MICROMAX HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE MOBILE INDUSTRY.

FIRSTLY, THE AGENTS OR THE TECHNICIANS HAVE NO MANNERS TO TALK TO CUSTOMER.

SECONDLY, THEY DONT REALLY WANT TO LISTEN THE PROBLEM OF THE CUSTOMER, ALL THEY

SAY LIKE A RECORDED TAPE, "AS PER COMPANY POLICY, BLA BLA BLA" YOUR COMPANY

POLICIES SUCK

I PURCHASED A MICROMAX PHONE ON 15 JUN 2013. PRODUCT NAME: CANVAS 2+

I AM BUSY PERSON AND I DIDN'T REALLY FIND THE TIME TO PLAY AROUND WITH THE WITH

PHONE.

LAST WEEK I DOWNLOADED FEW GAMES AND VIDEOS ON MY PHONE.

ALL WAS GOOD, GAMES WERE PLAYING FINE VIDEOS WERE LOOKING GOOD, THEN SUDDENLY I

OBSERVED A BLACK SPOT AT THE TOP LEFT CORNER OF THE SCREEN, I AM A TECHNICAL GUY

AND I KNOW FOR THE FACT IT IS DEAD PIXEL.

THE REASON IT WAS NOT SEEN TILL NOW BECAUSE I NEVER SAW THE PHONE IN FULL SCREEN

MODE

TODAY, WHEN I WENT TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER TO REPORT THIS ISSUE AND ASK

FOR HANDSET REPLACEMENT, INSTEAD OF FIX THE BLOODY ISSUE, THE TECH SAID ITS A

VERY SMALL DOT, ITS NOT A BIG DEAL, MY QUESTION IS, WHO THE HELL IS THE

TECHNICIAN TO DECIDE FOR ME WHETHER ITS A BIG DEAL OR NOT.

THE POINT TO NOTE OVER HERE IS THE DEFECT WAS THERE ON THE PHONE FROM VERY FIRST

DAY BUT I DIDN'T SEE IT AS IT IS ON THE NOTIFICATION AREA ON THE SCREEN WHERE

ITS COMPLETELY BLACK.

AFTER MAKING ME WAIT FOR 1 HOURS, HE CALL ME AND SAYS, THIS ISSUE CANNOT BE

FIXED AND IF YOU HAVE REPEATED ISSUE YOU CAN COME BACK.

HE DIDN'T EVEN KNOW OR UNDERSTAND WHAT HE WAS TALKING, I SPOKE TO

ANOTHER PERSON THERE WHO WAS COMPLETELY MANNER LESS.

WHEN I SHOED HIM THE PROBLEM WITH THE PHONE, HE SAID ITS NOT A DEAD PIXEL BUT

ITS A DUST, (COMMON MAN, ARE YOU KIDDING ME)

HOW CAN SUC A SMALL PARTICLE OF DUST CAN GET INTO A BRAND NEW PHONE AND SIT

RIGHT THERE IN THE CORNER, SPECIALLY WHEN THE PHONE IS FULLY COVERED AND

PROTECTED.

HE DIDNT WANT TO LISTEN ANYTHING, i ASKED HIM TO GIVE REPLACEMENT, HE SAID RIGHT

AT MY FACE, "REPLACEMENT IS DONE ONLY IN SEVEN DAYS, YOU OBSERVED THE DEFECT SO

LATE, ITS YOUR MISTAKE ".

THIS IS HOW THE AGENTS OF MICORMAX SERVICE CENTER SPEAK TO THE CUSTOMER.

HE OFFERED ME A REPAIR, WHICH I REFUSED BECAUSE I DO NOT WANT MY PHONE TO BE

OPENED AND REPAIRED WHEN THERE IS NO PROBLEM WITH THE FUNCTIONALITY.

IT IS A HARDWARE ISSUE (FAULTY SCREEN) FROM THE VERY FIRST DAY, AND I DESERVE TO GET A HANDSET REPLACED.

    I have purchased Micromax Canvas 2 A110, now it needs repairing due to issues with touch screen taking random input.
    I went to Service Center(Not updated in Micromax Website) after lot of true and fro, i finally found this service center from reference from Bhagvati communications. Dev Enterprise.

    I managed to reach there on Saturday(13/7/13) 2.30 pm, after I got reference from Bhavati Communication, the service center didnt even note down my complain and asked me to visit on Monday(15/7/13).

    I was advertising this phone to my friends and colleagues to buy it.. but due to poor response in service IN Warranty I strongly recommend not to buy any Micromax, products.

    I hope I would get my phone repaired, not sure though!

