Do you want me to call up Mr. Deepak Malhotra and inform of your pathetic customer care service...I want the resolution call by today evening on my number [protected]

Resolving consumer complaints is very challenging and we are not successful every time.     I own a Micromax Canvas A110 since January. My phone had problems 3 months back. I took it to local service centre for repair under warranty but they couldn't resolve so my device was sent to Company Service Centre(Level 3 as they call it). The phone was sent back after more than a month but was not repaired - It would Reboot frequently.So it was sent back to Level 3 service station again. After an impatient wait for another month I registered a complaint through e-mail vide complaint no [protected] on 28.08.2013.After several follow-ups the complaint was closed from Micromax on 10.09.2013. I recieved my Device on 14.09.2013 but still it is faulty - Its touch screen is not responding at some places. The Local Service Centre is Shutting Down its Business with MicroMax so they are not accepting my phone for Service. The nearest Service Centre is 60 kms away. Morever they suggest to send my device back to Level 3 service centre which implies another month of painfull wait without any guarntee of resolution. I didnt buy this phone to keep in their service centre and I am fed up with this GIVE & Take.Also the Customer Care is responding Irresponsibly,which is very derrogatory and insulting. I expect a Micromax to refund my money or atleast exchange my device with a new DEFect free Device. Please HELP ME.I feel like I have been robbed of my TRUST and also the MONEY.

      I’ve purchased Micromax funbook 3G P600 online from Snap Deal on 25th March, 2013 with an invoice no of 1309206, Buyer Order No:[protected] and dispatch document no as: [protected]. Model No: SERMOB0251, IMEI No: [protected] When I’ve received my online order of Micromax Funbook 3G P600 on 25th March it was not getting started, post that when I’ve charged it for 2 hours it was again not getting started, and after a miraculous 3rd day, Micromax funbook 3G P600 has started automatically, with auto on and auto off mode which was not mentioned on its manual and eventually it worked for 3 months and have given me a tough time to handle this product which has software problems and auto off was a common feature. And one fine day my so called funbook was dead and all i could see on its screen was “FUN BOOK 3G” After juggling with this product for 3 odd months with a common feature of hanging and auto off and on finally i decided to visit a Micromax service center in Sitapur on 3rd July, wherein after keeping the product for good 3 days i was told to take the product to Micromax Lucknow service center. I’ve deposited the Micromax funbook in Lucknow at Prince Communication with a complaint no of mmx[protected], Job sheet no: N[protected] on 11th July and i was told to collect the product in 15 days, post 15 days i was again told to wait for another 15 days as they have send the product to their head office due to some software issues, then i was asked to call on one toll free no and check the product status. It has been 2 months now, there is no revert from their end. I am disgraced from this act of casualness, and surprised to get an awful after sales service provided by the brand named MICROMAX. After this experience i would suggest i will not be able to experiment any of the MICROMAX product and if they can show some courtesy to return my money invested on this piece of crap.

        I bought micromax a111 on 4-8-2013 and since then i have facing issues with this phone. Whenever i use this phone, it gets warm which is unbearable and my ears start aching. I cannot use the phone for more then 2-3 minutes. Also while using the phone something keeps on interrupting, some beep keep on busing in between the call, which is quite irritating. I don’t know what to do with all these issues. That’s why I am writing here. I hope, I will get the resolution, either replace the phone or return my money.           mene apna phone 6-8-2013 ko micromax service center me repairing me diya he lekin muje abhi taj repair kar ke nhi diya he mera job sheet no;-w[protected] tha jo 2-9-2013 ko badalke w[protected] kar diyahar bar 5-10 day ka time de te he mene jab se phone liya he tab aaj tak 4 mahina service center me hi phone pda rha he.
          i have given my micromax canvas 4 a210 on 28/05/2014 ...company said that ill get my phone till 15/06/2014 but when i went to the service center pf noida sector-27 they said your phone is not ready yet...why cant you give me a fixed date

          everytime i go there, they say your phone is not ready ...its going to be a month and phone is still not ready.
          main thing the people who are working in the service center dont have any manners...they dont talk properly or respond properly...very very poor service...please i request you repair and give my phone as soon as possible...last time i gave my phone for motherboard problem then also they didnt repair properly...so this time please repair my phone properly...its a request

                I Purchased Micromax Bolt A35 on 7/7/013 but within same days facing problem Hanging, Battery Backup, android application not working & when pick up incoming call voice coming after 5-6 second . so I went to ganga plaza, meerut Mobile care centre and give my handset for repair date is 20/7/2013. it's job sheet no. is *N[protected]*. at the till date my handset not repair and warranty period is going on. i call many time toll free no.                   Thank you for the overwhelming disappointment and extraordinary customer support through out.

