during normal usage battery says 50% left but internally it is only 10%then after sometime it automatically get switched off

I was purchased mobile Model no:-GC255 from M/s Ashi Compurers & Communication, Add: Central market bhiwadi Alwar. They offered me 01 year warranty in written 15-12-09. Unfortunately mobile set have some problem in Charging two months after from the date of purchase but as of now there was no action been taken from their authorized service center named Syam Mobile Care Konark, Alwar Road, Bhiwadi.

You are requested to put up early action as soon as possible.


Early action would be highly appreciated.

In the the month of January ( I guess ) the battery had to be charged twice and afterwards thrice in a day
when my cell usage is not much (hardly six calls per day max)

I had approached the service center of Micromax opp Modern High school on off JM RD with a bill.
The man there promptly gave me another battery changed from a big plastic box.While taking it,I had a doubt weather it is a new battery.

In a week,I had gone there again as it had the same problem.He gave it to me changed again.
The same thing has had happened.This time after a couple of months.I am fed up.What exactly a step should be taken..??

i got my funbook on 21 july 2012 first 10 daysit worked so fine and after that this problem occured on it
I have purchased a Micromax mobile(Canvas Doodle A 111) on 9th July’13.I haven’t much good experience for its use. I faced software related problem within 2 months so I sent it to the authorized service center and also made many follow ups for getting my mobile back. Then at last, the new piece was replaced to me. Recently I face another problem, Two days back while travelling for coming to office at morning, I felt my mobile getting suddenly heated in my pocket. I immediately checked the phone and removed the battery from it. The battery was too hot to hold it in my hands. I timely removed the battery otherwise it surely will burst. The battery was unexpectedly expanded due to being extremely heated. Luckily I saved myself from the sever damage or can say from accident.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

I bought micromax elanza 2 exactly 6 months ago... I have been cheated by the retailer as my battery is duplicate... I went to micromax store and the shopkeeper said that your battery is duplicate... I have big problem with micro max service center Ramesh Nagar Delhi.. people because they are not genuine at all. what they commit they never deliver.

I Purchased Micro Max A99 new model on 11 Jan, 2015 and first problem came (Automatically Restarting thrice in a day) on 20 Jan, 2015, so i visited the same Ramesh nagar, new delhi Branch they told us that its a software problem and they format my phone and concluded the same with saying ALL DONE BUT after a week the problem presist again and i did the same thing which they did last time because they advised me to do the same.

Still problem was not resolved and i went on 23 mar, 2015 again and now they said this is battery problem and they took my battery form me and HANDOVER my phone without any Alternative Battery (so, this is my 1st concern because they cant leave me without any alternative because its MICROMAX responsibility.)

2nd concern is that they told me that your New Battery will come in 7 days which is again shocking for me

3rd concern after 10 days i called them and asked the battery.. Closing is going on thatswhy we are not able to give and given another date to me which was 4th Apr, 2015 (TODAY) ..

4th and the major concern that today they finally said that whenever the Battery will come then we will inform you (which means that they are not sure and i am helpless now)

MY QUESTION IS NOW WITH THE MICROMAX BECAUSE THE SERVICE CENTER RAMESH NAGAR, DELHI IS THE FACE OF MICROMAX ONLY AND THEY ARE COMPLETELY DAMAGING THE SAME & BREAKING A CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. I REALLY LOVE MICROMAX AND THATSWHY I CHOOSEN THE SAME. NOW MY LOVE CONVERTS INTO MY MISTAKE.

