action will be highly appreciated.

              > My car KL 13AB 3990 maruti alto met with an accident on 18th of august 2014. The car has been in the authorised workshop of maruti (popular vehicles, marakkarkandy) since the abovw date. The estimate which they gave after complete checking of the car was Rs 65, 000. they assured me that the car would be ready within two weeks. Every two weeks when i went to collect the vehicle the same phrase continued. This "two weeks" continued until 20th october 2014. And finally when I called the service company on the 24th of october they said everthing was ready and the car was ready for delivery. Immediately I went to the service station at marakkarandy and from there they sent me to thecservice station at melechova. The scene which I saw there was horrible. My car was parked in a deserted area with no proper safety measures. Even the number plate of the car was not fixed. The car was unclean with full mud and dirt all over the car. When enquired to the manager he said that the next two days was holiday and noyhing could be done.
              > The most astonishing and annoying matter was when they submitted the final billl. The bill amount was Rs 135000. This is unbeleivable. Double the estimate amount??? I never expected such a response from one of the award winning companies of india. A leading company like maruti and its authorised service station shoukd stand with the interests of a common indian citizen. But here they ate not showing any concern to the emotions of a common man. I kindly request you to check into this problem immediately and take necessary action immediately. I really look forward in hearing from you eagerly waiting for a satisfactory reply.

              With reference to the above subject i would like to inform you that i have purchase Vagaon R on Oct 2013 and claimed by two service free but was not able to claim the third service due to some reason and also inurance agent from sai service agent has guranted me one additional service free.

              But now sai service center is saying that i have to pay 1500 for service charge + 2200 for oil change.

              I am using maruti for last 10 years and as per my kilometer parameter i have used only 7500 km

                I Ashwani Tuli R/o of Karnal, I Purchase a Maruti Omni Van From True Value they give me the cost of Van Rs. 2,05,000/- but after bargainning they sale it to me in Rs.1,90,000/- on the time of sale they say its a demo van and due to its old model we are saling it in just Rs. 1,90,000/- and there is other majer fault in this van. but after 3 months i got a scrach in the van and a small dunt in the van when i go for repair of that dunt the macnanic tell me its a accendentl van its totaly damaged van and its valu is not more than 90,000/- the company sale it to me after denting and painting. after this i go to maruti tru valu shoroom and tell them the same. on this they said that they r aggree to take back of this van in just Rs. 1,40,000/- now pls tell me what i do.

                    Namashkar Sir,
                    I have pur Zeus 125cc bike of suzuki from Big Wig Motors Nagpur. form the day one there was problem of starting , noice in chain, viberation misfiring etc within 10 days 2 battrys were replased chain and carborator was set and in another ten days back wheel and other parts were changed but then also the bike not performed to satisfaction. from day 2ND only I have requested to change my bike to the dealer but he assured me of the serivce and he had regularly helped me but when the product is having manufacturing defect what can he do finally i have kept the bike with the company and asked the dealer to refund my moeny but I am told that after registration nothing could happen. I am frusted and want my money back please help me.

                    ORDER



                    1. This Complaint was filed on 12.03.2009 under the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986. The Complaint purchased Zeus 125 CC Motor Cycle on 5.1.2009 for his personal use. The 1st Opposite Party is a Manufacturer and the 2nd Opposite Party is the Authorized Dealer of that motor cycle. Since the date of purchase of the vehicle, it was defective and it was dragging towards left side thereby causing severe pain in the left shoulder and left collar bone. The side mirror of the vehicle was like concave mirror. He approached the 2nd Opposite Party on 10.1.2009 and reported the Complaints about it. The 2nd Opposite Party attended to the problem and replaced the mirror and adjusted the clamps etc., and assured that the problem is rectified. Still the condition of the vehicle never improved and again on 25.1.2009, he took the vehicle to the 2nd Opposite Party and the Service Executive attended the problem and he changed the handle bar. Inspite of it, the problem became perennial problem. There was handle bar problem and the vehicle was dragging to the left side due to such problem, it was causing severe pain to his left shoulder and collar bone and he was required to take medical treatment. Hence, he contacted the Manufacturer i.e., the 1st Opposite Party highlighting the recurring problem in the said vehicle, but it was not solved. The left side handle bar was not equal to the right side and there was difference in the height and the left side handle was inside and the right side handle was projected outside. After long debate, they replaced the handle bar but still the pain was there. Then he contacted Mr. Vinod Natarajan and enquired with some of the customers and they told him that there is a cross in the vehicle which is causing the pain. After that Mr. Vinod told to Mr. Harish to replace the “Legs/Upper plate/T Stem/Handle Bar.” Hence, the above parts were replaced and then his pain reduced, but still he is feeling pain in left shoulder and he is feeling uneasy to drive. On 6.3.2009, one Vinod Natarajan came from Gurgaon to inspect the vehicle and they promised 100% satisfaction. He replaced front and rear wheel and to some extent, the pain went off, but still thee is cross in the handle bar which makes him uneasy while driving. Hence, he requested the Opposite Parties to replace the defective vehicle by giving a new vehicle in good condition and they have refused that there is manufacturing defect in that vehicle and because of it, it could not be properly repaired. Hence, he prays for replacing the defective vehicle or to pay the cost of the vehicle i.e., Rs.53, 674/- and to pay Rs.50, 000/- towards mental agony and Rs.2, 000/- towards treatment and conveyance charges and Rs.2, 500/- towards medical expenses, hence, totally he claims Rs.1, 01, 174/-.