      I purchased a I phone ( for Rs 7000/- Micromax make )at Reliance Trenads Kothapeta Hyderabad but it is not working. shop delear told that there isno service in reliance trenads, so it is verify at micrmax cetes only. as by his direction I brought to Micromax shop Kukatpally& Secbad in Hyd but there are not showing proper responce . again I brought to Reliance trenads 2 times and told them please give me New peace or repair it by atleast chargeble basis , M/s Reliance Trenads Kothapet Hyd branch is not taking returen or replaced . hence I request you to please help me. thanking you

        There hasbeen an issue with jabong. I understand that there is a heavy back log due to festive season. but i trusted jabong and placed the order with jabong, even after the fiasco of FLIPKART. Jabong has always fullfilled my expectations and even requests. this scenario that has happened wih me is little upsetting . orders delivery was bit delayed . I do not hold any one responsible for that, but the only issue is that the order was placed for some ocassion, and that ocassion was not met.Now the problem was ayt my family as the occasion was passed and i was unable to make my mother happy. However my email to [protected]@jabong.com solved the issue. They called me and listen to me, and resolved the concern. Placed another order and the new order was delivered before time . All please dro email to the Head of the department of Jabong in case u need to escalate the issue . IT well Help you .

          As you said that within 7 working days i will be getting my mobile repaired but till now i didnt had any response from your hyderabad service center . They are saying that you are responsible for the issue and they are no way related with the motherboard problem and they didnt send the mobile to you because you are not responding for their call and literally they are blaming you and your service and i have voice proof with me about this. i have used only for 15 days and i faced with this motherboard problem. what kind of service you are providing to the customers ,keeping aside about the service you are not responding in time and its already about 1 month. till now i have waited but i don't have much patience to wait . If this is your service i am going to file a case upon you in consumer court and i wont leave this issue , i will go for National media too.

            Hi,

            I have got A116 model phone by accident I dropped the phone & the touch screen is broken after that I contact the service centers in Bangalore,but no use they said the spares is not available.Again I tried contacting Micromax cust care & I complained about the same but no use.As last option I tried all the grey market seller in the Bangalore,Mumbai & Delhi but the answer is same not available.
            I just want to ask Micromax why they launch the products without the backup spares,Kindly highlight the issue so that in future they provide backups & I will be greatfull to you guys,

                My self sachin verma from punjab kesari newspaper,last night i have purchase two new handset micro max canvas 2 and bolt x321,early morning i saw mobile screen damage of micro max bolt x321 internally not physically then i show to our mobile distributor he told me i can't help you kindly go to micromax service center then after i go to service center but he told me we want change your mobile screen and you will paid actual cost, their are not any physical damage and purchase last night but nobody can't help me regarding this problem expect micro max service center then i call to Mr.Sudama Rawat area service in charge but there is no response from official micromax towards,i want legal action against this company because they disappoint me i believe micro max is a leading mobile brand but now i am so disappoint,Do the need full help me,If you are not taken any action then further i take a big action.

                micromax / cellphone — poor response

                With great regret , I would like to inform you that I have submitted my cell phone for repairing on 5th July but till date neither I have got back the repaired instrument nor I have received any call from service centre . Cell phone was purchased in Dec 10 and it is in warranty period . I am really shocked after getting this type of poor response from Brand like Micromax . Is this type of services you are provided to your customers ? I feel that I have done a big mistake by purchasing the Micromax cellphone . Pls look into the matter and arrange to get the cellphone repaired immediately .

                  Dear Sir/Madam, Yesterday i.e.12 July 2013, I received my order No.- [protected] Micromax Canvas Music A88 by Snapdeal.While making it operational I noticed that the back flap cover of the mobile was dirty and scratched with scratches on screen cover, which indicates that the mobile was used one.The problem didn't stopped here, further I noticed that the speaker of the phone was not working at all, which resulted into total music failure, for what actually I opted this model of Micromax (Canvas Music A88), while head phones supplied were working .The mobile phone sounds no ringing tone while a incoming call was in progress, despite several attempts.Kindly Replace this mobile phone with a new/fresh Micromax Canvas Music A88, So that I may get worth of my precious time & value of money.

                    I ordered a Micromax A110Q from Snapdeal. I received the product on 7th July , 2013 and I paid Rs 11460. When I switched the phone on , I came to know that the display of the phone is not working. I complained on Snapdeal on the same day , But there is no response from there side till now. When I try to call them and tell my problem , they keep telling me to go to Micromax service centre and get a DOA certificate from them. My order number is [protected] and my complaint/request number is 2485259. I also visited Micromax Service Centre , But in vain. It was of no help. I would be really grateful if you can help me and sort out my problem.

