MIcroMax Mobile Review - Worst Product support - Nobody entertains complaints
Just read my emails to MicroMax for which I have not received any reply, before buying the micromax mobile. MicroMax support is just worst. I think my review will help you in taking buying decision.

I am tired of calling your customer care, going again and again to Harkrishan Services Roshnara Road, Delhi, I have wasted lot of time in visiting your service center, I think if I continue like this, then the cost of mobile will be less, and my time and conveyance cost would be high. Mr. Nishu never picks up the phone, whenever you are blessed, you get an answer that I will look into it, but no result.
Initially, I lodged my mobile on[protected] with case id RR:[protected] which was returned to me unrepaired after one and half month, saying its working fine now, then again I lodged the mobile with you in the same condition with Case ID[protected] dt.[protected], after which I again got my mobile unrepaired and then again I sent to back from your service center, now nobody picking up the phone and I donot know whether it will be repaired or its gone. Its just waste of time and money with your service center.
Let me know, if there is anybody responsible in your company.

just bought a Micromax Funbook Mini in April this year which became
unservicable in less than a month.I then gave it to the service centre
at Ambala for necessary repairs/replacement under warranty.It's almost
been a fortnight but there is no trace of my funbook. I bought this
funbook despite lot of opposition from my friends who discouraged me
that the brand micromax isn't worth, but I went against them and
purchased it just to give it a try ... this I believe was my first
mistake. After using it for a while I too realized that it wasn't the
right choice ... it's got too many issues. The camera is pathetic,
battery back up is bad and nothing can be worse than the after sale
service of Micromax. I wonder when will micromax replace/repair my
funbook mini, but I am sure that I would not recommend this brand to
anyone. It's been a nightmare for me and I would not like others to
pickup such a pathetic brand. The customer care staff of authorized
service centre at Sadar Bazar Ambala Cantt also need to be counselled on
their rude behaivour and dealings. I would want this issue to be
flagged to Mr Navneet Taneja, CEO Micromax, who I believe has very
recently shifted from such a big name "SAMSUNG" ... wonder if his
decision was as bad as that of mine.
I have purchased a mobile MT500 of Micromax in MTS Showroom in Tirunelveli in January 13, 2014. From the day I purchase the mobile there is more problems in the phone. I have gave it for service four times still the problem is not solved.
Now they are saying they have to send the mobile to Head Office and it will take a month of time. I am not at all getting any proper response from the Service Center. Customer Care Number is not working for Micromax which is given in Site or Product ([protected]).
Currently my mobile is in Service Center and its almost close to a month, i am not getting any proper update. Whenever I call them they are saying when they receive the mobile they will inform me. But they are also not sure when it will be solved.
Job Sheet No. is R1406FTN10348627, its given in Tirunelveli Service Center for the fourth time.