                    2. The contention of the Opposite Parties is that the motor cycle is manufactured as per standard specifications and norms setout by the Company and the vehicle was subjected to thorough mandatory pre delivery inspection and only after finding that the vehicle was 100% perfect, it was delivered to the Complainant. Hence, there was no manufacturing defect as alleged. Even the other motor cycles of the same Company are fitted with similar fittings of mirrors and bars and there is no complaint about them. The Opposite Party made the replacement of the mirrors, handle bar and tyres only to satisfy the customer i.e., the Complainant. The Complainant instead of being reasonable to understand the technical aspects, created ugly scene in the showroom and abused the employees of the 1st Opposite Party. Hence, only to avoid such differences, they went on repairing and replacing the parts even though it was not necessary. Hence, absolutely there is no reason to replace the entire vehicle or return the value of the vehicle. The contention of the Complainant is only imaginary and made with malafide intention to get a brand new vehicle. hence, the Petition may be dismissed.

                    3. The question that arises for consideration is,

                    (i) Whether the Complainant proves that there is deficiency in service?
                    (ii) If so, to what relief the Complainant is entitled?

                    4. Our findings to these points are as hereunder:

                    (i) Affirmative
                    (ii) As per the final Order.

                    REASONS

                    5. POINT NO.1: In our opinion, the Complainant has proved that there is deficiency of service for the following reasons. There is no dispute about the fact that since the beginning of purchasing the vehicle, the Complainant was complaining about the said defects and the Opposite Party repaired or replaced the defective article and inspite of it, the defect was not completely removed. Hence, patently there ought to be a defect in the manufacturing of the vehicle. A Commissioner has been appointed for inspecting the vehicle and giving the report about the defects. The Senior Inspector of the RTO Office has filed his Report and he has stated that the handle bar is not at the same height from the ground level on its either side and there is difference of 2.3 cms in the measurement and normally this measurement should be equal. Similarly, the handle bar has been measured from the rearmost portion of the body of the vehicle and at the left tip, it is 3 cms more than the right tip. It is observed that normally this measurement should be equal. However, he has tested the vehicle and found that at the time of movement, there is no imbalance. He is of the opinion that causing riding uneasiness is because of the measurement differences as stated above. In our opinion, the reasons given by the Commissioner is well founded. The only objection of the Opposite Party to this Report is that it is not done by the RTO who is an expert in it and it is done by his subordinate. In our opinion, having regard to the nature of inspection made, it makes no difference whether it is done by the RTO or by the Motor Vehicle Inspector. By just measuring the handle bar and its height at different points from the ground and from the rear portion of the body, it was found that there is difference in its measurement. For finding out such difference, it makes less difference when it was inspected by the RTO or by Senior Inspector. Hence, this objection is not tenable. In our opinion, when the handle bar is not o[censored]niform height from the ground and when it is not at uniform distance from the rear portion, it ought to cause inconvenience in driving. That defect could not be solved even after replacing the handle bar. This shows that there is some defect in the chassi of that vehicle and because of it, it may not be easily repaired. As the vehicle has been successfully repaired and as it is still having such problem, it can be safely concluded that it is due to some mechanical defect. Hence, the Opposite Party is responsible for the same. Hence, we hold that the Complainant has proved that there is deficiency in service. Accordingly, this point is answered.

                    6. POINT NO.2: In view of the finding on Point No.1, the Complainant is entitled for refund of the value of the vehicle i.e., Rs.53, 674/-. It is not proper to award interest on this amount as the Complainant had the benefit o[censored]sing the vehicle until now. In our opinion, it is not a fit case to award compensation on the ground of mental agony because the mechanical defect in the vehicle is not intentional and it may be that without the knowledge of the Opposite Party such defect might have occasioned. Hence we feel, that justice will be made if the cost of the vehicle is ordered to be returned to the Complainant with cost of this litigation at Rs.3, 000/-. Hence, we proceed to pass the following:
                    O R D E R

                    This Complaint is allowed. It is held that there is deficiency in service on the part of the Opposite Party. The Opposite Party is directed to take back the said vehicle from the Complainant and refund the cost of the vehicle i.e., Rs.53, 674/- (Rupees fifty-three thousand six hundred and seventy-four only) to the Complainant. The Opposite Party is further directed to pay a sum of Rs.3, 000/- (Rupees three thousand only) to the Complainant by way of cost of this litigation. The Opposite Party is granted 30 days time from this date to comply this Order.


