my self sukanta chandra palatasingh,bhubaneswar,mob:[protected],has bought a micromax x550 mobile,but after 3 days i feel this handset has battery back up problem. When i gone to nearest bapuji nagar service center they could not help me regarding this problem. I have totally frustrate.

Micromax X550 — not satisfied with service centre service

Myself Sunny Arora frm sura bought a mobie handset of micromax comapany from Croma store on[protected] after completing of 50 days mobile handset is automatically getting switch off when i go to your service centre lacated in suratnaed KASH PERIPHERALS after 10 days they return me my mbile which is not working properly and started ne problem like hanging and memory card also not supported .IMy job order no MJAN087/11 but till date i haven't got the satisfactory reply from threre side.

I requset you to kindly look nto this matter and solve my prbem ASAP.

It has worked for first couple of months and then started charging problem. Hand set is not getting charged and also very poor batter backup. Even I bought a new battery and Charger still the same problem.

I have deposited the H/S in the "The Mobile Techies" - Hyderabad one of the micromax authorised service center for 3 times "techintian told they have replaced the connecter" but still they could not able to fix the problem.

Job card nubers are : 2452 & 2407

Kindly check the H/S and do me the needful and replace it

    I purchased GC 360 MicroMax Handsed on 18th Dec. And from day second it startedgiving problem. I got it replaced with another new handset. BUt this timesituation was worst than earlier. My Charger. loudspeaker,battery , headset wasnot working properly. And this time Shop owner refused to replace and asked meto go to Authorised Service Centre.

    I went to Dombivli Authorised Service Centre and they told me that they willresolve my issue one by one. So first i gave the New Original Charger to themfor replacement on 16th Jan and they prmoised me that they will give newcharger within 1 week. But till now i.e. 20th Feb more than ONE MONTH has beenlapsed and i have not even got my charger repalced. So forget about otherissue...I am daily follwing with them but not getting any response. You canimagine if for charger they are taking month and still ON so what will happenfor my other issue ...appears it will last MORE THAN YEAR OR WAT.....

    Really it is pathetic Services of Micromax.I have lost trust on this comapany.I am truly DISSATISFIED.

        I purchased a mobile in 3 Feb. 2011 from channai. but after few days its main speaker is not working nd i went to service center for repair my mobile but they are not listening me.
        They told me. We have not a speaker of your mobile micromax A60.
        I requested him please repair my mobile because i faced many problems without speaker
        than they replied me. If you have problem so go anywhere we cant repair and go Delhi and Lucknow go anywhere Don't eat my mind.....
        Aaj mere mobile ko 15 din ho gaye hai mujhe pata nahi lagta ke kab kiska phone aa raha hai aur main enjoy bhi nhi kar paa raha hu

        if thay will not repair my mobile so i will go to consumer forum for do the complaints against micromax company and service center I will finaly register a cheating case aginst Micro max company and service center..
        I have purchase Micromax A60 on 8.1.11 and after 1 month the camera was functioning and battery back up was very low and getting hot. After the repair again same problem occurred and given it for service on 21.2.11. The PCB has to changed and the same is not available. Till date I have not received the handset. Worst phone and worst service centre & Company

          i have purchased micromax Q5 mobile phone . It isnot working properly after 2months.

          my complain is that this mobile phone is not working prorerly, and camera off after capturing 4 to 5 photos.nimbos, facebook,not working and now opera also. my ear phone led also compland many times,

          I am regularly going to service centre and it is closed. I told the dealer about the same and he said that i will talk to company.

          yesterday i go to micromax service centre they told that they have not permission to repair micromax sets
          than what i do. can you tell me the problem by call at [protected]
          Now i don't have any cell phone due to which i am suffering a lot.Kindly arrange a service provider immediately / a new set.Otherwise i will go to consumer court.

