Dear Sir,
I purchased a car Swift-VDI through CSD Hissar, Modern Autos. The vehicle was invoiced on my name on 12 Aug 09. After one month, First Service was done at Apra Autos, Sec-14, Gurgaon (at just 400 KM). Now when I started driving Vehicle, I realise that I am not able to see instrument panel (speedometer, indicator lights etc) from my seating position. Top half speedometer and indicator lights goes blank, under steering wheel.
I sent emails to MARUTI Company regarding problem faced by me, on 05 Oct 09 and once again on 17 Nov 09.I even spoke on Maruti helpline to Ms.Renu on 25Nov 09 and lodged a complaint on the above issue vide reference no-[protected].
I was asked to take my vehicle to APRA AUTO, Sec-14,GURGAON for check up on the issue.They remarked "CUSTOMER PERCEPTION WELL APPRECIATED.WITH SEAT IN FORWARD POSITION PARTIALLY SPEEDOMETER IS COVERED.NO PROBLEM WHEN SEAT IS FULLY BACK.NO PARTICULAR PROBLEM WITH THIS VEHICLE.''
I am not at all satisfied,because my problem has not been resolved by the company.After paying so much money for buying the SWIFT VDI, I feel UNSAFE while driving vehicle,because I can't see SPEED AND INDICATOR LIGHTS on the panel in front.
I request your kind help in resolving the matter with MARUTI SUZUKI.

MARUTI ALTO LXI — NON RECIEPT OF AUTOCARD
I have purchased the car on 7/01/2008 from AUTOMOTIVE MANUFACTURING PRIVATE LIMITED, SHIRWANE, NAVI MUMBAI.The maruti auto card was sent by courier to me on 2/02/2008 but the name on the card was incorrect so they took it back and did not give the delivery to me.I complained about this to the dealer they said me to provide the documents and fill up a new form.I did as they said but the card was not delivered.I complained again but they show no interest in giving me the card.I have not got the card till now as on 04/11/2008.I am not able to enjoy the benefit of the autocard till now.Please take a note of this and do the needful as early as possible.