So, looking forward for a positive and earliest reply

i had purchased micromax canvas A-350 on 9th nov.after some time the phone strated hanging and got switched on and off frequently.later we discovered that it had a battery problem
we submitted our phone in the service center at lajpat nagar on the 7th april.
the staff at the center assured us of returning the cell within 10 days.we tried calling at the center many times..but either the bell was ringing or it was switched off.we went to the center to discover the issue.they simply told that the phone has not come yet and it will take 3-4 days more.we visited the center four times but no response was given, rather the behavior of the staff was extremely rude.
it has been 1 month that we have given our phone but till now we have not recieved any message regarding it.i hope the matter will be looked upon...if not i will have to file the complaint at the consumer court.hope the complaint is taken into consideration and the action against them is taken as soon as possible.
Dear Sir, I have purchase Micromax knight A350 model from Amazon.com on dated[protected] and i have receive Mobile on[protected]. Now we facing battery life is very less only 10 minute life after 100% charge. I was facing low battery life from last 15 days but due to address of customer care are not available to us i have passed few days, Finally i have contacted customer care on 30 April 2015 at evening and i also know from your executive for timing of care office and he reply 1st may holiday and saturday time 10 to 2 pm, on saturday i go duty in morning so finaly today i got time for visit of care office, when he check the battery then he found that battery width was expanded up to 5 mm and he denied to accept battery problem because few days passed of 6 month, so currently i use battery with charging every time due to only 10 minute battery life, so please change my battery As soon as possible at you end other wise it can blast if you reply late to me for solution. You know your battery expanded 5 mm and currently i use this on every time charging.
This is to inform you that this is 3rd time i m registering my complaint with the same problem of battery backup of micromax canvas knight.
The battery issue has not been still resolved by the service centre since last two times.
My phone is in warranty period.
On my first complaint, the service centre took my phone for about a month and battery issue was still not resolved .
And after my second complaint, they kept it for about 1.5 months and still the problem is not solved.
It is very hard to understand what these company people are doing with my phone.
I am unable to understand that my warranty period will be over in the hands of these company men if they kept my phone for such a long duration.

It is very sad to say that if this time the problem is not resolved, i have to register a case in consumer court.

    but they dont reply properly.

      i bought micromax funbook P300 from GIP, the mobile store on 6th july and i have visited the service center 4 time since then.
      and its not working properly, i have sent it to the service center in sector 18, 4 times and every time they tell me that there is no problem v have updated the software now it will work. And the best part is that they tell me u have deleted some files from file manager that is why the problem exist. Yesterday only i sent it again they again updated the software and sent it back. I have been telling them from day one that lines appear on the screen and then it shut down even if it has 80% battery and it doesn't open unless u put it on a charger. after i received the funbook with half hour the same problem was there. Went back to the service center explained him the problem again , then they said the mother board has problem v have to replace it. i was really angry and said y don't u understand my problem , i have been tell u this from day one and u have been blaming me and they said i[censored] don't like our service they u can send the funbook to delhi service center we will give u the address. or u can leave the funbook we will replace the mother board but it will take at least 25days. i think i was my biggest mistake to buy this companies product. there toll free number service complain is also unless. they say anti virus is not supported with this and service center say is first thing what u should download is anti virus

      Hi ! I would like to share this with everyone that today I received a call form The Mobile Shop, Gip, Noida. I was surprised, shocked when they told me that they r going to replace my micromax Funbook 300, which I had bought from them.

      They came to my house and exchanged my funbook. I would like to thank The Mobile Shop Team from the bottom of my heart .

          I purchase micromax x560 on 3rd Oct' 2011. So till now my phone is under the warranty period provided by the company. Some days back my phone suddenly start showing heads free attached pop up automatically, even when actually hands free are not attached to it. So it become difficult to attend & receive calls on it, as you cant hear caller's voice until unless you put it on speaker. I went to Near by service station of the micro max company, the service is such bad that they asked me to wait for an hour & thereafter they called me up, then they said that Commercial bill will not work please take the box of handset. (Now these days who keep a box of headset for 8 months), but i came back & went back to service station. They asked me to wait in que again & being a harrased consumer i waited for another hour. When my number came up, i showed the box number & bill, they took my phone & said that it will take another 20 minutes approx but again they took half an hour, they said that its a short cerkit in phone, you will have to wait for some time more & then after 40 minutes the representative said that we can not repair it.

