[Resolved] Micromax Q5 — Mobile is not working properly | |
Hi, This is Krishna Chalapathi Kolagotla (Working as a Test lead in Mahindra Satyam), bought a new micromax Q5 mobile in Sangeetha with the advice of you people on June 13/06/2010 and it worked well one month later I suffered from lots of problems like hanging, disconnected while talking, Track ball movement, battery back up etc.. its all leads to severe frustration when I was in client calls/onsite calls. Hope you understand the painful things that I faced with the above problems while talking to higher officials as a lead. Due to the above problems I went to Ammerpet service centre 3 times and the mobile is almost at servicing centre only. Each and every time they are updating the software and keep on telling that we will give you the new mobile in next time if it not work in the next time but this time (4th time) I asked for the DO letter to get a replacement and came to know that DO letter will be issued from the shop only and they have shown me corresponding order and it is not at all fair that roaming to shop and servicing centre everytime. As per the above discussion, would request you to consider the above and replace the Q5 mobile handset. For the wittness that I have went to servicing center 4 times - please refer the attached document - letter from servicing centre with signature and stamp Attachment2 - Bill of Sangeetha Attachment3- Shop owner is responsible to get a DO letter and at the same time servicing centre is not responsible. Finally my sincere advice to all Sangeetha shops is as a renowned shop please dont sell any of micormax and dont encourse Micromax mobiles and this is not only my word as lots of people suffering from this consider this as a high priority. Micromax Mobile — Micromax Q5 not working properly
I had brought a Micromax Q5 mobile in April 2010. Ever since i had brought the mobile, i am facing problems. The phone always goes to 'Headset" profile even though the earphone is plugged out. This results in mine always using head set. Further, the company had promise that the phone is having '1000 sms storage'. However, in reality the phone can only store about 370 SMS. I think the company has cheated me by wrong advertisement and supplying phones with inbuilt deficiencies. I am planning to approach a Consumer court if the Micromax doesn't rectify the problem.Jagdish Pandey

Micromax q5 Mobile — not working
SIR This is Anurag i have purchased a new micromax q5 mobile on february 2010. but it is not working properly and service centre holder of ALIGARH is not concern on my appeal so Plz concern my appeal.
