    i had a concern regarding my Micromax A111..i bought it 2 months back and there was no battery backup at all, the battery gets discharged within 15 mins. hence, i took the same to your service centre SP world Janakpuri, however, they said i have to purchas the batter for Rs 1500.00 and why is that, when i have an accessories warranty for 6 months. my job sheet no is N030803/1113/6572283 and your call center escalation is id is MMX[protected]. kINDLY BE INFORMED THAT, WHEN YOU HAVE MENTIONED AN ACCESSORIES WARRANTY FOR 6 MONTHS, I VL NT BE PAYING FOR THIS.         I have purchased Micromax Mad A94 mobile from Poorvika mobiles, Chennai on Jun’14 and mobile had one year warranty. Mid of Nov’14 I faced with problem of not booting and more battery heat. On 16th Nov’14 I given for service with PMW Cares, T Nagar Chennai who is authorized by Poorvika and Micromax. With continuous follow ups and repeated phone calls the mobile is not yet serviced and they are saying still problem is there and I have also verified with Micromax Customer Care is mentioning the mobile got repaired. PMW Cares they don’t know how handle the customer and no proper response or nor even courtesy to call a customer to give feedback on status on the service. With this forum request to get the mobile replaced or refund the money back.

          Got a Canvas 4 a week back. But now the screen has lines going through it and blinks constantly. The screen is completely wrecked. Complained on the Twitter handle, they told me they are going to get back shortly, which never happened. Went to the micro max store and found 100s of ppl repenting their decision of buying a Micromax product. When I contacted the counter, they told me that the piece would be replaced, had I got it within 7 days of buying the phone. I'd like to take matters further. So much for trusting an Indian Brand. Won't be much for them, but I have put in my hard earned salary in buying my dream phone. Seems like a bad decision. I want a replacement. Awaiting Reply!

            Dear Sir /Madam
            My name is Ajay Kumar Shrivastava, I live in Mumbai I have been cheated and humiliated by the Micro Max Company and the Micro Max Service Centre Mumbai .
            Brief of my grievances are here as under
            I have purchased a Micro Max Canvas 2 plus Mobile for Rupees 9399/- from online shopping store Snap deal (for my wife Kirti). When I received the mobile Canvas 2 Plus ( IMEI no. [protected]), I found that the mobile was defective and not functioning, therefore on advice of Micro Max Customer Care Executive and Snap Deal, I approached the Micro Max Mobile Service Centre, Sai Electronics, Shop No. 3, Shantiniketan, Jacob Circle, Sane Guruji Marg, Satrasta, Mumbai 400011 on 23.09.13. Service Centre issued the Dead on Arrival certificate on 30.08.2013, but the DOA certificate was having wrong details of retailer and date of purchase was wrongly mentioned etc, therefore the retailer had refused to accept DOA certificate and now MicroMax service center has also refused to do any thing in the matter .
            Now the Micro Max is neither ready for replacement nor to repair the defective mobile .
            I have send several mails to Micro Max on mail address service.[protected]@micromaxinfo.com but still I have not got any proper response, I have also send mail directly to the officers of micromax but no response has been received from them, now I have no other option to approach your court in order to get Justice .
            In view of above kindly help me to get me my money back from the Micro Max Mobile Company and also aware the people about such type of fraud by Micro Max Company .

                they keep mobile for repair for 2 month and not repaired. at last i have collect it with diff. diff. part and that is not mine same mobile. body diff., battery another mob. back pannel distroyed. What they did i dont know i have lost my mob. with in repaing whatever is working that also not. avoid taken micromax and such object which is not usable in future that is w westage.