          The representative said we cant repair it because the phone is damaged internally & it will cost to 2600 Rs. further, if you want us to proceed.

          Here, my grievance is that what they checked before when they said it is a short cerkit. Perhaps representative damaged it & now he is putting it on customer, because phone is not even little damaged from outside & how can it be damaged internally when it was lying with me only.

          The cost of my phone is Rs. 3850 & they are asking me spend Rs. 2600 even when it is under the warranty period.

          Please look in to my petition, the service center is doing any thing they want, but where the poor customer goes. I think that i lost my money by investing it into micromax product. There are delays in services, but such type of embezzling by breaking internal plate without any scratches external body how it is possible. Someone please look in to my matter & resolve it.

            On 28 June 2012, I purchased MICROMAX FUNBOOK TABLET from Tata Croma Store at Saket, New Delhi. Few days later, while using the tablet I found (connectivity problem o[censored]SB) i.e. MANUFACTURING DEFECT in the tablet from the company. I went to Tata Croma Store for exchange but they refused and sent me to the Micromax Service Centre (Salora International Centre) at Kalkaji, New Delhi. After observation of tablet, they committed me that they will repair my tablet within maximum period of 10 DAYS. After 10 days, I won’t receive any update, then I got back to them and they annoyed me by not repairing it and gave me 1 more week time period. After waiting 1 more week, I approached them again for my tablet, and then they told me the call Customer Care number. I called the Customer Care and told them everything, one of their CC Executive said, that they had already dispatched my repaired tablet from there to service centre and asked me to collect the tablet within the 5 days from service centre itself. AGAIN, after waiting the period of 5 days, I called up the service centre for the recollection of my tablet; they replied they don’t received any repaired tablet from them.
            Again I called up the customer care, another CC Executive told me that we have already forwarded your complain to our Senior CC and is under processed, you will receive your tablet within the initial days of this week and TODAY I called up for the final status of my tablet and now again they are saying that it will take another 10 MORE DAYS..
            Being a customer I have already faced so much of problem regarding newly purchased tablet. And I am not at all satisfied with MICROMAX BRAND (Products and Services), they made me very irritated by making false commitments and it had been already one month and I am not able to receive my repaired tablet.
            Kindly observe my case and help me out through your favorable action.

            same i am facing i have purchased funbook 300 through delivered on 25 th of august 2012 and usb pot is not detecting any datacard first told by tata photon shop on same day when tablet delivered to my home on 25th then i visit their micromax service centre at lajpat nagar<as advised by tata photon executive> they told to go to kalka ji h6 near desbandhu college on 29th august they told to call customer care because tablet complaint is within 10 days and must be replaced .today on 30th i call micromax customer care to mr Raushan he advised me to call home shop 18 then I SPEAK to Mrs RAHI who told me to call on 3rd september aand told that your complaint is within 7 days we have forwarded it to micromax but problem is thats why are they not replacing if company give 7 days replacement warranty .I THINK THEY ARE TIME TO PASS 7 DAYS to refuse replacement.and that is very bad for customers where no one is ready to help you after sale of the product.
            we have to accept one thing is that in our country, in most of things particularly consumer product -no one give service after selling product.
            I had purchased Micro max fun book tablet right from the first day it had problem i had given in the service center at borivili i told him to replace as i gave it immediately the next day for servicing but till now the service centre is giving reply that the parts are not available .it is very bad that a company like micromax is doing this to its customers the service of micromax is veryvery bad i have told each of my friends n my own circle to ban micromax n go for another one .

              iam vry disatisfied with the speed of my micromax bsnl 3g broadband.....i have used a 3g bsnl sim in it for months and have never got speed more than 50kbps.........i purchased it for Rs 3000 and i was told that all sims can be used in it but now when i put sim other than bsnl it shows invalid sim and asks for a pin code what should i do?????????? plz reply soon