                  I was so happy to see an Indian mobile company’s progress and thought someday it would atleast take over the gross share of Indian Mobile Market.
                  It was started in the month of April, after a long wait , I’ve bought a HD phone, Micromax 116 for which I’ve visited all the mobile stores in my locality everyday.
                  The day I received it was a celebration for me, which did not last long.


                  It started giving me all kinds of weird software issues, touch became over sensitive, at times I wondered, if I sneeze on the mobile screen it might get unlocked though !
                  Yea, it was. Multiple auto switch offs and ons in a day. App crashes was quite common thing for me. Mobile becomes over heated, I could use it to boil something on it.
                  One fine day, after scheduled re-start, the screen went dim, I dint realize it though I might’ve dimmed the display and could be adjusted in the settings.
                  Later, the corners went black, till the time I’ve realized it, there was a thick black line crossing on the screen. It was dead one fine day !

                  I went to MMX checkpoint along with that mobile, that mobile was kept with them, they just gave me a “visiting card” with details written on it such as name, serial number date and all.
                  I was so surprised to see, how poorly could a service center be? No Job Sheet? They dint ask me How? When? What? Nothing !!! [censored]ed some blah blahs and said, sorry stressed, display gone, your fault, no warrenty
                  3,800rupees, want to get it done? I was so damn pissed off with your mobile first and with your customer care secondly !
                  I want my mobile to be alive, I’ve gone through all that hype,I bought that mobile and all I wanted was to see it working.


                  I went to them 2 days later, they said “Sir, Mother board gone, costs more” !!! I seriously was like” wt-“. I said, its in warrenty right? Why should I pay? After few arguments, they told that they’ll send this to Mumbai for servicing and they registerd a job ID then ! after enquiring the status of it, I was told that it was sent on 11th sept, I’ve deposited that on 6th sept.

                  What is seriously happening with you micromax ??

                  First thing, I was a customer of sony erricson and Samsung for about 4years now, never seen the face of a service centre till date.
                  I bought the mobile in the month of April and it was dead in August. In just 4months, if a mobile gives a mother board problem, after repair, there’s no guarantee that it wont give .
                  I don’t want that default piece, I request micromax to give me a replacement.

                    I Purchase in Micromax A65 model for Poorvika in Chennai-Ambattur. after i purchase 8th day my Mobile was not worked i submit my hand set in poorvika. He told sum software problem. The problem was cleared in After 20 days. Then i used in one month. Again the Problem was raised. What i do I pay and purchase your company product. but it is in your service centre only. so pleaase clear the issue or Replace my Handset. Poorvika Mobiles Ambattur. chennai - 600053.                           1. Rs 15500 I got Micromax Canvas HD in the month of March In August i started facing problem as phone was not charging properly . USB Cable was also not working. I went to your service center situated at C-9/213, Guru nanak Pura Opposite Ansal Building , near V3S mall, laxmi Nagar on 14 August 2013. it was a worst experience of my life. First of all i was there at 10:00 Am as i need to rush for my JOB. It may be noted that Service centre was closed at that time and i had to wait for one and a half hour as service centre was opened at 11:30. then i deposited my phone, battery and USB cable. staff entering my detail forgot mention in JOB Sheet that USB cable is also submitted. I told them that you have not mentioned USB cable but they said its okay mam. we remember that you have deposited USB cable. then i visited Service center on 30/08/2013 hoping that as 17 days are over so my phone might me treated then girl sitting over there told me to come on monday as promised to handover my phone along with USB on Monday i.e. 1/9/2013. i visited that place on monday but found it closed. then i visited on Tuesday but they told me that my phone is not repaired. finally i got message on 08/09/2013 that my phone is repaired and I collect it. I asked my friend to pick it up for me. when he reached there they denied to deliver USB cable same is not mentioned in Job Card. Finally i communicated over the phone and got USB Cable after huge fight. I got my phone back, but my phone was not working at all. Battery was not charging. they made my phone even in worst condition. Today i.e. on 11/09/2013 i again submitted my phone to service centre. Please note that i am a Practicing Chartered Accountant and i have to compromise with my work due to non availability of my smart phone. i had to visit service center for 6 days and that is for no result. 2. Rs 500 (approx) My sister bought Micromax Canavs Music on 07/07/2013. Since 05/09/2013 charger and USB cable was not working properly. I visited Service Centre for its replacement. They said that Charger and USB company are of Intex Company and do not belong to Micromax. Sir i got a sealed pack Box from Showroom and got Accessories of INTEX Comapny in the box. I was unaware of the Fact that there is no tie up of Intex and Micromax. I came to know about the fact only when Service centre people told me about this. I called customer care and they denied to replace the product stating that its your fault and you should see this at the time of purchase.ide as much information as possible... 3. My 6 days are wasted