                    This Order is pronounced on this the 24th day of November 2009.

                      I purchased Dezzire on 27th Aug 09 from Rohan Motors Mathura Road New Delhi. When I went for booking a car on 26th Aug 09 I was told that the waiting time is 3 months which was reduced to 2 months after megotiations. I changed my mind & thought of booking Ritz. Before finalisation I just went to see the Red colour Dezzire which was standing in the showroom. I asked the salesperson to check the availability of the car if it is booked already by some other customer. Finally sales manager said that the car is not booked & you can book it today. So I purchased the same car without any waiting i.e. on 27th Aug 09.
                      Problems -
                      1. False information on the vehicle booking time
                      2. Refused to accept the cheque payment saying this is an instruction from Maruti, but unable to show any such email. Later confirmed with Maruti & any such clause doesn't exist
                      3. Refused to offer any photographs & free gifts which usually is done at other dealers stating that Maruti strictly had given guidelines for Dezzire & Swift cars which is again not true as confirmed with Maruti
                      4. For first servicing I called up Maruti on 11th Sep 09 but didn't receive any response till 15th Sep 09. ON followup with service station & pernoal visit they got the car serviced on 16th Sep 09.
                      5. Problems in the car remained unresolved like Loose battery terminal, Noise in dashboard near A pillar driver side, one of the two horns not working.
                      6. After I received customer feedback form from Maruti in Sep 09, followup started from Rohan to rate above 8. I recd almost 10 calls till date for the same.
                      7. Every efforts were made by Rohan Motors like offering free gifts (bowl set), for achieving the good ratings on customer feedback form.
                      8. In second servicing on 15 Nov 2009 I was told that charges of Rs 400 will be levied for balancing after shuffling the tyres which is reccomended by Maruti. However the second service the labour is free. I negotiated for a long time but nothing happened. So I asked not to shuffle the tyres. As I reached home within 15 min I recd a call from service center stating that I am privilaged customer of Rohan Motors & thats is why front two tyres balancing will be done free of cost. So I agreed to do the shuffling of tyres. Later when I received the car I found that no charges been levied for rear tyre shuffling & when I asked about the same, I was told that we have offered it free of cost. Surprising!!! First they said Rs 400 for balancing & then all free of cost.
                      9. The problem of loose battery terminal, noise near A pillar still not resolved. On 22nd Nov 2009 the car was again sent to Rohan Motors for the same problems as stated.
                      10. I received a call from Mr Anuraag [protected] (Service Incharge for 5 dealers in South Delhi), a week later asking about the repaet servicing done & I was clearly told to give good rating of 8 & 9 on customer feedback form which I recd from MarutI SuZuki. I warned him for not influencing my comments by offering me any gifts.
                      11. Again I submitted the car on 05th Dec 09 for the unresolved problems left out in second servicing. When I called Anuraag he was buzy in meeting & promised to call me back. But later he never called me. On 06 Dec 09 when I called him he refused to discuss saying that its holiday. I didn't understand what is taking Rohan Motors so long to resolve the simple problems like Noise in dashboard & loose battery terminal.

                      There are few more problems in dezzire & roahn motors says that the problem is common across all dezzires & Maruti is aware of that. Problems are -
                      1. A mechnical sound after hard braking
                      2. Gear shifting lever vibration noise when car speeds up from 40 km/hr to 50 km/hr on 4th Gear.

                      I feel like instead of buying such a product from the company like Maruti I should have gone for Tata which is more trusted Brand.

                      I strongly feel the need of mystery audits at Maruti dealership by company for better customer satisfaction.

                      i m the customer of maruti suzuki from last 10 years. at present i am having maruti ritz and maruti van. i gave both of my car in Indore at my car service center and i m totally dissatisfied from there services. there is no sign of customer satisfaction. instead of doing servicing of my car i felt that they cheated me. i also ask for customer feedback form and they refuse to give me that form. so plz take some action otherwise u will start loosing your customers.
                      I am a thoroughly disillusioned Maruti customer. at AGR Varanasi. I gave my Maruti Swift for repairs and service about 3 weeks ago.1. I was given an estimate and the damage later on I found that they had billed me for something (head lights) that they neither informed me nor were able to show me the broken part .Upon the preliminary inspection they had told me it was all O.K.(2) when I gave the the car for service they told me everything mentioned in the service book had been done.When I physically checked the car I found that even the car air presurre had not been done. In fact there was a 0 presurre in my tyre. When I confronted them with this fact they told me that the machine was defective for the last 15 days. That is they had lied to me. 3) when I went to pick up the car I also found that they had not even carried out the full repairs and had even not put on the buttons on the interiors. I have been to the workshop 4 times on their call and each time have returned as they had forgotten onething or the other. I deeply regret shifting from Hyuandai to Maruti and will sell of my car ASAP. The car is good the service hopeless.
                      Bad response from Vipul Motors, Faridabad...have no sense of how to deal with customers...I think they have a hell lot of business and do not want any more customers...PLZ ANYONE WHO IS READING THIS MESSG...NEVER GO FOR A DEAL WITH VIPUL MOTORS ELSE WILL REGRET AS I M DOING RIGHT NOW...

                      today i gone to service centre of S.B cars, fazalganj, kanpur and my car problem was that my engine oil chamber was leaking they changed my oil chamber... and they have clearly written there the labour fees is 175per hour the chamber was repaired in 2:30 hours and in the bill they put the amount of 650 for labour ...and i tell u...that labour took whole 1 hour for there lunch and in bill they didn't deducted that time also...