                    I buyed a micromax funbook on 13/7/12 and it was down on 15/7/12 . i went to the ekta mobiles and said them to replace it and they were saying that go to service centre and make it repare then iwent to service centre and 6 persons with same complain one person told me if they opend it itcant be replaced so i tell them for replace they tell the dont replace it yhe distributor replace it i returned to ambernath and gave it to ekata mobiles next day i got a phone from micromax they tell it can not br replaced due to the seal is broken i told them i have not broked the seal but they donot trust customers they only trust distributor and retailor they also told that after 7 days we canot replace it before 7 days you have to replace it from retailer but retailer done fraud with us and no they are not replacing it so i request please listen me carefully and replace it

                    and iwill be saying everybody i tell you dont buy any micromax product irequest you

                      I have purchased micromax Q50 mobile from Priya Electronics, Ahmednagar 15 months back and was working good till last week when all of sudden it switch off while making/receiving a call but the authorised service center at Ahmednagar did not responded to the problem till date kindly help me to resolve my problem and return my mobile after repair.

                      Q35 set already shown at micromax check point still technical problem of restarting set is not solved, Mobile set purchased from authorided store with original bill and box on[protected]. No contact avilable on site for Head Office and no E-mail id regarding any help or services avilable..
                      i have buy micromax Q55.with in a year i have sanded for repair.and the their all service center had very very use less they sms me your hand set is repaired ple. come to collect your hand se even that before going i rang them that my set is ready? they said yes Mam when i reached their to collect my set were not repaired and attitute of customer executive was very bad.this is my bad experience after purchaging micromax set.no suggetions for buy this .
                      i have no any complaint towards micromax they give service very well i am fully satisfied with there service.
                      i have bought micromax a73 2months back and now on its own starts showing warning that (process com.anriod.launcher2) has stopped unexpectedly and doesnt allow me open menu or any other feature it just keep poping again and again, can anyone suggest me what to do

                      I made the decision to buy this FUN BOOK, because of recommendations some friends of mine gave me . However, after this experience, I feel deceived.

                      I enjoyed this funbook for a week after my purchase and After a week I started having problem with this device .

                      1.) Its touch pad was very irritating when I type something it takes some other words.

                      2.) I was not able to connect with Wi-Fi from very first day when I bought this.

                      3.) After few days I am not able to connect it with Tata Photon+ dongle.And

                      4.) There was a problem in USB port also.

                      I complaint regarding the same to the service centre over the phone, they said, i have to visit personally, I was not able to go because of my busy schedule. My brother went to your Jankpuri service centre on August 27, 2012. And they said if there is a problem of software it takes 2-3 days and if there will be a problem of hardware it takes 8-10 days. We contacted again after 10 days, they said It is not repaired yet we have send your product to head office, then we called there and they gave us a complaint no. - [protected].

                      I called them several time to ask a simple question that when i can have my fun book back but still it’s been almost one and half month I haven’t received answer for my question

                      1 month & 10 days is an extremely long time to wait for such simple repair work

                      I am deeply disappointed with the “service” I’d received.

                      Now i want a particular date on which i can have my fun book in my hand in fully working condition.

                      I definitely need this problem to be solved as soon as possible.

                      I admitted my MICROMAX h/s which of model no is X285, Which was sending for repair L3 on 03/09/2012, your authorised service center M/s MOBILE PLAZA, Gwalior.

                      To-day i received my h/s .. When check that is not completed repair. Some major fault with camera problem in the find in h/s. When i say about this problem your service center ..that one guys say to me your h/s has been out of warranty as per POP date.

                      Now that time your h/s will not be repair in under warranty .. that problem solve be chargeable.. I am ready to repair.After repairing my h/s is OK. they will charged 100/- Rs..

                      When i demand to pay amount of bill they provide normal slip it was write stamp and sign of your service center M/s MOBILE PLAZA..

                      (Note:- It is not good for MICROMAX customers.. Pls do something and revert my money it is normal amount but it is wrong way to earn extra money..)

