same problem in my mobile. i also can't talk without headfones.
i am nt receive my call without headphone. because user profile set on headphone. i cant change it. so can u tell me about this how can i change.
also the same problem i caant switch the profile it says only headset profile its not changing even wile earphone not plugged in ;(
i to have the same problem with the set it shows the profile headphone even i havn't plugged it... thereby i am not able to talk on the phone... kindly give me a solution to it asap...

i have bling q56 mobile if i slide to keypad unlocked then the screen turns into white and when i used to call someone and when my talkings are over then the light does not off its my humble request to give solution of this problem.
i also was having this same problem try this sol it worked for me:
1) insert headphone and play any song.
2) then unplug the headphone (make sure song is playing, don't stop the song).
3) then u should get a message "earphone unplugged out"...