                      SECONDLY
                      They treat coustomers as there house servents. when i talked to them about that fee problem they were saying that i will only reduce 10% of labour fee as discount.
                      They have clearly written 175per hour labour and they charging Rs. 650 for 2:30 hours...
                      PLEASE IMPROVE YOUR AFTER SALES SERVICES. I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH IT.

                      Dear Maruti Suzuki Authorities,

                      I was happy to purchase New Maruti Suzuki Swift DZire VDi from Hubli Karnataka, I was satisfied with Engine Performance also. Just two days back the following incident happened when the same vehicle was parked in front my house.

                      Incident: A school boy was riding a bicycle on the way to his house from school, suddenly a monkey came running and crossed the road. So the boy with moderate speed on his bicycle got afraid of the incident and lost control on the bicycle and then hit my New DiZire on right side just below the Head lamp.
                      Impact:1. The bumper cracked completely 2. The inter cooler system was damaged 3. A pipeline of AC was bent.
                      But the school by got up with with little scratches on bicycle and went away by riding the bicycle.
                      When contacted the Dealers they advised not to start the vehicle and then they came to spot and taken the car to show room.

                      Impact on me : 1) The bumper is too weak to withstand the pressure whereas the ordinary bicycle was able to sustain the original shape so that one can ride it and reach home. 2) There is no adequate safety to the inner parts like inter cooler and pipes of AC etc., and the vehicle breakdowns completely so that we can not drive further.

                      But in the showroom the Bumber was not readily available hence I was Just wondered inspite of heavy vehicles sales how the parts are not readily availabe ? More over they told it may take upto 10 days to get the same.

                      I strongly appeal to the Authorities of Maruti Suzuki Co. to replace the existing bumper with sufficiently stronger bumper immediatly so that the vital parts to run vehicle are very much safe even after the minor incidents like this and I assure you we ready to bear the extra cost for the same if at all required, One more thing is necessary steps must be taken to maintain satistacory stock in the service centers to avoid unnecessary delays.

                      I have purchased two swift dezires in past 3 months...
                      One is swift dezire tour purchased from Sewa Automotives and the other is swift dezire Vdi purchased from Arya Cars..
                      The Car purchased from Sewa Automotives is hopeless and is not of the standards of Maruti..
                      The Experience of driving Swift Dezire tour is worst than driving my 5 years old Tata Indigo CS
                      I informed the officials that the Swift Dezire is not of the standard they assured me to resolve the problem in first Servicing which never happened rather the problems increased and the condition now is that after hearing the noise no one can say that the vehicle purchased in a new one.
                      I think the Maruti Suzuki shall remove their tag line mentioning "Customer is King", rather they shall mention that "Customer have to Suffer"

                        Hello All,

                        I request you PLEASE READ THROUGH THE END OF THE MAIL.

                        Let me introduce myself as Nishant Khanduri. Apart from working as a Senior Manager – HR in the Telecom industry, I have also been working as an advocate of Maruti Suzuki products and have been using them since years.

                        But what I get in return is harassment from Maruti Suzuki Service Centres. Here I am specifically referring to Competent Motors – Mehrauli.

                        While I am a Proud Owner of a brand new Swift DeZire (DL2CAK 7299) which I bought on the 31st of August 2009 through Competent Motors – Dwarka (Mr. Nishant Sirohi), I am also saddened, disappointed, disgruntled & very very Angry on the way Competent Mehrauli has taken me for a ride throughout the day today.

                        Below is a snapshot of the ordeal I have been through which I would like to bring to your notice. I am hopeful that you will take some action to help me out and rebuild my trust & faith in Maruti Suzuki.