                            I had purchased Micromax A89 handset from The Mobile Store (Ambedkar Road, Ghaziabad) Invoice No: 18733/8811551, for a consideration of Rs.6200 paid in cash. This handset came with a warranty of 1 year which is valid till 10Th April 2014 Unfortunately On 9th July 2013, I encountered some problem in charging the phone. After this, the phone didn’t charge and finally the phone turned off. On 10th July 2013, I submitted the handset at the authorized service center & came to know that the spare parts are unavailable, so I was asked to wait for 15 days.I kept patience till a month and kept asking the Service centre about the status of the phone. On 9Th August 2013 I contacted Micromax customer care to know the status of my phone.They provided me a complaint number: [protected] & told me that I will surely get my handset within 7 days (before 16thAugust).On contacting the customer care again on 17 August 2013 I was told to call after another 10 days (27th August 2013). after 38 days i sent them a legal notice and finally after 58 days the set was replaced. But, I am completely disappointed & hurt to inform you that the set which was given to me is defective and I am not able to make voice calls and my voice is not audible at the other end.I called Mr. Vishal who is an official in micromax and it being sunday he simply said "I am sleeping call me on monday" and cut the phone. I had never expected this kind of after sale support from a company which is 12TH largest handset manufacturer in the World. I am feeling cheated & dismayed.                               I have purchased Micromax doodle A111 phone on 23.06.2013, It worked well for 1 and 1/2 month then itz display was showing multiple reflections, i went to search micromax centre in dadar from there i got address for micromax service centre at ghatkoper,
                              on 22.08.2013 i submitted my phone over there they said its display needs to be changed and will require 15 days for it as they dont have display in their stock and they will inform me via msg on my given phone number as and when it wil be repaired.
                              itz been more than 15 days i havnt received any msg from their side nor any calls.
                              please help me to get my cell back fully repaired

                                I deposited my A110 under jobsheet number N[protected] on 22 August 2013 as the handset display went blank after the message "LOW ON MEMORY' . The same day I received SMS that job is done and I can collect my device on 23 August. When i visited on 23 I was made to wait for two hours and then informed that device is dysfunctional and will have to be sent to Delhi for repairs and it would take ONE month. I was further told that my battery is also gone. When I asked the service centre staff to note the replacement of battery, they informed that two jobworks for single phone can not be entertained. As the phone has developed major defect within one month I request you to replace the device immediately and explain why it should take ONE month for a device to repair and WHY was i informed that my device is ready q which indicated that there is some hanky- panky at the service centre. Please let me have redressal of my grievance at the earliest.
                                After this also I have contacted the company a number of times through email but no reply except - "We shall shortly contact you".

                                Please let me have a replacement handset at the earliest..

                                  first of all i tell you that i purchase A72 viva black color in which i got 256mb ram & motion sensor problem.
                                  but similar handset which is purchased by my friend (blue color) at same price. The main problem is both having different ram i have 256mb ram where as in its handset 512mb ram. Second problem is sensor in handset. I played motion game in my handset it motion not working properly where as friend working great.

                                        I purchased one of micromax tab p600 from Reliance digital Elante Mall Chandigarh But after purchasing within three days it start creating problem it's screen automatically gone while working and then did not turned on. When I given the product to service centre thru Relaince digital they updated the software and said now it's ok but again next day the same problem exist and again it's not switched on. I given back to Relaince store on 3rd Aug 2013 and today it's almost more then one month and still there is no where abouts of my tab. It can understand well when a fault appears within three days of purchase and after repair it's coming again and again it's a manufacturing defect and product should be replaced but micromax service centre is not even agreeing for the same. Can we expect such service level from micromax company? Services area is pathetic that's the only reason Indians are not relying on the products manufactured in India.                                         You cant say grievances has been addressed properly, After a lot of harassment. I wasted almost 1300/- for the tab cover and screen guard which is a monetary loss and mental agony which is priceless. Can you reversed my time spent on calling you people and writing mails to you and visiting your store almost eight - nine times. Will never recommend to anybody for any purchase from Reliance Digital and any product of Micromax.