I got message on 26/09/2012 from this ID [protected]@micromaxinfo that under sheet no s[protected] for repairs. And i again i got on 05/10/2012 and 08/10/2012 that hand set is closed. I visited repair center thrice, but i did not get any response from them. They are saying that we they did not get any information from the company still it is under repair.                       I have purchased Micromax Q35 mobile in april 2012 with TWO GSM AND ONE CDMA SLOTS. Since beginning this set is not at all performing satisfactory. I have given this set for repair 4-5 times, Ist charger was replaced, then the battery, then complaints not attented properly. Lastly the set was set to company under sheet no. S[protected] & returned back on 22-10.2012. I just 3 days using Realiance CDMA and TATA DOCOMO GSM and started getting same problem of Net work, auto on off. Reliance net work it searches after phone is switched on and immediately goes off, even showing net work of docomo it does not perform correctly. Totally this set is useless.

                      Now I am using same net work of Reliance and Tata Docomo with Karbonn Mobile KC540 and its working fine.

                      I request you to exchange my hand set of other model which will perform best whether GSM Dual and CDMA

                      i m (rohit raj) from patna, bihar .I would like u to drag your attention towards the inconvinience faced by the customer in micromax service centre they are offering a very poor and unhealthy services to all the customer visting the centre .I deposited my P300 FUNBOOK in mmx service centre 0n 20/6/2013 at PATNA BRANCH IN KAUSHYLA ESTATE building near maurya lok for charging as well as dual sound production both from speaker and ear phone i was informed at that time that as your device will be repaired u will recieve a message at your number, as iwas informed i recieved a message on 25/6/2013 that your job sheet no E[protected] IS CLOSED AND ANY OF THE WORKING DAYS BETWEEN 10 AM TO 6:30 PM U CAN COLLECT YOUR DEVICE.Seeing the message i did according to it and the moment i reached there i was told to come after three days to collect the device and when i questioned them why i should come after 3 days as i received my message to collect it today only on of the employee entered into a verbal argument with me ill treating me saying who told u to come now, he in a very unugly and bad manner told me to either come after 3 days or get your tablet now and go back with the same problem occuring. one of the employee informed me that parts of your device was send to their service centre branch in connectin with that u have recieved amessage so please come after three days that defected parts will be changed by those parts and then u can recieve your funbook, hearing this from there side i came back and again i went there after 3 days on 29/6/2013 at that time i was again said to come after 3 days as service has not been completed disharten by these kind of poor service but a befool and a cheated customer i came back from there waiting for more 3 days to recieve my funbook and when i went there after 3 days on 2/7/2013 they again told me to come after three days this time i asked them to give me a proper date when should i exactly come to collect my funbook they gave me a cell number to call on 4/7/2013 and ask about the proceeding condition and when i called them on 4/7/2013 they told me to come tommorrow and when i went there to collect my P300 they told me to wait till 6 o"clock we are repairing your tab and only after 6 o'clock you can recieve your tab as i was having lot of other job i went from there disharten and disgrace next day being sunday i finally collected my tab on 8/7/2013 but the proceedings didn't end there only when i brought my funbook i was amazed to see the same problem again featuring in my tab it was just a spoil of time for me to submit my tab with no benefit now i don't no what to do as i have to move away from city as im student and so i cannot response to there in any service centre being unknown to that part of the city now witnessing these condition and unhealthy behaviour of centre i droped MY IDEA OF HAVING A MICROMAX MOBILE PHONE NOW I WILL PURCHASE A SAMSUNG SET IN A WAY BOOSTING JAPAN ECONOMY .NOW I WILL SUGGEST EVERYONE not to buy a IN CAPITAL MICROMAX SET.