          Micromax Q5 — delay & not attending properly

          sir i m using micromax Q5 hand set. i (JAMSHED PATEL)had bought that set on 13/07/2010, with in 5 month i got battery problem & charger also was not conecting in the phone. I had given my set on 16/12/2010 at prince communication shop no-B 4 super shoping center,sanjay gandhi puram indira nagar lucknow up, and due date was 23/12/2010 ( WORK ORDER NO.63 ) but still we have'nt got any possitive responce from that side, they are even not giving any information regarding my handset. on asking they are just replying that your handset is still in service center so we can't do any thing.             Dear Sir/Madame,

            I bought Micromax Q7 mobile from POORVIKA mobiles private Limited(chennai, bill attached) on 10/09/2010. Within three months mobile was malfunctioning and the battery was not charging. Charging symbol is displayed when plugging the charger but actual charge is not done, within few minutes the phone switch off mentioning low battery. As the charging is not done, I cannot switch ON the phone. So I took to M/s. VCONNECT solutions, Nungambakkam, chennai for servicing(authorized service centre) on 11/12/2010. They mentioned the battery may be a problem, so they changed the battery to check the problem. But the same problem exists. So again I took back to them, they got my mobile for servicing on 24/12/2010 . I repeatedly went back for the work done, but they told reasons to postpone the delivery. Their given phone number for contact is not being picked up for answering(no response at all). After repeated request, they gave the mobile back on 04/03/2011 on the same condition as I gave initially. So I took the mobile back and informed them I will go to consumer court. They laughed and said you cant do nothing. (actually all the customers coming there are shouting that the service is not at all done, they return back the mobile to customer without servicing but after two months. They are not giving the job card back to the customer after they return the mobile. So all the customers are not able to complaint. I took a Xerox copy of the job card which is attached ). So I would like to bring this issue to your kind consideration on this day ( 08/03/2011) for taking necessary action against the service centre and provide me a new working mobile exchanging my old phone or service the mobile for working in good condition under warranty. On every Saturday there are approximately around 200 number of people coming there at the spot and shouting for the poor servicing of mobile(can be checked if required).

            If all the mobile sold are with poor performance / repairing within three months, kindly take action on the MICROMAX company for the BAD PRODUCT being sold on market and the dealers who promotes these kind of phones.

              i have purchased a micromax X510 mobile on 24/12/2010 and its touch pad stop working just after one month only, after that i had given it to the micromax service centre they had taken the mobile for repair and told me to come after 10 days when i went there after 10 days they said me to come after 10 days again ,and then i called them after 10 days to enquire about the mobile they told to call after five days and when i visited to the service centre after five days they told that company dont have the spair part and they are not able to give perfect commitment about when its going to be repaired then they had given my cellphone back to me.Again i submitted the mobile to that particular service centre only ,and again they are saying me to call and inquire after 15 days but we cant say that definitely its going to be repaired after 15 days and when i m trying to enquire about that mobile they are not even taking the call.....please help me out.......

                Regarding the Service provider Micromax the experiance with them is pathetic the service they provide. Its been more than 45 days approx 2 months I have given my cellphone for repair. Still after so many calls and mails they just update handset is still pending and escalated.Handset is not yet repaired and returned.

                If they dont have capablity to provide service then why they fool around people.

                  I have purchased micromax x 550 [protected] on 21/12/10 started facing trouble charging the phone with in 15 days and went to service centre and also called them to replace the phone as I felt decived frm this company. they don't hv any srandards as there product is not even lasting fr 15 days. I had no option but to get seeviced and now it has gone twice to the service centre but nothing got fine, the phone is still the same it feels like micrimax is like a fake comany which is just trying to sell crap and make money out of that.

                    I have bought Micromax Q75 on 25th Feb. and from the 1st day I started observing the freqent call drop in my mible due to signal fluctuation.I want dealer to change my Phone set but he was not ready and tell me to go to service center.
                    If we have to suffer such things with new products then what is the fun of purchasing such phones (Chinese mobiles with Indian thappa).It is better to purchase chinese products at low cost.

                      I have purchased Micromax GC 400 mobile (Dual SIM CDMA+GSM) and since 31 jan the handset is dead. after struggling for 15 days got details of ASC details of PCMC area. they kept me on hold for 6 days and said we don't have any soft ware need to visit in pune city. al most i viisted all ASc of pune but still did not get any soft ware.

                      Kindly help in getting my handset in working asap.

