[Resolved] Micromax Mobile C2i — pcb not available at service centre

i hv purchased micromax c2i mobile handset on 14th sept 2009,on 1st sept 2010 while charging within 5 minutes the set became heat and the set automatically switched off,after that several times i tried switch on but it was not working.Then i gave my set to service centre which is located at Jayanagar,Bangalore.
After 2 days they informed that ''PC board has damaged and have to replace it'.

But the problem is till date they are telling that not received PC board from related company yet.
Hence, i request u to please solve the problem as soon as possible, it is becoming very difficult,because i am having post paid network,i am simply paying rent for that.

Micromax Mobile C2i — low bettry backup, moon light countinusly on

I am using an micro max mobile cdma handset c2i model ,
from the first day is not give me 10 hours bettry backup, with Tata indicom sim card.
an moon light shows coontinusly.
hans i am useing other company mobile with Duel sim opsation it gives me 14 hours beckup with mp3 lisning etc.

customer of micromax says its normal.

Myself S K Pandey from Delhi, wish to inform that :
1.I have purchased a hand set model C2i on 16th Sep.2009 .
2.I am facing a problem - Screen is always blinking

Refer to your service centre uide on 20th Feb.09 I had gone to your Okhla
Industrial Area Phase II where I given understand that the office has been
shifted to Nehru Place.
When I visited at the address of Nehru Place - where I came to know that
office has been shifted to Kirti Nagar Indl. Area. Than I visitied to
Kirti Nagar office where Security guard behave very rudely & had told to visit
the Service centre at Ranjit Nagar.
When I reached the Service centre at Ranjit Nagar, there were around 30 peoples were gathered who were raising their voice for complain not solved
since last 2 - 3 Months too.
I told to the person concerned about my problem than he told me to leave the hand set he will check and will tell me about the solution of problem after 4 - 5 days. As I am residing at Rajokri ( Near by Mahipalpur ) it is quite imposible for me to visit the Service centre again and again & for how long it is not sure , because the people gathered there - who are suffering
from 2 - 3 Months.
Than I came back, can you imazine that day I left my residence at 8 AM and came back without solution at 7 PM .

I feel, we are the culprit who purchased the Micromax hand set.

If you can help me, please let me know the easiest solution because I am
working with a private organisation and is impossible to take leave for
such issues again & again.