Unfortunately since one month of purchase till now i have visited 4 times to service centre due to defect. but every time same problem exists. Now also My device is laying in service centre since 10 days.But nobody in there is ready to give me the exact time when it will be ready.Every time some useless SMS are coming stating that your device is repaired and u can collect your device but when i visit service station your service manager tell shamelessly that it is not repaired and we shall intimate when it get repaired. But nobody phoned me. Due to the defect rarely i have used the device. Today when i visited your service station at M/S Techno world they tried to return me my device without repair and without any explanation.Now i want company should exchange my defective device with another good one.Otherwise i shall forward my case to local consumer forum for justice.

I had given my mobile phone regarding as i faced screen touch issue, and now today the date is 15/09/2014. The service men was promised that he will be returning my mobile in a couple of days, but its been quite one month and i haven't received my mobile from you.
                      I had come to your service centre for more than twenty times in this month, but no reponse in positive and i am in vain and worried as when you people would return my mobile after dilapidation. When the spare parts are not available its frank for us to buy the mobile in the market.

                      Patience can be tolerated upto some extent, and kindly let me know the exact condition of my mobile as no proper answer i was received from you. I am not going be quiet enough to bear your entertaiments here after.

                      When you had promised on returning my mobile in a couple of days, you should stick to that. If you are unable to swear on words, how could the royality follow you in this market.

                          Dear Sir,
                          I am Sohel from Khulna University, Khulna, Bangladesh. I purchased Micromax A60 phone, the first android phone of micromax, on 15.10.2011. IMEL no. of my phone is [protected] and S/N: ZTEA[protected]F94C. But it seemed to me that it is the biggest wrongdoing in my life. It was very painful experience of being MICROMAX'S Customer. My phone was troubled with its speaker and hardware by 25.04.2012. I went to the nearest so called service center. I left my handset on that day in the customer service center. They informed me that the phone was returned to me within two weeks. But I have not got back my phone so far. The customer service center’s representative informs me that I’ll be returned my set within a week. But this week is about just like three months. What type of fraud it is! The customer service center are conning the people as the name of service just like me. They just deceit the people by supplying the low quality handset of micromax. They said me that it was a hardware problem and this hardware will be brought from India. But this is not happened in three months. There are some queries of me. They are as follows-
                          • Why was my handset kept in service center for a long period?
                          • Is there are any rule about the long time repair?
                          • Will I wait infinite time for my hand set?
                          • Why do you supply this product in Bangladeshi market without giving available warranty service?
                          • What have to be done to get my money back?
                          • Why are the service managers not punished by their behaviors?
                          • What time is needed for getting a hardware from India in the modern age?
                          • How long is to be waited?
                          Please do something for me. I want to get back my phone as quick as possible. I have seen these types of problems in case of micromax set and fervently want to say that please avoid micromax sets and keeping well.

                          Micro max A60 — poor service

                          Dear Sir,

                          I had bought micromax A60 mobile handset on 17th of January and in the period of 1 month and 20 days and in this duration i had faced many problems with my handset, 3 times i had visited service center but again and again i am facing problems with my handset, i asked them for replacing my handset or having cash back but they denied for this. And were telling there is no procedure.. i just want to say that i had fed up with the company and their service i want cash back in any case because if the handset is having so many problems in 1.5 months then how can i rely for a long period satisfaction...

                          Micromax — poor quality of service

                          I gave my Micromax Q5 mobile for service on February 24,2011 and today is April 09,2011 still i have not received my mobile and they are not responding at all. They just say that mobile has been sent to delhi and has not yet returned. All the micromax mobile with track ball needs to be serviced twice within the warranty period. When they is such problem with these mobiles their sales has to be banned.

                            I bought new Micromax funbook on[protected]. I put the same for charging same day. When I took out the charger next day on[protected], the pin of the charger stuck inside the funbook. I took out the pin & put back in charger, but the charger is not working now.