                  I have bought Micromax Canvas A 74 on 21.10.2013 and within one week it started giving problem. The 4911 Display Touch Screen was not working . The handset was taken to Micromax Service Center at "M/s Vaishno Communication" T-136/1 (FF), Begumpur Road. Malviya Nagar, New Delhi. On recipt of the handset they asked me to submit the handset at the service station and said that the same can be collected on 30.10.2013. Everytime i go there to collect my handset they ask me to come after 2-3 days or sometime even one week. its almost 20 days above the expected time of delivery and i am still waiting for them to return my handset .                         I Ms. Bhavna Singh is a lodging complaint against company called Micromax for its electronics product on CNBC AWAAZ. I purchased 51cm LED Micromax TV from Kohinoor Sales on 19th Aug’2013, during one of my visit to Mumbai, But unfortunately the product failed to operate at my residence in Gorakhpur(U.P.) Immediately I complaint Micromax Customer Care on 16th Sep’ 13. They sent mechanic Mr. Sanjay Mishra (Mob. No.[protected]) who informed that the panel was in non working condition and couldn’t be repaired however the product has to be replaced by the company. He assured that problem will be sorted within a week after paper work done. However there were no further proceedings made against my complaint, so I called head office and spoke to Mr. Shailendra Singh Rana (Mob. No.[protected]) He informed that no details were forwarded to him by Mr.Sanjay, so we should ask him to pass on the very details of TV. once again. We contacted Mr. Sanjay, who rudely denied his help saying that his company was hired by many big companies locally for services at smaller cities and he is not going to waste his time. So ultimately we ourselves mailed all the needed documents to Mr.Shailendra but once again no action was being taken by the company after repetitive correspondence .after several reminders made to the company in 3 months. No concrete action has been taken by Micromax.the only excuse given by them is bring your TV to Mumbai or Delhi then only it may be replaced. I don’t understand why its difficult for the company to replace my TV at Gorakhpur when they are already into online business. It is unaffordable on my part to bear any more expenses and inconvenience further wen already bearing one. This shows that d company is conning its customer by selling unreliable products. I hope CNBC AWAAZ will help me in this matter and justice cud be given to a lay man like us.                         This is Tanveer Ahmed from Jaipur Rajasthan, I'm feeling so
                        regret to tell this that I'm fade up with your service center and it's employee
                        services. I would like to fetch your attention here that I'm

                        having micromax canvas 2 (A110) since 1 year but some time
                        before I had face network problem with this mobile, first thought it may be
                        network issue but problem still remains with every network

                        Service provider wherever I go problem remains. Then I submitted
                        my mobile to service center and the service center authority assured me that
                        within three 2 days you can get back your mobile after repair.


                        Now it been a week completed but I didn’t get my mobile so
                        far, I visited the service center many time but they don't pay heed to me. Now
                        they are claiming that mobile had some problem in

                        mother board and they sent it to the head office gurgoun,
                        but how could they done so without my consent. So my point is clear I want to
                        know about my mobile where is my mobile now,


                        Is it under repairing?

                        Have you got my mobile at gurgaon head office (as the
                        service center authority claims)? or

                        Have they misplaced my mobile?


                        And how long it will take to repair and get me back (service
                        center claims that i can receive my mobile within 2 days after submitting).
                        otherwise I don't have any other option besides to go the

                        consumer forum. Whatever you want to do in this matter do it
                        fast.

                        sir i had bought a micromax phone in june 26 2014...but there is a problem of on/off button within 10 days...give it to service centre 2 time they take one month time in repairing my phone but still there is a problem my phone is not working...sir plez replace it with new one or give my money back...my biggest mistake is to buy micromax handset it didnot work properly for 10 day...why micromax made such kind of wrost product which doesnt work propery atleat a year...

                          I purchased A240 Brand new mobile, after 7 days tried to recharge the battery but no charging took place. searched for service center, and given this mobile at service center at Borivile on 26.10.2013, I am chasing them like any thing but they told part is still awaited from Delhi. Job sheet also they told system is unable to generate. I paid Rs 20, 000 for this mobile but hardly worked for a week.

                            i had submitted my tablet on 14th of october, 2013 where i was told that 10 days are required for repair after 10 days they said 20 more days are required and now after more than a month they have not returned my device .now they are asking for 20 more days . i want a final date when my device will get ready and a commitment from micromax side that if the device doesn't gets ready within the stipulated time then a new device will be issued to me . my complaint number is MMX[protected] which i registered at customer care.

                              Sir, It is to bring to your kind notice, that I purchased a Micromax Viva phone ( Model No- A72) on 06/07/2013 from Dehradun. But after few days problem occurred in phone, after which I went to the service station where they kept the phone and returned after few days saying that they have resolved the problem. But after some time the same problem occurred again so again I went to the service station (R.K Mobile Service, Hans Plaza 24 E.C >road Dehra dun) where they said that this problem will be resolved by sending the phone to the company after which I handed the phone to the service station on 11/10/2013.(request no- E[protected]. They committed that they will return the phone after 15 days, but till now they have not returned the phone, and are saying that the phone has still not come from the company. I am not getting any satisfying answer from the company. So sir Please do the needful, Other wise I have to take some Strict action against the company.                               Dear sir,
                              i had micromax a290 phone using on 1month . I submit my phone at micromax service centre in calicut. frontsensor is not working. then return my phone on 04 oct 2014. The problem of front sensor is resolved. But another problems are started.
                              horizontal mode not active and game sensor is not working and my mobile not getting charged now.

                              The service centre is very poor service, this phone is inbuilt battery.servicers are not carefull in service time. back side full scractched.

