For send request for surrendered policy number amount
I opened a Insuarance plan in Max Newyork Life Insurance company's
Haldwani Branch (Uttarakhand) in 22-Ap.-2007 and paid Rs. 15000 in 5 tenures (April 2007, may 2008, may 2009, may 2010 and may 2011, Rs.15000 each). After I made payment on Mayt 2008 and asked for the statement, they sent me a statement. In that statement, the total amount is mentioned as Rs.63600.00 When I asked for the details, they are not responding. All my communications with them is through mobile phone or orally.
My Policy number is[protected] I have given surrender request to the Haldwani Branch on dated 15-12-11 but I have not found my money till 09-01-12 . I am worried about my money. Please send my money as soon as possible.

I want my surrendered policy amount as soon as possible. My Pol no[protected] and e-mail add. is meena.[protected]@gmail.com I am enable to found my amount through courier service.

Max New York — Insurance company not cancelling my policy

Dear Sir/Madam,

Reg my Insurance policy from max new york life.

I have requested for cancellation of policy[protected] and am ok to pay the cancellation charges that may be incurred normally upon cancellation.

However, when i contacted the company they are forcing me to make another payment of the premium if at all i have to cancel.