                        This is Devaraj.P, I am using Micromax X600 on 31 Dec 2010, i walk in to the Micromax service centre V-Connect in Kodambakkam, For my hands free related issue. i had register the complaint for change of hands free (i had warranty of 6 months for accessories). Still i didnt get my hands free and also the people in the service center not providing the right information. Kindly do the needful

                        Hello Sir,

                        I am Subhajit Dey I bought a Micromax A110 ( IMEI :- [protected], [protected]) from D.P ELECTRONICS PVT LIMITED (Add :- 6, Madan Street, Kolkata - 700072). This set was dead so i take it to service center at 01.07.2013 (Details of service Center :- M/S TECHNIQUE SERVICES (WEST BENGAL),
                        Add:- 171/C, LENIN SARANI ROAD, CHANDNEY MARKET, KOLKATA - 700013) & they said the maximum repair time of the set as 15 days. But this handset repair in 11 days from taking time. They said when the set will be repaired a sms will be sent in your alternating phone number. But they dont send any sms in my number. For this I will call this service center phone number[protected]AM- 5PM) bt any time & always the phone no will be busy. But i till waiting for sms but no sms will be send in my number. For this reason at last of moment i will go to the service center after 1 month from taking time. When i received the phone they are giving me another MMX A110 then i saw IMEI no does not match to my previous phone IMEI no which mention in my purchase bill. For this I don't received the phone. Please solve this problem as soon as possible.

                        I am very sorry to state that I have purchased a smart phone micromax canvas hd A116 (EMI no:[protected]) on 14.05.2013 and had given the phone on 03.09.2013 for updating the available android version to 4.2.1 to the authorized micromax service centre but somehow after the update occurred a problem of screen touch sensitivity checked by the employee/staff of micromax service centre. Then I was told to submit the phone to them (micromax service centre) so that they can get the problem resolved and I was told that the process would roughly take 7-10 days of time but it has been more than 20 days and I have not yet received the phone. I have approached them (micromax service centre) innumerable times and regularly call them to find out the update but there have been no response and even micromax service centre representatives have been very rude regarding this fact.
                        Therefore I would humbly request you to do the findings and resolve the issue as soon as possible or else I would be compelled to follow the legal procedures.

                        My Micromax Phone A350 had charging issue and I had given to service centre of 10th June'15 at Lajpat nagar Micromax care. They told that it will be fixed in 7 days, however, the issue still remains the same and they are claiming that it will take another 7 days, which is pathetic in terms of support.                         Currently phone is in warranty period, But Service Centre Guys are asking me the repairing cost as Rs. 3200/- for motherboard replacement.whether my handset not physically damaged nor liquid damage. It has only display problem rest handset was ok...

                        This is a very bad experience for me; during service period Guys asking for repairing cost due to unacceptable reason- "Phone has got damaged due to moisture from sweating".

                            I am Mathi from Chennai, I would like to share my most horrible experience with Micromax, I bought 2 Micromax mobiles Q2+ model, within 1 month it became faulty, it kept switching off and finally got dead when I approached the service center it was over crowded like a ration shop with Customers having similar problems, the service was very very poor, after a long wait from morning 10.00 am to evening 5.00 pm, they checked my mobile and asked Rs.1300/- per mobile for servicing the mobile as they said both the mobile had board problem, I got irritated and throwed my brand new mobile and walked away. Dont even buy Micromax as they are cheaper in price and no quality. Its a waste of money, time and mental harrassment.

                            You can see all the Micromax Service Centers over crowded, reason being their very very poor quality and service. Please for gods sake, dont buy MICROMAX Mobiles...

                                I have micromax Q55 Blong mobile which i bought in Sptember,2010.Its screen got complete white in February,2011.I went too the authorized service center in pune and submitted my cell as it was still in warranty.

                                Now,its almost 1 month and my cell is still with them.Thry being the authorized service center not getting a new screen from the company.

                                Its high time now.

                                  i bought micromax Q5 in july 2010 and 2 months there is a problem occur in cell phone earphone jack.
                                  if i plugin lead and remove it than after removing earphone , phone show that earphone plugin and after so much hours earphone plugin out and again some time earphone plugin without inserting the lead.
                                  i had gone sevice center and shown cell phone problem but service center not repair it..
                                  and blame on me that you inserting lead wrongly.
                                  i said my phone in warnaty period and repair it i do nothing with phone and they always and always said same dialouge, they evade from their work and told me that you should give charge for repairing.
                                  that's so much same that company and their service center not work properly...