                              Consequent to the compalint of touch screen and interfacing problem with PC, my mobile had been submitted in service centre ( RaviPuram, Ernakulam, Tel:[protected]. - Job card No; S[protected][protected] on 27.08.2014. Furhter I have attended them many times to get it back rectified. However they said that they haven't enough spares for the repair and asked for me to wait. I haven't get any solution for the last 1 and half months from their side. Now they are reluctant to attend the tel phone call.
                              I have spared a lot of time for by taking leave for attending their service centre.
                              Request your immediate attention getting me the ited serviced.

                              i have purchased a micromax bling q55 and i inserted sim in it...but its not showing any network...what i will do? resolve my issue immediately
                              I have bought Micromax Nitro A 310 Mobile vide Bill No. 80 dt. 08-10-14 from B.D.S Technologies / Amritsar. After a period of two months the said phone have a complaint of shut down. I visited to Perfect Mobile Repair Centre/Amritsar on 27-12-14 who told that the phone's battery & touch Screen is to be changed. Phone was given to the said service centre vide Job Sheet No.[protected] dt. 27-12-14 and was asked that it will be delivered to me with in ten days. But on visiting the repair centre on[protected] i.e after a period of 21 days, it is being told that it may take one month more. I am surprised that Micromax is an international brand and have complaint of battery and touch screen, only after purchase of two months. So, kindly give me the reply within a short period.

                                Dear Sir, On 17 Sep 2013, I gave my Micromax Canvas 2 phone to (Poojya Associate) which is Micromax authorised service centre in Bhopal, as it was not able to detect sim cards in both the slots. It was told that Sim Tray need to be replaced and parts are not readily available with the company so it will take around 10-15 days, and on receiving sms I can collect phone, After getting sms I went to service centre but the phone was not repaired and the next date given to me was 5 Nov, it was told that anyhow phone will be done by 5th, I went to service centrer on 11th Nov instead of 5th, the phone was under repair even on 11th Nov while I was at Service Centre, and I was asked to wait for 30 min. I was given the phone after that, since then I am using the phone, but same problem is continuing in my phone and it is still not able to detect Sim Card. I request you to look after the following matters as they cause a lot of inconvenience to the costumers and diminishes the reputation of the company. 1. Do we really need to visit service centre 4-5 times to get the phone repaired? 2. As the warranty claimed by company is 12 months, is it appropriate if the phone stays in Service Centre for 1-2 months, without extending the service period? And still does not get repaired. 3. Is it not the responsibility of the company and service centre to deliver the phone after repair on the date which is committed by the company itself?                                   My name is Rajkumar, I purchased a Miocromax mobile in july-2014.

                                  I started facing issue in Aug, so i went to Micromax care centre and submitted my mobile their for repairing.

                                  I asked me to wait for 15 days, but now its 45 days past and i not yet got my mobile back.
                                  I called mailed n number of times to customer care as well as their care centre but not received ant positive answer.

                                  hi i am dhananjay jadhav mob no-[protected]. maine canvas A111 handset touchpad change karne ke liye kohlapur mein care centre main dala hai, lekin usne naya ki jagah purana dal diya. upar se uska front panel nikalakar purana dala. maine unase shikayat ki to usne sab 8 din main thik karta huo bola, lekin abhi 1 mounth ho gaya abhi tak thik nahi kiya. aur bilate hai ki pure paise dene padange.
                                  I bought micromax canvas A114 2.2 on 6 july and after using it 2 months what happens that suddenly horizontal black lines appears on my screen so I went to micromax service center and tell the problem they told me that come after 15 days so i go there after 15 days and they show me the mobile and the lines were dissappeared and then i went back to my home when i come back i see that that my phone is freezing and restarting again and again after that i go there 4 time but they didn't solved my problem when i go there 5 th again they take my phone and told to come after 15 days and today i go there again and they start the phone and after that logo appers and after that the phone turns off i asked what happened they told me that go back to your home and charge it for 2 hours and it will work we have fixed the problem but when i come back home the phone didn't turn on ! plzz help i dont have time to go there again and again there please send someone to my home to fix it ! 1

                                        This Micro max phone hand set was Purchased on 06.04.2013 from New Delhi after 3 month of purchasing its touch screen stop working I handed over this set to Micomax service center under Job sheet request Number NO[protected] on Dated 03.10.2013..3 days time was given by the service center to eradicate this problem but since then keeping in view of my repeated calls company has not responded in a professional manner they are just pretending for day by day and it is almost 35 days has been elapsed. if this is what the dealing of micromax with their esteemed customers it really gives me an immense physical and mental agony ..I request your kind honor to instruct them to repair this hand set as early as possible.

Visited their Moulila service centre at least 3-4 times but no avail. They are not willing to replace it however if i want to buy a new Hands Free costing Rs.300, then they can give me that.