                      Your service team cannot contact me in 7 days than I call to your authorized service center your cco replay me your mobile send to company for 15 to 20 days have a big problem in your mobile & not repairable our service center & he provide me your area service manager’s mobile no.                         Hi, I have bought Micro-max P300 from univercell showroom Hyderabad on 23 March 2013 with 8GB memory card.It was good initially but with 3 weeks there is problem occurred in it as it is getting auto swtich off continuously hence i have taken this tablet to [protected]@mmxcheckpoint .com to MR Manhoar who was the incharge there and he did rectified but taken two weeks to do it but it within two days again the problem occured and have taken back to them, they said it will be rectified with in month as they need to send it Bangalore and they took it from on 18 May 2013, till now i haven't got it when i checked after three weeks with Razaak in the service center ,he said it will take another two weeks to get it rectified but still no use.
                        after i went again to my shock got news they are closing down the center completely than i spoke to Srikanth who said is Micromax incharge for hyderbad zone than he redirected to me to Mr.Pavan than i contacted pavan continuously till now he always promises me to deliver the tablet but still no avail. I am keep on calling everybody but they are not responding at all..I prefer to beg you either replace the piece with new on or reimburse the amount completely. on to that they also taken my 8 GB memory card.

                        Micromax — Extremely bad after sales service

                        I had purchased Micromac C2i CDMA hadnset on 01/01/2010 from Hotspot, Khanna, Ludhiana, Punjab, MEID: A100000B6DA17F. The display got damaged & was given at service centre for repalcing display on 27/01/2010. Today is 07/02/2010 but as per service centre it is going to take another 15 days for replacement. Neither the company is interested nor employees. BEWARE WHILE PURCHASING ANY PRODUCT OF THIS COMPANY.

But now the phone is not working at all. They are asking more days to solve. But now i was trapped by buying an new phonew.

Whenever I call them they always say that you will receive your battery in 20 days. They also not responding my emails.There is no satisfactory response from micromax. I tell you never buy any product of MICROMEX in future...

                          Hello,

                          I bought Canvas Music A88 on 19th May through Indiatimes.com and within 2 weeks I found it to be defective where it was getting heated and battery used to die within 6 hours. When I called Indiatimes for replacement they said I would have called within a week. I am a person just migrated from basic phone to smart phone. No idea how I can comeback within a week where most of the online stores give 30 days money options. Indiatimes need to learn this from Flipkart. I always use to shop with Flipkart but this time it was my BAD.

                          Now, the issue here is I have given it for the service at your authorized service (Request# S[protected] center in Egmore @ SLR Cell tech. Its been over 3 weeks now and there is no response. I would have called atleast 10 times a day and they are not reachable. When I visited they said Micromax is yet to come back with the spare. I do not understand when a product is defective and addressed within couple of weeks why I need this to get serviced rather than a replacement when diagnosed its a MANUFACTURING DEFECT ???

                          The phone is in Service center most of the days than ME!!!

                          There numbers are never reachable and its 30 kms from my place and for just getting a status I need to spend half day visited them in person. Keep in mind I am EMPLOYED.
                          There number is[protected] and when complained that it is not reachable they have given me another number [protected] and this is even worst; this gets never answered and you call twice, third time its not reachable.

                          In between I had to go back to my old phone SAMSUNG and get it serviced as it seemed hopeless with you. The executives were amazing to respond to the issue and they did provide wonderful service keeping me posted about the status. They promised service within 24 hrs and they made sure they delivered within 16 hrs. Your service centers should learn from them or better change them.

                          This is ridiculous and I would like you to take responsibility and REPLACE the product.

                          I work in TCS and if I do not get proper response/service I will carry a campaign in our corporate website not to buy your product where 2.7 lakh people work and also on other Social websites. Sorry, to be rude but please understand this is not the service you provide.

                          I already stopped my brother and a close friend who wanted to by same handset and a Micromax tab instead they bought SAMSUNG.

                          Please CALL ME immediately. Meanwhile, I am looking for more options with my Banker to STOP payment.