                        - Ever since I bought the DeZire, I have been facing the problem of my Brand New Car getting pulled to the left side while driving. Irrespective of the speed limit. Also I have been facing the problem of the Hood of the car not getting locked properly & requiring a very heavy push to close it.
                        - I took it for the first service and complained about it. (JC No. JC09014280, JC Date: 16/09/2009, Mileage: 986)
                        o Attended by a person called Mr. Satish. Who attended me very very positively & professionally. I am Thankful that Maruti has employees like him. He also suggested me to get the Teflon & Anti Rust coating done which I did.
                        o However, he wasn’t unfortunately the supervisor of my car. It was a guy called Mr. Suprabhat Behera. I had informed him of the problem which I faced. While he was also pretty responsive to my queries and attended me well, unfortunately he didn’t do or couldn’t get done the right thing for me i.e. to take care of the left pull problem.
                         He got the tyre pressure checked.
                         He got the tyres interchanged and
                         He also got the alignment done.
                        o I took the delivery of my car and went. Next day morning I started using my car and starting facing the problem of ‘left pull’ on & off.
                        o I didn’t have time to again visit the service centre for this problem and also didn’t bother much about it since it was an on & off problem.
                        o But then as the days passed, I started facing this problem pretty often and the drive was becoming very uncomfortable.
                        - Unfortunately, I met with a minor ACCIDENT one day on my way back home from office, which happened because of the ‘Left pull’. It was an accident wherein I a cow happened to come right in front of me on the Mehrauli – Gurgaon road and I bumped into it because the car was getting pulled to the left and everything happened so ‘Swiftly’ that I couldn’t control. It resulted in damages to my car’s bonnet, front bumper & the right hand side red light
                        o I ended up taking my insurance (which means I cannot claim the ‘No Claim Bonus’ now)
                        o The total cost was 23,788/- out of which I paid Rs. 3724/- from my pocket.
                        - I took my car for repair/replacement under insurance to Competent motors and also told them to do the second service (JC no: JC09020288, JC Date: 23/11/2009, Mileage 4924).
                        o This time my vehicle’s attendant/supervisor was Mr. Dinesh Arora.
                        o I told him the problem of left pull and he assured me that he’ll have it checked & corrected.
                        o I got a call from them on Sunday that my car is ready & I can take the delivery.
                        o Unfortunately I was out of Delhi on Sunday & Monday for official work and hence could go to take my car only today (2nd December 2009).
                        o I was at the service station at 10:30 in the morning.
                        o At almost 1:30 pm I got the gate pass and left the service station (Competent Motors – Mehrauli)
                        o I again faced the problem of ‘left pull’ but I persisted with the drive for 5 kms
                        o But then I couldn’t drive beyond and took a u-turn and went to the service station.
                        o There I got the car checked at the alignment machine (attendant Mr. Tripathi).
                        o He found that the alignment was wrong. (while it should be +1 points on both sides, it was 0 on the left and 0.5 on the right)
                         Apart from this, the alignment machine also showed that the ‘Castor’ & ‘Camber’ had gone bad / they were not in the position they should be. i.e. this was notified by the machine & Mr. Tripathi also.
                         He corrected the alignment & I went for a test drive with Mr. Satish (1st Test Drive). I drove the car.
                        o The car again pulled to the left and we came back.
                         This time they interchanged/swapped the front wheels (left to the right & right to the left).
                         Mr. Satish & I again went for a test drive (2nd Test Drive). I drove the car.
                        o Again the problem & we came back. By this time the problem had been reported to the floor supervisor.
                        o This time they called a person named Mr. Raju who first took 10 minutes because he was on a tea break.
                         He then got my car elevated up and checked something.
                         On asking he said, he has loosened & re-tightened the bushes because sometimes anti-rust coating makes them hard.
                         This time, he – Mr. Raju & I, went for another test drive (3rd Test Drive). Mr. Raju drove the car.
                        o Again the problem & we came back.
                         This time they interchanged/swapped all the four tyres
                         Mr. Raju & I, went for another test drive (4th Test Drive). Mr. Raju drove the car.
                         He told me that if the problem isn’t sorted out, then they will give the vehicle to the DP department (Denting/Painting)
                        Kindly note: this was happening even though everyone knew that the alignment machine has thrown open the problem of ‘Castor’ & ‘Camber’
                        o Again the problem & we came back.
                         This time the ‘Works Manager – Mr. Khan (Sahib)’ was called.
                         He asked Mr. Tripathi to again put the car on the alignment machine.
                         The machine again threw open the problem of ‘Castor’ & ‘Camber’ apart from the alignment gone wrong.
                         This time they called another mechanic who pulled out the steering wheel from the driver’s seat, did something inside it & again attached it.
                         We again went for another test drive (5th Test Drive) even though Mr. Tripathi had brought the problem of ‘Castor’ & ‘Chambor’ to the notice of Mr. Khan (Sahib). Mr. Raju drove the car.
                        Kindly note: while I was taken for all these ‘Rides’, I was very patient and didn’t complain anything to anyone, forget about raising my voice.
                        o Again the problem & we came back.
                        o This time we (Mr. Raju & I) went to the Works Manager – Mr. Khan (Sahib)
                        o He said that the shocker & bushes needs to be changed, but said that it cannot be done today and I will have to leave my car
                        Kindly note: My car had already been at the workshop for 5 days!
                        o I pleaded him – joining my hands & requested him – Ask him if I did this or not.
                         I told him that ‘Sir, I couldn’t go to office today because of all this and now I cannot afford to take another days’ off. I had to send the monthly report by 4 pm today which I couldn’t. I can prove this.
                        o I also brought this to the notice of the CGM, Col. Dahiya.
                        o Then Luckily I bumped into a Gentleman called Mr. Vikas Gupta ([protected]) who was from Maruti
                        o This time, Mr. Vikas Gupta, Mr. Khan (Sahib), Mr. Dinesh Arora & I went for a test drive (6th Test Drive). Mr. Vikas Gupta drove the car.
                        o While driving Vikas said that the alignment is bad, whereas he along with Khan sahib not only knew but had also acknowledged that the ‘Castor’ & ‘Camber’ had gone bad.

