[Resolved] Micromax — SERVICE RELATED ISSUE | |||
IN THE ONSET I WOULD LIKE TO ASK MICROMAX COMPANY IF ONLINE CONTACT IS FUNCTIONAL OR NOT. FURTHER COMPLAINT THROUGH E-MAIL AND ONLINE CONTACT THROUGH CHINA CN PORTAL WHICH HAS OPTION TO CONTACT DIRECTLY THE CEO MICROMAX MR. VIKASH JAIN. MAIL SENT WITH CONFIRMATION REPORT. ONLINE SUBMISSIONS OF REPEATED COMPLAINTS EVERY TIME CONFIRMS SUBMISSION OF IT AND ASSURANCE OF EARLY ACTION. BUT ALAS IN SPITE OF MY SO MANY COMPLAINTS COMPANY IS SILENT FOR THE REASON NOT KNOWN. SUCH ATTITUDE TOWARDS CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS/FEEDBACK EXPOSES ABOUT PREVALENT BAD MANAGEMENT. IN FACT I MAY SAY IT IS COLLAPSE OF MANAGEMENT.MY HAND SET 'Q5' DEVELOPED A BLACK PATCH ON THE SCREEN, CAUSE OF DEFECT ACCIDENTAL HIT. LOCAL SERVICE CENTER RETAINED THE SET FOR SEVEN DAYS AND RETURNED IT WITHOUT REPAIR. I SOUGHT COMPANY INTERVENTION OVER THIS NASTY BEHAVIOR. Dear Sir,
I visited micromax customer service center at sec-27, Noida, regarding the charging issue of my phone. The executive at desk told me that the charging port is damaged and will need to be replaced and I will have to bear the cost of the same.
I informed the executive that the phone is in due guarantee and the issue can be looked at if it can be resolving without replacing the port but he straightaway denied to check it further. When I asked to give the same in written that they cant do it, they denied to do it either.
I went to an external shop and showed to an engineer the same issue, he resolved it without replacing.
If it was possible for an external engineer to resolve the issue then why not for a micromax authorized engineer.