                            I BROUGHT A MICROMAX CANVAS 2 A110 TWO MONTHS EARLIER I HAVE SOME PROBLEM OF SOFTWARE SO I WENT TO SERVICE CENTER IN GURGAON NEAR HARISH BAKERY THEY JUST LET ME WAIT THERE FOR AROUND 2 HOURS AND HE JUST GAVE ME MY PHONE BACK WITH THE SOFTWARE OF ONLY MICROMAX "CANVAS" AND WHEN I TOLD THE CHAIRPERSON ABOUT THIS MISTAKE HE SAID TO ME THAT U SHOULD REGULARLY VISIT OUR SERVICE CENTER AND THEN WHEN IT WILL BE AVAILABLE HE WILL UPGRADE THE SOFTWARE AS IT WAS NOT AVAILABLE AT THAT MOMENT AND THEN I TOLD HIM TO CONTACT ME WHEN THE SOFTWARE IS AVAILABLE HE SAID "MAIN TUMHARE BAAP KA NAUKAR HOON KYA" AND USED ABUSSIVE LANGUAGE

                            NOW I WANTED TO JUST UPGRADE MY SOFTWARE OR EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT

                                I have Purchased a micromax Canvas Doodle A111 on 29.05.2013,and it was working properly for 1 week and after that it was not working properly ,and i have given the mobile to service centre,of micromax at virar,
                                on 19.06.2013 and after that i have gone there 2 time to collect the mobile ,but they are saying the parts are not available ,so i request u ,to get me new replacement of the mobile .

                                i had purchase our micromax phone Q3 on feb-10 from kalyan(e) and after 15days the head phone had stoped working ,from last 4years i am using sony moblie and nokia handset i had never had a problem regarding any issues and thing from today i faceing chargeing problem its not charging ..i came too know that there are many case of chargeing issues is coming now a days..one more things there is a problem of voice i.e when i am in croud place like in train or public place i could not here the voice of people who call me.....pls help me out....as soon as posible....

                                Micromax Mobile — Defective mobile

                                Dear Sir,

                                I would like to bring in notice that, on 03 February 2010 i bought a new Micromax Q5 mobile having IMGI No. [protected] from Asha Collection bhopal, whose bill no. is 1156 Dated:[protected]. From the date of purchasing it creat lots of problem. When i show this all complaint on Asha Collection they suggest me to go on Micromax service center. Then next day I logged complain on Service center that my mobile creat lots of problem like hangging, its earphone is not working properly, software problem. Also I am requesting them to replace my mobile under 7 days replacement gurentee. But they resolve my problem, I follow up more than 10 times. Today they ask me for chargable service. What can I do in this case, kindly suggest me.

                                I purchased C350 CDMA micromax mobile in June 2010 after listening a lot about the superior quality of Micromax mobile from my friends. It is just 1 month completed when i started to face many problems such as..
                                1) Mobile is getting switched off itself while its have a plenty of battery.
                                2) The earphone is not working properly.
                                3) Speaker voice is very less.
                                I am also facing some other problems but i want to be resolve at least problem of getting switched off itself.
                                Pls help me otherwise i will start to demote Micromax mobile by sending email to my friends and suggest them to not purchase micromax mobile and will go to consumer court.

                                First of all the company has not mentioned any toll free number or contact e-mail address on their website.


                                Second is the company has appointed a service center to such a person who cant do any thing on first visit and they always speak lies.


                                I have purchased a micromax Q7 instrument from nextag gallaria shop, fatehgunj, vadodara wide their bill no. 9391 dated 12.07.2010 (it is just one month ago) its IMEI no. is [protected] and [protected]. it is suddenly stop to recharge battery I think there is a problem of just data cable or charging socket so that when I was gone to the companies service center at vadodara they had told me that there is defect in charging socket of your instrument and they are done only level I and Level II works at Vadodara so that it is required to send at Ahemdabad through job sheet no. 552547 dt. 13.08.2010 of IDEAL Communication and give me the contact no. of their employee who is the main reponsible person in Ahemdabad Service Center and customer care no. i. e.[protected] but no body is pick up the phone. i had tried many time in last three days.

                                sir, I have make many calls to this no. but nobody can respond.

                                Now, Please help me to what to do in this matter.

                                The service is not proper, service provider had not enough stock of repaired parts so handset is not work during this days. They have not get stock up to 15 days.
                                Specially there was difference in two different service center. But the solution of the problem is still found after repairing & also after replacing parts.I dosent want this type of phone which is really not working properly.

                                i have done a very big mistake when i purchased Micromax Mobile,
                                your service center owner told me that mother board problem and it's not available in our center,i have to say something according to center owner(Mr. Balan) when he know that mother board problem is common then how he did not put stock in his center????

                                  Its been a month i submitted my micromax smartphone device a54 to the service center in jabalpur,MP and still they couldn’t able to repair my device. They always says that they not yet received required spare part to be imported from Delhi. Although the after sales has been compromised and failed but i have to complaint the issue of keeping my device and unable to return within time. Comply ASAP.

On 27th of June I was returning to my home from college by B.E.S.T bus from Sai Dham stop in Kandivali (E) and while getting into the bus a theif removed my mobile from my pocket.