                        I have finally brought my car home and am writing this mail to you from my home. I have been asked to get the car again tomorrow morning 9 am.

                        I would sincerely request you to kindly help me come out of this harassment. I am hopeful to get a positive reply from professionals like you.

                            I have purchased a new alto standard car on[protected].Now its brake valve assembly(proportioning)is replaced due to unserviceable leakage. This part is a very very important safety device.But it was not given due care during assembling and inspection.I wish to show my grief and pain caused through the waste of time and money due to such irrelavant defects.This has distroyed my faith in Maruti Suzuki a wide spread car manufacturer.

                            I have purchased maruthi swift dzire VDI on 17/02/09 after long (3months) waiting period. After 1st service (1500 km) i found brake noise (rubbing noise) in front wheel and left drag in flat road. then i have taken the vehicle to mondovi service center in mysore for 3 time but problem still exits. After that i have informed to customer care regarding this problem. After one week dealer once again called me for rectification of the problem.
                            in the mean time i called service engg of maruthi suzuki but i was not satisfied by his answers.
                            After this my vehicle taken 3 times for trail and error method application. At the end of all the GM of the same dealer told that the vehicle is good and no problem. But the problem still exit. I am totally dissatisfied by this vehicle.
                            I can’t believe that one on big car manufacturing company, 40% share holder in Indian automobile market can give functional defective car to customer.

                              Sir,
                              I, Dr E. Rajesh Kumar had purchased a Maruti Swift Vdi ABS, Chassis No 247943, Engine No 1023107, Key No 5029 from Varun Motors, Hyderabad on 09/08/2007.

                              For the last 5 months when ever the ignition switch is turned to the “ON” position the Service Vehicle Soon ( SVS) light comes on and does not disappear and when the engine is started it some times blinks and the engine is switched OFF and I have to again turn the key to the ON/ACC position and then again turn the key to the start position and start.

                              Over the last 5 months I have taken my vehicle atleast 10-12 times to Varun Maruthi workshop at Towlichowki, Hyderabad to get this rectified and I have visited the workshop atleast 30 times. My vehicle was kept in the work shop for nearly 10-12 days, and the last time I visited was on 24/11/2009 and the vehicle was kept for 2 days i.e 24th and 25th. Being a Doctor I have to visit different hospitals and you can well imagine how difficult it was for me to take time off from my busy schedule to visit your workshop and having to travel by auto and I was not provided with a standby vehicle even once.

                              Before I brought this vehicle, I owned a Santro for 7 years but I did not have to visit Santro workshop more than 2-3 times through the 7 years I owned the Santro and see how many times that I had visited Maruti Workshop in this last 5 months.

                              Today I am mailing you to inform you that for all the trouble I have taken to get this rectified even today after 5 months and innumerable visits to your workshop the problem still persist and I am really frustrated and disgusted with your people not able to rectify this problem and hope that Maruthi Udyog Ltd will look in to this and give me relief.

                                I bought Alto VX in Jan 2001.Company has launched Alto 1100cc in VX model in 2000-01 after one year it has stoped its production at that time its price was 3.80 lakh . after one year company has launced Alto Lx 800cc engine in same chasie no change externally at cost 2.25 lakh. common man do not believe that both cars are different . My cars resale price is going to decide on the basis of new price of Alto 800 that is not genuine . It is due to companay . because they about own profit not for customers.
                                Please give me appropriate advise

                                  i have bought a maruthi suzuki swift ka-41 N-80 from kalyani motors, mysore road, bangalore karnataka.
                                  i hereby request you to not do skirting for any cars plz .bcoz i bought a car from above showroom which has provided me ready made skirting for the above mentioned car as a special edition i bought a car on July 31,and i used the car for 1 and half month skirting colour was so bad that my car was looking like 3 years older one. when i given it for service i complained about same they repainted it.and when i asked them to remove the skirting they told that it will take 3 days but again after one month same problem occurred i have given for service to mandovi motors in vijayanagar bangalore karnataka and i asked them to remove the skirting your skirting was so bad that they charged me 7000 rs to remove the skirting,
                                  and i paid 21000 rs for skirting.
                                  i don't know who is the skirting specialist over there, he is not even put any clamp to put the skirting.
                                  totally they minted my 30000 rs.
                                  i respect maruthi for its service but at the same time show rooms are also should give the same service,
                                  i would request you to compensate for above damage which is done by kalyani motors, mysore road, bangalore karnataka. otherwise i will go through legal formalities.