                            I went to retailer Fono System but he said to put compliant with service station of Micromax. I called couple of service stations of Micromax but all of them replied that either they do not deal with micromax or deal only in mobile phone. All these service centre are available on Micromax website. I sent mail to micromax thru their website but no reply.I called micromax customer care, they advised me to buy new charger in place of replacing the product which I bought 2 days back. Based on their advice I called Inder Inforcare, another Micromax service center. The phone no. given by micromax never picked up them[protected]. I found out phone no of Inter Electronic[protected] & called them, they told that charger is not available & I can try after 2-3 days.

                            I bought the funbook and tried to connect the same thru Vodafone Internet, but it was not getting connected. I went back to retailer and asked why Internet not working on the funbook. He could not replied ever after making couple of phone calls. I called Micromax customer service from retailers shop, the executive inform me that only Tata Internet will work on it. The retailer never inform me about this before buying the funbook. I bought another connection of Tata Internet for funbook, I also bought Vodafone Internet.

                            Micromax customer service is of very poor quality and without any responsibility. Retailers are not properly educated about the product. Before selling a product all type of assurances are given but after sale service level is very poor.

                            Now I can't use funbook without charger.

                            Please help me to get the same & Micromax should improve there customer service level.

                            I am sending this message from Chennai. I have purchased by Micro max Funbook Alpha from Saravana Stores, Chennai at Rate of Rs.6000/-. Unfortunately, the screen was broken( But there is no trouble on Display), immediately, i search the all the service centres in Chennai, No one ready to replace the Touchscreen, ultimately they recommended one and only service centre at Alsa Mall Complex at Egmore. Here, shock and surprise, the product cost is Rs.6000/-, but they demanding Rs.3200/- for replacing the Touch screen (Glass alone broken, display is working)and also there is NO GUARANTEE for Touch screen. In case the touchscreen is broken again, I have to spent another Rs.3200/-.(But product's original cost is Rs.6000/-). Therefore, the Micro max Company cheating the consumer by way of selling these kind of Cheapest product in Indian Market. Consumer please BE CAREFUL.,

                                    I purchased the Tablet from Shopping.indiatimes.com on the 8th of this month. I found that when I tried to connect my tablet to the laptop or to the USB dongle provided by Tata Docomo it was not happening. I called Shopping.indiatimes.com and they advised me to take the tablet to the Micromax service center for further investigation and if possible replacement, I then took the tablet to the only service center in Hyderabad so that I could get a replacement. The service center Mobitec were very nice and cooperative they showed interest in getting my tablet replaced. But they say that their hands are tied and can only get the authority for a replacement if the company says so. The Service Center Proprietor made some calls to the Company but all went in vain. My question is if I purchased a sealed pack product and if I the product is defective and not working as a customer I expect a replacement. I am stuck between the vendor and the company. Shopping.indiatimes.com says it is not their problem and will not give a replacement as it is not in their policy. Micromax says that the vendor needs to replace the product, I have no other option but to turn to you as the vendor and Micromax is not responding. I have at present given my tablet to the Micromax service center (Mobitech Service Center)they have informed me that the motherboard needs to be replaced. Please if Shopping.indiatimes.com and Micromax are reading this please give me my money back or replace my tablet. I am in no position to go to the consumer court to get this resolved as it is one of your responsibly to help resolve my issue.

                                      I was an independent distributor for the company Micromax. I resigned from Micromax about four months back. I still am retaining some of the old DAO sets and fresh handsets, which I asked the company salesmen Mr. Jeemon (#[protected] and Jijsh (#[protected] to take back and reimburse the amount that I had paid for these sets, and also pay for the time and space these sets were in my pocession. Both these people had promised me to take back these sets four months back, and reimburse the payment for the sets that I am retaining, but after that when I tried to contact them they do not pick up my phone. This kind of behaviour from your staff has become a mental torture for me and is not at all acceptable. I have taken money on credit from the market for the purchase that I made to Micromax, and I am in a problematic situation which is unwarranted for.

                                      I hope you will understand my position and take necessary action to reimburse me. Otherwise, I will have no other option other than to seek legal help.