                                    I have purchased Micromax Mobile X 360 in 15/03/10 from dealer in Sector 22, chandigarh. My mobile Speaker is not working properly, From Lost one month I am Going/ Call to service center Called "MALIK COMMNICATION" In Sector 35, Chandigarh, But they said to me every time when I Call or visit to the Office of Malik Commnication, spare parts is not available, with they said they order for the spare parts to Company, Still not reached to them, I Think They provide the spare parts to customer who purchased cash spare parts from them not to us for under warranty repair.

                                    Waiting for Spare parts the kill my warranty period, so that I cant complaint to any body or call for help of consumer court

                                      micromax qube x550 — Very poor service

                                      I purchased Micromax cube mobile from Sangeetha in Rammurthy nagar outlet. just in few days the battery life was so short that it had to be charged every half day, no matter if you use or not.
                                      when took back to Sangeetha they informed that have to go to Micromax service centre which is in Jayanagar and their staff was very rude in assisting further..as they had received the money so no longer intrested in helping.
                                      the amount I pay for petrol for my car to reach Jaynagar can buy new battery. as once would have to go to give handset for repair then again for follow up need to make nother trip.
                                      I WOULD SUGGEST PLEASE CONFIRM WITH SANGEETHA DEALERS WHO SOULD SERVICE THE HANDSET YOU BUY ....THEY DO NOT DISCLOSE THIS .....

                                      Micromax x550 qube — poor customer care & service

                                      I bought Micromax 550 Qube mobile in kanchipuram poorvika branch on 02.01.2011. On that mobile there is a problem in message folder opening. The next day i asked them but they won't give proper response. Then i went to vellore branch, they said that is the software problem and brought my phone and kept my phone for 5 days. But the problem is not solved. Now both kancipuram and vellore branch do not give any answer and they won't take care of my complaint. I have warranty and insurance properly then i don't know why they won't take care and response my complaint. Should i take any legal steps in consumer court?

                                        I had bought Micromax Q5 in April 2010 recently my mobile was not charing properly so I have given to Micromax Service Center in Manimajra ,Chandigarh on this week monday and after that today they informed us that this mobile having mother board problem and they do not in stock and it will come from Taiwan only .But they have not committed one time line that when we will get our mobile back .I hope somebody will take off this issue and resolve my problem .I am very much worried that when I will get my mobile back .......

                                        Service is very bed of micro max.
                                        Hi I brought a Micromax phone three months back-Micromax beat AR.
                                        I was regular user of Samsung but for a change I wanted to use Micromax.
                                        I am very disappointed with its service.
                                        Due to rains, my phone got drenched in water and not I am unable to use the brand new phone, When I took it to the Micromax centre they said since it is a damage due to water the warranty doesn't cover the repair. I said ok then how much would it cost. They said 5, 000 + service charges 800 Rs. 5800RS to repair the phone which costed my 9900 Rs.
                                        I am very disappointed with this kind of cost.
                                        You can charge me, I have no issues but no so exorbitantly. This is not fair.
                                        I thought I got a good phone at affordable. Buy I did not know the catch is in its service charges.
                                        I would be happy if one of you looks into this and lets me know if they could help getting the phone repaired at a lesser expense.

                                        When a similar thing happened to sisters apple phone it was replace with brand new one. I am not asking for replace but you cant charge 5800Rs for repair.

                                        I purchased a Micromax A-106 Unite phone on[protected].
                                        The phone is within warranty period. The phone is not charging.
                                        I approached service center at Hi-Life Mall, Santacruz(W), Mumbai-400054.

                                        The customer Care advisor said that the charging adaptor / connector is damaged.
                                        Replacement will cost Rs. 450/- and phone will have to be submitted for a minimum of 10 days.

                                        If the phone is under warranty, then how does the fault "CHARGING CONNECTOR DAMAGED" become user responsibility and not "faulty production".

                                        No one charges a phone in a damaging manner. It is probably impossible to do it.

                                        Why should i pay for this service ?