                                  I Had a Very BAD experience with KALYANI MOTORS BILEKAHALLI. Recently I booked a SWIFT as per they told me that Swift is ready to take home. As soon as I paid the money, they started saying that one in showroom has some defects and I need to WAIT for 3 WEEKS.

                                    I am Anupam Kumar Jain owner of Maruti Suzuki - Zen Estilo VXI Aug. 2007 model no UP 16Q 8413. My car is sold and serviced by Rohan Motors, Greater Noida.
                                    I detected problem in stearing and front Axle/Suspension just after 3000 K.M. of run. Service centre kept on doing wheel balancing and alignment instead of finding out the root cause of the problem. Vehicle is running on best roads of India still tyres have completely worn out in just 30000 k.m. Report of service centre authorities is to change all tyres.
                                    I have been continuously complaining for bubbling, sound at the time of applyinh breaks etc. and visiting service centre averaging one visit per 1000 k.m. Stearing rod was changed and work on front suspension have been done under warranty but main problem has not been resolved leading to troublesome driving and loss of 4 tyres in just 30000 k.m. Further, frequent visit to service centre is not only wastage of time and money but a cause of irritation also.

                                    i have also the same problem with my zen estilo LXi model 2009. Within 7000 Km both front tyres were worn out badly. Service center told me that the problem with wheel alignment.But two times i have done the wheel alignment. Let it be any thing, i have complained to maruti and they have changed front left tyre, which was badly worn out. On 50-50 basis, i have paid 50 %of tyre price. still all tyre are on close observation, because there may be problem with other part of the car.

                                    Maruti Suzuki Zen Estilo Vxi — Manufacturing Defect

                                    I purchased Zen Estillo Vxi from Chowgule Industries Ltd and found that Plastic attached to Co-Driver's seat is not fitted properly. I asked them to rectify the same and they did it temporarily and assured that everything will be done at the time of first servicing.

                                    Now the plastic part has come out and it is not getting fitted as suggested by one of the Maruti Authorised Service stations because out of two screws inside, one has been broken.

                                    Please get the same rectified on priority.

                                      Hello I am Bishir P.R, from Erattupetta in Kottayam(DIST)Kerala.I am an owner of Swift Dezire VDI(Reg. No of the vehicleis KL35A-4627) this is my third vehicle from Maruthi.I purchased it in January 2009 from POPULAR VEHICLES AND SERVICES LTD.,Kuttukaran Centre,MAMANGALAM(Dec: 2701).
                                      Chassis NO. 148891.Engine No 1160806.I Serviced my vehicle in INDUS MOTORS COMPANY PVT LTD, MUVATTUPUZHA)(completed third service yet).

                                      I have three serious complaints in my car.
                                      1) Abnormal tire wear in front left side.One tire is already damaged in 7000 K.M and another one is also wearing (presently it run 13065 K.M).I already complainted this three times(last complaint given in date 16th November 2009, customer ID: [protected] ) and checked upto 3 days, they told me Maruti not give the technical problem solution till now.

                                      2) When the vehicle is in running, to shift the gear from 5th to 4th, then suddenly the engine off., especially applying clutch in 5th gear to 4th.this complaint will makes accident in running because we lose all controle in brake stering etc..

                                      3) The Window glass of Back Left side make some Noise in running, Several time I pointed it and they cleared, but after one or two days the same problem is repeating.
                                      This problem give irritation and affect the travelling comfort.

                                      I told this complaint several times seriously but the service provider cannot identify or clear it, more than three times i gave my vehicle to check the problem.Now this complaint is breaking my peace of mind, I am sure they cannot clear it without your involvement.So you should take immediate action to solve this complaint as very seriously.This is my last way to approach the problem and I am stopping my letter with an expectation of an appropriate quick action from your side.                                       Maruti / Swift Dzire - ZXI — Tyre Bursting

                                      The subjected vehicle was purchased in May'2010 through M/s Rohan Motors Ltd. Noida.
                                      During travelling the rear RH tyre got brusted suddenly. When Rohan Motors were enquired for the replacement then, they denied for the same.

                                      Looking forward for the justice in this regard.

The vehicle was booked for “Dhanteras of this Diwali”. At that time, Maruti has launched the scheme with Bonanza offer “Scratch & Win”.

                                        Now at the time of delivery of vehicle, the treatment I got from your dealer, I felt cheated by your dealer. Hence I am communicating this to your good self as it ultimately affect the credential earned by Maruti. The details of transactions made through dealer as appended below in chronological order –

                                        1. When I enquired to buy a Wagon R from said dealer, M/s Ganapati Motors, Bhilai, I was asked to deposit Rs. 10,000 advance (Accordingly I deposited advance, Receipt No. 13289, Dt. 19.09.2009) and assured that the vehicle will be delivered within 30 days with scheme available. But the vehicle was not delivered to me in time.
                                        2. When I contacted them, M/s Ganapati Motors again asked me to deposit 100 % amount in advance and requested me to opt another colour, with a commitment that, vehicle will be delivered on Dhanteras / Diwali and the scheme launched by the company will be passed on to me. Accordingly I deposited balance amount of Rs. 3,92,750, vide receipt no. 13853, Dt. 07.10.2009. Copy of receipt and commitment checklist is attached herewith for your kind perusal.

                                        Your dealer M/s Ganapati Motors, Bhilai failed to meet the commitment and did not deliver the vehicle on the auspicious occasion of Dhanteras / Diwali or even in Tulsi Ekadasi.

                                        On 14th Nov, Saturday, M/s Ganapati Motors, Bhilai communicated me that, vehicle has arrived. Accordingly I visited to dealer on 16th to take delivery of vehicle. At the time of delivery, dealer refused to pass on scratch & Win offer under promotional scheme to me. Then undersigned showed the papers in which dealer committed to pass on the scheme and I asked him to return the full payment of the vehicle. Then only dealer allowed me to use scratch & Win offer. But at the same time my coupon was not considered for Bumper draw and the same was thrown in the Dust-Bin, Thus I am deprived by your dealer from the scheme launched by the company and I felt that I am cheated by Maruti Udyog.

                                        I will request your honour to please look in to the matter and reply within 10 days, otherwise I will be forced to take legal action.

                                        I am also the sufferer at the hands of Competent Automobiles, 21 Shivaji Marg, New Delhi who have not been able to give me RC(Smart Card) in respect of my car no.DL 2C AK 7225 purchased on 26th.Aug'09.No concrete reply given so far despite my regular followup with them.Competent automobiles should be renamed 'Incompetent Automobiles' for their non performance in the matter. Their emails addresses just bounce back with delivery failure.

                                        Can any body suggest what should I do?
                                        I got my Maruti Wagon R UP 14 AL 5358 serviced on 05/02/2010 from [B]ST Track Auto Care Limited, A- 31, Sector 63, Noida Ghaziabad. It was a Paid Service. According to their checks and limitations they did the servicing. I am surprised to say that my vehicle has not even run for 25, 000 Km and clutch bearing, clutch release, clutch cover and bearing cable have been changed/ replaced.

                                        I am afraid these charges should not be levied from me because my vehicle has not even moved for 50, 000 Km from the date of purchase. I feel if the clutch and accessories have reached up to the condition of replacement, then it is a quality problem on company's part and I should be returned with the charges which have been levied from me vide Cash Memo No. BC 09006245 and Job Card No.JC 09006557 dated 05/02/2010.



                                        Please look into the matter before it takes the shape of litigation in Consumer Court.

                                        Sub. Regarding CNG Kit in Wagnor-R LXI BS Maruti Car bearing No. DL2CAK4580.

                                        Sir, I had purchased from your company one Wagnor-R LXI BS Maruti Car on 20.4.2009 with Registration No. DL2CAK4580, Chassis No.MA3EED81S00789319, Engine No. 4613955, CNG Kit No.21101447, Cylinder No. [protected]. Since we wish to use of CNG in our car, I requested my husband to register CNG kit in my permit with authority No.2, IP Estate, New Delhi-110002. Accordingly my husband went to the Authority concerned last month for registration of CNG kit. The concerned officer of the authority examined the papers and raised an objection that the cylinder is that of M/s Everest Kanto Cylinder Limited, but the tax invoice has been given by Medical Engineers (India) Limited. They have asked for the tax invoice of the cylinder from Everest Kanto Cylinder Limited. In case Medical Engineers (India) Limited has been authorised to issue the tax invoice by M/s Everest Kanto Cylinder Limited, a copy of their authority letter authorizing Medical Engineers (India) Limited for issue of tax invoice on behalf of M/s Everest Kanto Cylinder Limited may please be supplied to me for satisfying the authority concerned. If Medical Engineers (India) Limited is not authorized for the purpose then a revised tax invoice on the letter pad of M/s Everest Kanto Cylinder Limited may kindly be arranged in place of tax invoice No. 0113/09-10 dated 13.4.2009 issued by Medical Engineers (India) Limited.

                                        They have also asked a certificate from your company that all parts in our car are original and genuine and if any damage due to CNG kit happens, it will be the responsibility of Competent Automobiles Co. Ltd.

                                        We are therefore requested to kindly provide the above two documents to me within ten days from the date of receipt of this letter. You are aware that I cannot make use of CNG without registration, it is very necessary to provide the above information for the registration of CNG. In case the above information is not received in the said, I will have no option but to knock the door of court of law.

                                        In this connection, my husband has been pursuing your company for the above purpose for the last one month on telephone but all in vain.
